If you make timeline of everyone's do him badly like hurting his feelings, they are the quickest to suffer karma

Kei

Expressing disapproval to Yakou ➡️ Got deported to America in season 2-3 + Saki almost died or remember her memories which Kei doesn't want.

I find it funny tho, Kei expressed undesire to Yakou and he got yeet from Starless fr 😭

Rindou

Expressing unfavour to Yakou ➡️ Receive ~black card~ and Nekome in one package.

This is peak comedy, Rindou put Yakou as understudy maybe for scolding and teaching him, but instead he find a threat that might overthrow Rindou himself because Nekome is so strong

Maica

Scolding Yakou until Yakou is sad ➡️ Got his + Hari hired detective killed mysteriously, seeing Ran almost get hypnotized by Nekome aka being scared.

Hari

Scolded Yakou and teased too much ➡️ Got his hired detective killed mysteriously

Teasing Yakou too much ➡️ Receiving Iwami, that's it.

Also black card is explained as something powerful and will bring drastic change. Karma to whom hurts Yakou is also work like that. Is Yakou related to black card? Yet Yakou is brain empty.

Update (2023) : Haseyama almost died

Yakou being normal, earnest and adorable is also an anomaly itself. I knew that he didn't value starless at all back then, it was just for his volunteer work. Yet now he is very looking forward to be in Starless and become sweeter person in Starless.

Most of Starless casts are either become edgy, secretive, cold or grow even more logical and stern as time goes on.

Yet Yakou is like kitten, he likes anything others give to him like information, training. He is also interested in helping others too.

The odd part about him is that he is both popular, yet he doesn't know how to put boundaries on something he doesn't want. Maica needed to explain to him that work acquintances is not his friends so he can reject drinking offer by his office.

Does Yakou sexy evil side just evaporated like that after his conflict is over? Is the true Yakou is actually just an eager kitten exploring the world? Does he have no ties with mafia, scientists, black card and yakuza?

Is Yakou exist only to be loved and favoured by others? So far, no one actually hates him.

In my conclusion, Yakou is a kitten and the one who harmed him will suffer a karma beyond mortal's understanding.
