Falco's target practice stories

BAM! Mark’s blaster bolt struck the target. Then Falco fired his blaster as his target. They were both in the shooting range section of the recreational section of the ship. Practicing their sharpshooting and also talking about various things. Falco smiled about something he was thinking about.

“Hey kid, wanna hear a funny story about ya mom?”

Mark lowers his blaster and looks over at the old bird, squinting. “This isn’t one of THOSE stories of yours is it?”

“Nah. Although…” Falco grinned more teasingly but then saw the blue fox’s expression. “I’m kidding. I’m Kidding! We were never interested like that. Still wanna hear it?”

“Sure Fal, go ahead.” Mark puts his blaster down on the table and so does Falco.

“Alright. Story time! So after your old man killed Andross again above space of Sauria and Krystal joined the team, he began showing her the ropes. She already knew how to fly cause of that shuttle she flew but what she didn’t know was how to operate a blaster. Fox set up a target range in the storage room for Krystal and they got to work. How to reload, trigger discipline, and the works. And then, the most amazing thing happened.”

“So what happened?”

The old bird was starting to chuckle. “Well what happened was the most spectacular shot ever. Krystal totally misses the target. The stray blaster bolts bounces and ricochets off the walls and floor. Fox yells out “Hit the deck!” So they both dove to the ground and then it happened. It nailed your old man. Not just his ass but a direct bullseye on his asshole. I wouldn’t have believed it if I haven’t saw the security footage myself. Your mom felt so bad she went out of her way to make him feel extra comfortable that full week he was forced to recover in bed. Helped kept his tail elevated and personally cooked the soups herself. I was so impressed that I gave Krystal her first beer.”

“Wait a moment, wasn’t she just nineteen at the time?”

Marcus could tell Falco was thinking about it by the range of expressions on his face then he responds back. ‘Bah. I still would’ve gave her it anyway. I kept it at one cause I didn’t wanna be responsible for making the rookie drunk incase of an emergency take off. Well once Krystal started talking about my deepest and inner most desires, I decided she had enough and took the can from her. She walked away funny but she handled it better that what I thought. So there you go, two stories for the price of one. How I almost, but didn’t, get your mother drunk and your old man’s first injury from her.”
