Please so not at my school but another school in the Bronx I know of 2 teachers who just flat out quit today

And its SO BAD bc like all my friends genuinely enjoy teaching. I love it here. I love talking shit about history

But why am I responsible for 50 different things in a day that DON'T have to deal with teaching

Like I still have barely done stuff I have to do in Google classroom bc I would need to just be up late doing it. And I'm probably gonna do that over the weekend.

And I don't want to quit but charter schools are really becoming a thing but then they fuck up kids, decide they don't want them in 7th and 8th grade and then now we have have to deal with a kid who isn't bad they just need help but it was ignored for years
