If jsab is only one of them, what's your other obsessions rn?
Okay! so- let's get the main ones sorted out-
Tumblr media
First off, JSaB. The usual, the goat, the one I started to pubicly draw the nasties off to show to people on the internet. Not bad, but I feel like I've done so much of it I can only revamp old concepts for it (which isn't as bad but my brain goes haywire and those concepts can be outdated in less than a week).
Still, very fun to do: 10/10
Tumblr media
Next, Neon Genesis Evangelion. I like some of the robot and creature designs a little too much for my own good, but it's not as wild as my JSaB nasties, it's way more wholesome because holy shit everyone in that show is a fucking train wreck and deserve some love. Even the robots and creatures.
Although, fair, I only use my ocs when drawing it, because I literally just don't wanna draw any of the humans in the show- Also some of the designs are too complicated and my brain short circuits trying to remember them.
Kinda weird, but wholesome, if you wanna see giant robots getting it on : 9.5/10
Tumblr media
We also have Kirby, surprisingly- It's kinda the same with the Evangelion one: I mostly only use ocs, it's more in a joke/wholesome note, but also can get really weird since, as I have mentioned, I like the robots and the big creachurs more than the main guys. Unironically, the one I started drawing first but not posting anything online because some part of the Kirby fandom almost kills me for just creating said ocs.
You can piece together the rest.
Kinda weird, but still fun, when I finally feel confident enough: 7/10
Tumblr media
And I also like giant kaiju women being absolute menaces to society
Enough said: 100/10

How about the Moon bois with a reader that has intense lucid dreams and sometimes they end up predicting the future/future events before it even happens, have time travel back in time from it,have some control over certain dreams and also have went three layers deep in the dream realm and almost didn’t wake up from it(Like Inception!)?
Once again, funny storytime: when Loki (2021) came out with the plot of Variants, I made some for my Marvel OC, Nina. One of them happens to be able to travel into the dream dimension and is named Dream Catcher. I used to daydream about how she could be helpful for the Moon boys, specially Steven, due to her powers, so...
Moon Boys + a dream realm traveler reader:
Marc Spector:
*The one who needs their help the most but doesn't ask for it. The last thing he wants is involving you into his inner struggles.
*But you know him too well and ask him gently to allow you to take a look. He accepts just to please you.
*Of course Marc's mind is a labyrtinth, one filled with not a lot of good stuff, and besides he keeps having nightmares about his mother or the things he did as mercenary, scenarios you must fight along with him (or his dream versions)
*He's scared of his mind hurting you, not knowing his resistance is actually making your work harder. Making him to trust himself is the difficult part during whatever travel you're getting.
*There's one thing you've never been able to handle correctly, the nightmares involving young kids. When you open this oniric door and find a little Marc hiding from his mother, your heart hurts. "Are you a ghost?" he asks, not getting clear you're a real person. "I'm a friend, I'm here to help you"
*Yes, his childhood related nightmares are the hardest to fight, at least besides another unwanted guest... Khonshu himself, who thinks Marc has already "too much worms" in his head to receive another (you).
Steven Grant:
*He was the one who contacted you, some "rumours in the air" took him to you. Honestly he forgot a little why he called you because he's flustered with your lovely look and kind personality so the interview to get what he needs becomes a sort of blind date.
*Not like you're going to complain, he's cute.
*You go together to his flat, he introduces you to Gus and basically is a little anxious for the "dreaming therapy session" how he calls it. Also, asks you about your experience with your powers, when did you find out you could travel through dreams? What happens to your body meanwhile? What was your favorite dream you had visited?
*Steven is a good guest, both in his dreams and normal life. His nightmares are actually weirder than scary, involving people he knows like his boss, Marc, a kaiju Gus for some reason...
*But when the other Moons start to show up, specially Marc, things get a little out of control. "Who are you? What are you doing here?" and the scenario changes from the usual naked in public nightmare to an horrifying room filled with corpses.
*Poor Steven apologizes for whatever you've seen. "I guess this is our first and las session, innit?" he murmurs after giving you some hot cocoa. "Why you say that?" "Well... as you saw, there's a lot of messed up stuff in there" "I'm not giving up, Steven... and besides... you're a nice person, you shouldn't be suffering from this"
*Steven grows a big love for you quickly. You've seen the worst of him (and Marc) and still you're there, helping but also acting like a good friend. Perhaps, when everything's done, he'll be able to ask you for a date.
Jake Lockley:
*He's been looking at you from back, hidden in the shadows of Marc's head while you travel his or Steven's dreams. You're a curiosity, at first he thought you were a new persona, but the way you interact with the others... no, you're obviously an alien, but how did you get there?
*Jake doesn't dream enough to create scenes you can travel into, he's a night owl and when he fronts, he never sleeps. After some time observing, he manages to push you out of the dream by basically fronting and waking up the body. Now, when you're into someone's dreams and they wake up, you feel it like a sudden freefall and get a little dizzy during some minutes, so you're swaying while asking either Marc or Steven what happened.
*"Marc? Steven?" you hear a chuckle, the face before you is smiling but not in a kind way, and besides... what's with those eyes? they look so disturbing... "They're not available now, corazón"
*His purpose in this world is protect the body, so he won't hesitate on pinning you against the bed and make some questions, who are you, what are you trying to do, how can you get into the "par de pendejos"' dreams... all of this with a ferocious, almost murderous stare.
*He laughs when learning you're trying to help them with their nightmares. "¿Qué coño eres, un atrapasueños humano?" ("What the heck are you, a human dreamcatcher?"). But hey, at least you're interesting... and pretty. Yeah, he may let you get into the brains and do your dream fixing stuff.
*"See you in dreams, cielo" he says before getting back, leaving the body limp on the bed.

I honestly loved kaiju fiction as a child because any romance was incidental and not big part of plot unless its like a failing marriage. I was just so tired of poorly done romance at a very young age and almost all my childhood ocs were genderless and ace as a result if they weren’t animals

Fret not my anonymous friend, I am currently working on a few of my OC and kaiju re-designs, as well as giving them a Gijinka and anthro design. Crimson Empress will come to you very soon ^^
As you probably saw, I already finished the royal couple Godzilla and Mothra, my OC Jira and Queen M.U.T.O aka Barb.
Next up are King Ghidorah and Rodan, Crimson Empress and Shadow Chaser, as well as Mothra's family and my ship children (Ghiji, Keira, Kura and Molla) which are also almost done. Probably working on Kong in a while too

OCtober Day 6: Luxury
Thank you @oc-growth-and-development for the prompt, as always. This is three bros, two of them roasting Pacific Rim to hell and back. I’m a big fan of this movie I swear. This is a continuation of the Exy AU, following Finley (from OCtober Day 2: Mercy). He’s in a new team, and he doesn’t need friends, they disappoint him. Very Regrettably for Finley, the friends don’t agree. Fluff with some mild angst at the end. We stan found family. Kaspar and Finley are my characters, Mantis/Margot is @statistical-improbabilities character. I also named dropped @statistical-improbabilities Mya and @carry-on-my-wayward-brain Dusk.
“This is absurd,” Finley said, watching the robot on screen slam a cargo boat into the monster’s face with a deafening crunch.
They were sitting on the floor of Kaspar’s room, rough carpet under their legs, Mantis’ laptop in front of them as an action movie flashed on screen. Finley watched the big robot slap the godzilla-like thing repeatedly in the face, only for the creature to grab them by the tail and rip their boat-made-baseball-bat into half. He vaguely wondered, not for the first time that night, how he’d even gotten here.
“I don’t know about that,” Kaspar said, a tub of ice cream in his lap as he put another spoonful of it into his mouth, never taking his eyes off the screen. “It looks pretty realistic to me.” “Please,” Mantis said next to him. Or Margot. She’d introduced herself as the former, but Kaspar used the latter almost exclusively. Finley had simply avoided calling her by name. “I’ve seen Green Lantern movies with better CGI effects.” “Touche,” he said, but didn’t sound the least bit insulted. He ate another scoop of ice cream. With a certain degree of fear, disgust, and strange admiration, Finley saw he was almost done with the tub. “Shhh, guys, the next part is my favorite fight scene.”
Mantis fell silent, so Finley turned back to the screen. The monster was now playing hide and seek with the robot. How anything as tall as a skyscraper managed to hide, even in a metropolitan like Tokyo, was beyond Finley’s comprehension, but he’d never been to Tokyo, so he stayed silent.
A flashy action shot of the monster, oh so surprisingly, ambushing the protagonists. He let the lights flash from the screen as he thought about what had gotten him here. After spending hours on schoolwork in Mantis’ room, he’d been dragged along to dinner with the two of them. Kaspar suggested they all go to his room to relax before he and Finley went to the gym to do extra practice that night.
Finley hadn’t been pleased.
“Come on, Finley, a little fun never hurt anyone,” Kaspar had said. When Finley had stared back, wholly unconvinced, Kaspar merely smiled fondly and rolled his eyes, as if he’d seen that same look hundreds of times before. “I’ll stay an extra hour to help you on overhead drills.”
“Dusk or Mya are going to get there first,” he muttered, but followed anyway.
Finley watched the monster beat its previously unnoticeable wings and lift the robot into the sky. Tension was supposedly rocketing as fast as that 500 ton beast could fly, which was apparently a thousand miles a second. He was owed a lot of overhead drills for this.
When the protagonists looked like they were about to die, all hope lost, the solution was found in a dramatic twist. The robot fell unceremoniously to the ground from an altitude of 50,000 miles above sea level. Everyone was unscathed.
Kaspar paused the movie.
“Thoughts?” he asked, a smile playing on his ice-cream coated lips as he glanced over at Finley.
“If this movie wanted any shred of my respect, they should’ve both died right there,” Finley said. Despite the fact that he knew Kaspar had a good temper and couldn’t kill a fly, he glanced over to watch his reaction.
“Exactly what I’ve been saying,” Mantis said. Finley blinked in surprise “At the very least, the whole Jaeger should’ve fallen apart. It was way too big to have gotten out of that with just scratches.”
“Yeah, but then it wouldn’t have been as cool,” Kaspar said, leaning back lazily. He seemed completely undisturbed by the fact that both Finley and Mantis had been insulting what he had introduced as his ‘favorite movie of all time’ for the last hour. Mantis, who had evidently watched it a few times already, had said something sarcastic, but sat down to watch it all the same.
In the last 57 minutes, she’d pointed out the main male lead’s horrible haircut, roasted his fashion sense, and cut into three major worldbuilding flaws. Finley joined her cringing, covering his eyes like a vampire in sunlight, when the female lead accidentally walked into the male lead’s room while he was shirtless. “Proper physics is cool,” Mantis said. She reached for the bowl of popcorn, and popped a few in her mouth, before washing it down with an energy drink. Finley didn’t want to know what that tasted like. “This whole thing doesn’t make any sense,” he said, irritably.
“What about it doesn’t make sense?” Kaspar asked. Finley glanced at him. He seemed relaxed. Happy, even, with a content smile on his face. “Everything. Why are giant robots the best weapon in this scenario? They’re going to be rebuilding that place for years with the footprints it left on the roads, let alone the infrastructure damage. Second of all, how do the kaiju keep following the scientist guy around?” “Because he mind-melded with them,” Kaspar said, “The Kaiju are a hive mind.”
Finley snorted. “Why the fuck would anyone mind-meld with a hive mind race of monsters?”
Kaspar shrugged. He tapped his spoon against his chin for a moment, thinking. “Science?” He said, almost to himself, and turned to Mantis questioningly. Finley pulled a look so skeptical he could’ve made Newton doubt whether gravity was real. Mantis, however, thought only for a moment before she nodded, “Science.”
“This is stupid,” he huffed. “To quote,” Mantis pointed out, matter-of-factly, “it’s either the most awesome dumb movie ever made–”
“–Or the dumbest awesome movie ever made,” Kaspar said, almost gleefully, as he pressed the play button. Finley sighed.
He stayed for the rest of the movie.
---
He waited for Kaspar outside the dorms while the other man was grabbing his things to go to the court to practice. It was late by now, the sky ink black save for the few stars visible through all the light pollution. Cold wind made the chilly temperatures just that much colder. Finley waited under a street light, his things all ready, a change of clothes, water bottle, and a pair of gloves in his gym bag. With a sigh, he unzipped it, pulled out the gloves. They were black and maroon––ravens colors––and the only pair he had.
He wrapped his arms around himself. Though years of playing exy had even him lean muscle, he was still scrawny, and not the biggest fan of the cold. Glancing at the door of the dorms, he waited. The two hours he spent watching a dumb action movie indoors would’ve been a luxury unheard of in the Ravens. Siobhan had never been a fan of movies, anyway, so there would’ve been no one for him to watch it with. For that, he was almost grateful; the movie hadn’t gotten better in the second half.
Still, the image stayed in his mind. Kaspar and Mantis, exchanging quips and inside jokes. Mantis didn’t glance over for his reaction when she criticized the protagonist’s haircut to hell and back. When she had run out of her energy drink, Kaspar had promptly pulled another one out and passed it over to her.
He tried to picture himself and Siobhan in those shoes. Finley didn’t have a favorite drink, and what Siobhan said was never a joke.
But they had stood next to each other for so long. A menace on the court, the two of them. An impenetrable defense and an unstoppable offense. It had never been perfect. Admittedly, nothing in The Ravens had been, but still, he sometimes tried to find Siobhan’s triumphant grin on the faces of his new teammates. Her iron will in Kaspar’s eyes when he swung his racquet.
He sighed, staring up at the night sky. In another life, perhaps, though he doubted that concept was anything more than an impossible wish. “Hey, sorry that took awhile,” Kaspar said, stepping out of the dorms. He had obviously rushed, his shoelaces untied, and the horrible orange color of his hoodie clashing with the gold and red of his Trojans track pants.
Finley merely huffed, and stalked down the path without him.

And Then the Floodgates Opened
Soooo this was inspired by a post I saw a bit ago, but unfortunately I had not had the time to edit this until now. At least I didn’t completely abandon it XD
There’s a use of oc’s in this to kinda build up the history that’s happened - but it’s focused on a glorious scene in the Pacific Rim Novelization that it wish had happened.
Warning: Angst be ahead. Honestly it’s not that high in angsty but I shall still warn.
________________________________________________________
“Hey, who wants to hear a joke?”
“What do Jaegers and my marriage have in common?”
“They both seemed like a good idea at the time, now they ain’t working, and they’re both still costing a fortune.”
Raleigh had tried to forget those faces… the voices he could pair with them. He tried to forget the memories that both would trigger. The past was a painful place and the future too bleak to turn to… survival and the now was where it was at these days.
But congratulations to his asshole boss, the guy had managed to dig enough that it seemed the floodgate had opened up just enough to make it hard to focus on the now.
Miles had insulted the program. The thing Yancy had died for. You insult one, and you have insulted the other at the same time. Tommy might have been right when he said punching the asshole wasn’t worth losing his job… but the nagging part of his brain swore that Yancy was worth it.
It swore even more relentlessly smug look Miles had sent his way. He wanted nothing more than to punch it off that mans face… It made it almost easy to hear the non-existent ‘easy there kid’ that his mind offered in Yancy’s voice.
He tried to move on and focus back on his rations but seemed like he had slipped down the rabbit hole. The image of Herc and Chuck Hansen had him remembering what he knew of the two, what he recalled of Sydney. Made him remember Yamarashi before once more he had to drag his mind back to the present.
Tommy’s question of ‘who can, in a world like this’ in regards to having kids made Raleigh remember of the rangers who had. Pentecost who took a child under his wing, young girl years back… And then there was one who had one during the escalation of things… He barely knew anything of McRae due to their different postings but he could remember the dark haired man cradling a tiny bundle letting out a soft chuckle as the baby gurgled – staring at her as if she was his entire world.
…similarly he could recall the image on the TV of a Kaiju smashing through Liberator’s COMMPOD…
And maybe Pentecost’s appearance hadn’t done him any favours in remembering things…. But Miles’ second round of a joke definitely didn’t.
“Oh hey, this reminds me – how many Jaegers does it take to change a light bulb? None! Cause these days, everybody knows they can’t change shit.”
It was like that the floodgate opened fully, or the switch had been flipped as Raleigh’s grip on his beer tightened.
Memories of him and Yancy sharing a beer, led to almost hearing the deep breathy accented laugh followed by a ‘you Becket’s will be the death of me’ paired with amused blue eyes as the New Zealander dragged their potentially drunk asses back to base before the three of them were booted out of the academy. Raleigh hated the foreshadowing that held now… they sighed the terms of Evan’s death to that day…
Thinking of Evan led to thinking of Waimarie. Was she alive? He didn’t have the heart to check after seeing the image of Kraken shoving it’s arm down the kaiju’s throat and blowing it up… that was a move of someone who had desperate.
Remembering of Waimarie meant remembering that fact that she was younger, she was younger who balanced education with fighting kaiju. It made him remember the parties that were held when she had finished her university course. The one time several Shatterdomes had their pilots in the same spot – definitely showing the found family most of them had become.
He remembering the Kaidonovksy’s handing Waimarie a shot of vodka, and being amused when he watched her splutter after drinking it.
The Gage’s and Matador Fury’s pilots in a battle for the kitchen… well at least there had been a lot of food resulting from that.
And suddenly he was remembering the time to Wei Tang triplets had returning one time with take out having told no one where they went.
He remembered hearing Nova Hyperion’s pilots talk about their experience with the kaiju being their reason for signing up for the PPDC.
The twist in his gut tightened as his mind reminded him of a similar story and how that to Vanguard Haechi torn to shreds barely recoverable. Or Tacit Ronin cut in half laying in what was once a city and at that moment was only ruins.
As more memories flickered through his head at a fast pace Raleigh silently looked to the beer in his hand as Miles reminded him of his ‘place’.
“Easy boy, don’t forget I’m the one in charge here.”
“Well then… let’s drink to that.”
It was with that Raleigh made a move that probably would have had Yancy both proud and internally screaming, Evan wearily sigh and a few other former fellow cadets turned rangers howl with laughter.
Miles definitely didn’t see Raleigh slamming his face on a beer can coming.

Pacific Rim: Chris and Daisy
I wanted to re-draw some old OCs I never finished, so here you have Chris and Daisy from Pacific Rim! It's been forever damn, 2013 seems like a lifetime ago... I'm so happy that I finally get to draw my OCs actually looking like how I always wanted them to after all these years! How far we've come!
Jesus this took me forever to write, idk why but suddenly I forgot how to word, so this is pretty bad but I just had to force this out of myself so I could work on other stuff.
I also got myself emotional about Chuck which is a whole other rabbit hole.
Anyways, here you have it!
Jaegerling Project:
Jaegerlings are built and work like Jaegers, except they’re about half the size and can be piloted by 1 Pilot alone. They weren’t made for fighting the Kaiju, instead they were individually developed for cleaning up dead Kaiju, city rubble, and help with the rebuilding works. The project was short lived as the PPDC decided it was more worth it to focus their resources on building more Jaegers, so very few Jaegerlings were actually built and much less survived.
Most notable Jaegerlings:
   -          PaciFist: Built to help move Kaiju carcasses and destroyed Jaegers
   -          Criminality: Built to clean up city rubble and help with rebuilding.
Name: Christine „Chris” Smith (Kovács Krisztina) Born: 1999. May 1st (Taurus) Age: 26 (Operation Pitfall) Gender: Female Rank: -          PPDC Ranger (Formerly) -          J-Tech Officer
Jaegers: -          PaciFist (Former Pilot) -          Pacific-R.I.M. (Former Pilot) (Pacific-Robust Integrated Mechanism) -          Striker Eureka (Head Mechanic)
History:
1999. May 1st: Chris was born in Hungary. Her Mother left when she was young and she was left with her Father. She had a natural talent for machines since she was young and essentially grew up in her Father’s mechanic shop.
2013: When the Kaiju attacked her Father was always vocally thankful it’s happening as far from them as possible, and for a time she agreed. However when the attacks didn’t stop she began to feel helpless and angry that they aren’t doing a good enough job of stopping them. She had the insatible urge to DO something.
2014: When the first Jaegers were born she immeadetly knew THAT’S where she had to be. However her father was heavily against her doing anything near the Jaeger Program, specially how it was still in baby shoes. So she decided to run away to join the Jaeger Program for the greater good. She took on a whole new persona, going as far as pretending to be a boy, to avoid her Father tracking her down and to avoid him finding out if anything happened to her. She made friends with a military doctor who helped her fake her gender all the way through the Academy. She was a promising pilot but her personality didn’t match up with anyone and they failed to find her a pilot for the longest time. She was closed off and distant with nearly everyone, mainly in fear of being found out, but otherwise got along moderalty with generally everyone. Until she met Daisy at the Academy, who got under her skin right away, she had an immediate distaste towards her and they kept butting heads and getting into bigger and bigger conflicts. It also frustrated her how easily Daisy got her flustered which she didn’t dare to think too deeply about. When they were proved to be potentially drift compatible Chris was conflicted, she didn’t want to drift with Daisy of all people, but she wanted to be a pilot more than anything, in the end she decided this is the risk she has to take.
During their test drift Daisy found out Chris is actually a girl faking her identity at the Academy and in a moment of shock she accidentally outed her. Chris outraged and out for vengence did some digging around and found out Daisy’s parent’s donation to the PPDC, and as a result they’re both looking to get kicked out from the PPDC. However thanks to their potential and great scores, they both get an offer from the PPDC, they’re dismissed from the normal Jaeger Program, but they could become the first test pilots of the Jaegerling Project. Chris immeadetly volunteers, unaware Daisy will be involved as well.
2016:  After „graduating” Chris gets assigned to the Jaegerling called PaciFist and spends the following years moving Kaiju carcasses and destroyed Jaegers after the battles. She’s content with her job, not what she had in mind but she can still prove herself useful, while still studying Jaeger ont he side.
2017: Until one day there’s a Kaiju attack that couldn’t have been intercepted by a Jaeger in time. Chris was stationed in a nearby Shatterdome with her Jaegerling, while Daisy was working out in the city helping to re-build with R.I.M. and they decided to risk their lives holding back the Kaiju now called Ryujin until the Jaeger arrives. Both R.I.M. and PaciFist were very badly damaged in the battle but the Jaeger arrived in time saving Daisy and Chris’s lives as well. The Kaiju’s body was never recovered but they assumed it died. Both Daisy and Chris gets an unspecificed time recovery leave, their Jaegerlings dismantled, waiting for further orders.
2018 : They’re summoned by Marshal Stacker Pentecost. He offers them a brand new Jaeger to co-pilot, built from the remaining parts of both PaciFist and R.I.M., called Pacific-R.I.M. Chris is relucant to accept the offer, both at the fact that they nearly died last time, and the fact that she’d have to pilot with Daisy. However after some unvoncing and apologising from Daisy she accepts and decides to give their teamwork a chance. After long hard work they becom an unstoppable team, their drift compatibility one of the best. Chris’s flusteredness towards Daisy returns as the other girl begind to flirt with her as the time passes. Soon she realises she likes the other girl as well and they begin dating.
They piloted Pacific-R.I.M. together for 3 years.
2021: They did a couple of double drops with Striker Eureka, who they proved to be a good team with. Chris had a bit of a friendly rivarly going with Chuck whenever they met in person. One day while they were stationed at the same Shatterdome, Ryujin re-emerged. Pacific-R.I.M. got deployed first and almost killed the Kaiju, but the tide turned on them and Pacific-RI.M. got badly damaged. Chris got hurt badly, and her side of the Jaeger short circuited. Daisy ejected the hurt Chris out of an escape pod and stayed to hold back Ryujin herself. Striker Eureka joined the battle soon and finished off Ryujin but Pacific-R.I.M. was beyond saving this time. They recovered Daisy, barely alive and in critical condition. She lost her left leg from the knee down and her nervous system suffered heavy damage too. Chris stayed by her side for months, but the guilt was killing her and she decided she can’t watch Daisy waste away anymore, so she left.
She went back home to her Father, who welcomed her with open arms. It turned out even if at first he was panicked and outraged she left, in the present he’s proud of her, how far she has come and how much she has done. This gave her enough will to get her fighting spirit back again. She knew she could never pilot another Jaeger again, not without Daisy, so she threw herself into J-Tech and became a mechanic. At the least she could help by fixing and upgrading the Jaegers between battles.
2023: She became the head of Striker Eureka’s mechanic team, where she met Chuck and Herc again. A few years ago she would have given anything to get to work on Striker but now she would give anything to get „a few years ago” back. Chuck became an annoying brat since last time she saw him and she was more than ready to deck him. Which she did sometimes when they decided to take out their problems in sparring sessions. They butted hands on working Striker as well since Chuck preffered to work on her as well while Chris believed it was a job for the mechanics only. Through all this they grew really close and started to help eachother out with their problems. It wasn’t a good solution to either of their issues but it was something. In the end they became basically „more than best friends with benefits”, neither of them ever admitted they „dated” but Chris loved him regardless. They drifted eactly once in a simulator and they were so in sync it was considered pairing them up for a Jaeger which Chris refused in Daisy’s memory.
2025: She got re-located to the Hong Kong Shatterdome along with Striker’s whole crew. There she was re-united with Daisy, which she didn’t take well. All the guilt that’s been the back of her mind all this time came crashing back as the old wounds re-opened. Chuck convinced to go talk with Daisy, meanwhile she convinced Chuck to talk with Raleigh. She apologised and confessed all her guilt to Daisy, who after a small fight forgave her, because she wasn’t sure what she would have done in her place either. After Chuck died she was heartbroken, they stayed with Daisy and they helped eachother heal. Soon it turned out she got accidentally pregnant, Daisy stayed by her side the whole time and after she gave birth they officially got back together.
Personality: Chris had been an emotional person all her life, she thinks with her heart first and foremost. However because of this she has a tendency to have emotional outbursts if she’s put under lots of stress as the logical side of her brain struggles against her emotions. Because of this she developed a level of anger issues she tries to get better from. She usually tries to hold back all her emotions and put up a cold and distant front. Because of this she became a grumpy and cynical person for a long time. However under all this, she craves emotional intimacy and familiarity. She’s also a rather serious person, who tries to follow the rules the best she can. As long as she agrees with them. As soon as she runs into a rule that requires her to go against her own morals she yeets out the rulebook the window.
Name: Daisy Grande Born: 1997. August 20th (Leo) Age: 28 (Operation Pitfall) Gender: Female Rank: -          PPDC Ranger (Formerly) -          K-Science Officer
Jaegers: -          Criminality (Former Pilot) -          Pacific-Rim (Former Pilot) -          K-Science (Biology Research)
History:
1997. August 20th: Daisy was born into a very rich family, in France. Her parents were big investors in science development. She had a strong natural charisma ever since she was little, popular, confident, always the center of the attention, a natural leader. Like her parents she always wanted to make a difference in the world growning up and she developed a knack for biology along the way.
2013 : When the Kaiju attacked and the PPDC was founded she immediately wanted to join the Jaeger Academy, and her parents figured where else would she be the safest in the world than with the PPDC? So they quietly donated a huge amount of money to the PPDC to accept her to the Academy BUT keep her out of any actually dangerous service.
2014: She joined the Academy amongst the first people. Like anywhere else she was popular at the Academy amongst the other cadets and with her officers, however when she met Chris, who really didn’t like her, she was amused by him, so she kept teasing him and trying to get a rise out of him whenever she could. Their constant conflicts revealed them to be promisingly drift compatible, which Daisy found even more amusing. During their test drift she found out Chris is actually a girl faking her identity at the Academy and in a moment of shock she accidentally outs her. What she didn’t expect was that in revenge Chris did some digging around and found out her parent’s donation to the PPDC, and as a result they’re both looking to get kicked out from the PPDC. Daisy was outraged by her parents going behind her back, everything she thought she achieved by herself for once had been a lie. Almost everything. They both get an offer from the PPDC, they’re dismissed from the normal Jaeger Program, but they could become the first test pilots of the Jaegerling Project. Daisy accepts the offer, more than eager to prove herself. Little does she know Chris also joined the Project until they’re forced to work side by side.
2016:  After „graduating” Daisy gets assigned to the Jaegerling Criminality. For the following year she cleans up and helps rebuild destroyed cities.
2017: Until one day there’s a Kaiju attack that couldn’t have been intercepted by a Jaeger in time. Chris was stationed in a nearby Shatterdome with her Jaegerling, while Daisy was working out in the city helping to re-build with Criminality and they decided to risk their lives holding back the Kaiju now called Ryujin until the Jaeger arrives. Both Criminality and PaciFist were very badly damaged in the battle but the Jaeger arrived in time saving Daisy and Chris’s lives as well. The Kaiju’s body was never recovered but they assumed it died. Both Daisy and Chris gets an unspecificed time recovery leave, their Jaegerlings dismantled, waiting for further orders.
2018 : They’re summoned by Marshal Stacker Pentecost. He offers them a brand new Jaeger to co-pilot, built from the remaining parts of both PaciFist and Criminality, called Pacific-R.I.M. Daisy, excatic at the chance to become official PPDC Rangers accepts, and convinces Chris to accept too. After long hard work they becom an unstoppable team, their drift compatibility one of the best. As they grew closer Daisy started to develop feelings for Chris. At first she was in mild gay panic but she quickly came around to embrace her feelings and started to playfully flirt with the other girl. Soon they began dating.
They piloted Pacific-R.I.M. together for 3 years.
2021: They did a couple of double drops with Striker Eureka, who they proved to be a good team with. One day while they were stationed at the same Shatterdome, Ryujin re-emerged. Pacific-R.I.M. got deployed first and almost killed the Kaiju, but the tide turned on them and Pacific-RI.M. got badly damaged. She was in coma for 2 years.
2023: She woke u pin to find Chris had left the PPDC, and her, and she was told she could probably never drive a car again, let alone pilot a Jaeger. Her nervous system damage requires constant medication. She felt beyond despaired and betrayed and refused to leave her bed her weeks. Her parents visited her a couple of times but their pity „I told you so” attitude only made her angry. Her old fire of proving them wrong came back and decided to prove them wrong once again. She threw herself into K-Science, mostly to find a way to fix her nervous system, but also to understand Kaijus better. Soon enough she was trading messeges with Newton Geiszler and occasionally working together with him.
2025: She moved to the Hong Kong shatterdome with the other scientists where she was re-united with Chris. She was still bitter Chris just left her like that, but she understood, and deep down still held her old love for her. However seeing her with Chuck Hansen (she found the fact that she was dating Chuck of all people super amusing) now she decided to just stay friendly, there was no need making things more miserable before the end of the world. Chris did apologise to her and they had a long talk about their old and current relationship. After Chuck sacrificed himself in Operation Pitfall, she stayed by Chris’s side, supporting eachother as they grew close again. After Chris gave birth they got back together and raised the kid together.
Personality: Daisy has a strong reasonable and charismatic personality and a logical mind. She easily gets along with nearly everyone and understands others’ motives even if she doesn’t like them or agrees with them. She’s stubborn and tougher than most people would give her credit for. Because her parents always gave her everything she ever needed she has a strong urge to prove herself, to prove she really does worth as much as she thinks she does. She also has a sassy and kinda charming humor, that tends to annoy more serious minded people. Because despite her reasonable leader-like personality she is actually an easy going almost trouble making person. Actually she is a trouble maker. Rules were never her forte as she never really had to hear „no” in her life that often, this is both her greatest weakness and greatest advantage. She always keeps pushing on if she’s told no. This could either lead to a scientific discovery, or a harsh dressing down by her superiors. But most of all, behind all this, she’s a really kind and forgiving person, but she doesn’t give her care just to anyone.
Well that turned out to be long...

Ocean Eyes
A quick one-shot I did, SeroxChidori, my OC. Sorry its long, I don't think theres a way to add a read more on mobile. .
---
Chidori was bored.  Weekends in the UA dorms weren't all that exciting, especially right after tests and in between lesson segments where Aizawa was surprisingly lenient with homework, and since she had finished hers the day before, it left her with not much to do.  Surprisingly, the rest of her friend group, which the rest of the class lovingly dubbed the 'Bakusquad,' weren't getting themselves into any shenanigans that Saturday, nor was anyone else in the mood to do any training with her; she had asked anyone who she normally sparred with, but they were either taking the day off to chill or spending the day with their significant others.
Except her.
But was Sero actually her significant other?  Neither of them were sure just yet. Yeah, they had gone on two dates and began spending more time together without the rest of their group, but nothing was official.  They hadn't even gotten to confessing any sort of feelings for each other. Maybe that was because they started as close friends, and Chidori had almost gotten herself stuck in what Darcy called the 'bro zone' with him.
She sighed, pulling her mess of peach-hued goo she called hair off of her shoulder as she laid on her stomach on her bed, blanket pushed sloppily on her floor and fan running on high in her window.  The summer months were coming in at a steady pace, and with her room being on the fifth floor, it felt like August instead of the spring weather it was supposed to be. While her goo-hair being constantly on the cooler side did help with the heat, especially with it covering her body as she never removed any of it, it still wasn't cool enough to stop the humidity.  The best she could do without stripping completely was a loose tank and shorts, sans a bra of course.
Since she didn't have much to do, she decided to catch up on the movie list her brother had given her.  He was two years older than her, a film student, and a movie junkie, and she had promised him that while she was at UA, she would get through his list of classics so they could talk about them when she came home to visit.  This was movie number four since she started that afternoon, and was surprisingly good, though it wasn't quite up her alley. A romance between two childhood friends grown up, it was normally a film she would categorize as too sappy for her taste.  Maybe it was her current predicament in her own love life, or the weather melting her mind, but she really was enjoying it. The current scene was near the end, the two lovers had decided to be adventurous and snuck away to a lake in the middle of the night to skinny dip, the soft moonlight illuminating their bare figures.
Chidori paused her attention as a dangerous thought came to the surface.
She could be adventurous, too.
Looking at her phone, she noticed the time - almost midnight.  There was no way that their teachers would be awake right now, right?  And the last time anyone snuck out and got caught was last year, but that was Midorya and Bakugou getting into a loud fight.  If they were quiet, everything would be fine. Chidori was sneaky. There was no way they'd get caught.
Throwing her hair-goo back into a lazy ponytail and putting on a pair of flip-flops, she set out, past her doorway and around the corner to the boys side of the floor, and to her crush's door.  Hesitating for a moment, knowing he was probably asleep by now, she knocked, accidentally a little too hard with her nerves in the way.
A moment passed before a groan and a "Yeah?" sleepily came from the other side.
Clutching her chest, her heart beating hard, she replied, "It's Chidori.  Can I come in?"
"U-uh, hold on a sec!" was heard along with frantic rustling, a thud, and a low, almost inaudible and pained, "fuck".  The door then swung open and a frazzled, messy-haired Sero stood in the doorway, face a shade of pink.  His pajamas were shorts and a loose fitting t-shirt, lazily draped over his somewhat lanky figure, and his hair was seemingly stuck in all directions, his normally shaggy look messed up by his pillow no doubt.  He clearly wasn't expecting company, but despite all of this, he was still an adorable mess anyway.
"I was wondering," she began, pulling the front of her shirt anxiously.  He was also one for adventure and doing something stupid, but she wasn't sure if this was something he'd even consider doing.  "Since it's hot out, and no one else will be there, did you want to go swimming? In the pool, I mean." She waited, anticipating a 'no that'd be stupid' from the mom friend of their group.
Without any hesitation, he answered.  "Yeah, sure." Wait, what? That wasn't the answer she anticipated. "Just let me grab my bathing suit," he continued, turning to his dresser.
"Wait," she started, taking his wrist before he got too far.  Her eyes darted to the ground as her face began to burn. Her voice became soft as the grip on his wrist hardened with nerves.  "I-I mean… without that." Her eyes rose again to meet his figure in the darkness of his bedroom.
"Oh."  He hadn't turned back to her yet.  "I-I mean, it is really hot out," he began to reason, finally meeting her gaze.  "It may be uncomfortable for our suits to be clinging to us."
Oh my god.  Chidori's stomach twisted in both joy and fear.  Fear of what? Getting caught? Ruining what they already had by making it awkward?  Knowing that she'd have only water between them while they were out there? A little bit of all of them, she concluded.  It was still processing that he even agreed to it in the first place.
There was an almost uncomfortable air lingering around them before either of them spoke or made a move to leave.  When one of them finally did, it was Sero, slipping on a pair of shoes and grabbing his keys. "Ready?"
She nodded.  "Yeah." That was only half true.
The trek out to the school's outdoor pool was silent, save for some small talk about how their day was going, though they both knew that the idea of what was about to happen was all either could think about.  How far were they going to go tonight? If Chidori was to be honest, she wasn't going to shut down any possibilities, even if her rational mind told her to take it slow.
Once they reached the locked gate, both easily scaled it, landing on the other side.  The pool was almost serene, still in the moonlight. The air was surprisingly cool, nipping gently at their skin and making their burning faces a little more tolerable.  Neither wanted to be the first to strip, but both were anxious at their cores.
In an attempt to ease the tension, Chidori took her shoes off and lowered herself to the edge of the pool, dangling her feet into the tepid water.  "The water's not so bad," she spoke, breaking the silence and kicking herself for the cheesy line. Glancing back at Sero, she patted the cement next to her, motioning for him to take a seat beside her.  He sat close enough for their arms to touch just enough to give them shivers, and took her hand, entangling their fingers. They stayed like that for a while, just enjoying each other's company.
Biting her lip, Chidori made the first move, taking her hand from his and hesitantly peeling her tank up and over her head, tossing it to the side and making Sero look away in reflex, his face becoming more red than it already was.  Revealing her body, especially out in the open like that, was thrilling, sparks of excitement dancing across her now bare skin. She took advantage of his gaze being fixed on the other direction, ridding herself of the rest of her clothing and sinking into the cool water, her toes just barely touching the bottom.  Her nerves seemed to wash away knowing that she had done what she was stalling. Leaning on the edge of the concrete, she attempted to get his attention again. "Hey, you just gonna sit there or are you gonna to join a pretty girl in the pool?"
Without a word, Sero quickly stripped as well, almost too fast for Chidori to sneak a peek at him, and jumped into the pool beside her, making a splash.  She was still wrapping her head around the idea that they were out there alone, breaking the rules, and nude.  At this point, there was no use in regretting now, so they may as well start enjoying themselves.
It felt like they were in a movie, one of those cringy romcoms her brother liked so much.  At first, neither could think of much to talk about, but once they stopped trying so hard to not embarrass themselves, they began to have fun, playing around, splashing, talking about anything that came to mind - bad kaiju ideas, disgusting food combos they've tried (and some they liked), and stupid things they did as kids.
They had been out there for at least an hour before Chidori decided to change the subject on a whim. Just before Sero was about to send another wave of water her way, she spat out, "I really like you!"
He halted.
She squeezed her eyes shut, arms crossed over her chest.  "Like, really like you.  Like, it feels so cheesy confessing like this, but I like you so much that my heart feels like it'll escape if I get too close to you.  Like all I want to do is talk about you but I know if I do, I'll just embarrass myself doing it. Like despite my heart aching like it does, I just want to spend as much time with you as possible."  She opened her eyes, her gaze following the water up to his, a crooked smile gracing his lips, showing the adorable gap between his two front teeth.
He approached her, closing the space between them, gently placing his hands on her shoulders, and stroking her soft skin underneath his thumbs.  "I know," he started, planting a pack on her forehead. "It's not hard to tell."
What?  She thought she had done such a good job hiding the full extent of her feelings up until then.  Maybe she was easier to read than she thought she was. "O-oh." She nodded, keeping her gaze to his; damn his midnight blue eyes looked gorgeous in the moonlight, and that big, goofy smile of his just made it better.  A shiver ran down her spine at his next words.
"Can I kiss you?"
She swore she could feel her heart pound against her ribcage as she nodded, unable to find the words to just say yes.  Time seemed to freeze as he held her face oh so softly, pressing his lips to hers, their bodies seeming to melt into one another, skin against skin.  Wrapping her arms around his waist, she held him close, caressing her fingertips along his back, tracing the slick muscles, still wet from the pool water.
Chidori didn't know how long they had been there, wrapped into each other before they finally parted, the taste of his lips and chlorine still lingering on her tongue.  A sigh escaped her as she laid her head on his chest, closing her eyes for just a moment or two as he brought his arms around her to hold her closer. Sero broke the silence, softly asking, "Did… did you maybe want to be my girlfriend?  Make this official or something?"
"Mmmm," she sighed again against him.  "That sounds like a good idea."
"Hey, how long have we been out here?"
How long had they been there?  She honestly wasn't sure, but it was probably much longer than what they intended.  "We should probably head back. shouldn't we?"
The journey back to the dorms was much less awkward as the trip there, with their anxieties left behind them in the water.  They continued their carefree conversations from before, this time hand in hand. Boyfriend.  It was something she started the day without, but came back with.  Boyfriend was new, different. In her past, she hadn't wooed boys, but she somehow managed to wrangle one anyway.
As they saw the dorms come into view, they both couldn't believe that they had gotten away with what they did without notifying a teacher, especially Aizawa, since he seemed to have senses like a hawk.
"Where were you two?"
Their stomachs dropped.  Maybe they spoke too soon.
