Memory vaults are fun to draw and I had the thought to make this little poster on a whim, based somewhat on the posters found in the main lodge in the first game.

PSY2VERSARY DAY 5 : Favorite Memory Vault // “Nostalgia”

I'm banking on the timezones here because I was too excited for this one hehe. I wanted to do the whole vault, but that would have taken forever so I just did my two favorite slides from Helmut's Hail Mary!

I cannot legitimately pick a favorite memory vault because they are all great in their own way, but this one and Ford Forgets are definitely up there. I already did a single panel recolor of that one, so I thought I would do a couple from this one as well!

(My primary focus was seeing the slides in full color, not redesigning them entirely, so I did a rough trace of the layouts/poses, made some adjustments, and did my lines and color based off of that. Just to be clear!)

Midway through drawing this I decided it needed to be colored and shaded

I have like 3 favorite memory vaults so I told the group chat to pick a number between 1-3 and this is what we got. This one's cool because it shows how it all went down in the og times, plus this frame that I drew is actually in Psychonauts 1 as well in Raz's memory vault (just a lil different cuz it was ugly back then, plus plus another frame is also shared between the 2). I love the whole vault sm it's amazing

It was hard to pick one for this day, but settled on Breaking Dr Potts. Younger Truman offering Hollis to join the Psychonauts organization even after she had done to Dr Potts a great moment to me. He saw potential in her and in the future she became the second head of the Psychonauts. 

People mistakes and can grow from them there is no shame in being human.
