“Time is the substance I am made of. Time is a river which sweeps me along, but I am the river; it is a tiger which destroys me, but I am the tiger; it is a fire which consumes me, but I am the fire.”

Hmm, some thoughts.
"Red Directive" - evocative of the prime directive, the omega directive, and perhaps red matter (which jives with my supposition that the secret that they're looking for is linked with the Romulan supernova somehow), and red angel (though I hope it's not that).
"Under the Twin Moons" - A return to Coppelius from PIC season 1, perhaps? Would be interesting to see how the androids have progressed over the last thousand years (and I noticed a thing that looked like that Romulan puzzle box in the trailer).
"Mirrors" might be yet more mirror universe stuff (though I hope not).
There's not too much to infer from the other titles, but "Life, Itself" sounds like it might be related to the proto-humanoids from "The Chase" (or perhaps synthetic life?).
All of this is just wildly speculative, of course.

in english there are two words to describe a structure of deliberately confusing and misleading pathways leading after many wrong turns to the target at the centre — the playful and readily navigable maze, and the dark, mystical and pompous labyrinth. but the funfair full of mirrors, decorative hedge at the garden party atmosphere of the former has no reflection in russian — only the echo-filled hallways, dead ends and creeping monsters of the latter. just one word for the structure, and it’s greek: лабиринт. i don’t know what this says about russian. i don’t know whether it says anything at all, or if anyone in the centre can hear me yelling, these walls are tall and my voice bounces back to me from the barriers

I wanna know, does Purpose talk? Like at all? If so what is his voice like? And if you want you can say everyone else’s voices in the Labyrinth! :) (again for everyone else is optional and Whole’s is optional too!)
Purpose does talk, albeit quietly. If you were able to get the mask off, there is something beneath it, though whether or not you call that his face... debatable?
Purpose's mask IS fused to him, so it is a part of him and yet, again, something still sits beneath.
His voice is quiet, as I've said, maybe almost a whisper. A lot gentler than you'd think it'd be. Think Spring and a Storm or Never Meant to Know. Purpose isn't very loud, ever, he is just a presence which in time makes itself known by proving a point or taking action.
I've asked everyone who plays a Laby third/sixth + Francey who plays Whole what the voices are:
Whole is everyone's voice layered over one another. To quote Francey directly: "I think Wholes voice would like swap who is the Primary voice in there but none of his own, just swapping who's the one you can pick out of the mess If he were to talk to any of them he'd prolly echo what they say sometimes too"
Andy said Morality's voice is kind of like if a tesla coil was talking. So probably pretty.. .raspy and kinda snippy? I imagine?
Function is actually deaf! Which I forgot entirely to mention, holy shit. So Oswin has stated he doesn't use his voice much at all. But when he does, for whatever reason, it is pretty low and quiet.
Rosy said Texel has a high and soft voice. Sometimes his words drag on or he talks all at once/too fast. Depends on how stressed he is. More stress means faster talking. Specifically, Rosy said "Think Limbic System from disco Elysium, but less hoarse or Fiver from Watership Down" ^^
Agent has said Pursuit's voice is hoarse, like a growl. Its usually low and quiet but is prone to pitching up when surprised.
As for Being's voice, Kai has said that its very regular! To quote them, "he speaks like hlvrai gordon freeman to me, cadence wise. he has a wayy softer voice though, kind of lower-middling in pitch but a bit skittish and erratic. he clearly tries to control it and keep it neutral-ish (kind of in a .....'yeah, im fine' way) but he just doesnt have the skill to hide his emotion well enough in such stressful situation. likely a bit hoarse both from isolation (lack of use) and general strain (stress)"
I could've taken a bunch of screenshots but oh well. !!! hope these help!

The garden of forking paths
“I thought of a labyrinth of labyrinths, of one sinuous spreading labyrinth that would encompass the past and the future and in some way involve the stars. Absorbed in these illusory images, I forgot my destiny of one pursued. I felt myself to be, for an unknown period of time, an abstract perceiver of the world. The vague, living countryside, the moon, the remains of the day worked on me, as well as the slope of the road which eliminated any possibility of weariness. The evening was intimate, infinite.”

Back in 2007, I took a trip to Oxford/Cambridge, which included a stop at Ely for evensong.  It was there, I think, that we were introduced to ecclesiastical labyrinths: an inlaid shape with (generally) one way in, one continuous path, and one way out.  The idea was that you would walk the path as it led you (no mazes here; following the path means many twistings and turnings but never a dead end), meditating or praying as you went.
Yesterday, visiting the local botanical gardens, I found that there’s a turf labyrinth less than 5 miles from my home!  Walking through it was surprisingly meditative and unsurprisingly peaceful.
Tumblr media
Today I learned that there’s a worldwide registry!  If you would like to walk a labyrinth, have a look and see if there’s a public one near you.
