So I've been thinking about Nectar that is mentioned in the lore pearls? Apparently it is necessary and considered a Vital Resource alongside water, energy and Void fluid, but what exactly is it?

Food perhaps, since I would presume food would be mentioned on the short list of vital resources for the survival of the city on top of the iterator can. Still, we have a picture that represents the fourth sin, gluttony, and there they eat other, recognizible things like blue fruit and the leg of some kind of creature (?).

So I have some theories:

1.) Nectar is food, processed into the most nutritious form, just a thick soup packed with sugar, fats, vitamins and proteins. Convenient, yet not very tasty, strictly there for survival. Those that eat other foods are not very pious/commit the sin of gluttony.

2.) Nectar is a resource that they feed the tube-like purposed organisms and which they then process into other things: be it food, other materials like fabrics or so on. Basically a very useful 3d printing liquid that makes organic plant or animal-based things.

I think when it comes to romance Francine and Gabbi are truly two peas in a pod. They both have been purposefully single for a hot minute because they fear getting hurt. I think Francine is very full on at the start, hot and heavy, full steam ahead BUT as soon as the person on the other end prods at her to show some vulnerability, she clams up. While with Gabbi, I think she’s just shut down from the start. You have to absolutely chip (and when I say chip, I really mean like using drills with a dash of military grade explosives lol) away at her to show a glimpse of vulnerability. I feel like Gabbi is very much of the mindset of “fuck relationships and everything they stand for”

Imagine @pixelchills ‘A Not so Sunny World’ AU, but crossed with The Maze Runner univserse.

Spoilers for The Maze Runner movies!

To try and create a cure for the flare WICKED created animutants and sent them into the maze trials to see which ones would be immune or not, which ones would gain the anti-bodies to hold off- or even cure it.

Sunrise and Moondrop being sent into the same maze, group As maze, and them being sent up right after the other and forming a close bond due to them being sent up at relatively close. Sunrise either being a track-hoe or a med-jack, meanwhile Moondrop is either a runner or a blood-houser.

When Thomas comes into play Sunrise is curious about him, the greenie who always asks why, the newbie who wants to go into the maze- to solve the maze. Moondrop isn’t as curious as Sunrise, choosing to keep his head down until Teresa makes her appearance.

When the Maze refuses to close Moondrop is the one protecting Sunrise, making sure the Grievers don’t sting or take him. When Thomas gives the Gladers an opportunity to leave Moondrop and Sunrise take it, hoping for a better future outside the Maze. They both make it out of the Maze.

They meet Solar in the facility Janson runs, Solar warning the Gladers not to trust the place too quickly and when they make their grand escape from the facility Solar is right there with them.

Sunrise is horrified when they first meet the cranks, his body freezing at the mere sight of them, needing Moondrop to pull him along so he didn’t get bitten.

They find the people in the mountains and when Brenda and Jorge join the crew so do Freddy, Bonnie and Monty.

Finding the Right Arm allows them to meet Chica, Roxanne and Foxy, also leading to the betrayal of Teresa and Monty as they alert WICKED of their location. When WICKED returns and takes Minho Sunrise is also taken.

Moondrop spends six months with the Right Arm and a failed attempt to get Minho and Sunrise back before he and the rest of the Gladers take matters into their own hands, eventually joined by Jorge, Brenda, Chica and Roxanne after some trouble in a crank palace.

Around the time Newt shows signs of infections, so does Moondrop.

Meanwhile in WICKED Sunrise is seen as a major breakthrough, his blood- much like Thomas’s- completely eradicates the flare from the host’s body. Only problem? The cure made from his blood can only cure animutants, it only slowed the infection rate in humans.

When the last city falls Moondrop helps Thomas and Newt rescue Sunrise and Minho, his infection rate ever so slightly slower than Newt’s. Sunrise is horrified to find out Newt and Moondrop are infected and manages to snag a single vial of the cure his blood made before they made their escape from the WICKED building.

Making their escape it becomes obvious neither Newt or Moon are going to make it, Newt cranking out and attacking Thomas while Moondrop was mere moments away from cranking out himself. Sunrise only managed to get one vial and two people needed it.

Sunrise would have to choose. His lover? Or a beloved friend?

All he had to do was remember,

WICKED is good.

what is this klub ice au I need to know

Ah, time for jelly to do some explaining

In the wee old days of young jelly, there was a popular group of mcyts called team crafted. They often did videos on the cops and robbers mini game.

Some episodes had special themes attached to them. This is where klub ice comes in

It ran mostly the same like their other cops and robbers videos, except the prison more resembled a night club (it literally only had a dance floor put into it). The exception to this, being that the members playing that specific theme picked up flamboyant personas instead of their normal ones.

It's later shown in the episodes that these flamboyant personas aren't ones they've adopted on their own(mind control babeyyy). Their characters usually end up breaking out of it when they leave the prison or for story progression(since the mind spell makes rhem want to stay in the prison).

Now what does this mean for klub ice au? Well the writings kinda on the tin(I've changed it slightly from the og concept).

I've picked a handful of hermits to be "in" on the club. (Now before I go on, I want to mention that in the cops and robbers series, there's a pattern of the warden being violent when members break out of the mind spell).

So it essentially plays the same, except instead of in a prison they're just on hermitcraft. Trying to spread the "party groove". They don't pick up personas, but they definitely are acting more sweet than usual.

Instead of just one member being violent when there's party crashers(usually just the warden) now they're all violent.

I think you can see where I'm going with this

I know there's some parts of your fanfiction where Clora has some passing feelings of jealousy because of a comment or two made by background characters towards Sebastian, but I was wondering how you think Clora and Sebastian would genuinely react to a situation where someone was actively trying to pursue him? I was just curious since the raven and the snake have a good bit of people chasing after Clora and Sebastian being jealous (cough physically violent cough)

BAHAHA seb doesnt get physically violent when he gets jealous, he just gets irritated and petty LOL. gotta defend my boi for a sec, hes only gotten physically violent twice, and once was when clora was being blackmailed/SA'd, and the other was when he was corrupted by the relic, so it wasnt REALLYYYY him.

BUT to answer the question, this is what happens when clora gets jealous LOOL basically its: she gets jealous > knows that its unfounded and seb wouldn't reciprocate, so she keeps her feelings to herself > but still cant help but feel down about it > seb catches on and makes sure to reassure her. and seb would 1000% be willing to just never talk to the other girl ever again if thats what it took BAHAHA but obvs clora would reject that and tell him thats way too extreme. and altho seb thinks its cute when cloras jealous, he also doesnt like making her feel that way, since he considers it a sort of failure on his part (like, if ur feeling jealous, it means im not proving that i love you enough LMAO) whereas for when seb gets jealous, its: he gets jealous > tells clora of his suspicions / that the dude is trying to get with her > clora tries to reassure him that its nothing, and that its all just platonic (bc it IS from her POV, whether the dude actually likes her or not, bc shes naive af) > seb has no choice but to put up with it LOL bc he's self-aware and knows he gets jealous easily, and accepts that he might be overreacting, but he'll still keep an eye on it regardless. he trusts clora but he doesnt trust the guys, and unlike seb, clora wouldnt stop talking to someone she considered a friend just bc seb THINKS they like her. unless the dude is straight up asking her out/being super bold and obvious about it, clora would just default to 'oh hes just being friendly😇 LMAO. basically seb is too jealous and clora is too naive and they both know this about themselves and each other, so they kinda have to meet in the middle on these things HAHA. for seb its like yeah fine, i might think every guy has nefarious intentions, but YOU also think every guy is completely pure and has absolutely NO romantic intentions ever LOL. but they know this so it works out LMAO (plus even if it is slightly infuriating for each other at times, seb still finds cloras naivety/innocence endearing, and clora also finds sebs possessiveness/jealousy endearing as well🥰) also unrelated but i finally changed my pfp after a year and its cracking me up. that is all
