You know what, seeing someone say Audrey is a "bitch" stirred some unwanted feelings in me because rewatching the first movie and comparing her to other Disney antagonists, Audrey isn't all that bad to me.
At most, what she did was make snide comments and that's about it.
She never tried to sabotage the VKs to send them back to the Isle. She only tried to make Ben jealous after he (being spelled) practically humiliated her in front of the whole school by declaring his love for another girl.
And she wasn't wrong about being cautious around the VKs (practically Mal) because Ben did get spelled, did he not! Didn't Mal use magic to manipulate Jane?
Even onscreen, we don't even see her be mean to other Auradonian kids.
And at the end of the first movie, she was the one to have a change of heart and even danced with the VKs.
And the thing about the Family Day scene, I don't even blame Audrey for not wanting her grandmother to talk Mal. I wouldn't either. That's the same girl who took her boyfriend away, the same boyfriend she known for years given the books and photos seen in the third movie.
Mal is the same girl who happens to be the daughter of Maleficent. THE FAIRY WHO SPELLED AUDREY'S MOTHER WHEN SHE WAS JUST A BABY TO HAVE A SLEEP-LIKE DEATH. Mind you, Maleficent probably did it because she could, not because she was hurt about being invited to a christening. Isn't Maleficent the "Mistress of Evil"? You really think a villain with that title would be like "woe is me, you didn't invite me, wah, *sad tears*"? Nah, she just wanted to cause some mischief. Look, some villains just want to be evil and cruel without any reasons, no sad backstory required. (Keep in mind, Descendants was following the stories of the animated films.)
Also, to me, watching the Family Day scene, Mal looked almost smug, kinda... it just didn't come off like she was being nice when Audrey told her grandmother not talk to her. Queen Leah didn't freak out until Mal made that face, probably getting flashbacks to when Maleficent cursed her daughter.
Granted, the VKs did deserve to have a chance to prove they're not like their parents and I like the VKs, I do. (In fact, most of my faves are the VKs, Sea Three included.)
But to me, Audrey really isn't all that bad that some people like to say she is. She was snarky, but let's not sit here and act like she was the only character doing it (just saying, she left no crumbs). She was cautious and had every right to be. But she never tried to sabotage anyone and she isn't shown to be mean to other characters until the third movie, but that was more so out of anger (after all the wrong she went through) and being corrupted by the scepter.
Collectively, throughout the three movies, the worst Audrey ever has done was steal the crown and scepter and use Maleficent's magic.
But not to excuse her actions, but I'm blaming Auradon for that one.
Why do they only have one guy holding down the museum?! Why?! Makes no sense!! Twice, twice someone managed to get into the museum undetected and the second time a lone person succeeded getting not one, but two items!!
Why was Maleficent's scepter not properly cased?! Oh, they be making sure FG's wand is safe and secured, but knowing how powerful Maleficent's scepter is they just leave out in the open! Just stupid! Stupid!
Expected though, since someone had the "brilliant" idea to have the barrier open and a bridge form through a button... but that's for another day...

Have you noticed that Lonnie is pretty much the only descendants kid who is forgotten by the franchise? Like, there's barely anything about her(or her actor) on Descendants instagram unless you go way down to like 2017. It's pretty sad tbh.
oh yeah, the franchise never actually *cared* about lonnie, she was def that, unfortunetly, 'hey look asian person!' that descendants had to include for diversity, since Jay/booboo is the only other main asian character/actor that has a main part, not only that, but they kept putting her in japanese style outfits, like they kept giving her obi-belts?? those arent chinese fashion, thats japanese/another asian culture that isnt chinese, Lonnie/Mulan are of chinese culture/descent and yet they keep ingoring that just putting Lonnie in whatever is asian, plus they never actually gave her a proper story, in d1-she was one of hte first aks to see the vks as more than villain kids, willingly going to Mal without fear to get her hair done and then later showing emmese compassion and sympathy for the vks upon learning they-didnt have loving parents or good childhoods-after that, she kinda fizzles out, shes seen but not heard.
in D2 shes suddenly 'girl power!' lonnie, who-while rightfully-fights against the sexist rules that Chad presents during roar-which i dont think its an actual rule??? Men was probably just being used as another word for humans and Chad was abusing that and without fact checking or even talking to the coach-Jay just accepts that the 'a captain and 8 men' is literal and doesnt even try!-anyway-she helps on the isle, becomes captain as a 'easy' solution to the sexist rule-aka the writers didnt actually finish her storyline and just went 'there shes captain all done!'- and then takes Mal's side during cotillion and then dances with jay and then-poof! shes gone!
her actress by d3 is filming something else and cant be apart of d3, though im sure she would've liked to be, but i have utterly no clue what she would've done, other than be a background supporting character. Descendants has/had no clue what to do with lonnie, they didnt know what to do with her design, her fashion, her story, nothing, she was just kinda-there, and yes that sucks. she did deserve just as much of a story like-jane did-who in d1, is the insecure daughter of FG which Mal uses to manipulate to try and get the wand-jane steals the wand due to her heavy insecutiry and in d2-shes grown into her own fashion and confidence, joining the cheerleading squad, blah blah blah-
but yeah, descendants never actually cared about Lonnie, the actors and probably even Kenny(the director for the first 3 movies, god i hate saying that) did, but the francise/script writers didnt.

What we Know about Jane part 1;
Tumblr media
Possible debate team member.
Acapella member.
Former mascot.
Cheerleader.
Thinks Lonnie wouldn't hurt a fly.
Thinks Doug is a very talented musician and that working in the mines sounds dirty.
Thinks Leadership is a lot of pressure.
Thinks Carlos is great at Tourney.
It is implied she had a crush on him in d1 according to the books.
Thought the vks deserved a chance in the school of secrets web series, where she can be seen arguing/debating with a girl about it. Which also shows that she can be sassy when she wants to be.
Gets tongue tied easily but eventually gets more confident thanks to the vkw influence.
After the vks showed up, she started to learn how to balance the rules with a dose of reality.
Really wishes someone would take her on a romantic date to the enchanted lake.
She wishes she was more artistic like Mal.
She has good hand writing.
She longs to be able to use her magic instead of just studying it, despite what her mom wants.
Things weren't easy for her growing up due to being Fg (the headmistress)'s daughter, because people always expected her to be good and avoided her at the same time.
She can be very insecure at time.
She once said "Magic is niether good nor evil-- it's all about who's using it."
Her mom taught her that love's a pretty big component in lifting enchantments.
Jane is too shy to ask a boy to dance.
She was shocked to find out Carlos was afraid of dogs but said it made sense after Ben reminded her who's kid he was.
She says 'Bibbidi-Bibbidi mom!' Whatever that means.
Her biggest wish was for people to accept her because she was never "the pretty girl" like Lonnie and Audrey (her words. Not mine. She was always adorable to me).
She has a necklace with her and Carlos's ship name on it (Janlos, I think).
Not use to having friends-- so much so that she thanked the others for being there for her.
She got grounded BIG TIME after Ben's coronation but everyone was pretty cool about it. Even though she was very embarrassed by her behavior.
Finds using magic exhilarating though learned it required alot of concentration after using it for the first time.
Thinks the vks are the best things to happen to Auardon Prep.
Had Mermaid Studies (I think that's the name for the class) with Lonnie and Audrey.
Audrey considered her a friend and felt very betrayed after she became friends with the vk.
Wanted to hang out with all the vks and main aks at the end of the d1 school year.
Might like Fairy Bubble Gum.
Would never turn mice into horses because she feels bad for them.
Likes black licorice over red.
Her biggest pet peeves are being ignored and bad hair days.
Was voted most likely to go on a first date.
Didn't invite Audrey to her birthday party in d1.
She, Ben, Chad, Audrey, and Lonnie all use to eat dinner together evrry night at the same table in the cafeteria before the vks showed up.
Audrey considers her, her ex bestfriend (surprisingly).
Carlos liked her with short hair.
All this info came from The books and wiki. If you want a part 2, let me know and I'll dig up as much info as I can.

Spelled (Carlos de Vil x Sanderson Daughter)- Ch. 7: New Wardrobe
Tumblr media
After leaving the VKs to settle in, I decide to go give Fairy Godmother my report on their arrival.
“Hiya!”
A girl with blonde hair piled up into a beehive sticks her head out of the dorm across from Jane’s.
“You must be Magica! I just moved in last week!” She scurries out with a big grin on her face. “I’m Rosaline, daughter of Rapunzel! Like you can’t tell, right? Let me tell you it’s not easy to upkeep.”
I try to keep a friendly face, but in all honesty her energy is way too contagious and perky.
“Um, hi. I’m sorry but I have some errands to run-”
“Oh no worries I totally understand!” Rosaline quickly nods her head, but in doing so causes her beehive to come tumbling down. “Oh! Mind the hair! Mind the hair!”
I quickly rush down the hallway and am almost to FG’s office-
“Sparks! I need you a quick sec!”
I skid to a halt and turn to see Ben waving at me from down the hall.
“Real quick- I need you to help me with something.”
“What now?” I drone as I walk into his room. “I was just about to- oh God!”
Ben’s room looks like it was hit by a twister! Papers are scattered, the curtains are shredded, his bed is torn in half, and nearly every glass item is cracked and shattered.
“Ben, what in the name of Auradon happened in here?”
Ben sheepishly looks at the floor. “I, um… was trying out a new fencing move and things… got out of hand.”
“Got out of hand? Ben, it looks like you turned your room inside out! What do you expect me to do?”
“I donno- have you learned declutter spells yet?”
“Yes, but we’ve barely touched the basics. With my luck I’d probably burn the room down! But with the mess you’ve made that might be an improvement.”
Ben gives me a pleading look. “Please? Mom’s gonna kill me if she sees this.”
It’s true, she would. I’ve only seen Queen Belle angry a select few times, and it’s never pretty. I always pity the poor soul who faces her wrath. People say it’s King Beast who gave Ben his temper, but I say it’s his mom.
“Very well. But no more fencing indoors.” I point a scolding finger. Then I stand in the center of the room and take a deep breath.
One, two, three.
“Spick and span with the flick of my hand! Mess, stress, pests, be gone!” I swipe my fingers and the whole mess picks itself up with a pop! In less than a second the room looks like normal.
“Wow! Magica, that was amazing! You’re a lifesaver!” Ben thanks me as I rush back out to the hallway.
“No problem! Now I’ve got to-”
“Hey, Magica? There’s a leak in my dorm roof. You think maybe you could…?”
Ugh- it’s Chad.
“Chad, I fixed the leak last week. How in the name of Auradon is it leaking already?”
“I tried to mix some acids from chemistry with one of Fiona’s potions from her magic class. Nothing happened except that some got on the ceiling and ate away at the roof, so… it’s leaking again.”
I groan. “Chad, I swear if thou do one more dim-witted thing I am going to gut thy brain out!” I storm into his room, glaring at the gaping hole in the ceiling. “Make it swift and quick, get this mess fixed!” I snap my fingers.
Bang! The ceiling repairs itself, and as soon as it’s fixed I push past Chad before he can ask me to do any more chores.
“Freak! Find that flea bag of yours and get that filthy rodent out now!”
It takes all my willpower not to strangle the drama queen right then and there.
“Audrey, you have another squirrel in your room?”
“Not a squirrel, a mouse! Make your cat get rid of it!”
I cross my arms and glare at her. “Why should I?”
She lifts her chin at me. “Because if you don’t I’ll tell Fairy Godmother you failed to do a good deed, and you’ll fail your goodness 2.0 class!”
Ugh! It’s not enough I’ve got to worry about keeping my family tree a secret, but now I’m being blackmailed for grades?
“Just sit tight. I’ll go find Binx.” I head back to my dorm and begin searching. “Binx? Binx! Where are you?” I hastily look around the room.
“Here I am!” The black cat jumps up into the windowsill. “What’s wrong?’
“Everything, that’s what’s wrong! I’m trying to report to the headmistress, but everyone keeps asking me to do meaningless tasks! Speaking of which, could you run down to Audrey’s room and chase down a mouse?”
“Again? You didn’t hex her room again, did you?”
“No! She probably let it in on purpose just to nag at me! I don’t have time for this!”
Binx slips out the door. “Don’t worry, Magica. I’m on it.”
“Thanks, Binx.” I start heading towards FG’s office-
“Um, Magica?”
“WHAT?!” I screech, only to whip my head around and find Lonnie and Jane cowering in fear. Immediately my face shifts to surprise and apologetic, and I quickly cover my flaming hands. “Oh my gosh, I am so sorry! I didn’t mean to snap, it’s just that I’ve been under a lot of… pressure to carry out deeds for Ben.”
“Seems to me like you’re just doing other people’s chores,” Lonnie points out gently.
I look down, ashamed. “I know, but if I keep them happy then they won’t bother Ben, and he won’t be stressed. That and… I really want people to like me.”
Jane gives me a hug. “You don’t need to burn yourself out for people to like you, Magica. Just… don’t yell so much.”
“No promises,” I laugh nervously. “Actually I was just on my way to see your mom to tell her about how the VKs are doing. They’re actually not that bad. Sure, a little rude and rambunxious at times, but nobody’s perfect. I was also going to show them to the dining hall.”
Jane tenses up. “I still don’t know about them. I’m not sure if they’ll ever be able to fit in here.”
I did.
“These things take time, Jane. Maybe they’ll surprise us?” Lonnie says hopefully.
“I guess so. If you want Magica, I can go tell mom about the VKs while you go bring them to dinner. But… make sure they don’t act out or make a scene.”
I want to keep defending the new students, but I hold my tongue. Their minds are just as stubborn as the villains’.
“Thanks, Jane. I’ll see thou later.”
Carlos’ POV
When we get to our dorms, the first thing I notice is the door next to Mal and Evie’s. It’s got a weathered look with black thorns and cat eyes drawn on it, as well as pink flames. Is this Magica’s room? Is she our neighbor?
Our dorm has a basic layout: 2 beds, 2 dressers, a few tables, chairs, and couches, and-
“That’s a big TV!” Jay cheers as he sets his bag down on the bed closest to the window. “I claim this bed!”
“Why?” I whine. “Can’t I have first dibs?”
“You snooze, you lose, Carlos!”
Jay starts looking around for things to steal while I start to unpack. While I do I can’t help but not stop thinking about Magica. It’s like every time she smiles I get a blissful mushy feeling, like I just swallowed a bottle of happiness. Not only is she drop-dead pretty, but she’s actually smart! I don’t think she’s like the others here… There’s something different about her, but I can’t think of what sets her apart.
In 20 minutes Mal and Evie join us, with Mal scrolling through her spellbook and Evie wondering out loud about changing Magica’s ‘look.’
“Mal, do you think Magica would look better in corset heels or ankle pumps? I’ve also thought of maybe a new skirt or dress with a sweetheart neckline? And maybe some patterned tights!”
“Evie, we have more important things to worry about. Try thinking about the wand and not replacing someone’s wardrobe!”
“Oh, but she looks so- so… good. I want her to look wicked!” Evie complains.
“But I like how she looks already,” I argue. “What's wrong with her now?” I mean, she has the same preppy look everyone else does, but her bright eyes and blonde hair are a refreshing change from the rugged looks on the Isle.
“She looks like she’s 6! It’s about time that girl actually wore something that showed her full potential.”
“I still don’t trust her, or anyone here for that matter.” Mal frowns. “I swear she looks familiar…”
Just then, we all hear a knock on the door. Mal scrambles to put her spellbook away and Jay hastily covers his stolen goods.
Evie opens the door, and I see a familiar blonde poke her head in.
“Hey guys! Art thou settled alright?”
In response to her strange question we all give her confused looks, then she seems a bit flustered and rephrases her sentence.
“How are you settling in?”
“Oh! We’ve gotten along well so far. Thanks for checking up.” I give her a smile and she flinches her eyes away from me. Do I make her nervous? Also why did she speak like that, as if in a different time period?
“Yup! Just about to head off for dinner!” Mal says a bit too perky.
Magica smiles again. “I hear there’s pot roast tonight! And stuffing, candy apples, chocolate pudding-”
“You had me at pot roast!” Jay declares. “C’mon guys, let’s eat while the eating’s good!”
Magica’s POV
Carlos and Jay start to follow me out the door with hungry looks, but Evie motions for us to stay a bit longer.
“Mal and I have some tips for you!” She says with a secretive smile.
“You… want to help me? You’re not gonna ask for favors or want me to fix anything?”
“Why would we do that? It’s just a simple spell, no big deal.” Mal shrugs.
“Wait- you can do magic? Huh. Ben never mentioned that…” I’ll have to keep tabs on it. “It’s just, all day people have been expecting me to fix their problems with my magic. But now you’re just being nice and it’s… a nice change.”
“No problem. Now let me think…”
I frown as I see Mal glance at a book half hidden under a blanket.
“Lose the innocent pretty-in-pink getup, maybe try… aha! Ok Magica, hold still one sec-” Mal points to me and recites from the book: “By the powers of this bewitching book, change the clothes to a wicked look!”
She snaps her fingers, and I can feel my clothes shift. Shorter, slimmer-
I look down. “Oh my God.”
“That’s so much better!” Evie grins happily.
“It’s… different,” I try to appear grateful. My light pink Victorian gown has now turned into a low-cut dark pink sleeved corset with pink flames embroidered on it, complete with an above-the-knee red velvet skirt, black tights, and brown Victorian heels. I look just like Mother.
God, what’s Ben going to say now?
Carlos’ POV
On the way to the dining hall I walk next to Jay and he keeps making fun of my ‘goofy’ smile.
“I mean, your face when Mal spelled Magica’s clothes? Priceless! You looked like you didn’t know which way was up!
It’s true, I did kinda blank out when I saw Magica’s gown change. Wow- just… wow. I thought Magica looked pretty before, but now- one would say she’s too beautiful to be real!
“She deserves more than just being everyone’s go-to cleanup maid. I can’t understand how people think they can just use her for her magic like that, it- it’s not fair.”
“You feel sorry for an Auradon girl? Break out the ice packs ‘cause Carlos is hot with lovesickness!”
“Shut up! I don’t love her!”
“You’ve never shown this much attention to a girl before. What’s different?” Evie asks.
I shake my head. “I donno, she’s… Smart, witty, funny-”
“Smoking hot,” Jay inputs.
“She’s gorgeous! But it’s not just her looks, it’s all of her. I- I can’t really explain it.”
“You’re in love, Carlos. Whether you like it or not.” Evie smiles.
I- I am? I never thought villains were supposed to get the girl, let alone fall in love.
“But she’d never go for a guy like me. I’m a VK, remember? She’d want someone like that Ben guy.”
“Don’t you remember? That Audrey chick’s all over him.” Jay rolls his eyes.
“You could ask her out?” Evie tries to encourage me.
“No way! I just met her! Besides, I’d rather have her think I don’t like her than let her know I think a beautiful girl like her would ever fall for a deadbeat like me.”
“Carlos don’t beat yourself up. Any girl would be lucky to have you.”
I give Evie a pointed look. “Really? And what makes you say that?”
“‘Cause you’re not him.” Jay points across the room.
A blonde kid in a blue blazer keeps following Magica around, and she doesn’t look happy.
“Please? Just go on a date with me and then it’ll make Audrey jealous!” He pleads.
Magica turns and gets in his face. “Chad Charming, I have done multiple chores and favors for thou in the past week alone! I am not some pawn thou can use as a way to make Audrey jealous! How dare thou think thy can exploit me!”
That’s it, I’ve had enough!
“Hey!” I storm over and tap the guy on the shoulder. “Chad, is it?”
“Carlos, don’t make a scene!” Mal hisses. “We’ve got more important things to-”
“She wants to be left alone, so leave her alone.”
Chad turns around and gives me a grunt. “Huh. And who are you, tiny?”
“I’m Carlos de Vil, and if you keep harassing her like that I’m gonna make your life a living nightmare.”
Chad’s eyes widen and fear paints his face. “De Vil? As in Cruella de Vil? Ben, your villain freaks are threatening me!”
Magica’s POV
I can’t deny that Carlos sticking up for me is really sweet. At first I thought he was joking, but after Chad tried to shove him and Carlos socked him in the nose I knew it wasn’t fake.
“Ben! He hit me!” Chad whines.
The man in question comes over and helps Chad blot the blood running down his face, followed by Jane and Audrey.
“Wait- Magica… Is that you?”
“I think he broke my nose!”
I roll my eyes. “Stop being a drama queen. That’s Audrey’s job. Just hold still-” I snap my fingers in his face and Chad’s nose returns to normal. “There. Now quit whining.”
“Magica- Oh my God, what happened to you?” Jane looks at me, horrified. “You look-  you look…”
I cringe. “Too much?”
“Gorgeous!” She finishes. “Where did you get those shoes? They’re wicked!”
“That’s what I was going for,” Mal shrugs like it’s nothing.
“Ah! What did you do?”
We turn around and see Audrey, who’s fuming.
“Why did you change your clothes? Now you look- you look-!” She looks around anxiously and hisses: “Almost better than me!”
“Well excuse me for actually wanting to look nice, Audrey.” I try not to look embarrassed by all the new attention I’m getting.
“You’re not the only pretty one here,” Mal says smugly. “Better get used to it. Evie’s talents could give you a run for your money.”
Audrey sniffs. “Just stay away from us, freak. And your little gang of villains too.”
With that she storms off to sit next to the other preppy populars while I’m left gawking next to Evie.
“Is she always this pleasant?”
I tilt my head. “When she wants to be. It’s a miracle I haven’t jinxed her hair orange yet.”
Mal ignores our complaints and confidently plops down onto the nearest table. “Forget her. Let’s eat.”
I turn to face Carlos, who’s nervously playing with his hands. “Carlos, thank you so much for that. Chad’s always been a real pain, and… no one’s ever actually cared enough to stand up for me like that. If there’s anything I can do for you, please let me know.”
Carlos nods his head. “No problem. I’ve dealt with worse back at the Isle. Besides, you’ve actually been nice to us and don’t deserve to have that jerk treat you like that. Um… Wanna join us?”
At first I want to accept their offer, but when I turn and see Jane sitting alone I remember my promise to her.
“I thank thou for thy kindness, but I have previous arrangements with Jane.” Before I can stop myself, I’ve already spoken in my Mother’s tongue.
Carlos’ POV
“Why do you talk like that?”
Magica seems thrown off by my question, and shakes her head as if to jerk herself out of a trance.
“I’m sorry, Carlos. I do it when I get nervous. It’s… a way my family speaks, so I’ve caught on a few phrases. If I do it again just point it out and I’ll rephrase.”
“I thought you were an orphan,” Mal says.
“I am, but my adopted family speaks like that. And I will not apologize for being proud of my family.”
At first I expect Mal to keep interrogating her, but she just nods her head.
“I respect that. You want honor and glory for you and your family, same as us. Only you follow the rules.”
“Do ya still maybe wanna swing by later, trixie?”
Magica groans and rolls her eyes. “If I say yes, will you stop calling me that?”
“Nope.”
“Thought so. But… I haven’t met many people here who know how to have fun. Eh, why not? Sure, I’ll be over later.”
After Magica leaves I give Jay a wide-eyed look, which he returns with a smirk and 2 thumbs up.
“There ya go, bro. I just got you a golden chance to meet the girl of your dreams.”
“Jay, I… I don’t know what to say…”
“Just sit down and eat.” Jay yanks my arm and pulls me to sit down next to him.
But why would Magica ever want to hang out with a VK?

So..... I tortured myself to watch the wedding and it's bad. Like really bad.
The first part of the animation was ok until the rest of animation was glitchy as hell. I mean what the hell Disney! You're a multibillion dollar company and you give us this?!
The animation is cheap, making bad sequels like Mulan 2 and Hunchback of Notre Dame 2 look like masterpieces.
The clothes look meh, like they were recycled from the movies. Like Disney, you couldn't make the characters wear new clothes for the occasion?
AND DON'T GET ME STARTED WITH AUDREY'S SHOES!!! MY GOODNESS, THEY'RE DAMN UGLY! AND HER HAIR IS PASTED ON HER HEAD. WHY DISNEY WHY?!
Why Audrey of all people help Mal with her 'wedding' when she hates Mal's guts( which was understandable)
Boy, Jay looked very much like Li Shang, it's like Jay is Mulan and Shang's long lost son. Too bad Lonnie, you can't date him.
Where the bloody hell is Lonnie, Jane, Carlos, Harry and Gil?! Are they not important or what? Throughout the animation there was no mention of them or nothing. It's like they'd been yeeted out of existence.
Everyone hates Chad. The poor guy needs character development. Also, how the hell Hades knew his name?
Hades almost ruined Mal's wedding cause he was 'misunderstood'. Wut? Spare me the crap.
Only thing was cute was lizard Maleficent with her hat.
The worst part of the wedding was when Mal was reminiscing Carlos and she was sad and says she wished Carlos was here. And I'm like WHAT?! Why did they do that? Are they trying to imply that Carlos is dead in the cartoon too? I'm confused here. They could have make him go to college or something and text them saying that he's unable to come because something came up? Just because the actor passed away that doesn't mean that the character die as well. Look at Iroh, his actor died of cancer in 2006 and yet his character moves on with another voice actor. They could have done that and I'm sure Cameron wouldn't want that. And they call it a tribute. Bulls**t.
Uma, like Audrey hated Mal's guts but still helps her because it's her wedding by telling them that Hades ran off to the Isle for God knows why and cleared the fire at the barrier, making Audrey drenched in the process. At least there's a little Audrey/Uma friendship.
Mal and the others entered the Isle, and the Isle looks like a broken neighborhood. When they reached Hades entrance, they were stopped by human Pain and Panic, telling that Hades doesn't want to see anybody. This irritated Mal that she turned into a dragon( isn't her dad a god?) just to scare Pain and Panic when Hades came outside to calm her. Hades invites Mal and company in only to find Ben there and she and Ben hugged only to realize that they're not supposed to see other cause wedding tradition. Hades talked with daughter about why escaped and yada yada (facepalm). Mal assures him and everything is good. Suddenly, FG, Belle and Beast appears via the wand, reminding them that the wedding was about to start.
Mal gets a Cinderella treatment by magically wearing her wedding dress. The dress looks similar to Cinderella's.
The wedding ceremony kept at the Isle.....ok.
The song was eh, ok, but poor Chad.
There was a little Jaudrey moment.
The end.
Yeah and that's it, the Royal Wedding, if I should call it that. It's boring, glitchy, cheap and my goodness, I can't take this any more. Also, I heard that Belle's actress didn't get called back or returned yet her character was there and not Carlos, Lonnie, Doug, Jane, Gil and Harry....

You ever have one of those thoughts that just won’t leave your brain?
Today, all I could think about was Descendants 3 and specifically one detail. So the gang reconnects at Evie’s castle, they split up between finding FG and finding Audrey.
One teensy problem?
There are still three unconscious minors in Evie’s house! And we know that Dizzy at least turns while under her sleeping curse.
So that begs the question: who stays behind to watch the unconscious minors?
Jay: skilled fighter, not someone you want to leave on the sidelines.
Evie: while yes, it’s her castle and Dizzy’s her charge, she’s also a skilled fighter as seen in Night Falls and the fight in Pirate’s Cove.
Carlos: Again, skilled fighter, I could see him taking that sling shot and distracting Audrey with the smoke bombs like they did in Pirate’s Cove in the second movie.
Though I would leave Dude behind.
Uma: Not to sound like a broken record but skilled fighter plus she’s got magic. When going up against Maleficent’s scepter, more magic users on your side is the way to go.
Harry: Skilled fighter plus I think the only reason he’d stay behind would be if he was injured in some way. And even then the jury’s out if it meant Uma would be without her First Mate.
Gil: He’s good muscle for helping Jane, plus he’s one of the two puppies disguised as humans.
Jane: She’s on the mission to find her mom--that being said, once she realizes that FG is a statue, I would have grabbed the wand from the museum and then booked it back to Evie’s.
Mal: While she is Future Queen of Auradon, she’s also Maleficent’s daughter. She’s the one who grew up (probably) with stories about the scepter and knows its power better than anyone. I don’t see how she could stay on the sidelines.
Plus you know....dragon.
So the people staying behind?
Celia: a literal thirteen year old according to her application. The others are adults, but sorry not sorry, the teen gets sidelined.
Doug: Evie would want someone she trusts more than anyone to take care of Dizzy and that’s Doug.
Ben: ...why wouldn’t the literal KING of the country stay behind?! Especially when Audrey had already cursed him once? Nope not sorry, Ben, you’re babysitting!

I watched the disaster that is the Royal Wedding and good grief, there is so much ridiculous stuff that went down.
Audrey planning the wedding, Jane isn't there to help whatsoever, because her being a planner was a HUGE part of her character development- her being shy, and all. They threw that away in honor of shoehorning Audrey into the role to make it show her "character development" from her literal corruption through Maleficent's scepter (possibly not canon, but I like to imagine that it magnified her grief into rage and made her act out... considering not everyone can handle holding the scepter) and rightfully being a villain against the girl who spelled her boyfriend, in a plot against the crown. Which is, I dunno, treason...
Maleficent still is a lizard after all these years (apparently 2 years, according to mulling over the events of all the movies and books...), which is... a thing. Okay.
Ben trying to see Mal, when he knows of the customs and is very traditional- as the king, he upholds his duty to his subjects and his kingdom to the highest regard, so obviously he would honor his customs, no matter how badly he wants to see Mal.
Hades accidentally destroying the reception and being villified- but its also... very rushed?
(Not to mention how choppy and stiff the animation is... especially for the groom and bride...)
Poor Audrey's work being ruined and it being used as a poor sense of humor. Her work was crushed and it seems like she isn't even taking being crushed about it seriously. It's seriously looks like a poor attempt at making it a joke. She's suffering. Wedding planning is a disaster, especially when it's DURING the big day.
They end up looking for Hades, still and for some reason Uma is following him, when she definitely wouldn't care enough to look? Good grief. It's so dang rushed.
Also, forgot to mention this, but Carlos is presumed to be dead. What the hell. Suddenly they stop and Mal cries saying she misses him and they give her a charm bracelet. It rubs me SO wrong and makes me SO ANGRY. Why would they kill off Carlos? WHY.
Bridge to the Isle is on fire. And Mal asks Uma for help, but doesn't try and use her magic to put it all out? Uh, okay.
Uma wasting her time to put it out as a "wedding gift". But honestly... same. I wouldn't even bother bringing her a present.
Them arriving and Evie saying the Isle got a glow up was so... not it. She obviously wouldn't say something like that, considering her concerns aren't about whether things are "pretty". She would have said something that things are doing better, now that the Isle is free from sovereign rule. (Though, really, its under rule from Mal...)
Mal making a big deal and turning into a dragon. Funny, she never does anything as a dragon. All she does is fly. And she's supposed to be better and more powerful than Jane, the daughter of Fairy Godmother, Uma, daughter of Ursula and everyone else...? Yeah, okay.
Blah, blah, blah, Hades reveals that he was just trying to "behave" (that's how I see them painting him, a literal god amongst mortals) at his "daughter"'s special day (I don't even believe she's his daughter, they threw that in for funsies and wow! Making Mal ridiculously overpowered, yet also not!)... Ben's there, which is... a thing. And suddenly super relaxed and makes jokes...
Fairy Godmother, Belle and Adam (Beast) arrive to bring them back and suddenly Ben decides to throw everything away to throw the wedding "here" (in Hades's home), which is super spontaneous, unlike him, and ridiculously inconsiderate, considering Audrey literally doing all that she can to make the wedding perfect. And Fairy Godmother suddenly using her wand, after 20 something years of no magic (and in the first movie, strictly allowing magic at ALL) to plan the wedding and also having people (especially Ben, the groom, and Mal, the bride) set things up...
And it's just a private wedding, like... okay? Only Jay, Evie, Audrey, Ben's parents and Mal's parents are there. Which is weird, because suddenly everyone's okay with Maleficent being a narcissistic mother and Hades being absent.
Then, after the kiss and them being official as a wedded couple, they're teleported back to the castle, which would definitely be confusing for literally everyone at the reception, because NO ONE knows what happened or even got to attend the ACTUAL CEREMONY.
And then again, FG uses her wand for floating tiles, which have never been shown before, for a song. A reprise of the song they sang while they were setting up the spontaneous ceremony wherever it happened (in a forest... but never shown what forest.) and then Mal says she's married, which is messed up, because they're BOTH married.
Overall, this was a sham. 22 minutes of my life WASTED. All this hype, and for what? A rushed, choppy animation about literally the blandest Disney couple ever to exist?
Not worth it.

can you tell us more about elysia? about elise?
Hi anon! First off, I just want to say thank you for asking about my OCs! And secondly, sorry I didn't answer this sooner, tumblr doesn't like to show me the notification when I get asks so I didn't see this until today! (Also please note that all of my OC's were made after D1/around D2)
Elysia
Elysia is the daughter of Hades and a mortal woman from the Isle, making her a demi-god. She is named after Elysium/The Elysian Fields, the final resting place of the souls of the heroic and the virtuous in Greek mythology and religion. She's one of the slightly younger VK's at 15 and has her father's signature blue hair. Like many of my OC's, I have a few different story ideas that include her in them so sometimes she is the younger sibling of Hadie, I imagine him to be older in his 20's or so, sometimes she's the younger sister of Evie, as I headcanon her to be the daughter of Hades and the Evil Queen I mean come on her hair is blue for god's sake, and sometimes both. It all depends on the story.
Much like her father, Elysia wears punk rock fashion with lots of chains and her favorite accessories are chockers. Her hair is usually kept short, think Miley Cyrus's short blonde hair style but the top is a bit longer and Hades blue. She's also on the shorter side at 5' 4", but don't let that deceive you, she can and will cut a bitch. I used to have a face claim for her but since then I've developed her character more and as of right now I don't have one. Elysia also has a lot of piercings, including a nose, a few ear, and a tongue piercing. She is also very very gay. She's had a long time crush on her friend Kinsey (the daughter of the Queen and King of Hearts) and while normally she is brash and acts tough, when she's around Kinsey she get all flustered. She has her father's sarcasm as well as his temper and takes no shit from anyone. When she gets angry her normally greyish eyes flash yellow and her hair turns to red just like her dad. Speaking of Hades, he is not like he was in d3, he doesn't think giving his child "daddy issues" will make them better and anyone who thinks other wise can fight me please don't actually fight me Iol
Overall, Elysia is one of my favorite OC's. She can be a little shit, but she's my little shit and I love her for it.
Elise
Elise is the daughter of the Enchantress from Beauty and the Beast. She's the OC who inspired my post about the enchantress from a while ago. I've always been torn between where/what the Enchantress would be doing in the Descendants world. Like Elysia, I have a few different stories ideas for her depending on the plot. Sometimes she's raised by FG and is like a sister to Jane, other times she's on the isle with her mom, and sometimes her mom is missing but she thinks she's just a child of a non-main character. I haven't narrowed down a specific story line for her but most of her is based off of the song Evil from Descendants: Wicked World because when she finds out who her mother is she tries getting revenge on her behalf.
Elise's name doesn't have a specific meaning, I really only chose it because I love that name the same goes for Daphne and it's French in origin. Elise is an older character, usually between 18 and 20 depending on the timeline/story. She's blonde like her mother and her hair is a bit curly/wavy and falls just below her shoulders. She has green eyes and usually wears green regardless of if she knows who her mother is. Her style is a bit more sophisticated, truth be told I don't have a specific style for her just yet, and she tends to work with FG at Auradon Prep.
While Elise isn't quiet a "villain" but it's really fun to have a character who's not just a "good guy" and kinda reverses the arc the Core Four went through in D1.
-
Thanks again for asking about my OC's! I'm not sure if you're the same anon who asked about two other of my OC's but I'll be posting about them later as well (Kinsey is one of them btw). I could talk about my OC's for hours but I'll stop here for now unless/until someone wants to know more.
If anyone else wants to know more about these OC's or any of my other OC's you can check out the My OCs tag on my blog and send me an ask, I promise I'll try to check my ask box more often lol

Winner’s Curse Ch. 30
Calix and Circe transported them to Auradon Prep where the bright light enemated from the balcony where only two years ago, Ben had made his proclamation that changed everything. Guards were unconscious on the ground and others were running towards the villages, away from the sword, and the quartet that Jordan could see were watching the chaos. Wait there wasn’t a quartet? There were five. Morgana had joined them.
Ben was outside as well with FG, Mal, Jane, Carlos, Evie and Lonnie, and the young king was frantically talking to the guard who was stammering so hard he wasn’t making any sense.
“Ma-Maleficent is back. The dragon is here! She torched a house. We got it out in time but she put a house on fire! We all have to go right away!” And the guard ran from his king’s side, barking orders and running backwards till he tripped over a stone.
“I’ll go stop her,” Mal volunteered with Evie nodding at her side. “I’ll help too,” Celia popped up with several of Uma’s crew members that Jordan never bothered to learn their names.
Ben looked frazzled but his voice was anything but. “Mal, you, Evie, Celia and FG go find your mother. The guard said she was heading toward Aurora’s castle.”
“Jay, Uma, um Jay’s relative I’m guessing, and Jordan, you can go to Jafar. I’m not sure where he is but Circe can transport you there.” “Lonnie, Aziz, Cosette, Circe, Carlos and I will go against Nerissa and Lady Caine. They went to my parent’s home. Now go go go!”
Jordan allowed Aziz to wish her group to transport to Jafar who apparently hadn’t gotten very far as he was striding through the woods of Charmingburg.
And thanks to magic’s unsubtlty, Jafar noticed them all immediately when they fell in a circle around him.
Though he was surrounded, Jafar merely cackled, training his eyes on his son.
“Ssssson, I wasssss wondering when you’d arrive,” Jafar hissed, his snake tongue flicking in and out.
The black sheen of his robe turned dull, stretching longer and longer as his legs disappeared into a reptilian coil of a snake tail.
Jafar’s eyes turned red, his nose flattened disappearing into a cobra snout and his turban fell apart to reveal his flaring hood.
And just like in the stories, he was no average snake, but one as large as a dragon. His tail boomed as he slapped it down, causing them all to fall to their knees.
“You were ssssuch a disssaapointment. You weren’t ssssnakey enough like me.” Jafar crowed, before his human speech was lost entirely and his eyes lost their red. They turned black as his gleaming scales, and he rose to the height of the trees.
It was possible the cobra senses would overwhelm Jafar’s human brain, and they could try to catch it like they would a regular one but Jordan had some doubts. This cobra was intently staring at Jay, his head following Jay’s movements when the teen swayed to the left or right.
Jafar was silent, a sign that he was waiting to strike, and from the way Jay balanced on the balls of his feet, it was clear he knew it too.
But since Jafar was focused Jay…
Uma made a point to make eye contact with each of them, tilting her head to the snake and tapping at the sword on her sheath, indicating they should jump on him while he was distracted.
She whistled, signalling for them to jump but that only brought Jafar’s attention to them. Since snakes did not have good eyesight, he turned to face Jade instead of Uma who emitted the sound, but that was distraction enough for Jay.
He clambered up a tree and jumped onto Jafar’s hood, riding the cobra like a rodeo clown, he held on with one hand while punching him with the other. The cobra thrashed and they took their chance to hit it. Uma pounded against the torso with her sword even though it barely made a dent. No results but Jafar tried to coil away while bucking his head to remove Jay.
Jade began to clamber up Jafar’s back too, acting as another annoying pest for the snake to try to thrash around and get rid of.
And Jordan stood there, wishing that her powers allowed her to attack other humans instead of being forced to wait for someone to wish her to do so.
But that didn’t mean she couldn’t change the environment a little.
She concentrated, imagining the taste of the gritty particles sand caught in her mouth, the painful pricks of never-ending assult of a sandstorm swirling around, and she visualized it to reality. She aimed the mini sandstorm to Jafar’s eyes, blinding him.
The snake flailed hitting a tree, and falling to his side. Several trees fell around them and Jordan spotted Uma in the line of one.
“Watch out!” She screamed, the urgency giving wings to her feat as she shoved the blue-braided girl out of the way. The splintered wood and green shubbery showering them with spears to the arms and face. A little rough but not as bad as the sound of a sickening crunch would have been.
Jay was standing on the ground now as the cobra began to shrink in size for no apparent reason. Jordan doubted a punch would be enough to magic out. But she sensed a change in the air.
The air crackled with electricity even though there was no lightning in the sky. The air felt thin, and she could see from the grimaces on Jade and Uma’s faces that it was affecting them though they tried not to show it.
Jafar was changing back to a human, but not the slender viziar whose luxurious robes overcompensated his lank figure. He was squant and bot-bellied dressed in pajamas. The one feather in his turban was frayed. Jafar looked down at himself, scraping out the dulled ruby in his turban to shake it angrily, “What happened to me!? My powers!”
Jay stared at him, barely restrained anger and disappointment were evident in his voice, “Nothing happened to you. This is how you always were. You have no power or skills of your own. You are lazy and selfish. The only power you had came from others like genies and your staff, and me doing all the work for you. And you lost all of it because you were always greedy for more. I’m not snakey like you, and that makes me better than you would ever be with all the power in the world.”
Jafar looked stunned, not even noticing Uma hauling him up to his feet and tying his hands behind his back with her belt, “But Morgana said… Jay?”
Jay began walking to the palace, refusing you to look behind him at the sad sack of a villain. “You are such a disappointment, Dad.”
They walked in silence back to Auradon Prep, Uma wasn’t even bothering to interrogate Jafar what he meant about Morgana. The mood was too somber for that as was the tension radiating off Jay who kept walking stiffily forward.
They arrived at the entrance where the others with similarly defeated and sluggish looking Maleficent, Lady Caine and Nerissa.
Uma handed Jafar over to FG who tied the four villains together with another magical bundle of pumpkin vines which she, Jane, Carlos and Evie took to the dungeon carriage with Harry, Gil and Cosette acting as the muscle in case the villains tried to do anything.
The remaining people looked up at the five on the balcony who seemed to be in a discussion of some sort.
“So we’re all in agreement that they’re behind this,” Mal nodded toward the mini Coven.
“Jafar said something about Morgana in relation to his powers.” Uma informed.
“Lady Caine mentioned something about how this is Morgana’s and her welp’s fault. I knew Morgaine was behind this.” Ben growled, some of his inner beastly side emerging though he cleared his throat and seemed to clamp it down.
At that moment, as if summoned by their discussion, Morgana, Morgaine, Kyro and Victoria appeared beside them.
“Wow, that was-that was bad but good thing my mother double crossed those bad guys by pretending to be on their side.” Morgaine said in a overly gushing as if she said it movingly enough, it would make her sound sincere.
Morgana smiled at her daughter’s compliment, undaunted by the unbelieving glares of the group looking at her. “That’s right. I was double crossing the Coven, and Lady Caine here. I knew about their plan to invade Auradon so I put myself in their good graces, and when these four managed to escape, I gave them this power jewel,” She plucked a ruby from Jafar’s turban, “It strengthens their magic, but gives me the control to shut it off. You’re welcome.”
Ben just stared. Jordan was surprised by how blank he looked like he just went from numb from the audacity of this women to lie so bluntly to their faces and present herself as a hero.
Luckily, Mal and Uma had no problem tearing down Morgana’s words.
“Uh yeah, no thank you. You’re going to join them in the Isle where you belong.” Mal cried.
“You’re no hero. You put the Isle and Auradon in danger for your own selfish wants.” Uma said.
“We’re trying to save Auradon, we’re trying to close the barrier. Alexandria is up there, trying to figure it out right now,” Victoria insisted.
“The glowy white beam you created says otherwise,” Mal retorted.
While the three teens looked away, Kyro in particular was pouting, Morgana remained calm.
Nonchalantly, as if they were talking about the weather she said, “We didn’t plan for it all to come this. But if the king won’t accept us as heroes and agree to our demands… we should get a new king.”
Morgana and Morgaine’s hands began to glow the mystical blue glow that was unique to Camelot’s sorcerers.
Kyro shrank to his normal fairy size, and Victoria unsheathed her own sword, clearly taken from one of the Royal Guard.
Morgana striked first, sending a blue ball of power at Ben’s heart which Circe blocked with a magical shield.
The threat seemed to snap everyone out of their shock.
Kyro buzzed around Ben, and Mal who tried to catch him with their hands but were pushed away by the shock of Kyro blowing flames at them. The fay was the son of a dragon after all. Mal transformed into a dragon herself to combat his flames with her much larger green. Ben tried to hold her back, “No, Mal, he’s a fairy, you’ll crisp him! And guys, careful with Victoria she is under mind control.”
“I’ll try. No promises.” Jay grunted as he pressed his back against his cousin as he sparred with Victoria who had been training for her dream goal to be a royal guard for ten years compared to Jay’s year of R.O.A.R. swordfighting.
He switched off with Jade who threw a sword to Lala who covered her back with Aziz, surrounding Victoria in a four way sword fight.
As Circe and Morgana faced off, Calix threw magic spell after magic spell at Morgaine, batting lines about his “poor broken heart” and how dare she not mention that she was an evil sorceress while they were sleeping together. The irrelevant comments clearly annoyed the teenage sorcereress who was trying to keep up her serious bad girl sorcerer vibe.
Jordan was about to jump in to help with Kyro when lighting cracked above them. Winds that wre blowing steadily suddenly turned rough, disturbing the fight with flyaway banners and broken tree branches. A storm was swirling above them and it was gaining the ferocity of a hurricane.
Jordan looked to Uma who didn’t have a specific sparring partner either and went to her, “We need to get to the balcony, it’s the source of the magic, come on.”
They burst through the halls where students were confusedly peeking out to see what was going on outside but the two ignored. They ran through Ben’s office to window but it was blocked by a magic barrier.
Uma was about to try to fight against it with her sword but Jordan placed a hand on her arm, “I can handle this. Phenomenal cosmic powers after all.”
She closed her eyes and pushed, feeling the strength of a brick and iron wall pushing against her magic but she kept going. She felt the solid barrier pressing against her whole body, giving her a migraine as she pushed forward. Pushed as if she was trying to blend into the wall. Pushed until she heard the crack.
She nearly fell over as the magic shield fell, and the two girls cautiously stepped onto the balcony.
But Alexandria wasn’t there.
Leaves swirled around, but there was no sign of the mermaid princess. Just a chalice filled with blood and the levitating sword of Camelot, glowing and pointing at the Isle where more clouds gathered and darkened.
Uma tried to lift it, muscles straining and cheeks puffing but it wouldn’t budge.
Only the one true king or powerful magic could move it.
Jordan tried her hand, but one touch of the iron burnt her palms and burned through her veins. Gasping she fell to the floor, shaking from the pain of it.
They were good, the sword must be connected to the Mini Coven if the blood chalice indicated anything.
Uma looked and dumped the chalice on the ground, waiting for the spilt blood to affect the sword somehow but it continued levitating.
Jordan stared, though the wind was blurring her eyesight, and patted her hands on her pants in an effort to cool the burns, but nothing came to her mind.
Allah, she wished they could get the sword to move itself. Or wish that the mini Coven would just be defeated or….
And just like Celia’s plan to play the Coven off one another, the idea was simple but obvious.
“You have to make a wish,” Jordan yelled over the blowing wind, spitting out the hair that whipped into her mouth and muffled her words.
“What?” Uma yelled, trying to cover her ears and lean closer to hear.
“Wish! Wish me to transfer the power, or get rid of the sword or anything!” Jordan yelled again, pointing at the sword than at the lamp in her hands that was threatening to get swept up in the wind.
Uma’s eyes widened as she took in Jordan’s words and previously Jordan would have seen a wicked gleam in them. But she didn’t. Maybe it was there, maybe it wasn’t, but she was trying to trust people’s best intentions. And if Uma had proven anything, she was a woman of her word.
Uma grasped the lamp, and rubbed, and Jordan felt the connecting touch of rubbing hands on her wrist. The tingle filled her as Uma’s wish got lost in the wind.
The sword disappeared in a poof of pink smoke. Lightning crackled and the barrier returned in a bowl of gleaming light. Rising back over the Isle.
Another poof of smoke and a team trident appeared in Uma’s hands, dripping with salt water and tangled with kelp but the smile that glowed on Uma’s face almost made up for the salty smell.
Uma lifted her mighty weapon up and the storm began to funnel, the clouds and lighting began to twist and shape into a funnel right into Uma’s trident.
For everyone knew, tridents were descended of Poisidon. God of sea and storms.
The winds ceased and moonlight glowed from the sky.
And Uma beamed in triumph.
That smile, for the first time, made Jordan glad she granted a wish. It was a selfless one but the pure joy that shined from her made Jordan happy with her power. That she could bring happiness to people without it being at the expense of herself.
Thinking about her powers this way, she could accept it. If she gave her wishes to certain people, she could bring some good to the world. A little bit of happiness or wonderment, giving something that someone longed desired but did not believe to exist. Much like genies themselves.
Maybe she wouldn’t be following the fate of so many djinn before her. Not if she chose who to give wishes to, she would finally be in control, the control she always felt she lacked as a slave to her lamp. She wouldn’t be degraded, not if she reclaimed this for herself.
Control and freedom of choice. The two greatest drugs to a genie.
Jordan began to beam herself, her smile fueled by relief and certainty that things would turn out alright, reflecting Uma’s as she made her last wish.
“I wish to be where Alexandria is.”
A swirl of smoke and sparkle and they were gone.
And rather ungracefully deposited at Alexandria’s feet.
Alexandria was in the museum, sneaking through the exhibit of a replica of Snow White’s house, tear stained and clutching Triton’s trident.
“Alexandria,” Jordan called, remembering Ben’s words, “It’s okay. It’s okay, we closed down the barrier, and Morgana will be hauled away. Whatever control she has over you is going to be over. Just come here and we’ll help.” “It’s over?” Alexandria questioned, inching backwards, “It’s- Morgana’s captured? Wait Ben won?”
The girl turned even paler if that was possible, but her dark brown framing her white face made her look like Snow White herself surrounded by the fake forest background.
“Yes, it’s fine. The heroes won.” Jordan said softly, holding out her hand as if Alexandria was a nervous tiger and she was trying to win her trust.
Uma stepped forward, putting her trident but did not set it down, “You’re not under Morgana’s control are you? This- this invasion was an idea you helped with.” “No, that’s impos-” Jordan was about to argue when she saw Alexandria slowly nod.
“You teamed up with the villains.” Uma said, more to herself as if she was trying to piece it together, but Alexandria didn’t let her continue.
She charged but Uma was ready. She held her trident up and two crashed with a clang. Uma’s feet slid backwards but her upper body remained steady as she struggled against Alexandria.
Alexandria was blinded by emotion and it showed in her sloppy fighting skills, repeatedly lunging forward in stabbing motions with no mind to deviate from what she was doing.
Uma was skilled and she easily feigned right and left, locking her prongs with Alexandria’s until the trident slipped from her grasp with a clatter.
Alexandria stared at her fallen trident and reluctantly fell to her knees, holding her hands out in front of her so they could tie them together, sobbing all the while.
But Uma did not move to contain her. Instead he went to her knees, and waited until Alexandria lifted her head.
Once she had her attention, “Why did you do it?”
It was soft, non-judgemental but also curious as if Uma really wanted to know.
“No was going to get hurt,” Alexandria murmured, wiping away bit of hair that got into her mouth, “I-That was my condition. We- we just wanted to show that things in Auradon needed to change.” “What things?” Uma questioned.
“Everything,” Alexandria sputtered, trying to search for words, “The uniting of kingdoms, the magic ban, everything. Auradon likes to pretend everyone is the same and perfect and in harmony but it’s not!”
“It was stupid to unite the kingdoms all under King Beast. He doesn’t know what each kingdom needs. Neither does Ben. And having an Auradon-wide election for Atlantica’s queen? That’s not fair. Everyone in Atlantica voted for my mother because she trained for it her whole life, she knows what to do. And everyone else in Auradon voted for Aunt Ariel because she’s popular. She doesn’t even live in Atlantica anymore! She helps Uncle Eric’s kingdom, how in the seven seas does that makes sense or is considered a proper decision. Now Atlantica is a polluted dump but no one cares as long as those land dwellers get their underwater vacations!” “Auradon failed you,” Uma said matter of factly.
“And the Magic Ban, it hurts.” Alexandria gasped, “It just hurts. Everytime I have to return to the surface from Atlantica I have to get used to breathing this suffocating and air and the feeling of my legs being stabbed when I walk. And for what? So I can be like the other land royals and attend Auradon. Why do I have to accommodate them? Why can’t they accommodate me instead? That’s why Morgana, Kyro and I teamed up. We wanted to defeat the villains ourselves and show that-that magic can be good. Our magic is needed to fight magical enemies. It’s not bad. We shouldn’t have to deny the magic that is part of us.”
Jordan nodded sagely, bending down to her knees like Uma so she could be at Alexandria’s level, “I completely agree with you… But why did Victoria join?”
“Because if King Beast was wrong about the uniting of kingdoms and the Magic Ban, he’s also wrong about the Isle. Putting all the villains in one Isle just across from us was a mistake, and Victoria thought it was a mistake to bring Vks over too. That Auradon allowed too much time for them to stew and resent us so they should be cut off completely.”
Uma didn’t bristle at Alexandria’s words like Jordan expected her to. In fact her face didn’t change from her look. Her look was one of total empathy, that she was really listening to what Alexandria was saying.
“We- we- I just thought that if we allowed the villains to get in, we would show all the holes in King Beast’s decisions and maybe things would change.” Uma stood up to her full height, “Even though this hasn’t worked out how you planned, your stunt did make a difference. Things are gonna change around here.”
With one hand regally holding the trident, Uma held out her free hand to Alexandria, offering to help her get up. Alexandria sniffed and accepted it.
Once they placed Triton’s trident back on the mantle, the trio walked outside where things had calmed down considerably since they left.
Morgana and Morgaine were handcuffed unconscious on the ground. FG had returned with the dungeon carriage and Gil was now leading a handcuffed Victoria into the cart as Gil picked up the handcuffed sorceress. Jane placed Kyro, trapped inside a lantern, blowing flames futility against the glass.
Alexandria’s eyes widened at the sight of her defeated companions but Uma whispered reassuringly in her ear, “You’re not going to the dungeon. I’ll vouch for you.” Alexandria gave a wary nod, squaring her shoulders as she walked on her own accord, dignified as she could, into the dungeon carriage.
Ben and the others came up to them, sweating but victorious smiles were plastered on their faces.
“I see we have you to thank, Uma,” Ben slightly bowed to the sea witch. He held up her hand, “To Uma, the hero and savior of Auradon! And my new coordinator for VK relocation!”
Harry, Gil and the other Vks whooped and cheered which Jordan couldn’t help but join in.
It was over, it was actually over. The month and a half of grime and anxiety and fear for the inevitable was finally over. She could kiss the ground. But she didn’t, she still had a rep.
The less enthusiastic people of the group were Mal, and her friends who reluctantly clapped, surprised that their old rival was now a hero but that did little to dampen the mood as Harry and Gil lifted Uma up on their shoulders.
“Thank you.” Uma beamed, “Your Auradonian “heroes” were helpful too. Especially your former leader. I couldn’t have saved the day without her help.” Jordan covered her mouth to muffle the shocked squeak that came out of it as everyone turned to stare and clap for her.
She almost couldn’t believe her eyes but it was happening. At least a dozen faces were staring at her with pride and happiness, and absolutely no twinkles in their eye, signifying interior motives or greed emerging. They were clapping for her because she was a hero.
A warm feeling of pride, pride in herself bloomed in her chest and she felt her eyes sting from how overwhelmed she was of it all, but she did her best to hold it back because Allah knew Aziz would tease her about it forever. She just managed a whispered “Thank you,” coughing to clear the choked up emotion.
Once Harry and Gil set Uma down, and everyone got to crowding around and talking about their own experiences, Jordan crept up to Uma. She paused for a minute, watching as Uma took a quiet moment to herself, breathing it, still smiling broadly at everything that she had accomplished.
When Uma turned to face Harry, Jordan tapped her on the shoulder.
“Um, uhI-I just wanted to thank you for what you just said. It’s so sweet of you to thank me and call me a hero. You don’t know how much it-”
Uma backed away from Jordan a bit as she reached her arms out for a hug, “No, no. It wasn’t anything special. I was giving credit where credit was due. I really wouldn’t have been able to do it if you hadn’t made the right decision and made me your leader or if you hadn’t given me the three wishes today.”
Jordan put her hands back down to her side, trying to keep herself from hugging out of appreciation for something that was no big deal to Uma, “Still.. Thanks! Thanks so much.”
Uma nodded, “You’re welcome,” and she was swept up into her own hug with Gil and an enthusiastic kiss from her first mate.
Jordan, herself, was nearly bowled over from a hug from the behind, “Laqad faealnaha!” (We did it!)
Jordan laughed at Aziz’s loving attack, “Bialtaakid nahn faealna! Kanat mudahasha!” (Of course we did! We’re amazing!)
“So I guess we celebrate now,” Mal said once some of the buzzing excitement died down.
“No, it’s not time for celebration. We have work to do. As we agreed upon Ben.” Uma smirked as she nodded to Ben who sheepishly shrugged his shoulders.
“We made a deal.”
“Someone should go back to the Isle and alert people what's happening,” Evie said.
“Don’t worry, I planned for that too,” Uma said.
“She’s a goddess,” Harry breathed, his eyes following Uma as she, Ben, Mal and Evie headed to the castle.
Circe, Jay, Carlos, FG and the others began to clean up the debris and guide the defeated villains to the guard’s dungeon carriage that had strolled up.
And the sun began to rise.
“Huh no party,” Calix looked around at the cleaning up committee.
“I like it,” Jordan said, smiling at the newly formed camraderie as Jay introduced his cousin to Carlos, Lonnie and Jane. Cosette and Gil were hugging and talking things out. And Circe, Aziz and Lala continued cleaning up with murmered comments between them.
“After all, every fairytale ends with a party and music and celebration. This- We’re all about subverting the tropes.” Jordan said, more than happy that this was all over and that she got to comment on her favorite thing, story tropes.
“You got that right,” Calix fist-bumped her.

Dangerous Road - Harry HookxEmma
Tumblr media
"Slow down" I told my best friend, Ky, daughter of Kiera and Kovu. She was swallowing down her food like it was her job. "I can't, look she's on her way" she said, her voice trembling with fear as she pointed a shaking finger at Audrey and her cliche group of friends. I mentally groaned and stood up from the bench as the 3 girls approached us. "Yeah, listen to your friend, Ky, you don't wanna get any fatter" Audrey said, coldly, making her friends giggle.
I stared at her, a dangerous glint in my eye and raised an eyebrow. "Excuse me?" I asked, putting my hands on my hips. "Well I mean look at her, she could pass as a football" Audrey laughed. I hissed at her and laughed sarcastically. "So could you as soon as my foot makes contact with your face!” I said, coldly, glaring at her as I heard Ky chuckle under her breath. Satisfied with my comment I smirked at Audrey. "Listen, I'm just trying to put this little shit in her place" Audrey said, trying to sound intimidating but I could still see the fear behind her eyes.
I growled at her and cracked my knuckles. "Do you know what your doing?" I asked in a sweet tone, my British accent rolling off of my tongue with elegance. "No, tell me!" She said, standing on her tip toes as I was the slightest bit taller than her. "Your insulting my friend and do you know what happens to people who insult my friend?" I asked, smiling sweetly at her. "What?" She smirked. I laughed at her before swinging a punch at her nose. "OW!" She cried, stumbling backwards, clutching her bloody nose. "You are such a bitch Emma!" Audrey squealed. "Suck my dick!" I called after her, earning a high five from Ky.
I laughed as I sat back down before getting interrupted by Fairy Godmother. "Emma Porter!" She yelled, making me turn around slowly, oh yes, I was the daughter of Jane Porter. "My office NOW!" She said, an angry look on her face. I rolled my eyes and blowed a kiss at Ky before walking towards the fairy's office.
I sat down in a chair, sitting across from FG and crossed my legs, putting them on the table. FG gave me a disappointed look and shook her head before using a ruler to push my feet off of the table. "Emma, you know our rule" She began, holding her hands in front of her. I grinned at her and stayed silent. "No physical violence on the school premises!" She said. "FG, she was bullying my friend, I couldn't just sit there and watch!" I said. "But you could have gotten one of our staff members" she said.
"OH, WHAT THE FUCK WOULD THEY HAVE DONE?!" I began raising my voice as I stood up out of my chair. "Emma.." she said, calmly. "What?" I asked like a little kid who didn't get what they wanted. "I'm transferring you to the VK class" she said, shuffling with some papers. I rolled my eyes and stood up again. "Where are you going?" She asked, giving me a confused look. "To the VK class..." I said, pointing to the door, thinking that it was fairly obvious.
"I need to send an email to the teacher working there first" she said, typing something into her keyboard. I groaned and slumped back into the chair. "This is the exact attitude that got you transferred in the first place" she said, looking me in the eye. "And I give a fuck because..." I asked, causing her to gasp. "And they language needs to stop" she said, shaking her head. I laughed under my breath and fiddled with my thumbs, waiting for her to be finished.
Time Skip
FG dragged me towards the VK class and knocked on the door. A middle aged women answered and came into the hallway, shutting the door behind us. "Hello Fairy Godmother" the women exclaimed before looking at me. "I'm Mrs Brown! And this must be..." she said, completely forgetting my name. "Squarepants, SpongeBob Squarepants" I said, shaking her hand politely. FG slapped my arm playfully and told her my real name. "This is Ema Porter" she said, putting her hands on my shoulders before I shoved her away. "Well at least my class will like you" Mrs Brown said as she opened the door, letting FG and I in.
There were 7 kids inside. 4 boys and 3 girls. One of the boys was sitting in the teachers chair, drawing a penis on the board as his boots were crossed on top of the teacher's desk. He had brown messy hair, ocean blue eyes, a red sleeveless jacket on and eyeliner smudged across his eyes, he was very attractive "HAROLD!" The teacher yelled, anger clear in her voice. The attractive boy immediately turned his head, glaring at her, evil and hatred spearing in his eyes. "What did ye jus' call meh?" He asked, a thick scottish accent, lacing with every word.
"Right yes, Harry, now please take a seat" she trembled as FG watched in horror. Harry smirked and made his way to a desk next to a boy with blonde hair and a bandana and a girl with light teal hair. They laughed with him for a few moments before turning there attention to me. "Who's the new kid?" A girl with purple hair asked. "Well, would you like to introduce yourself?" FG asked me. "Nope" I said and sat down in a desk in front of me. The whole class laughed as FG left the room.
"This is Emma" Mrs Brown said. "She has been transferred to this class as she is... unable to learn in with the AKs" she said, trying to find the right words. I scoffed at her as I twiddled my thumbs on my desk. "Well let's get started" she finished, giving Harry an angry look as she wiped his drawing off of the board making him laugh. "No fun are ye?" He taunted.
All through the class I could see Harry shooting me flirty looks, causing me to blush. I wasn't gonna lie, he was very attractive and we got along quite well. I learned everyone's names by the end of the class and we had arranged to meet up after school. Once the bell rang, signalling that school was over, I walked out the door, only to be stopped by a muscular arm. "Where ye going love?" Harry asked, smirking at me. "What's it to you?" I asked, showing that it wasn't going to be easy to get me.
He laughed silently and bent down to my level so we were the same height as he was much taller than me. "Y'know ye caught me attention in class today" he said, looking me up and down. "I did? I barely noticed" I said, smiling 'sweetly'. He let out a chuckle and checked to see if anyone was looking. "I mean, yer damn fine" he whispered seductively in my ear. I blushed slightly before returning to my rebellious posture. I tilted my head and grabbed him by the ear.
"You don't wanna fuck with me, Hook" I said, smirking at him. "Oh trust me, I really do" he smirked before winking making me chuckle slightly. "Okay, tonight, 8:00 at Moonlight Pond" I said, slipping a note into his hand which had my phone number on it. "Don't be late!" I said, flipping my hair to the side, before walking out of the classroom. I could feel his eyes locked onto my ass as I left the room, sashaying down the hall.

What do you think of the theory of Uma being Davy Jones daughter? Or the other theories of the VKs Unknown parents (along with Jane and Doug)
i like it! its a super intresting concept and lowkey works XD Uma fits the vibe of him better than Ursula oddly enough lol, as for the other theories?? i dont know what they are? so i don't have a say-ive always had the HC that Jane was made from pure magic, FG's magic. so Jane is a full born fairy to me lol. i have a few HC's of my own for the vks n stuff-but i really dunno any theories of who may be the vks other parent.

Spelled (Carlos de Vil x Sanderson Daughter) Ch. 22: Evil In The Eyes of the Beholder
Tumblr media
“Do you think she’ll ever wake up?”
“Only time will tell.”
“See? She’s a good witch!”
“But she made me dance!”
“It wasn’t all her fault. You pushed her to the edge!”
When I open my eyes, I’m surrounded by bright lights and many faces. The 4 VKs, Ben, Audrey, Doug, Lonnie, Jane, Fairy Godmother- the whole room is crowded.
“Look! She’s awake!” Carlos exclaims and squeezes my hand.
“W- Where am I? What happened? Where’s Maleficent?!”
I scramble to sit up but it’s as if half my energy has been drained. But I was just sleeping…? Looking around, I see that I’m lying on a cot set up in Ben’s room. It looks like sunset outside, but there’s no telling of how long I’ve been unconscious.
“Calm down, trixie. Maleficent’s a lizard now!” Jay pats my shoulder.
“Wait- what?”
Over on my right, Mal holds up her palm to show me a tiny, purple lizard. “Magica, say hello to my mom.”
I give the lizard a wide-eyed look and slowly raise a hand. “Um, hello.” I notice an unusual smell and look to see a strange candle burning on a nearby desk. “Is that- is that a black flame candle?”
“Gracious, no!” Fairy Godmother assures me.
“It’s a healing candle, trixie,” Jay explains. “And I don’t know how black flame candles are made, but trust me you do not wanna know how this one is!”
“That protection spell was incredible, Sparks!” Ben comes over and gives me a soft hug.
“Ben, get away from her! She’ll just hex us again.” Audrey tries to break us apart but Carlos pushes her away.
“She’s not evil, Audrey. Just because she’s smarter and prettier than you doesn’t mean you need to hate her.”
Audrey’s face twitches. “Prettier?” She pivots and storms out. When she’s gone we all try not to giggle.
“She’s never gonna forgive you for that,” Ben points at Carlos.
He leans against the bedframe and crosses his arms. “All worth it.”
“We’re sorry, Magica.” Jane gives me a wistful look and the other Auradon students join her.
“Yeah. We all assumed that because your mom is, you know, evil and all, that you were trying to spell us after the family day dance-off.”
I hang my head in shame and feel Carlos inch closer to give me comfort. “I truly am sorry for betraying your trust, however you yourselves must also admit your wrongdoing.”
“She’s right,” Ben agrees. “We all assumed she was evil just because she wouldn’t help us anymore. We pushed her too hard and paid the price.”
Evie snickers. “Yeah, by dancing!”
I can see she’s standing next to Doug, and I’m filled with potential hope that maybe they can kindle a relationship after all.
“Everyone should be hating me insead,” Jane tries to comfort me. “I’m the one who opened the barrier. All just because I want to be beautiful like you, Magica.”
“But you don’t need to want it, because you have it.” I take Jane’s hand with my free one. “Everyone’s idea of beauty is different. You are beautiful, Jane.”
Fairy Godmother now calls attention. “Um, fellow students? I’m going to need a moment to talk with Magica alone.”
The students start filing out, but Carlos stays a bit longer to kiss my cheek and give me a comforting smile. After everyone’s gone, FG comes over to sit on the cot next to me.
“Headmistress I’m so sorry-” I weakly try to sit up again.
“Shh, shh. Calm down, Magica. You’ve drained a lot out of yourself, and need to rest.” Fairy Godmother presses a hand to my cheek and smiles down at me. “I’m so proud of you!”
I try to shift to a better sitting up position, ignoring the clenching pain in my chest. “You are?”
“Of course, dear! You protected us.”
“B- But yesterday… What I did-”
“-Is all forgiven. Trust me, after being Headmistress here I’ve seen a lot of strange pranks. Hexing people to dance is pretty tame compared to other works I’ve had to deal with. After today, it’s us who should be apologizing to you. We had no right to assume you were a threat and treat you like one.”
“They won’t see it that way. All the other students hate me now. I think it’s best if I just disappear for a while. That way I won’t pose a threat and can exercise my magic in peace.”
FG shows concern but nods in respect. “If that is what you wish. I’ll set up a safe space for you to practice. That patch in the school gardens is a bit too small, wouldn’t you say?”
My eyes widen. “You knew?”
She smiles. “I’m the Fairy Godmother. I always know. I will say that your improvements have been very impressive. You’ve definitely proven to be the top of Goodness 2.0.”
I return her smile and begin to slide off the cot in attempts to stand. “Thank you. For believing in me.”
“Focusing on the future is sort of my thing.” FG threads an arm around me to help me keep balance. “And I think you’re going to have a very important role in our future.”
Future. A word I’ve always feared, but now I’m starting to see a light at the end of a very twisted tunnel. I really want a bright future. With Carlos. But for now that sadly has to wait.
“Do you want to say goodbye to your friends?” Fairy Godmother asks as she gestures to the door.
I nod. “Yes. I’m ready to face them.”
Outside, my fellow Auradon students are talking amongst each other. Doug and Evie seem to be taking attempts at flirting, Ben, Mal, and Jane are discussing upcoming school events, and Carlos and Jay keep play-fighting. Once everyone sees me, they all go silent.
“Hey guys. I suppose you’re wondering about what happens now. Well… The Headmistress and I have decided that it’s best for me and the good of Auradon that I take a leave of absence. I just need to make a few adjustments before I go into hiding.”
“Hiding?” Evie asks unsurely. “But why? Everyone knows you’re not evil!”
“That is sadly untrue, Evie. The people of Auradon will always harbor distrust for me. And I know more than others how long it takes to build a lifestyle, so I’m cutting out the middleman and avoiding people altogether. I do, however, need a favor from you.”
“What is it, trixie?”
“I must request that you all vow to never speak of my whereabouts. The less people know of me, the better. Do you accept?”
My colleagues all exchange sad and worried looks.
“You’ll stay safe, right?” Doug asks.
“Of course she will. She’s a Sanderson witch!” Jane says encouragingly.
“By the way, nice invisible cloak.” Mal nods approvingly. “You’re a fast learner when it comes to magic.”
“She always has been.” Ben wraps an arm around my shoulder. “I’m gonna miss you, Sparks.”
But Carlos doesn’t seem to agree with their contentment. “Wait. You’re leaving?”

Descendants OC Compilation Part 1
Yes, another post to outline my Descendants, but now with all faceclaims and titles - this is mostly for my own reference but of course feel free to enjoy!  Also this will hopefully help me keep track of which OCs to make proper introductions for so feel free to tell me your favourites!
Tumblr media
Avalon Le Fay in King And Lionheart (fc. Emma Dumont): Daughter of Merlin and Morgana Le Fay (mixing disney with bbc’s merlin)
Nimue, daughter of Arthur and Gwen, and Avalon Le Fay, daughter or Merlin and Morgana, had always been thick as thieves, and had always been ready to declare war on Auradon.  Ever since the formation of the Isle, King Adam and the Fairy Godmother had been insisting that Morgana was still a villain, and therefore belonged on the Isle, and once Avalon was born, she agreed–so long as her daughter could stay in Camelot.  When Arthur was killed barely a year later, Merlin and Gwen partnered up to raise their daughters and run a kingdom, until the girls would be old enough to do so themselves.  Of course Auradon never trusted the one kingdom that refused to unite, and insisted that the girls be sent to Auradon prep, and so they went–reluctant as could be. Everything was fine, mostly–the other princesses looked down on Nimue’s love of swordfighting, and Avalon was never seen as anything but a villain kid, but they still had each other.  They could tolerate it all, biding their time. But at sixteen years of age, everything they’d ever planned gets thrown for a loop when it’s declared that four children from the Isle would be moving to Auradon. crossover with @seaweedhufflepuffocs
Tumblr media
Maria Frollo in Long Live The Queen (fc. Hazelle/Bellamie): Daughter of Claude Frollo
Maria Frollo hated her father.  It wasn’t an uncommon sentiment on the Isle, but it was still true.  She hated him.  More than she’d ever hated anyone.  Lucky for her, she met Queenie and Helena in the marketplace one day and found herself being taken under their wings.  She knows that she isn’t tough, not like they are, but if there’s one thing she learned from her father, it was how to rain hellfire down on her enemies
Tumblr media
Queenie in Long Live The Queen (fc. Darya Lebedeva): Daughter of the Queen Of Hearts
First there was Mal, then there was Uma.  Mal defected, turned good; Uma had a martyr complex without the brains to do, well, anything.  Now they’re gone, and there’s a new queen in town.  Queenie, along with her right hand man Helena, and their loyal supporter Maria, is running the show now.  And if anyone crosses her, she knows what to do; off with their heads
Tumblr media
Helena in Long Live The Queen (fc. Kimmy Schram): Daughter of Hades
Living on the Isle wasn’t easy, but there was something particularly difficult about it for a goddess.  Her dad couldn’t be kept on the Isle–they’d tried, no one died anymore, he was allowed to return to the Underworld.  But when Helena was born, she was cast away to join the rest of the Villains and their children, forced to fend for herself.  Being a goddess had its advantages too, she was able to survive and rise up with no problem.  Soon she was the right hand to the newest queen, and hell would freeze before she let anyone take that away from them.
Tumblr media
Elise Charming in Enchanted (fc. Lili Reinhart): Daughter of Cinderella and Prince Charming
Elise is Chad’s twin sister and polar opposite (well other than being preppy and a cheerleader).  She truly believes in second chances and is super excited for the VKs to come to Auradon?  And definitely falls in love with Evie but thinks that Evie is straight
Tumblr media
Finley Rider in Stolen Heart (Fc. Virginia Gardner): Daughter of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider
Her name is Princess Finley Ryder - Corona is officially part of Auradon but they still have their own royal line.  When she was ten she was at some fancy gala party at the museum and got really bored, and got caught stealing Jafar’s staff (no one noticed that she also got both lamps) and she gets sent to the Isle on one of the shipping barges, and the first person she meets is Jay.  Once they’re a bit closer and she’s been officially accepted into the VK circle, she tells him that she still has both of the lamps, Jay makes her promise not to tell anyone else and they’ll keep them as a last resort bargaining stool.  And then they get summoned to auradon (she’s not supposed to go but Jay convinces Jafar who convinces Maleficent who “convinces” the driver) and she has to face the people who exiled her
Tumblr media
Princess Isabelle in Tale As Old As Time (fc. Danielle Campbell): Daughter of Belle and Adam
Ben’s twin sister, who is actually the firstborn.  She believes that she should be the queen (and so does Belle) but her father insists on Ben because Isabelle is significantly harder to control.  Her endgame love interest was going to be Mal but now I’m torn between Mal and Audrey for her.
Tumblr media
Violet Kingsleigh in Up The Rabbit Hole (fc. Meg Donnelly): Daughter of Alice and the Hatter
Violet Kingston loved growing up in Wonderland, she really did.  She loved spending mornings in her aunt’s - the queen’s - gardens; she loved fighting lessons with her parents and reading with Absolem; she loved playing with the Tweedles and hide and seek with Chess; and, of course, she adored her dad’s infamous tea parties.  Yes, Violet loved everything about Wonderland.  Especially that it wasn’t in Auradon.  It was perfect.  And then the queen is cursed, and all of Wonderland knows that Auradon is to blame.  But they can’t declare war without proof, so suddenly their young princess is being sent to Auradon prep to investigate.  Violet knows her mission.  Violet is absolutely and entirely focused.  Violet is most definitely not prepared for the boy-king to have invited a group of teenagers from the Isle Of The Lost to start school on the same day as her.
Tumblr media
Harley Hook in Lost Girl (fc. India Eisley): Daughter of Captain Hook
Harley Hook was a pirate, through and through.  Always at her brother’s side, always with Uma and the crew, always near her beloved Gil, Harley Hook was a pirate.  And as a pirate, she absolutely hated Mal’s gang.  They thought that they were so much better than anyone, just because of Mal’s mom - big whoop, it’s not like Maleficent could even use magic on the Isle.  So yeah, Harley hated the VKs, her loyalty was to the crew, and she was never seen away from Harry or Gil.  And then the princeling decides to bring children of some of the worst villains to Auradon: Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos.  And Harley.  Harley couldn’t be more furious at being taken away from her crew, or at being sent to Auradon, or at being forced to work with the VKs to get Fairy Godmother’s wand.  But she knows that if she wants to get back to the Isle, back to her family, she needs that barrier down as much as they do.  She’s just not sure that they can cooperate long enough for that.
Tumblr media
Francie Facilier in Shadow Tales (fc. tentatively Amandla Stenberg): Daughter of Doctor Facilier
Why is it that people on the Isle only ever talk about Celia Facilier?  Well according to her, it’s because she’s the superior sister; according to Francie Facillier, it’s because she choses to fade into the shadows from which she came.  Francie knows everything about everyone, knows every corner of the Isle, even knows how to get off of it.  But even though she’s supposed to be evil, she’s not quite evil enough to force anyone else to listen to the villains lament on their glory days, on when they were the most feared in all the land.  Whatever, big deal, who cares?  Maybe the Beast-King should have left them all dead.  But he didn’t, no way of changing it now, so maybe it’s time for Francie to put all of her knowledge to work and crown herself Queen of the Isle.
Tumblr media
Lani in One Foot In The Sea (And One On The Shore) (fc. Madelaine Petsch): Daughter of Melody
Melody’s daughter, the first second generation child to be born, and to go to Auradon Prep.  She’s half part of Auradon (because of Eric’s kingdom) but also Atlantian which is still separated, and she’s trying to unite the two but is being torn apart by it
Tumblr media
Trina Tremaine in I’m Still Here (fc. Lana Condor):  Daughter of Lady Tremaine
a daughter of Lady Tremaine, much younger than the other two, only a couple of years older than Dizzy.  She and Dizzy are extremely close but are separated when she’s brought to Auradon.  Probably also treated badly by Lady Tremaine, ends up becoming quite close with Cinderella during that first family day where everything went wrong.
Tumblr media
Rosabelle in The Rose Has Her Thorns (fc. Zoey Deutch): Daughter of Gaston
A daughter of Gaston, Gil’s little sister, Ben decides that he can’t bring other VKs and not the child of his parents own villain, so Rosabelle gets brought to Auradon.  I don’t know much but I’ve decided that she becomes quite close with Belle (I think that she would have been majorly mistreated by Gaston and Belle can tell as soon as they meet) and Adam really hates that.  Her hair is naturally blonde (like Gil’s) but she dyes it on the Isle.
Tumblr media
Titania aka Tia in Two Roads Diverged (fc. Emily Rudd): Daughter of Fairy Godmother
in a slight AU where the Beast is honestly really dark, FG has twin daughters and he forces her to send one to the Isle (I’m not sure if it’s specifically because they’d be magic or if there’s a one child rule because he doesn’t want anyone being able to overthrow him) but FG hides her away somewhere instead?  Or she does go to the Isle but then escapes in D3 when the VKs and Pirates leave after visiting Hades.  I have very little plot beyond that but in D3 when Jane and co find the statue of FG, Jane thinks of getting the wand, but when she goes in she sees this girl taking it (and not being stopped by the shield because she has the same blood) and discovers that she has a twin, and then they overthrow the beast or something - introduces herself to everybody as Tia because of the power of real names
Tumblr media
Noelle in Only Love, Only Hate (fc. Kiernan Shipka): Daughter of Elsa
Absolutely hates Auradon because they tried to send Elsa to the Isle, but is forced to attend Auradon Prep for political reasons and she and Ben fall in love, kind of a Romeo & Juliet vibe - title comes from the Romeo And Juliet quote “my only love sprung from my only hate”
Tumblr media
Myra Frollo in Hellfire (fc. Elle Fanning): daughter of Claude Frollo and Cinderella (nonconsensual).
Because of the Beast’s hatred of magic and the time period of both Hunchback and BATB, Frollo is not sent to the Isle (the Beast claims that he’s a hero for his valiant effort to protect the city from witchcraft). Frollo assaults Cinderella, and Myra is the result. Beast grants Frollo custody but she occasionally gets to spend time with her mom. She’s very close with both Cinderella and Chad, but not Prince Charming. Chad knows that her father is abusive and it’s a big part of why he is so opposed to VKs coming to Auradon - if Frollo isn’t considered bad enough for the Isle then how horrible must those villains and their kids be
Tumblr media
Lyssa in One Last Hope (fc. Vanessa Morgan): Daughter of Meg and Hercules
daughter of Hercules who the fates predicted would be evil and is therefore sent to the isle as an infant and is raised by Hades but then Ben includes her in the group being brought to Auradon
Tumblr media
Charity in A Twist In Truth (fc. Sabrina Carpenter): daughter of Belle and Prince Charming
Doesn’t know that Adam isn’t her father until a curse is placed on his bloodline and she realizes that she’s unaffected
Tumblr media
Faith in The Hands Of Fate (fc. Paris Berelc): daughter of the Fates (their scissors are seen in the Villain Room of the museum) who was raised on the Isle
Tumblr media
Blair in A Change Of Fate (fc. Adelaide Kane): Merida’s adopted daughter
Looked down on by the rest of Auradon because she doesn’t have the proper bloodline)
Tumblr media
Cheryl in Daughter Of The Devil (fc. Margaret Qualley): daughter of Chernabog
Tumblr media
Gloria in Mother Knows Best (fc. Camila Mendes): Daughter of Mother Gothel
Tumblr media
Hannah in Wish I Were Here (fc. Kat McNamara): Daughter of Hans
Hannah never knew who her mom was, and knows that her dad has no magical abilities whatsoever, but when she steps foot into Auradon she discovers that she can do magic and finds herself on a quest to learn the truth about her past
Tumblr media
Sonya White in Ties That Bind (fc. Grace Phipps): Daughter of Snow White (in the same series as NAME and Name)
Sonya and Snow both consider Evie family and Sonya is determined to do whatever she can to help Evie - including getting the wand
Tumblr media
Anissa Radcliffe in Ties That Bind (fc. Maia Mitchell): A daughter of Anita and Roger Radliffe, from the same series as Sonya and Layla
Tumblr media
Layla in Ties That Bind (fc. Naomi Scott): A daughter of Aladdin and Jasmine, from the same series as Sonya and Anissa
Tumblr media
Casseopia in Where I’m Meant To Be (fc. Mackenzie Foy): Daughter of Meg and Hercules
Raised on Olympus by Hera and Zeus, their demand after Hercules turned down godhood, and recently sent to Auradon Prep
Tumblr media
Isadora Darling in Second Star To The Left  (fc. Olivia Holt): Daughter of Jane Darling
After Adam became king of Auradon, he had Fairy Godmother put up a barrier around Neverland, just like the one around the Isle, but no one knows where it is - somehow, Isadora finds it and makes it to the other side.
Maisie in Who Is The Monster (And Who Is The Man) (fc. tbd - open to suggestions): (full name Margaret), daughter of Esmeralda and Phoebus.
Because of his hatred of magic and the time period of both Hunchback and BATB, the Beast sends Esmeralda to the Isle (a few years after the villains, when she’s three months pregnant). She names her daughter Margaret because it was the name that Phoebus wanted. When Ben finds out that she’s on the Isle, he thinks it’s absolute bullshit and immediate includes Maisie in the kids to be brought to Auradon
Hayden in Dying Is An Art (fc. tbd, open to suggestions with purple, green, or blue hair): Daughter of Maleficent and Hades, raised by Hades

I know this isn’t as important as the atrocity coming out from the Good to be Bad clip with Vk CHILDREN having to make a case for why they need to get off the Isle 😡😡😡 But I was wondering, on the parent question, who is the other parent of Disney sidekicks like Doug or his cousin or even Jane. I mean I get why the VKs have a single parent from one night stands but what about Disney sidekicks? Do you have any guesses of who they might be?
Short answer: Not really.
Long answer: I think it’s interesting that we sometimes assume that either the Isle kids or the Auradon kids have to both have parents that we know. I mean, they could just have parents that I like to personally call “No Names” or essentially just random every day people who were not the heroes, villains, or sidekicks, especially for people like Doug.
Tumblr media
Jane, on the other hand, I have a personal headcanon which is essentially Fairy Godmother, as a female fairy, didn’t have to have a male fairy/human to have children. It does take considerable amount of magical energy to do it this way, kind of like splitting her soul but she also don’t have to deal with carrying around a baby for 9 months. It’s typically not done by fairies because they either like to trick unsuspecting human men (like I think Maleficent did on the Isle to get Mal. She didn’t want to pick another “Big Name” villain because they may try to take her heir or their magic may have overtaken Mal’s fairy blood so she picked one of the meanest, baddest “No Name” on the Isle) or they usually just spirit away a newborn baby from their crib while their parents are sleeping (King Adam made a rule very early on that, that was illegal).
Tumblr media
I also think this would explain why Fairy Godmother is personally for the magic ban. She’s kind of weak in power. Maybe give her a few centuries and she’ll have a smidge more magical power but again, I like to think that by having Jane, she’s essentially starting the countdown to her death. She’s an old fairy. She’s seen so much in the world. Good and bad and has even helped some of the good but she wanted something for herself, something that wouldn’t fade when the clock struck 12, something that could be her “Happily Ever After” for once and honestly, FG felt no greater joy than when the light faded and in her hands was this small beautiful babe that she decide to call Jane.
(Can you tell I think about fictional characters’ backstories a lot?)
In regards to everyone else, here’s a list of who I think their parents may be:
Mal: human, maybe one of Maleficent’s followers, someone who she had observed for their cunning, strength, and meanest (because she doesn’t want her child to be half weakling) as well as someone who she could get rid of easily.
Evie: had to be some sort of corrupt royalty or nobleman. I can’t see the Evil Queen go for someone who didn’t have royal/noble blood.
Jay: random woman, who may or may not have looked vaguely like Jasmine. Probably a prostitute.
Carlos: Ooooo see, this is interesting. Because who would stick around long enough to want to have sex with Cruella? Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if she had a drunken threesome with her henchmen the Baduns. I mean, it kind of explains why Harry and Jace Badun were forced to be friends with Carlos growing up. He was their brother/cousin (though they didn’t know which because the Isle doesn’t have paternity tests). This would probably be one of those things that Carlos knew about from a very young age but since Carlos’s home life wasn’t the best to begin with and since Horace and Jasper Badun never really acted like a father/uncle, Carlos viewed them more as unfortunate sperm donors.- Doug and his cousins: The seven dwarves (or at least those that got married) had kids with either dwarf women or other individuals with uteruses.
Dizzy: Though I doubt I’d ever use this in any of my current stories, I some how got into my head that Dizzy’s dad is Gaston. I think it’s partially because I like the idea that outside of Gil and his two brothers, there’s a pretty decent number of half Gaston girls running around, not really claimed as daughters of Gaston but again, it’s one of those things that everyone just knows.
Uma: It depends on my mood who I think Ursula may or may not have shacked up with. One idea is that like my ideas of fairies, Ursula didn’t need to have someone else to get herself pregnant. It’s just something that she could biologically make herself do and is something pretty common for merfolks. Second idea is it was Dr. Facilier in a nod to Freddie Facilier being voiced by China and then her sister Lauryn in the “Wicked World” shorts. A third idea that I like is that it was Barbossa one night when Ursula was bored and tired of hearing Maleficent talk about making an heir.
Gil: one of the Babbettes( I think that’s what they’re called) Though her other two sisters made sure they had nothing to do with Gaston once King Adam made the Isle a thing, one of the sister was so love struck that she voluntarily went to the Isle to be with him.
Harry: random woman. Probably a prostitute. When the Isle was first created, Captain Hook and Jafar hung out a lot (how Jay and Harry know each other) and often went to the brothels together.
Same for Harriet though probably a different woman.
CJ’s mom is special. She is technically an actual Disney character but I’m not sure how many people would know her unless they watched a specific Disney series of movies. That’s all I’m going to say or else I’ll spoil stuff for one of my stories.
Anyway, I’m obviously forgetting some people but if there’s someone specific who you want to know my headcanons for their second parent let me know.
Thanks for the question anon!

See You Again (A Harry Hook x reader story)
woo next part finally!
Part 7
Summary: When Hadley, Daughter of the feared ruler of the Underworld Hades, is sent along with her 4 best friends to Auradon Prep she must leave behind a certain pirate who stole her heart.  Will she be able to keep the promise she made to him or will it all go up in flames?
Disclaimer: I do not own any characters in Descendants.  Hadley and the plot between her and Harry are mine.
Warnings: mentions of abandonment
A few days later
After a failed attempt to con Jane into letting Mal see the wand, the five desperately needed to come up with a new plan.
Hadley sat in Mal and Evie's dorm helping Evie make a new dress, something the two loved doing together.  Carlos was there too sitting at the foot of Mals bed with Dude, the campus mutt,  somehow Ben got Carlos to like dogs.  It made Hadley a little jealous.  She may not have enjoyed her time in the Underworld but she did enjoy the company of her father's three headed guard dog Cerberus, who stood guard at the entrance to the Underworld.  She missed him dearly.
Jay came crashing in showing off his new jersey.
He walked over to Mals bed.
“ Did your plan with Jane work? Are you going over to see the wand?”
“Do you think that I would be going through every spell in this book if I hadn't completely struck out?” Mals voice rose as she spoke.
Jay held his hands up in defense.
“Someone's in a bad mood.” Carlos said from the floor.
“ My mom is counting on me! I can't let her down.” Mal said flicking the back of his head.
“ Look we can do this!” Jay raised his voice causing the rest to look at him. “ If we stick together.”
“ And we won't go back, until we do” Mal stated looking around the room at the others “Cause we're rotten”
“To the core” the four finished.
“ Oh yeah, I found out that fairy godmother blesses Ben with the wand at coronation and we all get to go. I have nothing to wear of course!” Evie sihde.
Just sas Mal was about to say something there was a knock on the door
“Hold that thought.” Mal said rolling off her bed to answer the door.
Ben was on the other side asking how their day went.
The found out that only Ben, his parents, FG and his girlfriend where aloud upfront.  Which hatched an idea in Mal's head.
“I think it's time Benny-boo got himself a new girlfriend. And i need a love spell.” Mal clapped and Carlos threw her spell book at her.
Later that night the five stood in the schools kitchen preparing the love spell in the form of cookies.
“It says we still need one tear.” Hadley pointed out in the recipe.  She had been demoted to reader after she accidentally hard boiled two eggs in her hands.
“Well I never cry so..” Mal trialed mixing the batter.
“Then let's chop up some onions” Carlos offered from his spot on the counter.
“No. It says one tear of human sadness. And this love potion get the best reviews so we have to follow it exactly.” Mal stated.
“A tear's a tear.” Jay sighed exasperatedly.
“ That's not true Jay they both have antibodies and enzymes, but an emotional tear has more protein based hormones than a reflex tear.” Evie piped from next to Mal.
“ Listen to you!” Hadley praised.
Jay stared wide eyed before relaxing and shrugging nonchalantly.
,”Yeah I knew that.”
“You did not.” Carlos slapped Jay on the arm.
“Okay well someone needs to cry.” Jay stated.
“ someone start talking about Hook. That'll get us a tear.”
The smile faded off hadley's lips turning into a deep frown.
The other three looked in shock at what Jay had said.
However before anything could be said, Lonnie, daughter of Mulan, came bouncing in the door to the kitchen. Her new long soft curls, courtesy of Mals spell book, flowing behind her as she shuffled her way across the floor in her bunny slippers.
“there you are mal!” Hadley snapped out of whatever trance she was in and quickly covered the book in front of her.
“you all the girls want you to do their hair.” Lonnie looked to the bowl in front of the three girls.
“ midnight snack hu? Whatcha making?” she questioned working an eyebrow before dipping her finger into the batter.
The vks all shouted and told her to stop but she'd already eaten it.
“ what? Guys I'm not gonna double dip.” she stared wide eyed at the five in front of her.
“ feel.. anything?” Evie looked a little concerned.
“yeah, like maybe it might be missing something?”  mal asked.
Jay hopped of the counter, stopping in front of Lonnie, smirking
“hey there" he flirted pushing back a piece of his long hair.
Lonnie stared at Jay for a second before giving a tight smile and shrugging.
“could use some chips.” Lonnie shrugged walking over to the fridge.
The looked confused for a second before sighing in relief.
“and those are?” Hadley asked as mal resumed stirring .
“chocolate chips. Only the most important food group.” she said excitedly throwing a small handful into the bowl.  “didn't your moms ever make you chocolate chip cookies?” The five looked at her “ like when you're feeling sad and they're fresh from the oven with  a big ol’ glass of milk and she just makes you laugh and just puts everything into perspective.” Lonnie smiled.
Hadley lowered her head. She'd never known her mother.  From what her father always told her she was dropped off in the underworld not long after she was born.  Her mother was too busy to raise a child.  The only mother figure she really had was the Evil Queen when she and Evie met and even that wasn't that great.
“ Why are you all looking at me like that?”
“ Things are different where come from.” Mal piped up.
“ Y-yeah I know. But I just thought that, even villains love their kids.”  The frowns already prominent on their faces grew darker, Hadleys eyes even began to brim with tears.
Lonnie looked around at their frowns before grabbing Hadleys hand.
“ How awful.” Her voice cracked as she spoke and a single tear fell from her eyes.
Mal noticed and reached over quickly wiping it away and flicking it into the bowl.
“yeah well, big bummer but we have to get these into the oven so thank you so much for coming by really really have a good night” Mal said as she escorted Lonnie to the door.
“Evil dreams!’ Mal waved as she left.
“Okay! Boys Cookie sheet! Hadley oven!” Mal pointed to each of them as she turned around and walked back.
“ You know what guys, I think I'm going to head back to the dorms.” Hadley spoke looking anywhere but them.
They stopped what they were doing and looked to her.
“Hey you okay?” Evie placed a hand on her shoulder, which she quickly shrugged off.
“ Yeah just feeling a little tired.” She nodded her head placing a small fake smile on her lips.
“ Okay.” Evie called as she walked away and out the door.
Hadley wrapped her arms around herself as she made her way back through the drafty, silent castle,  The floor echoing as her heeled boots hit the hardwood.  She knew Jay didn't mean anything by what he said, and there was no way Lonnie could have known about her family life but it struck a chord in her chest.
When she entered her dark room she, made her way over to her bedside table and kicked off her boots before grabbing her notebook with her sketchings and a pencil.  She walked over to her big window that overlooked the isle.  Opening up to the page she'd drawn Harry. She opened the window a crack to let in the cool night air.  The wind blew slightly, pushing her blue and white locks around.  The ever present storm cloud over the isle seemed darker and more violent.
She thought about what Harry was doing at that moment, he could be sleeping as it's late but Uma could have him on watch.  She wondered if he'd thought about her since she left but knew it was silly to even think that.  She knew he'd never see her the way she saw him, he was a pirate after all.  But still, she couldn't help falling in love with her best friend.
(Hadley)
Wise men say Only fools rush in But I can't help falling in love with you Shall I stay? Would it be a sin If I can't help falling in love with you? Like a river flows Surely to the sea Darling, so it goes Some things are meant to be Take my hand, Take my whole life, too For I can't help falling in love with you Like a river flows Surely to the sea Darling, so it goes Some things are meant to be Take my hand, Take my whole life, too For I can't help falling in love with you For I can't help falling in love with you
A single tear fell onto the page.
