Hongseok likes your cookies. 

Ok, maybe 'like' was an understatement. He LOVES your cookies. 

He loves them so much, that even on a strict diet, he'd ask you to bake him the most diet-like cookies you've ever seen. You weren't sure if oats and bananas mixed together counted as a cookie. 

He would brag to the other members that your cookies were the best in the world, but at the same time, he wanted to gatekeep, eating all of them before the members could get a taste. This was why you called him your cookie monster.

y/n 💕- Hey cookie, could you pick up a bag of chocolate chips on your way home pls?

hong 🍪- Sure honey. I'm on my way

When Hongseok reached home, you had already put all the ingredients in a bowl and had the oven on for preheating. Coming from behind and wrapping his arms around your waist he announced "I'm home. With your choco chips"

You spun around and wrapped your arms around his neck, pecking him on the lips. "You're a lifesaver, thanks babe. Now put those muscular arms for good use and help me hand mix these, please." You both chuckled as he moved to the toilet to wash his hands.

This wasn't the first time you baked together, but for Hongseok it always felt like it was. The domestic scene of you preparing trays with a baking sheet while he hand-mixed the cookies made his heart swell. He hoped that things would stay like this in the future.

When he was done you moved to get two ice cream scoopers so you both could scoop the dough into balls. Looking at the dough it was tempting to eat a little, but Hong refrained from it, remembering about the flour and raw eggs. When one of the trays was full, you moved it to the oven, while Hong kept on scooping the rest into the other tray until the dough ended.

With all the cookies in the oven, you're able to finally give attention to your boyfriend

"How was your day handsome?" You said handing him a cup of lemonade and sitting by his side on the sofa

"It was good. Went to the gym, had a shower there, and then I went to my mom's house. She wanted help with building a new cupboard she bought. The manual was really confusing..." You let him ramble about how his day went, but couldn't help but daydream about him. He was the perfect boyfriend. Caring and sweet, he liked pets, he helped his mom a lot... He even helped elderly people! You once saw him helping the old lady from the floor above you, by carrying her groceries from her car to the elevator. 

"You're not listening to me"

"I am baby" you responded quickly

"Yeah sure, what was I talking about?" he smirked

"Oh well! let me check the cookies!!"

He laughed at your antics as you sprinted to the kitchen.

When the cookies were done he helped you put them over a grid to cool down. You pulled out a pretty paper box and covered the bottom with a cute paper towel.

Hong extended his hand to grab a cookie but you were faster, grabbing his wrist 

"Babe, these are not for you" You said while trying to contain your smile

"What!? Are you kidding me, sweetie?" He said incredulous

"These," You began sorting them out while checking if any of them were damaged "are for Shinwon! You bragged so much about my cookies that he asked a box of them for his birthday!" You said with enthusiasm even though your boyfriend glared at you.

"Really? Shinwon? Can't believe my baby tricked me into baking cookies for Shinwon" he said sulking

"Oh come on Hong! We made them together! I bet they taste amazing with all the love we poured into it!"

"Whatever... You're lucky I love you. Tricking me like this..."

"Let me make it up to you" You said wrapping your arms around his waist, which he quickly reciprocated by wrapping his own arms around your shoulders. 

"Yeah? What will you do about it?" he said smirking, which received a light smack from you

"You dirty. Let me cook for you. Dinner's on me tonight"

"Ok sweetie, I'll be expecting a full-course meal! And cookies"

"Don't worry my sweet cookie monster, It'll be the best you've ever had!"

And even though you promised to make dinner, as the sweet gentleman he is, helped you prepare the food. Indeed the best thing that ever happened to you was Hongseok.

Extra: Shinwon liked the cookies so much that he talked about them for a whole two weeks, making all the Pentagon members crave them. All of them asked you to bake them some cookies (without Hongseok knowing since he would steal them), and even Yanan made you promise to bake him some when he came back to Korea

he wants to ensure that you are safe, so he checks up on you every once in a while

there are some nights where he doesn’t sleep too well because you aren’t there

and sometimes he gets bored because he can’t tease you

so, he takes it out on the other guys

which makes them miss you as well

Overall:

He’s a goofy boyfriend who you always want to be around because of his hyper energy. He is quite immature but also knows how to be responsible.

Hui kicks at your leg, making you lose your balance as you sit on the floor with your back towards the couch and your hands holding a gaming console.

"darn, Hui! i'm losing because of you!" you whine.

"that was the point," Hui says, a mischievous expression on his face as his character makes it to the mariokart finish line.

"always choose princess peach for the win, what did i tell you?" Hui says, contently shuffling around in his spot.

"you won 'cause you cheated and pushed me," you huff, taking the gaming consoles and putting them away before switching the tv off.

"a win's a win either way. now, you owe me some pancakes!" Hui cheers.

"coming right up," you grumble, standing up, but Hui pulls you down again to kiss the top of your forehead before letting you go.

as you're preparing the pancake mix, Hui joins you in the kitchen and leans back against the counter.

"this reminds me of our first date," he says, smiling at you fondly.

on your first date, Hui invited you over to cook together, except neither of you were confident, so you ended up just making pancakes. it all took place in your kitchen, just like things are happening now. back then though, the two of you were more nervous and didn't know each other that well.

"i dipped my finger in the mix and touched your face, but the mix slid down and it looked like you were crying," Hui reminisces, slowly walking over and doing the same thing he did back then.

you pout and act as if you're truly crying, and Hui kisses your lips with a laugh, wiping the pancake mix off your face.

"back then, i realized i really loved you," Hui says, stroking the top of your head.

"really? i knew that from way before. that i love you, i mean," you say, stirring the pancake mixture.

"oh? and when was that?" Hui asks, wrapping his arms around you and engulfing you in a back hug.

"back when we were still friends way back at the start, in high school, even. there was this one time when you sang for the class for your music club presentation... seeing the passion on your face and hearing your voice gave me goosebumps. i fell in love with you a thousand times over in that moment," you explain.

"wait so.. when did you first start liking me, then?" Hui asks, mumbling into your neck as he nuzzles his face into it.

"ah... that's a secret!" you say, starting to feel a bit embarrassed.

"what?! but i already know now it was sometime in high school!" Hui whines.

"and that's all you'll know," you say.

Hui's whines grow louder and he softly tickles you, trying to get any sort of answer from you.

"i'll only stop if you tell me!"

"fine, fine!" you pant, catching your breath as Hui finally lets go.

"i saw you in an empty classroom once before we were even friends. you were practicing singing for something and i couldn't even see your face, just your back. your voice was so beautiful that it made my heart flutter. after that day, i couldn't get your voice out of my head. that's how i knew i liked you."

Hui looks at you in disbelief, shaking his head.

"so you liked me before we were even friends?"

you nod and sigh, pitying yourself and your feelings that were one-sided back then.

"wow.." Hui says.

he's silent for a while as he processes everything. then, he asks you how you were able to feel the same way for so many years and not lose interest.

"because you were and are that special to me," you say.

"would you believe me if i told you you're special to me, too?" Hui asks.

you shake your head, not in disbelief, but at Hui's playful tone of voice.

"i started liking you after you befriended me because you joined my club. back then, you couldn't read music yet, and i taught you how to read it, remember? there was a day when you finally got the hang of it and you came to me all excited, showing me that you could finally read music. my heart raced so hard when you gave me a high-five and ran up to me like that... that's when i realized," Hui explains.

you smile fondly at the memory, recalling the way Hui blushed at you when you thanked him for letting you join his music club and teaching you how to read music.

"back then, i was so unsure of myself, but when i was finally doing something right, i felt so proud. and you were the first person who i wanted to tell," you say.

Hui kisses your cheek and rubs your shoulders, holding you close for a moment as he speaks.

"i remember that. and i know you have times, now, when you're still unsure of yourself. you know that it's okay to be unsure, right? you don't have to know everything, and you don't have to know yourself. just give yourself time to live and experience everything, all the things you want. then, you'll learn more about yourself, bit by bit."

"when did this turn into a lecture?" you ask Hui, who laughs in response.

you call his words a lecture, but they really do touch your heart. Hui knows they do, too. he knows now that he'll only tell you pretty things like that. it's the least he can do for someone who has loved him for such a long time.

I think Hui would start liking you as more than a friend even before he realizes.

He’s probably already close to you, has known you for a long time and enjoys your company.

But one day, he just starts seeing you in a different light, you know?

He just doesn’t realize it at first, he likes having you around more than usual, and the gestures you’ve always made, he now finds them cute(r) and just different.

His friends probably realize about his crush on you before he does and they would tease him about it.

And Hui’d be like: ‘wym, i don’t have a crush on them’

But they tell him to think really hard about it.

(It’s not like he hasn’t written a couple songs about you already)

and he’s like “OMG I DO LIKE THEM”.

Suddenly becomes really awkward around you, thinking that if his friends know, so do you.

Crush? What is a crush? Hui doesn’t know and he certainly doesn’t have one on you. 

Except he does.

Eventually he realizes he has to confront his feelings, and tell you he likes you. 

He’s mature enough of course, to accept it if you didn’t like him.

I think he would still take it slow, he’d ask you out a couple times before actually declaring his love for you.

But I think Hui would be so sweet about it, saying that he’s very honest about his feelings towards you and that you make him really happy. And he’d be flattered if you accepted them, but you don’t have to.

Hui becomes the happiest man on Earth the moment you accept his feelings and you two become a thing.

Which is when he shows you the songs he’s written thinking about you.

And of course there’s a lot more to come.

Hui is such a sweet boyfriend.

Is always looking after you, he makes sure you’re doing good physically and emotionally.

The type to also nag when he thinks you’re doing something that’s not good for you, or that you can do better.

But don’t get him wrong, he’s your #1 fan, and because he knows you so well he wants to support you.

If you tell him you feel uncomfortable with that certain type of nagging, he’d absolutely change it, but he still  wants you to know that he’s got your back.

Hui also knows that you got his back, no matter what, and you’re probably the first one he goes to when he’s feeling troubled.

your words only made hongseok laugh as he laid back on the bed, fully clothed now. when he has first walked in, your boyfriend had made sure to call for your attention as to make you blush when he had his shirt off while changing. he knew how you felt about being flustered because you knew teasing followed, so you were trying your best to frown through the embarrassed smile and red flush on your face. instead, all that hongseok could see was a cute pout as you shoved at his stomach. 

“you’re a demon!” you insisted. 

he caught your hand, keeping your palm pressed flat against his toned muscles which only deepened the blush on your cheeks. with his other hand, he moved it to your back and pushed you closer to him before wrapping both arms around you with a cheeky grin. 

“but you love me!” he laughed, his smile widening seeing how you were hardly able to even keep eye contact with him now. 

“doesn’t mean you can’t be a pain,” you grumbled, eyes still looking anywhere but at him. 

“give me a kiss and i’ll leave you alone,” he promised with a giggle before puckering his lips. 

but instead, you just buried your face in your chest as you cuddled closer to him, your own arms going around him as you mumbled out a no. you wouldn’t admit it, but you kinda liked when hongseok messed with you. but he also kinda knew that, anyway.

"Have you eaten yet?" As if on cue, your stomach grumbled. Yuto gently placed you on your bed, shaking his head.

"내 꺼!" Wooseok drunkenly shouts, dragging you onto his lap.

when you look up at him confused, he says, "you're mine. stop acting like you're not."

warnings: mentions of being drunk, alcohol and drinking

summary: you and your boyfriend, Wooseok, attend a winter-themed party that your friends are holding. Wooseok turns into a drunken big baby and gets jealous when you and your friends seem to be acting too intimate.

barista 🥛's note: i decided to make this winter themed to get into the holiday spirit,, because these past few years (not just 'cause of covid!) have really not felt holiday-y at all to me LOL also i struggled writing this and i think you can tell oops

you wake up on the 24th of December to feel the sun peeking through your curtains and hitting your face, despite it being a cold, wintery day. excited for the day ahead, you turn to your right and find Wooseok still asleep. his hair is messy, his lips are slightly parted, and he takes long and slow breaths.

usually, you'd let the boy sleep some more until he wakes up when he's ready, but today, you're just too excited. you lean in and press a soft kiss to his plump lips, then sit up and stretch. Wooseok inhales deeply and opens his eyes, smiling when he notices you're up already.

"good morning," he groans, trying to sound happy.

"good morning, sleepyhead," you say, turning around to gently pat his head.

he pouts under your touch and you take the chance to steal yet another kiss. clearly, Wooseok doesn't mind your kisses, judging by the way he groans and whines when you pull away. you laugh and tell him to get up when he can, since you have a long day ahead.

your friends, Changgu and Yanan, are hosting a winter-themed party for all of your friends to get together and reunite after a busy year of each of you doing your own things. you, being the sweetie that you are, offered to head to their place early to help. of course, anywhere you go, Wooseok goes, so he'll also be helping out.

"what are we eating?" you hear Wooseok grumble from your bedroom.

"is toast okay?" you ask from the kitchen, already popping the bread into the toaster.

"sounds good," Wooseok replies.

you quickly manage to change your clothes before the toast is done, stashing your fancy, pretty clothes for the actual party into a bag. you'll just change into them when you get to Changgu's house.

you prepare the toast as Wooseok walks over to you, embracing you in a back hug and resting his head on your shoulder.

"you're warmmmm," he whines.

"stop being a baby and eat your toast," you say, feeding him a slice.

he happily munches on it and blows you a kiss, which you pretend to catch and throw into your pocket.

once you've both eaten and organized yourselves, you make your way to Changgu's house. luckily, it's just a quick bus ride away, so getting there isn't too much of a hassle.

"y/n! and Wooseok," Yanan greets you both at the door.

he gives you a tight hug but only gives Wooseok a glare, which Wooseok throws right back at him. you know they're both just joking, but you can't help but push Wooseok in Yanan's direction so they'll actually hug.

"welcome, welcome" Changgu greets you both.

he's wrapped in wintery decorations and waves from underneath the mess. Yanan sighs at him and helps him out.

"clearly there's a lot to do, huh?" you point out.

"yeah, so thank God you're here!" Yanan exclaims.

you set to work, helping hold things up while one of the other boys tapes things down. Wooseok is in charge of playing music, and you smile wider each time he plays another one of your favourite songs.

"it seems like you really enjoy what DJ Wooseok has to offer, huh?" Yanan points out.

"clearly... 'cause he's my boyfriend," you say, throwing Yanan a wink.

Wooseok can't hear what the two of you are saying, but he notices how smiley you're being and that you've winked at Yanan. he doesn't think much of it but is a little, just a tad bit annoyed. then, when he notices the way Changgu wraps an arm around your waist to stop you from falling off the ladder.... well, he gets just a bit more annoyed. Only a bit, though.

he feels a bit out of place, like a bystander and not your boyfriend. so, he gets up and tells Changgu to go take care of the food--he can take care of you, instead.

"yeah, Changgu! Wooseok's taller and will do a better job," you joke.

but the joke makes Wooseok press a quick kiss to your cheek. he's absolutely elated.

by the time everyone else has arrived and the party is in full swing, you're wearing your cool party clothes and so is Wooseok, and everyone is all-smiles.

"a party isn't a party without any drinking games, right?" Hongseok points out.

everyone else nods and smiles in agreement.

"wow, we're already moving to that part of the night?" Changgu dramatically exclaims.

the ten of you sit on the floor of Changgu's livingroom in a circle. deciding to play spin the bottle, you play rock paper scissors first to decide on the order. Hyunggu ends up losing and having to go first.

when he spins the bottle, it lands on Hongseok. Hongseok tells him to down a whole shot of vinegar and he bravely agrees... until he smells the shot glass and wrinkles his nose.

"i'll just drink instead!" Hyunggu says.

on Wooseok's turn, he's asked to do push-ups, but 50 of them. everyone knows it's an impossible amount, not just for Wooseok but everyone there. he gives up immediately and drinks.

Yanan and Changgu are asked to maintain eye contact for 10 seconds while holding hands. since Yanan is already drunk and giggly, he looks away and starts to laugh immediately. both boys have to drink, and you watch, excitedly.

after a few rounds, you seem to be the most sober person there. the boys have gone easy on you with their dares, but you're not complaining. Changgu dares you to drink, since you haven't been drinking at all, but Wooseok says it's foul play.

"they'll drink only if they can't do the dare! you can't make them drink for a dare," Wooseok slurs.

"it's my turn! i make the rules," Changgu drunkenly snaps.

"just listen to him," Yanan mumbles, shakily shoving Changgu.

"fine! y/n... i dare you to give me a kiss! you'd never do that, right?" Changgu says.

Wooseok, despite drunk, starts to worry when your expression changes to one of determination. he watches helplessly as you crawl towards Changgu, grab him by the collar and... place a quick kiss to his cheek. Wooseok sighs in relief, but his ears are still burning hot with anger.

"you never specified where i should kiss you, so i win this dare," you point out.

everyone agrees that you're right, and you're able to go another round without drinking. however, the boys stop going easy on you. they're all trying to make you drink.

"y/n, sit on my lap!"

"y/n, give me a massage."

"y/n.."

the dares don't seem to stop, and you can tell your boyfriend is getting angrier with each turn you play. nonetheless, you've come this far and don't want to give up. you don't want to lose, now.

you're about to give Hui a hug for your dare, which you think is not too bad, considering you give Hui a lot of hugs. he's a close friend, after all! suddenly, you hear Wooseok speak up from beside you.

"내 꺼!" he drunkenly shouts, dragging you onto his lap.

when you look up at him confused, he says, "you're mine. stop acting like you're not."

"Wooseok, I think you're drunk-"

he buries his head into your neck to stop you from speaking.

"well... does y/n drink or does Wooseok drink for stopping y/n from doing their dare?" Hui asks.

"let's just end this game," Changgu says, staggering at he stands up.

you push yourself off Wooseok's lap and help him up, taking him to the backyard so he can get some air. His cheeks are flushed and his ears a deep red that his nose starts to match as he feels the cold.

"Wooseok... if what happened today bothered you, then i'm sorry. i'll be careful-"

"no. i just... hate myself for getting jealous, but i can't help it. you're mine..." Wooseok mumbles, hanging his head low.

you smile at him and ruffle his hair, pulling him close.

"of course i'm yours. don't ever forget it," you say.
