Todos los días nos vestimos con diferentes ropajes dependiendo del estatus social al que pertenezcamos o al que nos gustaría pertenecer. Dependiendo de como vistas, es lo que quieres mostrar de tu persona, es la primera imagen que verá el resto del mundo. Lo que no nos paramos a valorar es que la sostenibilidad y la moda pueden ir de la mano con HEMPER. Hemper es una marca que nace en Nepal, y es en ese mismo lugar donde deciden fabricar sus productos, exactamente en Katmandú. Las personas de este lugar pertenecen a la sociedad con menos recursos y algunos incluso sin educación básica. En este entorno existe desde hace muchos años la tradición del cáñamo, del cual extraen el hilo con el que se teje los productos de esta marca. Como podemos ver Hemper es mucho más que una marca de moda sostenible, también es una empresa con valores que contribuyen al equipo que trabajan para ellos en Nepal, tengan la opción de tener un nivel adquisitivo más alto y así poder prosperar en la vida. - ¿Qué materiales se utilizan en la producción? Esta marca apuesta por respetar el planeta, por la moda y la sostenibilidad, por eso mismo decide utilizar materiales naturales, el cáñamo es el ingrediente principal de todo esto. El cáñamo, no necesita herbicidas ni pesticidas para su correcto desarrollo, podemos decir que necesita diez veces menos de agua que el algodón para generar un kilogramo de material.
