also sysmeds stop fakeclaiming my trauma because its emotional abuse and not physical challenge (if youre uncomfortable with mentions of these tell me and i will not mention in future asks)

the thing is endophobes have a very narrow, rigid definition of what “acceptable plurality” looks like. any experience someone has that falls outside that definition is automatically fake to them. so if your trauma isn’t what they want it to be, if your plurality isn’t what they want it to be, they’ll fakeclaim and do whatever they can to dismiss you from plural spaces.

we’re so sorry you suffered like that - we’re not squeamish when it comes to trauma talk here and we’ll never fakeclaim anyone for having trauma that’s unconventional or different from what sysmeds expect.

The Once & Future King

I'm not spoiling anything... but I'll give you guys a little hint.

For those of you who are familiar with the Arthurian Legend... King Arthur is also known as "the Once and Future King..."

It stems from the fact that; "King Arthur was once king, and it's believed that he will return as king when England needs him most."

How this applies to our Arthur... well, you'll have to stick around to find out...

I mentioned before while on a mission: Sir Arthur went MIA ( along with a few other star warriors) for a while... well, the things... he took a trip to Hades.

The quote, "The Once and Future King..." (is from Le Morte d'Arthur by Thomas Malory.) Also, it's the title of my favorite retelling of Arthurian Legend, T.H White's The Once and Future King, the book series which is based on Malory's version.)

I also wanna drop the fact that in the KBASW (AU), Kit Cosmos is "Sir Kay," after Sir Arthur lost his title as Sir Uther's right-hand man... he refused to serve anyone else but Sir Arthur. So he volunteered to serve as drill master(but secretly was still loyal to Sir Arthur).

How big would adult Kirby be?

Taller than Meta Knight, about the same height as Morpho Knight, smaller than Galacta Knight. Hybrid Matterborn like Kirby tend to be rather mid-sized. (Designs of the older matterborn not accurate to how they'd look like when Kirb is an adult)

Also have a version with my Papi design and my OC Eon-Eon Dutch which I drew like a month ago.

First: context

TLDR: I can't fully explain without spoiling the fic(s) but both big and small changes have been made to the story/timeline! It was originally supposed to be a what-if scenario that became a whole AU. The main changes from canon are focused on Galacta, Meta, Morpho, Kirby, and a few more characters, but the fic I'm working on currently is mainly focusing on Galacta and Morpho (kinda)! There will be small ties to the Animeverse throughout this AU!

Anyway- I can't fully explain it without going into spoiler territory, but I plan on making this a multiple-fic thing! The fic I'm currently working on is mainly focused on Galacta Knight (and Morpho Knight, but mainly Galacta), it's primarily supposed to be a oneshot of Galacta's life before he got sealed, and the things that led to it. The AU technically starts with this fic, most of the games happen to be the same, except for games like Nightmare in Dream Land, Super Star (Ultra) (there are a few minor changes to this game), Return to Dream Land, Triple Deluxe, Planet Robobot, and by extension, Kirby Star Allies, and Forgotten Land! It's also somewhat tied to the Animeverse because [spoilers]

After the first fic, I plan on writing another fic that focuses on Meta Knight! I won't be going into this for spoiler reasons, but this fic is designed to lead to a little before the events of the first game!

After that, most of the changed games will be put into one fic! I'm not exactly sure how I'd do it (multichapter maybe? Or one big oneshot that has obvious time skip spaces between games?) but it'll most likely end a little before the events of Star Allies!

A lot of this AU was built to define the Astral race (Kirby's species) a little more, but the changes to the games were built entirely of what-if scenarios and "I haven't seen a fic for this so I'll make it myself" things that would better fit the AU instead of the actual plot of the games! It's slightly self-indulgent (slightly because wow I planned a lot of angst for this series), and so far there's only one OC planned to show up and (kinda) further the plot of the series, you might have an idea of what their role is if you checked the Galacta Knight and Magolor interaction post!

I've had quite a while to think about this whole thing (I've been working on the first fic since April. Writer's Block and burnout sucks) some things are subject to change since I'm technically still in the early stages of fleshing this whole thing out, but the first fic is almost done and I already have the whole outline for the second fic ready :3

love how they say "endos dont have did/osdd" like most of the time yeah lol (in terms of nondisordered) thats why we call ourselves non disordered. Plus uh please state where in the DSM where it says you need trauma to have a dissociative disorder, (which is, by word, not a trauma disorder)

also lmao its so funny when people say "stfu disorder faker" or "you dont have did" like bro we, we call ourselves non disordered, so this means nothing??? Also when they say endos invade traumagenic and / or did/osdd spaces when ive never seen a (non disordered) endo in a traumagenic space, like we call ourselves endogenic because we do not want to be in traumagenic or did/osdd spaces because they arent ours. and then they proceed to raid our servers, invade our boundaries and post their hate in our tags.

also like what are they gonna say to an endogenic who is diagnosed with did/osdd? like "yeah the psychologist with many many years of schooling is wrong trust me im a guy on the internet and you do not have this disorder which you have many / all symptoms of and have been diagnosed with"

yeah, it’s getting increasingly harder to find common ground with endophobes. like we used to be able to have real honest discussions on here, and we still can sometimes, it just seems like mostly we’re met with anger and baseless vitriol through anonymous asks these days.

we understand that a lot of bad stuff has been happening in the world lately and people are wound up and pissed off. we personally think these anti endos are taking out their hate and frustration at the ableism they face daily on pro endos who literally play no role in the ableism they suffer through (if that makes sense…).

we think endophobes would likely say someone isn’t endogenic even if they claim to be, whether or not they have a did/osdd diagnosis. most of the arguments we’ve seen from anti endos are just fakeclaims and ableist dog whistles. it’s really getting old tbh!

we’re actually putting together some statistics on plural tags to try and determine if nontraumagenic systems are posting in disordered specific tags and vice versa! it’s going to take us a while to put together, but we’re looking forward to seeing the results.

Yes, he does manage to leave Hades... before the anime finale... he leaves by the time Meta Knight's gone MIA. (He was in Dreamland, waiting for Kirby's arrival.)

By now, the war has ended in Nightmare's favor, the monster delivery system is in full swing... and the position of leader (of the GSA) is open. :3 (Sir Uther was assassinated...)

And Arthur didn't exactly leave Hades without a price...
