These are my current orientation/gender headcanons for VLD! The tier list unfortunately isn't very exhaustive AND I'm only on Season 2 Episode 8 right now, so I don't know everyone. NO SPOILERS PLEASE!!! This is my first time watching VLD!

There are some I'm unsure on, like Shiro and Adam, I know they're canonically gay/MLM but I'm unsure if I view them as exclusively attracted to men or not! But there's some things I'm very concrete on, like gay Lance, bi Keith, FTM/trans Pidge, and aro Allura. I'm also super concrete on FTM/trans Lance and MTNB/trans Keith, although not so much for canon reasons like the others I listed. I really dislike the trope of flirty/womanizer/promiscuous bi, so the idea of Lance being bisexual would just...fit into an incredibly biphobic trope. I think he struggles with comphet. I think Keith is bisexual due to his autism (which is a headcanon although it's coded) making it hard for him to understand gender roles, and thus, this influenced his sexuality to be gender-blind. And Allura, I just can't imagine romantically with anyone, since her age is intentionally left ambiguous before they changed it since they just wanted her for shipping purposes, so I say no to any romantic ships with her! And I must always headcanon any fish or fish-related people as intersex. It is my duty. Some of these don't have any reasons

PLAXUM’S BAKERY!! It was so so cute omg. I have a real soft spot for this merm-ailen!! That’s definitely a word, trust me I’m a lawyer 🤔 I doodled this during my break from bigger pieces today for Barlee on Twitter because I always need an excuse to draw Plaxum and I loved season 7. All the hard work the staff put in is incredible. I know some people aren’t happy with certain things this season - which is fair, to a certain extent - but I, for one, am extremely grateful for everything the team does. Remember in the game show episode/feud episode when Lance gets frustrated and says something like "I'm not good with names" or "I'm not good at remembering faces and names"?

Now remember back to the first episode when Lance is the only one who recognises Keith, by his mullet no less, without seeing his face after a year or so?

Okay, back to the feud ep. Remember when Nyma and Plax (plaxum?) came up and he both knew who they were because he liked both of them? (Can't forget bi-boh-bi lmao)

So what I'm saying is that Lance only really recognises the faces & remembers the names of people who impacted him in a romantic way
