The Bluewind Inn ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC

♥ Hi guys, Today I present to you the Bluewind Inn and Suites located in Brindleton Bay. This build was inspired by the sea, the sand, and the sky. The Bluewind Inn sits near Cavalier cove and is owned by retired Marine Biologists, Rio and Jane Clarence. 5 years ago, this beautiful seaside manor was transformed into a Inn to be enjoyed by both locals and tourist.

The Bluewind inn is a multifunctional lot as it could be set as a rental lot, a restaurant, a pool, or a spa.  

ATTENTION: This is a huge build and is very cc heavy, so beware. If you’ve downloaded my other builds, you should have majority of the cc’s I used…But there’s more cc on this than usual.

930 Medina Studios 3br/1ba

A simple apartment reno for my "and they were roommates" savefile. Originally home to Austin Wentworth—the flat is now shared by him and two other buddies of his from high school/college.

I wanted to keep it simple, dark colors + greens with splashes of white/cream to fit all of their individual styles. I meant for this to be somewhat of a bachelor pad/hangout spot for their friend group so big open windows to let that natural light in was a must. Honestly, Medina Studios has some of the best lighting in San Myshuno.

Which is why I always have the lights off. There is one light in the living room but its a low light so it doesn't overshadow that natural sunlight :)

Who likes mid-century modern, all original, and orange, orange, orange? This beautiful 1965 MCM in Palm Springs, California has it. 4bds, 5ba, $1.850M.

Take a step back in time when white & gray were not a thing. And, guess what? It comes with the furnishings! I see lots of orange, but the description says that the late owner's favorite color was red.

Perfectly preserved time capsule. Look at those giant candelabras- they could be yours. Notice the bulbs in the ceiling beams.

When you say, "I'll be at the corner bar," you mean you'll be in the living room. Love the fabric on the chairs. Pink & orange are naturals together.

Zoinks! Ornate gold dining table and high-backed crushed velvet chairs. The laminate faux marble on the wall was popular then, too.

Oh, wow, totally original kitchen right down to the appliances and laminate. They sure did love laminate back then. And, how about a ceiling of light?

The fridge is new, but so what, it's off to the side. Look at the niche, place for desk, and the vintage intercom/radio system.

Who wouldn't want an everyday dining room that has a purple ceiling and plush crushed velvet swivel chairs?

This home is so vibrant. It includes a fancy tea cart that looks like Ben Hur's chariot, and the funkiest lamp I've ever seen.

In the primary bedroom, I need the carpet, bed and chair. I always loved canopy beds, but this one is regal and funky at the same time.

What a vanity, and of course, it's not an MCM if it doesn't have a sunken tub made of mosaic tiles.

There were no cutting of corners in the secondary bedrooms, either. That canopy must be attached to the ceiling.

Vanity table right in the bedroom. That's what I need.

Interesting bath. There must be storage behind those doors.

Even the smallest bedroom has a canopy bed. Notice the pink Aladdin's lamp on the night stand. Details!

In any true MCM home, there has to be something in Harvest Gold, the most popular color choice.

Cozy basement family room. So comfy looking.

Plus a powder room. Note the door on the left.

Orange cabinetry in the laundry room.

Beautiful patio and pool outside.

A vintage black & white photo proves that it hasn't changed at all.

The .25 acre lot is set against a mountain backdrop.

Hello, I got inspired by @oatsimss cute golfing post and so I built this country club on the 64x64 lot in Brindleton Bay. It has a golf course, tennis court, indoor pool, spa, restaurant, bar and gym. It is quite CC heavy and I used quite a few packs so I am sorry about that, but it is a huge build. 36 Alder Lane (Willow Creek - 001) Lite

First house in my project for my save. I'm doing two versions, the lite version and the loaded version. More on that later. This is the lite version and you can find it on the gallery under my username alderwitch - make sure you have Custom Content checked.

Lite version will have everything needed to start playing but I haven't gone in and cluttered and tweaked the build to make it looked lived in. Loaded versions are going to have a much longer list of custom content, lots more clutter and less empty spaces available to make it your own and a higher price point typically in Simoleans to purchase.

This is a house designed with the idea of a big family in mind. It has a large chef's kitchen, laundry room and both formal living room and cozy den along with a half bath. Upstairs are three rooms for the kids, along with a dedicated bath while the master suite and office take up the third floor. Though the yard is small, it boasts outdoor grill space, a pool and a small grass area perfect for young kids.

I'm personally using it as one of the lots to fast track my founder families that I'm building my save with.

Vintage UK MCM teak bar cart with African afrormosia wood trim. The cart sits atop supports of copper tubing to which are attached large castors. This system was improved by inventor Stanley Edwin Wapshott for Flexello castors in England. This specific upgrade was made to patent number 860,352 and filed on June 25, 1962. Wapshott invented three improvements for Flexello castor systems between 1958 and 1963.
