A filtering feature request, of the accessibility variety:

Blocking and filtering is working great, but typing filters in on mobile (android) kind of sucks. A big helping of memory issues means that it is *really* difficult, apparently, to correctly spell the tag in order to filter it (in this case the weird name of the formula one driver my mutual is obsessed with? I need him to go away).

I had to try four different times *and* my friend's tagging isnt consistent so I'm not even done yet.

So what I'm proposing/hoping/offering a quality firstborn child for:

Please let me filter directly from the tag, on my dash. Or like, when I tap a tag--like to search? In the header could be a filter option for that exact tag? Thanks so much for your consideration!

FANNIBALS I HAVE A HEADCANON AND META ANALYSIS TO CONTRIBUTE!!! :)

So I have this headcanon and also kinda noticed this Will/Mishca parallel:

(Its been a while since I've seen the episodes discussed below so if I got some minor details wrong please gently lmk thx! ♡ Also idk how to do a ‘cut/line’ so apologies for the very long post!!)

When Hannibal was young and in the cabin with his sister and their kidnappers, I have this headcanon that TVshow!Hannibal's sister's body was never dismembered and lost. Instead, she goes missing one night and he wakes up to find her gone. When he searches for her he finds the men around a fire eating meat and then sees his sisters body flung into a corner covered in blood. It doesn't take him long to connect the dots and as soon as he does he ~internally~ rages. However he keeps calm enough to figure out a way to escape whatever bonds he is in and then he immediately goes to his sister. He has a time constraint because the men will notice him in a second so in his precious seconds he re-positioned his sister so she is in a more respectful position (on her back, hands on chest or by her sides and eyes closed) and uses his shirt to cover her body (shes young and small and he's big right now so it works) but keeps her head uncovered because he knows what he is going to do and wants her to bare witness since it is their mutual revenge and his last gift to her. He then let's anger overtake him and proceeds to kill and consume the men that ate her. Once he is done he returns his attention to Mishca, letting his emotions return to him and flow freely. He picks her up bridal style because she is his sister, he loves her, and he will cradle her like the innocent child she is/was and she's light enough he can; her wound is also in her stomach and holding her any other way would cause more damage to her body and that's the last thing Hannibal wants (Hanni is Hanni and loves his symbolism as much as his logic and if he can have a balance between both its ideal, in this case he could). He then carries her - trudging through deep snow - to where he determines is where he will bury her. He then does so, says his final goodbyes, makes a last promise, and leaves. Eventually he is found alone and then later placed with his uncle, etc. etc. etc.

His story then continues on as normal; He shuts off most emotions, doesn't attach himself to people, and eats the rude when possible. He does so until suddenly Will Graham enters his life. All of a sudden there's potential. The potential to be /understood/, to /feel/, to /care/, to ~love~ again. And not only is Will there but so is Abigail, two people who remind him of Mishca in numerous ways (though Will more so than Abigail but NOT in an incestuous way). Abigail because she needed his help and his care, a daughter like ward similar to Mishca's position. Will because of his ability to understand, to see and learn about Hannibal in a way that drew from Hanni strong waves of emotions, aka hope and love (dif types of love but both drew out love). Of course life isn't perfect and he has to lose Mishca all over again through Abigail's death and Will's betrayal. But OH! The sweet joys of love, Will returns (he is the one most similar to Mishca so he's the important one b/c it's like she didn't die the 2nd time) and now Hannibal has more time to seduce/convert Will to his way of life. But, like always, the world has different ideas and after some more wins and loses with Will, Hanni finds himself at Muskrat farm. Kidnapped by men. Men who have the one person he loves most in the world. Men who want to harm the person he loves most in the world. Suddenly it's the cabin and Mishca all over again - this parallel doesn't go over his head. Once he is freed by Alana he goes to Will (he would have escaped anyway and saved Will, she just sped the process up). He finds will in a similar situation to Mishca. Men trying to take something from the body of the person he loves at the expense of their life. (Mishca was her organs and Will is his face, not life threatening but they intended to kill him after). Hannibal reacts the same way. Removes the immediate danger from around Will by knocking out the men/man in the room. In the few moments he now has before the man wakes up he checks on Will, makes sure he is okay. Once Hannibal is certain Will is alright he places him in a state that suites Hannibal's desires. Keeps the drugs in Will at a level that won't harm him, keeps him loopy enough to not stop Hannibal or try to get away, but also keeps him awake enough to witness what's going on. Hannibal's actions are his gift to the offended and mutual revenge. He then does to the men/man what was intended for Will (justice is justice, he did the same with Mishcas killers). Only once he is done does he return his attention to Will. Keeping to his symbolism and logic he picks will up bridal style. (Symbolic of the parallels to Mishca and logical because Will now has a head wound and carrying him over the shoulder would cause blood to rush to his head which would not be good). With will in his arms and his task complete Hannibal trudges through snow yet again to lay his love to rest (Mishca to her grave and Will to his bed). However, this time as he walks he realizes that this time around he saved Will, and in a way Mishca. He was given a second chance and he saved them. This makes him realize that he doesn't want to lose again what is precious to him and decides then and there to change tactics. When he gets Will home he washes him, dresses him, and makes him as comfortable as possible. Then he watches over him. When Will wakes up, Hannibal enacts his new plan: let Will come to him, choose him, on his own time. But for this to work Will needs to know where Hanni is at all times. This could get complicated so what's the easiest way - get arrested. So that's what he does. Hanni let's himself get arrested so Will always knows where he will be so he knows where to find Hannibal when he inevitably decides to choose and accept Hannibal into his life. Some small nudges later that's exactly what Will does.

Tl;dr - Will is semi-symbolic of Mishca and Hannibal's realization of this incites him to get arrested so Will can choose him on his own time and agency instead of being forced into something because Hannibal doesn't want to lose the one person he loves the most in the whole world ever again.

Probably the fact that according to the original timeline, Izzy Hands is supposed to be... 16 I believe? It would be such a fuckin ride if they decided to pull a Spanish Jackie with him and it was revealed at some point that yeah, the scary, horny pirate in the body of 50something Con O'Neill is actually a teenager 🤣🤣🤣

17. Does Ed eat the soap or just use "yummy" to describe scents?

I think he does eat the soap, honestly! Giving his past he probably never stumbled upon lavender soap before meeting Stede. If anything, he probably used the simplest, cheapest soap he could find, and he used it sparingly anyways, so he wasn't used to luxury items like that. And so, I suppose what happened is similar to what would happen if you left a child unattended with soap that smells like something yummy. He probably tried eating it, and figured that hey, this is great! I'm guessing that Stede introduced him to various flavours he didn't have access to, and he probably didn't like everything, because well, some things that rich people consume just because they can afford to are simply gross. And he probably figured that the tasty tasty soap is just another one of the weird ass things rich people do.
