Can you quote the scenes from The Answer, A Single Pale Rose, Now We're Only Falling Apart and Rose's Scabbard from memory? Or are you well adjusted?

(an example of what rewritten scenes will b like)
“Could you imagine that running a colony could be this dull?” Pink wasn’t happy. That much was obvious. Pearl had to make her happy;
“I could imagine it, if you would like me to, my Diamond?” Anything she wanted.
But Pink’s eyes dulled. It was what she asked for; ‘Could you imagine…’ But it wasn’t what she wanted. She sighed.
“Show me the status of the Prime Kindergarten.”
“Yes, my Diamond.” Anything she asked.
Pearl placed her hand on the control panel. Her gem buzzed, producing a hologram of the planet in front of her. It was different from when she had last checked it.
“The first Quartz soldiers are due to emerge soon…”
Pink lit up. This was what she wanted.
“Finally, something exciting!”
Excitement. Pearl took note; that was what Pink Diamond wanted. Maybe if she remembered that, she could make her happy more often.
Pearl walked down the steps one at a time, as was correct. Her Diamond jumped to the bottom, beating her down as she always did. Seconds of excitement. That must be why she did it.

Kind of funny how none of the amethyst guards question that a "Rose quartz" has her own pearl.

what i find so interesting is that everything lestat says and does can be interpreted as a calculated move to tie louis to him or as a genuine expression of his love (or maybe both?). like when louis almost eats his baby nephew and lestat tells him he should get away from his family. is he saying this because he just wants to isolate louis from his familial ties or because he truly thinks this would be the best thing for louis? when he tells louis at the opera after seeing how upset louis is that he takes lestat's loneliness away (and that they must stay together and never part), is this a calculated display of vulnerability to make sure louis doesn't leave or did lestat really want to open up emotionally to show him louis that he is important to lestat? and i think this ambiguity is partly because we see it all from louis' perspective, who may not be sure himself of what lestat's motives are (if we go with lestat's statement in book two that louis is blind to the motives and suffering of others) or who may oscillate as well between seeing lestat's words and actions as love or manipulation or both.

one of my favourite retroactive continuity things in su is how they reveal rose and pearl didn’t know about fusion until garnet and even though she thought they were super sage about it they were actually secretly freaking out about discovering love

And So They Burned: Chapter 5
With magic born of mingled blood and lyrium,
the Tevinter broke into the Maker's House.
But the promised power did not await them there.
—Threnodies 8:21-27
Why hide the blood mage’s crimes?
The demon’s voice echoed through the library, its words curling through Shay’s head in a way that was impossible to ignore. Still, they made their best effort, and they did not even glance away from the mismatched row of doorways they were inspecting.
To focus in the Fade was a difficult enough task on its own, even for Shay. The books claimed that somniari had dominion over their dreams, but in truth, Shay never felt that they had much control at all.
