#23 - feelings on epistolary fic?Pretty neutral, I guess? Hmm, I’ve never written full epistolary fic before. I don’t really actively seek it out, but have thoroughly enjoyed a bunch that I’ve read! #25 - if you outline, do you edit it frequently?I do edit my outline a lot! I’m a forgetful person if I don’t keep my notes handy, so if I’m letting my fic evolve as I’m writing it I’ll go into my outline and notes and tweak it or add notes for the new things, take out stuff if I’ve decided not to use it, etc. The one I’ve edited the most was my monster of a fic, Changing Tides, because of the timeline spanning across several years (1995-2003) and the different parts of the plot or character development that changed all the way up until I finished the last scene. I was moving scenes around, combining them, cutting them, adding new scenes throughout the entire writing process. I have a feeling my outline for my HDBB fic is also going to evolve a lot throughout the process, and I haven’t even finished writing the outline yet haha!fic writer ask meme, come ask me things about stuff

If nothing else I can guarantee, if there's a party, then I'm gonna be late to it (if I even bother turning up), but it was worth rocking up for this; N0va Desktop.

Developed by a group called Cognosphere, apparently a team partly responsible for Genshin Impact, this cute wee lass constitutes a live wallpaper who, for the most part, just. . . looks cute, really. In my phone at least, little Lumi doesn't seem to do a whole lot - occasionally swinging in her chair and mostly sleeping - but she is rather delightful nonetheless.

And in this black neko attire you can have her wearing (there is a growing selection of different outfits), Lumi occasionally gets replaced by this adorable wee moggy.

And sometimes, she'll leave her seat to come to your screen, giving it a little tap to see if you're still there. . .

There is a selection of other live and static wallpapers, mainly based on other MiHoYo titles, but I haven't checked out any of those (no Lisa or Rosaria, so not really interested). Although why bother, when Lumi here is so delightful?

It's also available for PC via Steam and Epic.

Alright so some quick updates:

Fetronic is no longer an admin of this blog its just me now. Don't ask about it, I will not be anwering questions.

I go by lxN0VA now, so for anyone confused: Magic = Nova. Again, don't ask about it, I will not be answering questions.

I have a hand full of confessions piled up but I don't know if its enough for a queue. I will post them soon regardless.

I AM NOT TAKING ADMIN APPLICATIONS. I have already had a few offers, and while I appreciate it, due to the hassle its not worth taking on another admin right now. The work load doesnt demand more than one person.

I might start reblogging TF2 artwork here just to keep the blog active and get some traction for artists. I will try to avoid ship art and nsfw/overly gorey artwork for crowd pleasing pruposes.

The discord server is still open if you want to make some friends. We again, are no longer just TF2 focused but youre always welcome to come and talk about TF2.

We have a Minecraft Realms server if youre interested in that sorta thing. Details are on the discord.

Please send in more confessions the well is very dry.

“You know what Greg?” Draco slurred, staggering forwards and leaning against Greg to prop himself up. “Not going to lie but I thought Dudley was a right old twat when I first met him,” Draco continued, “You know with his and Harry’s past, and the fact he’s a wrestler. I don’t understand wrestling, you know Greg?”

“I know, Draco,” Greg nodded, trying not to laugh and ruin Draco’s good mood. Draco didn’t like when people laughed at him when he was drunk, he would go and sulk in the corner and then Greg would have to deal with Harry too. Because in a completely un-shocking turn of events not even Draco’s boyfriend liked having to deal with pouting Draco.

“Yeah, but wrestling aside,” Draco said, squinting as he stared out across the room. Obviously, his spectacles charm had worn off and he was now left half-blind again. “Dudley and you are good, and I’m glad you’ve decided to not get married, you know.”

This time Greg did laugh as he spotted Dudley talking to Ron Weasley. “Yeah I’m glad we’re not getting married either.”

As if by magic, Dudley glanced over and caught Greg’s eye and within moments was making his apologies to Ron and heading over. “Hey babe,” Dudley grinned, wrapping an arm around Greg’s waist before turning to Draco, “Hey Draco.”

Draco pulled a face. “Couples are disgusting,” he sighed, before staggering off to do something particularly irritating like shag in Greg’s loo. Draco had a lot of nerve complaining about couples when he and Harry couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

Dudley laughed before turning and kissing Greg’s cheek softly. “Happy non-wedding day.”

Greg grinned at his boyfriend. They had both agreed they had no interest in getting married and so had decided to throw a Non-Wedding Party with cake and booze as just a nice chance for the two of them to get together.

Greg was particularly proud of the cake, it wasn’t the best one he had ever made because he had let Dudley help but it was better for that. It was sky-blue with pink frosted roses on top and the inside was a chocolate-vanilla marble cake.

“Happy non-wedding day,” Greg murmured, letting Dudley pull him into a kiss as all their friends cheered and wolf-whistled for them. “Do you think it’s time to cut the cake?”

“I thought you’d never ask,” Dudley replied, before kissing Greg again. Greg planned on spending the rest of his life not-married to Dudley Dursley and their life together had started long before they’d decided to have a party for it.

Ron pushes open the door of Harry’s office without knocking, a bright smile on his lips. “Heard Parkinson got you this time.” Harry growls, tugging on the pointy hat he put on the second he got back from Essex. “I will have her skin for this one.” “Don’t be a sore loser, mate,” Ron says and flops down on the chair opposite Harry’s. “It’s your game, innit?” Harry narrows his eyes at him, clearly not convinced, which only makes Ron grin harder. “Come on, show me.” Harry huffs, a sulky look about him. “I will do no such thing.” “And here I thought I was your best mate,” Ron protests, affecting outrage. “I hate you,” Harry grumbles, but takes the hat off. After a short shocked silence, Ron’s eyes widen almost comically and he bursts out laughing. Seeing Harry’s petulant look, he tries to gather himself. “I just have one question,” Ron manages to say without giggling too much. “Is your hair edible or does it just look like candy floss?”
