Jayfeather infodumps to Kestrelflight and flametail cuz he knows they'll listen and infodump back, nobody else knows that they do this cuz it's in the dream world thing but it's super cute to just hear jay infodumpimg abt a history thing, flame infodumping with questions and kestrel infodumping with theories. It's quite cute and they even consider them the best parts of their dates.. even tho it confuses any bystanders
Bonus (this could be spoilers to the fic so read at your own risk ig): when berrynose joins the relationship, he infodumps to others abt how cute his bfs are and just listens to their conversations with a smile thinking abt how he got so lucky then the conv between them switches to how berrynose is so cute and he gets flustered cuz he's the one calling the other three thar, not being called it. It's super wholesome and I love it

Do you have any LGBTQ+ headcanons for pride month? :)
I do, so many! Let's see how many I can list! As we all know, gender and sexuality is a spectrum, and there's no one way to classify just everyone into little bubbles. That's what makes us as humans so amazing. I made "groups" below for those interested in certain "categories", but if anyone has particular asks, I can try and assist.
I mostly stuck to notable cats people would recognize rather than getting a bit more obscure, so do ask if you want specifics. If I have mistakenly used wrong pronouns in the past for certain characters, I apologize as it may either be old, or I sometimes slip because no nonbinary cats are really in the books using said pronouns, but I get used to them nonetheless.

This genuinely has nothing to do with Sky, but I 100% ship Rootspring and Nightheart. They’re around the same age and not related and all that funky stuff, and I just think that they’d have a good dynamic together lmfao - they both have had troubles fitting in and being bullied by some of their clanmates, and are both socially awkward, so why not lol
(Other random ships that I came up with and kinda liked: Heathertail x Dawnpelt, Barley x Boulder, Daisy x Squirrelflight, Harestar x Antpelt, Ivypool x Furzepelt, Kestrelflight x Flametail, and Sunbeam x Spotfur)

Lionblaze and Jayfeather if that's alright!
Ooooooo y'all know I ship Lionblaze x Kestrelflight! And with Jayfeather, tied between Foxleap and Poppyfrost. But I'll do Foxleap cause I love him~
A few headcanons for the boys before I get to ships
Lionblaze
Lionblaze is non-binary, he doesn't really have a preference for pronouns but most use he/they.
Lionblaze is also Bisexual! He's got a lot of love in his heart~
A lot of people like the idea of the 3's powers taking something away for them to work, ex. Jay's sight, Dove's hearing. Lion loses the ability to recognize the amount of pressure he's putting on something. So basically he dosen’t know his own strength and is always just a little too rough with things.
Jayfeather
Jay is pan and agender! Uses they/them pronouns.
Jayfeather and Flametail were absolutely best friends and even after finding out they weren't kin Flametail still called Jay "his favorite cousin!".
Jay actually really likes kits and may or may not really wants some of his own.
Lionblaze x Kestrelflight
Lion and Kestrel met as apprentices at Lionpaw's first gathering. Instead of becoming secret roleplay tunnel friends with Heatherpaw, he and Kestrel do! Kestrelpaw kind of become Lionpaw's confidant about his mentor and how scared he is to accidentally hurt someone due to his strength.
Kestrel helps him out with cuddles and strength tests, and the two do play games whenever they see each other. I feel like Lion and Kestrel would have more "I can tell you about my personal problems cause who are you even gonna tell this too?" relationship.
They stay together for a long time, defining any romantic feelings, when the kits from Windclan go missing. Kestrel joins Heather and Breeze and after they barely escape the flooding tunnel Kestrel tell Lion that he might be falling in love with him and he's honestly okay with that.
Their theme song is Collar Full from Panic! At the Disco, go listen to it pls.
Jayfeather x Foxleap
This relationship started as a one sided crush on Foxpaw's part. Jay thought Fox was annoying as the younger tom was always bothering them. However as they grew older Jay grew to appreciate Foxleap, he was always optimistic and cracking jokes and never seemed to pity Jay for their blindness.
Foxleap and Jayfeather are that couple that roast people together. Gatherings are hilarious and roast offs have happened before because of these two.
Fox and Jay definitely wanted to have kits, however Foxleap wasn't sure if he was comfortable carrying a litter (he trans baby!) So they spent the last half of OoTs looking for a surgate.
Good ending, Foxleap lives and they have two daughters Dandelionkit and Cricketkit!
Bad ending, Foxleap dies from his wounds and Jay either is a single dad or AVoS goes on as normal. Cue starclan!Foxleap visiting Jay in his dreams.

ivypool
How I feel about this character: i love her!!! god i love ivypool so much, she’s such a refreshing narrative in the series and is absolutely one of the saving graces of OOTS. i also have a soft spot for characters with Complicated sibling dynamics
All the people I ship romantically with this character: hmnn... blossomfall x ivypool is cute. i still maintain stormcloud x ivypool would’ve been better than fernsong. uhhhh. i dont have really strong feelings
My non-romantic OTP for this character: ivypool and hollowflight! ivypool and her family! ivypool and hollyleaf!My unpopular opinion about this charac
ter: idk at this point whether “ivypool x fernsong shouldn’t have happened” is unpopular or not? uhhh i wish the fandom would appreciate more how she basically trains a bunch of people in the dark forest and has potential for a lot of jokes about being a mentor, and how her role as a mentor (and a mentor of twigpaw in AVoS) could be a really intereting way to look at her character!
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: she didn’t get the erin hunter she-cat treatment, but now it’s too late for that......... her personality has been sacrificed to flipkit

How I feel about this character: i... really love jayfeather. he’s a really important character to me because, even if it’s not handled great, his disability and how he deals with it is! important to me! honestly it feels really rare to get a character whos disabled from birth and allowed to be ANGRY about it, and that means a lot to me
All the people I ship romantically with this character: i actually have a soft spot for jay wing x half moon, not necessarily because it’s super compelling, but just... what it means thematically that jay has a love interest he can never be with. i also like jayfeather x berrynose, jay x kestrelflight, and even jay x briarlight.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: with the three, obviously!! also i wish we got to see more of him and flametail. and... jayfeather and the stick
My unpopular opinion about this character: jayfeather’s “grumpiness” is 100% justified for how shitty his situation is, and he is not wrong for being angry at leafpool bc honestly she treated him pretty shitty and then never really apologized for anything.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: god i don’t even know at this point... just let him be happy. maybe when he retires to the elder’s den he can be grumpy and tell stories without having to be stuck in a role he hates

How I feel about this character: nyssa’s so good!! honestly for how little screentime she gets she leaves SUCH an impression. im gonna stop myself here before i ramble too much
All the people I ship romantically with this character: nyssa and sara, obviously. theyll never cease to make me sad. maybe nyssa and laurel, in certain situations?? idk. from there it’s.. kind of hard, but in the right situation you could probably convince me of nyssa x any women, except like... thea.
My non-romantic OTP for this character: nyssa and thea, actually? i hope they’re friends offscreen now. nyssa and laurel’s canon dynamic, too. i also like nyssa as grudgingly friends with oliver but still extremely spiteful
My unpopular opinion about this character: nyssa wouldn’t be super jealous of ava or be angry at her for dating sara or anything. nyssa let sara go and clearly wanted sara to move on with her life and be happy, so as long as ava or anyone else was making sara happy, she’d be happy with that.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: i wish!!! they’d give sara and nyssa some kind of closure!! just like ONE MORE SCENE i want nyssa seeing that sara is happy and things are good for her now! and sara can see nyssa away from the league and in a better place! and they can both be sad it never worked out but glad they both found a lifestyle that they’re happier in!

Sorty if you've already answered, but what were the pairings of all the 12 ? From what I've gathered, we have LionHoney, CinderHolly, JayKestrel, but what about the rest ? :)
I’m happy to answer, no worries!! There’s a lot of stuff so I’ll do repeat questions without an issue, I promise ^_^
Jayfeather x Kestrelflight
“Together” as in they love each other but live in their respective clans and don’t actually pursue their relationship to the fullest. They’ll be together in StarClan. They also never have kits.
Lionblaze x Honeyfern
Become mates and have kits post Great Battle. First litter were “legacy kits” Leafkit and Bramblekit after Brambleclaw and Leafpool who died in the battle. They become Leafstripe (Sorrelstripe) and Bramblesong (Fernsong). Their second litter is Spotfur, Flywhisker, and Snaptooth.
Hollystar x Cinderheart
Become mates before Great Battle, but Hollyleaf’s distraction with the prophecy and her brothers causes issues with their communication early on. They’re a healthy relationship who never have kits of their own, though Hollystar raises Flamekit after Sparkfire’s betrayal. So their adoptive son is Nightheart. He’s a pain in the ass.
Dawnstar x Crowfrost
He’s 5 moons her senior and her father’s apprentice, so she just doesn’t like him initially cause she sees him as a stick in the mud - which he kinda is. Opposites attract trope. They become mates towards the tail end of the Po12 arc, but Dawnpelt gets pregnant with their kits before The Great Battle much to her dismay. Due to the stressful period, she doesn’t nurse her kits, then becomes promoted to deputy post Great Battle during a very stressful time so even less time for family. He loves her dearly though and dies protecting her from their daughter Sleekwhisker. Their kits are like canon - Juniperclaw, Strikestone, and Sleekwhisker.
Flametail x Owlpaw
Technically not endgame but the only cat Flametail loved and thinks of. Owlpaw is killed accidentally by Lionpaw, something that Flamepaw tries to forgive but can never forget. He’s softer towards Owlpaw’s kin, like his niece Gullswoop.
Heathertail x Breezepelt
Childhood best friends to lovers trope. They get together formally before The Great Battle and have two litters later on. First litter is Brindlewing and Smokehaze. Second litter is Appleshine and Woodsong.
Minnowtail x Mousewhisker
The illegal cross clan relationship. They train in the Dark Forest together and are technically mates for the majority of Po12 itself. Mousewhisker leaves ThunderClan to live with her in RiverClan post Great Battle. They have a single daughter - Havenpelt.
Dovewing x Briarlight
Best friends turned lovers again. Bumblestripe has a big crush on Dovewing and tries to get Briarlight to set them up, but Briarlight secretly has feelings for her best friend. They get together post Great Battle and want to have kita, but are struggling to choose a donor as Bumblestripe makes Dovewing incredibly uncomfortable. After learning Tigerheart too wants a kit but without taking a mate, he acts as their donor in secret and they have two kits - Lightkit and Shadowkit. Dovewing and Briarlight raise Lightleap in ThunderClan while Tigerheart is a single father to Shadowsight in ShadowClan.
Sedgewhisker x Emberfoot
Another post Great Battle pairing. Power couple dynamic with Sedgewhisker being the mediator and Emberfoot being an ambitious and diligent warrior. They’re admittedly my weakest pairing that I need to do more with besides their surface relationship and why they happen. They are the parents of Fernstripe, Featherpelt, and Larkwing. Sedgewhisker named Featherpelt and Larkwing after her best friend in RiverClan, Larkfeather.
