Daisuke's Notes on Robo-Ky's Concept:

A robot made by incorporating Ky's movements.

When we were developing the consumer version, we decided to add a bonus character. But we didn't have enough time to create any new characters. There was talk of making extra characters (characters with slightly different specs), which was what other companies were doing, but we felt that wouldn't be enough. We decided to thoroughly tinker with what we could, so we broke up Ky, added weird sound effects and gimmicks, and called him Robo-Ky. We joked that not only were the specs different, but the character itself was different too. However, he became quite popular and was promoted to a proper character on the roster later on. At first, his face was the same as Ky's. I decided to change it, making it more with a "robot" in mind. Or perhaps something like one of Leiji Matsumoto's robots, with a radar on his head. When you say "robot", there are all sorts of things that fall under this category like mobile suits, but when I say "robot", I mean it like this.

#personal #armored core vi #3rd fromsoft plat ayy #yamamura pls gib dlc..... #ac6 became a strong contender for my favorite fs game ajkfsk #at least it's definitely the one that got into my head the most #the characters really grow on you despite having no faces #and the emotional bonds you develop tie directly to the major theme of finding purpose and having to make the sacrifices accordingly #and the combat... getting s ranks really made me see the depth of the mechanics and its so much fun #i was literally never big on customization/build variety in games but i very much enjoy them in ac6 #in ac6 the customization feels more like an integral part of the gameplay rather than a feature of the gameplay(?) if that makes sense #finished most of my playthroughs with a mid-lightweight build and did most s ranks with steel haze (very light) lol #wanna try learning how to play with heavy builds next...

Love the attitude I have towards my sideblog's Tumblr community vs the Twitter community.

When I look at RA, I'm always fondly scrolling through the tags and laughing at people's reactions or jokes, meanwhile when I look at Twitter I'm like:

"So help me god you WILL all be polite and well-behaved or else."

Maybe it's because I've been playing these two games back to back recently, but not only does Lilith look like Kalos Pokemon to me, she looks like a one that Diantha could've used in her team.

The Raccoon

It happened in the dead of night while I was slicing bread for a guilty snack.

My attention was caught by the scuttering of a raccoon outside my window.

That was, I believe, the first time I noticed my strange tendencies as an unordinary

human.

I gave the raccoon a piece of bread, my subconscious well aware of the consequences.

Well aware that a raccoon that is fed will always come back for more.

The enticing beauty of my cutting knife was the symptom.

The bread, my hungry curiosity.

The raccoon, an urge.

The moon increments its phase and reflects that much more light off of my cutting

knife.

The very same light that glistens in the eyes of my raccoon friend.

I slice the bread, fresh and soft. The raccoon becomes excited.

or perhaps I'm merely projecting my emotions onto the newly-satisfied animal.

The raccoon has taken to following me.

You could say that we've gotten quite used to each other.

The raccoon becomes hungry more and more frequently, so my bread is always handy.

Every time I brandish my cutting knife the raccoon shows me its excitement.

A rush of blood. Classic Pavlovian conditioning. I slice the bread.

And I feed myself again.
