I like to think that all of P03s workers are in a bad workplace environment polycule. The inspector, the dredger and the melter... just all together being gay. Going on dates off work, trying to get P03 to kiss the challenger already.

P03 might even end up treating them with more respect after he gets through his own issues, (still passive aggressive rivalry, he is stubborn as hell.) Give them a bonus check and tell them to go on a date...

LORE TIME! HEAVY SPOILERS FOR THE PS5 UPDATE so in the superhero au Melter and Jimmy/James are the same person I took a lot of inspo from moon knight- but instead of the super cool troubled persona being the OG it's reversed where the dorky goody boy is the og. in this James was a pupil of Magnificus but Magnificus saw great evil in him. but convinced he could still save the child he pressed forward with the exam. but soon realized the exam would lead to the great evil that his premonitions warned about. he would soon "donate" James to the mycologist masking it as his exam when he really was trying to get rid of him. The mycologist would perform twisted experiments on him now with the new tech, thanks to the new scrybe P03. making the poor boy 75% robot. leaving his lungs [for his power] and his head another experiment the mycologist was to try and get him to kill. James was a pacifist not wanting to hurt anyone which was a problem if he wanted to be a ruby mage. so to "fix" him the mycologists would put him under shock therapy to try and were him down and get him to kill. eventually, it would work but only because of James having a psychotic break causing him to slip into a form of alter ego with no memories or name. who was willing to kill on demand and for fun. magnificus finding this out would want nothing to do with him and shipped him off to p03 who was a new scybe at the time and needed lackeys. to where P03 made him the melter and he would go by the nickname Mel. there is more lore. like his "spicey asma" and how the mox gems work in this AU specifically but I'm lazy so . . . another time another day.

G0lly would try to rickroll P03′s workers

Inspector would be annoyed because I think he’s that much of a stick in the mud while he’s working

Melter might actually like the song and finds it super fun to listen to while working (and whatever lives in Melter's chest is screaming “What have I done to deserve this suffering!?”)

Dredger might not even hear it over the crane/claw, the sea, the elevator, the fact the he’s not even on the same floor as the other three and the conveyor belts, so I don’t think he would care either way

and P03? I think he might want to break something into pieces, especially if a challenger or the other scrybes are anywhere near the factory, because it's embarrassing
