They are calling our son names and that's the morlock and the pseudo empire are going after them and they're pulling them out and they're going to launch the offensive tonight to try and take the place by force and we'll fight the clothes again. Did you have a plan in place to go out to the big ship if they feel it's necessary and it is

-is there a couple more things they are going to fire the sheriff and that's for pru Mel and that is the pseudo empire

-they are going to take over and we take the table be successful and that the morlock are in effective of it pushing them out

This is terrifying news and no but they should have done it a while ago and now they're smaller and it's going to be hell and they're also going down today we expect them to lose more people and more of the island and they're being attacked globally by everybody you don't want to see them wasting all this stuff and they don't even use the arms we go down there with and they're going to theirs with big bombs between all of this happening the marlock are going to fall we need to be ready for that to happen and to feel that vacuum. Right now they have evacuated huge areas in the south of the southern continents of both hemispheres and we are taking those areas and holding them with power and force and we're building huge bunker facilities and citadel and obelisk and pretty soon most of South Africa will be ours except for the tip and we mean the entire thing right now we have about half of it and we're putting bases in every day and they're massive and we're doing in South America too and it's about 40% of the continent so we're moving and we're doing that the Midwest is emptying again three out of the four cities are mostly empty and we agreed to keep them open so we're going to shrink the area and install walls the Forth City is a bear but they're going to be leaving soon and the upper Midwest is emptying as well and it's really through combat they go north and disappear.

Is he on a first name basis with any of the baristas? Their names, obv, not his.

What do they put on his cup??

How much caffeine are they legally allowed to serve a person because surely that is what he orders?

Exactly how far across the cafe do you think he would throw someone for being rude to the staff? 👀

WHAT DOES HE ORDER FOR GROGU and what does Grogu make off with without ordering that the baristas are too enamored to complain about? Loose handfuls of coffee beans? Unattended bagel remnants? Literally anything he can levitate out of the pastry case?

so the first time he enters the cafe it is cause he’s searching for a bounty but he loved the vibe and went back with Grogu and they loved the place. So it’s during that second time that he learns everyone’s name, and he’s just Mando or as known in the backroom (Mandaddy.... ok I'm sorry just ignore this really bad pun)

 so after a while they put all different names on the cup, Tin Man, Grogu’s Dad, and legit any other nickname you can think of

surprisingly the only times Din will order that much caf is when he doesn’t have a job and Grogu keeps him up a lot. other than that he’ll drink tea or decaf or even cacao... ofc it’s all bc his favorite barista said it was her favourite drink so he had to try it

they’ve now built a little tower of pillows and cushions in one of the corners that has no windows for when Din becomes extremely protective, but even before then he’d try not to break anything cause he’d feel bad

Grogu always gets either milk or a kids hot chocolate and he’ll always get away with getting pastries that are even bigger than his head... at some point they started to make frog pastries and would just ignore it when one would just suddenly disappear from the case

I’m a little late to this ask, buuuuuuut:

7,200 seconds. It’s been 7,200 seconds since Din passed the kid over to the...Jedi, and his nerves are frayed around the edges. His mind is a hot, chunky gear of stuttering ‘what ifs’ that he can’t shake. He’s reduced to pacing the small length of floor behind the controls, helmet familairly replaced over his head to hide the very unfamilair aching burn behind his eyes. 

“Settle yourself.” 

Din’s feet stumble to a stop, and he whips around, squinting at the back of Boba’s head. 

“I can’t.” He clears his throat, watching as Boba’s shoulders rise and fall with a low sigh. 

“This was what you’ve set out to do. Was it not? Deliver the child to a Jedi.”

Din’s face where Grogu touched, his bare skin, still tingles, warm, odd, and weirdly comforting. “It was.” He raises his hand up to his helmet, fingers ghosting above it. 

“Then settle yourself.” 

“I can’t.” 

Vulnerable admission feels like dry drowning. Din knows he’s not submerged in water, and yet, his lungs are struggling against a dense weight, and his heart is sinking. He grips the back of a seat to keep his hands from visibly shaking. 

“When have you last slept?”

Din rips his gaze from the floor to see Boba standing beside him, helmet abandoned on an empty seat, and face a portrait of passive emotions. 

“Why does that matter?” Din growls, fingers tightening around the back of the seat. “The kid’s gone, and...” Nothing else matters, he thinks. His drive’s been handed over to someone more suited, and he feels simultaneously too heavy yet alarmingly empty. 

“Your armor is cracking.”

Scoffing, Din brings a hand to his chest plate. “The dark troopers-”

“Not that armor.” 

Din’s breath catches in his throat, a small, tight, gasping inhale that trembles against his lungs, and he stumbles around the chair until he flops down onto it, bracing his elbows against his knees and thumbing the bottom edge of his helmet. 

“My purpose-”

“-Is ever evolving,” Boba finishes, taking the seat beside Din. “Is that not the way?” 

Din sighs, a low exhale that’s been building and swelling in his chest since he first laid eyes on the Jedi. The breath hurts, and he winces, hand moving to his chest place. 

“You are unwell.” 

Din leans back in the chair and drags a low, tired gaze toward Boba. “I just need some rest.” 

“We’ll fly on auto for a few hours. I’ll tell the others to leave you be up here.” 

Din’s silently thankful, feeling more at ease at the helm of a ship, and he slips his helmet off, aware that Boba’s quietly observing his every move but too drained to verbally adress it. 

He keeps his half-lidded eyes cast forward when Boba brushes cold fingers against his cheek, but he can’t supress the small shiver that shoots up his spine, stopping just shy of his too-warm neck. 

“Sleep. I’ll be back in a few hours to check that fever.” 

Din waits until Boba leaves to give into his body’s muted screams of illness and exhaustion. He coughs weakly into his fist, closing with a low groan that grates against his throat like glass. 

He’s not one to ignore his health and well-being, fully understanding the importance a steady, clear mind brings to a mission, but... His eyes fall to a control lever with a small, round ball screwed on the top. 

This time, he thinks, it was worth it.
