Contemplating deleting my twitter accounts (each acc except the xiv one has 500 followers including some precious mutuals)

I still love twst but it feels like a lot of pressure because my closest twst mutuals have moved away from twst and irl is making it hard for me to follow the game and give it enough time. And i get a lot of fomo regarding twst at times. I'm also very salty about not getting the card i wanted LAST OCTOBER 😔

My main account has a bunch of gamedevs who follow me (AND DARREN NAISH LMAO) plus all my fe3h mutuals but i feel a bit conscious of posting there now. And i dont want that stress any longer.

My ffxiv acc is still new and while i made a few friends there, it's easy enough to delete it without overthinking.

I'll just stay on tumblr because it's quieter and it feels less stressful 😔 though I'll definitely miss the artists who post mostly on twt (especially the Asian ones)

Usually social media hiatuses help me get over artblock so hopefully it works this time as well

i didn’t make a post about tsumihoroboshi or minagoroshi but i just finished matsuribayashi so i’m done with the main higurashi vn. the last few chapters were my favorites, tsumihorobshi and meakashi were great especially. i liked minagoroshi a lot too but i think i would’ve preferred if we got more rika pov, but her and hanyuu ended up being 2 of my favorite characters anyways. i think takano is a pretty great villain and her motive was good, although it was revealed a little too late in my opinion. i liked the ending a lot too, the happy ending felt very very earned especially for rika and hanyuu. i don’t really have much to say about the mystery aspect of the series i’ve realized, simply because while at the start it was really interesting, by the later chapters i found the characters and their stories to be much more compelling since it was pretty obvious what was happening.

#idk when i'll get to any of the higurashi sequels but i'll watch them eventually #also knowing the connections between this and umineko makes me want to read that way more now so maybe i'll do that soon too
