THIS IS SET IN THE FIRST MOVIE AND WITH THE ORIGINAL TEAM, WHILE BRIAN WAS WORKING UNDERCOVER

You met Dom and Letty at a race night downtown

They like the respect you show others, treating them as equals despite whomever they were and of course, they like the way you drive

And so, they tell you to race with them

Although you lost to Dom, you did manage to beat Letty in a race, and she chuckles when you compliment her about her driving and says that you only won because of luck

She even tried to give you her car, as you two had bet, but you tell her to keep it. Your garage was too small for two cars anyway, and in that moment Dom decides he really likes you

He invites you to his house for a beer later on that day with them and some other friends, and you accept

Dom's house was quite welcoming. There were people entering and leaving through the front door and loud music came from the inside, as well as the smell of beers

Once inside, Dom and Letty gave you a Corona and introduced you to their team, their family

Jesse, Leon, Mia and Vince. They were all cool and welcomed you with taps on the shoulder and smiles, followed by laughing and congratulations when they heard you had beaten Letty on a race

After that day, you would often meet in races and enjoy some friendly time together

More and more, you started to get invited to their parties and family meals and when they told you to make the prayers one day before starting to eat, that's when you knew you had been completely and without a doubt accepted.

You were a part of their family now and as you had none ever since you were just a teen, you felt more than happy about having people to love and call yours

One year later, it felt like you had always been there with them, sharing almost every day and meal together. You had developed different relationships with all of them and yet, they all loved you and you loved them

Dom watched over you like a little sibling, always caring for your well being and making sure you were good. He deeply appreciated the time you spent in the garage together, fixing cars and drinking Coronas

Letty loves the fact that you are always up for anything she has in mind. Let's race? Sure, get in. Wanna grab a beer? Yeah, of course. Let's make some popcorn and watch a movie with the others in the living room? Turn on the TV, I'll grab the popcorn. You are very good friends, and that's special to her

Mia likes the fact that even though you run with the team and take part in all their dangerous doings, she has never seen you mistreating people or being violent without extreme necessity. Your heart is good, and she values that

Jesse feels comfortable enough around you to speak a lot about the functioning of the cars he is currently working on. You don't mind him sounding like a know-it-all, like the others sometimes do. He is very smart and gifted, and so you were very interested to know even a bit of what he knew

Leon enjoys your company for practically everything but what he likes the most, is when you and him go to the races together in the same car when you do not intend to run on that night and you keep watch over the police radio together while the others run. He used to do it alone all the time and to have a company for it, comment the races and compliment other people's cars, just makes him feel really good

Vince was a bit distant in the beginning. Not because he didn't like you, but that's just the way he is with strangers. He warmed up little by little to you and finally, after some months where racing and drinking together became a thing to you both, you came to the conclusion that you could finally call him a friend

Things went perfectly, you felt much better than when you lived all alone across the city and on top of that, you were all making really good money with the truck robbery's

And then, Brian came

The first few times you saw him eating those horrible sandwiches, you knew he was there just because of Mia. You teased her a lot about it, and she just rolled her eyes at you

Vince didn't like him at all, and more than once you had stopped him from just going and beating the blond right then and there

When Brian started racing with you and getting invited to the house, you were friendly with him, because that had been you in his place not so long ago

You liked the guy, even though he was most of the time too reckless for his own sake

You became friends too, and he would come to you to ask questions about things he didn't understand or about the others

And you casually tell him over a few beers in the porch, just enjoying the breeze and laughing together

When you found out he was a cop, you felt extremely betrayed

Because you had been the one to tell him a lot of the things he knew about the team and guilt consumed you

Also, he had been tricking Mia, and you loved her like a sister

You couldn't look him in the eye, couldn't believe he had been faking all that time you spent together, racing together

He wasn't your friend, he was just a cop doing undercover work

And that hurt you a great deal not just because he had hurt you

But also, because he had hurt your family

Yes I can :) Since you weren’t specific, I assume you mean the typical SFW/NSFW headcanons! I’m so glad someone finally requested for Letty because she’s one of my favorite Fast and Furious characters and I’m a fan of Michelle Rodriguez in general :) I hope you enjoy these and I’m sorry they took so long!

1. Letty isn't your typical woman and can't be wooed through typical means. She isn't one for flowers and chocolates so you'll have to use unconventional methods to get her attention. Letty is bisexual so gender isn't an issue for her. She can be difficult to approach because of her resting bitch face and moodiness but she's harmless once you establish yourself as a non-threat.

2. If you know your way around cars, you'll already have Letty's attention regardless of whether you can race or not. If you can race, then she's all yours! If you don't have the courage to approach Letty, she'll most likely ask you out first. She doesn't like to beat around the bush and if she wants you, she's gonna make a move.

3. Letty is down to earth and can spot bullshit from a mile away so don't even bother trying to impress her by being flashy or being something you're not. Letty will humor you for a while for shits and giggles but when/if things get serious, she's gonna call you out on your BS with no filter.

4. With that being said, you're gonna need some thick skin to be with Letty. While she won't go out of her way to be an asshole, she's brutally honest and pulls no punches. She loves and respects herself and demands the same from you while giving it to you in return. If you carry yourself in the same way, Letty will love you even more!

5. If you lack self-confidence, self-esteem, or anything else related to that, Letty's your gal to help you with those issues! She'll uplift you and give you the guidance you need to move forward with your life. But Letty won't coddle you and if you need the help of a professional as well, then she will be the first to tell you.

6. Even in her older years, Letty still has a wild streak and isn't afraid to have a little fun so if you like having an adventure with some adrenaline, she's always down for it! She loves spontaneity and if you suggest something random out of the blue, she'll be happier than a pig in slop!

7. Letty's biggest character trait is loyalty. She is "Ride or Die" personified. No matter what happens between you two and no matter what issues you may have, Letty will always be by your side and she won't ever betray you or hurt you. Even if you two break up (assuming it's amicable), she wants to remain in your life and will still be there for you. It takes a lot for Letty to give up on someone and if she lets you go, then you've fucked up immensely and good luck getting back into her heart after the fact.

8. The main obstacle in being with Letty is that she can be too critical and harsh. Even if you have thick skin, it'll wear on you eventually. Sometimes Letty just keeps it too real. If you have an issue with it, just tell her and Letty will apologize and try to be more uplifting. She doesn't mean to hurt you and just wants you to be best version of yourself that you can be.

9. Another obstacle with Letty is jealousy and possessiveness but she gets better at this in her older years. It's not that she doesn't trust you. She doesn't trust other people and she'll be damned if she loses you to someone else. In Letty's mind, you'll never truly be hers and while this mindset definitely has its benefits, it can also have its drawbacks as well. If you're feeling smothered, just speak up and Letty will listen and back off....for the time being.

10. Letty is pretty affectionate and handsy both in public and in private especially when she's feeling possessive of you. Stepping into the lavish hotel suite, Magdalene Shaw let one of her henchmen take her fur coat

"Have the children been behaving?" She asked, kicking off her heels

She and all three of her children were in LA, in the states. She was there for business but it was a perfect alibi to bring her children. Almost like they were on a family vacation

However, instead of her dragging her children around in the heat, her trusted right hand man was in charge of them

As she asked, she glanced over to Roderick, who shifted his weight nervously

"Have they?" She repeated, stressing her words

Deckard was fourteen and should have handled his brother and sister just fine, even if they did escape his gaze

"They are unharmed and were not caught by any law enforcement." The man said simply

"But?"

"You might want to come and see." The man coughed

Frowning, Magdalene followed him to the large living area of the hotel penthouse. She could hear laughter and felt her face smooth out into a smile

Her children hadn't been initially happy to travel across the pond, but they seemed to have changed their minds

Stepping up next to Roderick, Magdalene peered into the room and saw a scene she would cherish for a long time

The coffee table had been pushed to the side to allow a nest of blankets and pillows to be made. Sitting in the middle were four children

They were siting in a circle, all holding cards with little stacks of candy next to them being used as poker chips. Deckard had the biggest pile, with Owen having the smallest. Hattie and the other little girl next to her had equal sized piles

Magdalene blinked and slowly turned her gaze to Roderick, who was fidgeting next to her

"Roderick." She said lowly. "I don't remember pushing a fourth kid out of me."

"They disappeared from my sight for a few hours," he whispered back. "And when they came back, all three insisted that she was their sister. I didn't know what to do."

Her eyebrows raised high into her hairline

"What's her name?"

"Letty. They kept saying her last name is Shaw, madam."

Magdalene bite her lip in thought. Well, if her children wanted another sister, who was she to deny them?

"Do all you can to find out who she is and if her parents would be willing to give me custody of her."

"You're fine with them doing this?" Roderick asked incredulously

"Why wouldn't I?" She shrugged. "If she's good enough for my children to adopt, then she would be a worth daughter."

Roderick only stared at her in shock. Smirking, she stepped past him and into the room

"There you all are." She said loudly as she walked up to the group of kids. Her children all smiled up at her, while the newest addition looked at her with wide eyes. "Who's winning?"

"Deck." Owen mumbled, obviously pouting that Deckard knew all of their tells

"Of course he is." Magdalene chuckled. She bent over to give Owen a kiss on the forehead. "He's older and smarter."

She smiled at the fierce glare he sent her. Turning, she gave Hattie her own kiss, who giggled. Stepping past them, she gave Deckard his own

"Don't be too ruthless." She whispered and winked at him. Her oldest smiled back at her proudly

Finally turning to Letty, Magdalene sent her a comforting smile

"Your brotha isn't being too mean, is he?"

Letty blinked at her with wide eyes, but quickly shook her head

"Good." Magdalene leaned down and gave Letty her own kiss before standing up fully. "Now, how about we put the game on hold and go eat?"

Three loud cheers answered her, while Letty sent her a small, shy smile

Nodding, Magdalene knew that Letty would make a wonderful daughter and sister

(Head?)Canon: Owen will always bring up him being thrown out of a plane into a discussion, no matter what said discussion is about. *Letty and Owen arguing about something ridiculous* Owen: "yeah well did you know I got thrown out of a plane?" I can absolutely see Owen doing this to either guilt trip the Toretto crew, or just brag that he survived being thrown out of a plane

I can see a few scenarios with this

1. When Hattie joins the crew for a mission, she listens to them talk and Owen brings it up

"You know I got thrown out of a plane, right?"

"Yes, Shaw, we know. We were there-"

"Yeah," Hattie interrupts, not looking up from whatever she's doing. "I was the one who pushed you."

Owen just glares at her but the crew are all like 😳 WHAT?! YOU WERE THROWN OUT OF TWO PLANES?!

2. When Owen brings it up, Letty always mentions the tank, but eventually everyone starts to add things
