okok someone, at least one you knows ye qisheng right??? right??? like, the only mention of him I’ve seen on tumblr is someone likening him to gerard way and well. does that bode well?

so, I just saw him in devotion of suspect x and by god I need to scream somewhere, the whole musical was just so??? amazing??? and ye qisheng as ishigami, wow, honestly a highlight of the show. like, I decided to go to this because I couldn’t make the production of no longer human, or phantom of the opera, but I am so so happy I went because, well, it made we read the book! (which is great, the rest of the series is awesome too), and I got to see this absolute god live. the music is actually way above what I was expecting, and the acting, wow.

especially the yukawa x ishigami stuff! that scene on the bridges, where yukawa’s asking ishigami just why he did all this to help sayoko, the lighting, the staging, the emotions andhsaj I am not ok. yukawa telling ishigami that he was his only rival. aaaaa.

ishigami’s ‘confession’ scene, oh my god, that broke me like istg. like, in two ways. firstly, that heartbreak of my god ishigami, why would you do this, and secondly, seeing ye qisheng act like that crazed stalker trope. I am so ok.

I promise I can have coherent thoughts, I’m just still processing this. give me, like, three business days.

i absolutely love how they incorporate the modern and the traditional w/ the digital mora coins/glowing lights on his outfit and the cultural/historical aspects of the lion dance (the same can be said of yun jin's opera cutscene using instruments like modern drums/guitar while maintaining a traditional opera singing style)

i think they did a great job w/ the casting in all 4 voiceover languages bc they all have a similar endearing tone ^^ i can't decide which voiceover i want to use while playing him

EDIT: As of November 14th 2023, I've decided to start keeping track of when a post does not include a single-letter element. Single-letter elements are, in order: H B C N O F P S K V Y I W U. These posts will be tagged with "missing single".

I usually don't analyze anything fandom-related, since nothing good can come from a fandom post leaving its circle. There are some exceptions I'll make, though.

I use a script to search for the symbols, but it can't read the words in images, so they have to be retyped into the script 100% manually. I'll most likely still do it, but just keep that in mind when sending in posts with lots of images.

I'll only analyze posts where it's very clear what order things are read in; charts, graphs, doodle pages, and other images with words all over the place won't be counted.

When it comes to URLs, I don't count them for the main tally unless they show up in a screenshot or as a tag somewhere in the thread; instead, the URLs of the users in the thread are listed out afterwards in their own separate tallies, with the elements listed in the order that they appear in the person's URL (this does not include URLs that only appear in screenshots/tags).

If you tag me in a post, I won't be counting anything that you added to the thread, though you will still be part of the secondary URL tally.

When I make a tally, I (usually) won't be adding my own comments, and on the occasions that I do, whatever is in my comment is not added to the final tally.

I tend to stray away from analyzing posts with other similar gimmick blogs already in them these days. This is because we all tend to influence each other's results- for example, if I analyzed a post where alphabetcompletionist tallied up all 26 letters, that would (potentially) artificially add Cd, Mn, and No to my tally. If I did end up doing this, I would be highlighting Cd, Mn, and No in a different color to denote that they would not have been there had I not reblogged from alphabetcompletionist directly.

I couldn't sleep last night, so I tried searching some manhwa and novels to read. At first, it didn't work, I full-on searched everything on my to read, but nothing had a start good enough (on my sleep deprived standards) for me to keep reading the rest of the chapters. Finally, it LOTM was last I tried, and when I read the first chapter, I was shocked to know that it was a CN novel? Considering how much it's been associated with good Korean novels, I thought it was a KR novel, too. It was not.

Also, I stopped reading it cuz my brain can't process anything I'm reading cuz it was like 3AM, but I still couldn't sleep.

so we know how the IPC is an intergalactic corporation that basically has a monopoly on the trade routes and currency and is basically just a HUGE part of the universe in hsr. This is honestly so interesting to me because of how they dedicate themselves to Qlipoth the Preservation whos building Walls to seperate planets for some reason, but IPC wants to Connect planets while also helping the Amber Lord. its so interesting? almost makes u wonder if the IPC is even dedicated to Qlipoth or is simply an interastral corporate wanting their economic influence to dominate the entirety of the universe. But we do know one thing. WE ONLY HAVE *TWO* KNOWN EMANATORS OF PRESERVATION IN THE IPC, one is Taravan Keane one of the board members of the IPC whos rumored to not even be a follower of Qlipoth, the other is Diamond, Head of the Strategic Investment Department and Leader of the Ten Stonehearts...

THE TEN STONEHEARTS ARE ALSO KNOWN AS THE SENIOR MANAGERS OF THE STRATEGIC INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT. Their official like term / job title is "Non-Performing Asset Liquidation Specialists", theyre all handpicked by Diamond and given Cornerstones which are like a Gemstone that represents what theyre like good at and gives them the authority to borrow Diamond's power as the emanator of Preservation. So its like. They have powers too, but its from the cornerstones, and the cornerstones are given to them by Diamond who gets power from Preservation and the cornerstones are an extension of Diamond's powers.

ANYWAY. Topaz's cornerstone is the "Topaz of Debt Retrieval". Shes also the leader of the Special Debts Picket team and currently the lowest ranking (P44) and implied to be the or one of the youngest member of the Ten Stonehearts.

I love her a lot because of how assertive and confident she is while also prioritizing being kind to others and going with a soft approach first, shes like the customer service Queen. shes also rlly good at math which she actually hates bcuz ppl keep using her like a human calculator if she discloses that information.

ALSO ONE OF HER IDLE HAS HER SPEAKING IN ALL THE DIFF LANGUAGES HSR OFFERS (AKA EN, JP, CN, AND KR) ITS SO COOL ??? Also yes shes technically had to be in the IPC because of how her dying planet made a contract to basically all of them work for the IPC.

I love Topaz for her flaws and also her strengths, shes both incredibly . i dont know the word but its like when you rlly believe ur right and dont think anything else? Shes genuine in a sense that what she does she genuinely believes shes helping people, even though she also acknowledges the faults and bad sides of the IPC, she wasnt hesitant to literally say the IPC was going to use Belobog/Jarilo-VI for the resources and develop it in their own view of how they could improve the lands (aka basically a lot of restructuring and destroying the culture to improve it) but again shes like this because shes experienced it firsthand, how her planet with the most unliveable conditions started to Thrive under the IPC's influence despite it essentially giving up their freedom to work For the IPC. For Topaz she believes that the IPC IS THE ONLY WAY TO SAVE BELOBOG from its current slow recovering state after the stellaron crisis and corrossion that caused the eternal freeze to ravage the planet. That is of course until she saw that Belobog has its own way of survival, its own way of thriving without the need for IPC's meddling, that she steps down/backs off and immediately took the blame without asking for anything in return, just that shes only buying some time and it isnt possible to erase the debt completely. and in a way, I know that it didnt affect her much because she works for the sake of helping the world (in her mind) and not for the money, but it would still suck to get demoted and be known to fail at ur assignment even though you were doing a good decision for the sake of the native inhabitants of the planet. Like?? Oh my gosh. I need to hug her im so happy she has like friends actually like furry creatures and cats and Numby her constant companion because OH MY GOSHH HER character stories make me emo tbh.

❥  Personality

Mika is shy and distant, often stuttering and making voice cracks when talking. He prefers to observe and understand people before properly interacting with them, which is his way of showing respect. According to Amber’s voice line, Mika shows great respect to his superiors, and Eula, Jean, and Lisa’s voice lines mention Mika being a hardworking and capable person. It’s also suggested that he can take some jokes literally, evident with his delivery of Varka’s letter and Kaeya’s voice line. Lisa also mentions that Mika is bad at hiding anything from people.

Mika is a short boy with messy blond hair that has orange tips, he also has droopy blue eyes and a light skin tone. His outfit consists of an off-white hoodie & shorts with a royal blue long-sleeved coat and several accessories. He also wears light blue earrings.

Mika wears a pale yellow tie and a brooch in the shape of a shield with feathers on the right side of his chest. Mika also appears to wear a pauldron and  dark blue gloves with some kind of gauntlet, his vision is located on his right hand. He wears a baldric around his body which holds a book bag on his back. The book bag is dark brown with some feathers and ornaments, most notably a big yellow feather. For footwear, Mika has black socks that reach below his knee. He also wears big leather boots with spurs.

Notable features about his design include a lot of triangular and rhombuses. His key defining features are his ahoge, color scheme, and the big yellow feather.

Mika is a member of Varka’s expedition team. Originally belonging to Eula’s Reconnaissance Company, he was borrowed by Varka for his scouting capabilities. During Mondstadt’s Weinlesefest Event, he was tasked to return to Mondstadt to deliver the Grand Master’s letter detailing their progress and notable experiences. There was also an additional letter addressed to Lisa. Interacting with Mika and Kaeya will trigger a conversation, in which Mika runs away at the end, presumably to meet with the Reconnaissance Company.

When you talk to Huffman during Weinlesefest, he praises Mika’s capabilities and mentions that he is joining Guerrilla Assault Platoon. A tweet from @hxg_diluc also suggests that Mika is actually stronger than he looks.

Best of Ensemble Stars 2022

Number 5- Tell Your World- Switch & 2wink with Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin and Len

So this is a case where a Cover Series song really feels like cheating- not only do we have 2wink and Switch, but ALSO we have Hatsune F'n Miku and the Kagamines?!? Does this even count as an Enstars song?!?

Of all the cover series songs, this was the one I knew the most coming in- Tell Your World is a classic that you can play in many Project Diva games. It's probably one of Miku's 5 or 10 most identifiable songs. The Chrome commercial it was created for has over 5 million views!

So the question comes down to- why would you listen to this cover version instead of the original? This is a fair question, especially because unlike many cover songs, the original artist is a part of this. Hatsune belts out many lines on her own here. We are going from a solo song to one now featuring 8 total performers- it would be easy for someone to get lost. But the reason this made it to number 5 on this list is that I feel that the addition of all the new voices is addative to the song, instead of taking away from it. The autotuning effect they added to the Enstars characters make them fit in with the more robotic sounds of the vocaloids- right from the start, as Natsume opens up the song, you can tell this sounds different. This is a song that has been covered by thousands of utaite, and this still comes across feeling unique.

It should not be overlooked that Project Sekai/Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage is one of the most popular mobile games in the world right now, and it launched after Enstars Music. That is a game that also features 3D MV's- and it says something that the model and quality used for Enstars are worlds better than anything in Sekai. Really goes to show how well Happy Elements future-proofed the game!

This is the last cover song I am putting on the list-I'm a little dissapointed that in celebrating the best of new Enstars music, a full 25% of my choices are songs that had previously existed. That said, as long as they can figure out the copyright stuff (now that there is CN, KR, and EN, they really can't be doing these as JP exclusives), i'd be down for another round of Cover Songs. Let Switch and Ra*bits cover Despacito, let Ryuseitai cover the Power Rangers theme, and more! These were a fun distraction through the year

And regardless of anything else, this song proves that Sora Harukawa would be friends with Hatsune Miku if they met. And that is worth celebrating! (Also Yuta and Kagamine Len would be besties if they were real)

It's been an arranged marriage but I honestly expected better from Mikasa Azumabito. Now, I just feel stupid for falling for her "meekness". 

I should have known better at that New Year's Eve Party. 

Everyone was watching the stage with their glasses raised as they started to count down.

Eren's eyes unconsciously searched for his wife who was looking in the opposite direction.

Mikasa is in her element. A white backless dress and not one hair misplaced in her coiffure. The city lights as the backdrop, his wife looked even more beautiful than usual. 

Since their honeymoon, they've never been intimate again. Eren is busy with running his newly acquired company and Mikasa was... doing whatever it is that she does. He honestly doesn't give a fuck. After a while, curiosity got the better of him, and asked his assistant. Painting, Galleries, Charity Events, boring stuff. He has mixed feelings seeing her non-existent credit card statements. It’s like I don’t have a wife. I don’t see her when I get home. No talking, screeching, crying, forcing me to go on stupid events, or taking her out to go shopping. Nothing changed. She mostly stays in her workshop to paint. A perfect wife, indeed. 

It didn't matter, he still has his usual rotation of girls. Looks like Ymir and Historia are on a break again. Eren noted how handsy the blonde is becoming as the night progresses. He chuckled to not let his friends see how much he didn't care about whatever earned Marlowe's ire this time. Solid business associate but Bowl-cut needs to get laid. Who has the time to care about some straws and turtles? 

His eyes kept being drawn back to his wife. It was probably because he hadn’t been satisfied lately. Mikasa's dress was revealing too much, so his eyes kept going to it. 

Usually, Mikasa is the poster of a virtuous wife with her hair up and her pearls. Was this her way of telling him that tonight would be a good night? Is she seducing him?  

Eren couldn't hold back his smirk at the thought. I knew she enjoyed our honeymoon.

Eren hates anything that attempts to control or rein him in. They may have succeeded in convincing him of going through with this sham of a marriage but he’s not going to make things easier for anyone.

“What do you want for a wife?”

“Non-existent.” he’s not even looking at her. He’s making his distaste known. He knows her type. Spoiled, a naive princess that expects the world to applaud her just because she's a ‘good girl’.

“Okay, I understand.” She’s calm. Way too calm. “I promise, I won’t get in your way.” He expected tears or a pout or at the very least for her to throw her family’s name in his face. She calmly drinks her tea, staring at the window. If that’s her way of getting his attention, color him impress. Looks like my wife to be, is not that bad after all. Let’s see how long you can keep up with the act.

They’re in their honeymoon suite. Something about her being so accommodating to his attitude towards the whole thing bothers him, eats on him, an itch that he can’t do away.

He is holding her wrists above her head. The only interactions that this girl had before getting married to me is with men of her peerage. It must have never occurred to her that not everyone is a gentleman. This will show her. 

He untied her silk robe to see her body. "Let me see you, princess." Her eyes narrowed at the nickname. She’s annoyed. Princess, it is. I’ll call her that from now on.

Mikasa writhes under him, trying so hard not to make any sort of reaction as he plays with her body. She turned her head away in an attempt to shut him out.

She struggles to take his tip. "We don’t need to do this," she said like she’s doing him a huge favor. Want to have your way again? Too bad. You should have listened when I told you marriage with me is a bad idea. 

"I'm your husband and this is my right." as soon as she heard that. A fire lit inside of her, there’s this determination on her slated gray eyes that he has never seen before. His heart skipped a beat as she spread her legs wider. Bracing herself, her eyes look straight back at him as if it’s saying: Do your worst then. I can take it. 

Challenge Accepted.

“I’m sorry, princess. Is that too much for you?” He could do this all night. By the time he’s done with her, she’ll be begging him.

They ended up not leaving the bed for the duration of their honeymoon.

Why did Mikasa make an expression like that? 

Eren ignored everyone and quickly made his way to the window where his wife had been looking out.

At the hotel's main entrance, personnel had come to attend to their VIP guests. 

Among them, he saw one man quickly turn around. He was a short but well-built man in a black suit. The man moved fast but a glance was all Eren needed. 

He had ordered an investigation the very next day.

When he learned the man's name, Eren remembered the surge of emotions that flooded his gut.

Levi Kruger.

You never really genuinely smiled at me, never made any effort. You don't ask whenever I don't go home till the morning. You don't even bat an eyelash whenever someone flirts with me in front of you. 

Were your emotions all for him? What do I, as your husband get? Just what was going on between you two?

So after the successful partnership of Yeager Enterprise and Azumabito Holdings, it's almost expected for them to divorce since the project is over. There's no use staying married now that everyone got what they wanted out of this marriage.

Mikasa won his dear mother over by calmly reciting that fucking poem when they caught him fucking someone at their engagement party. 

Long black hair in an updo. Conservative dress. Pearls. Beautiful, he’ll admit that much but frigid, neurotic, a bore. I want to yawn every time she talks. 

"Everyone makes mistakes. If Eren still wants to go through with this, I'll marry him."

You married me to get your family off your back. When the time comes, you'll take alimony and run away with Levi Kruger. Living happily ever after. Free. No fucking way, princess.

Marrying Mikasa gave him more power than he had ever anticipated but for some reason, he still feels that suffocating feeling at the top. You’ll stay with me in this cage until I get tired of you. 

“I don't want a divorce.” Mikasa's almond eyes suddenly look sharp and he resists the urge to laugh at how scared she suddenly looked. 

"When the rivers have dried up, when it thunders in winter, when it snows in summer, when the mountains have flattened and the heavens and earth have joined, then I’ll be willing to separate from you, my lord and husband."

Eren looked downright smug as he quoted a famous poem in Hizuru. His wife’s eyes hardened even more as his smirk grew in amusement of finally getting a rise out of his perfect wife. 

"Imagine the horror on your septa's face if she finds out that the little perfect princess dares to be a divorcee." 

With the mention of her aunt Kiyomi, her rage settled. Eren frowned when he saw her in a daze, calculating something in her head.

“Look at me when you’re talking to me.” Eren walked towards her and his wife's smell tickled his nose. It's been so long.

Mikasa was surprised at her husband's proximity and flinched. She tried to back away but he’s faster. Grabbing her elbow "Come on, we have dinner reservations. I’ve been neglecting my princess for quite some time now." She shuddered when he kissed her neck and he can’t ask for any better reaction.   

He's bored lately, those girls are not doing it for him. His wife is going to entertain him. They are going to have so much fun.
