After the proposal presentation feedback about our concept or idea, these are the feedback that I have received and what I am doing and planning to iterate it.

HMW statement: How might we create a recruitment process that empowers and supports women, while mitigating the impacts of gender stereotypes, fostering an inclusive workforce?

my concept idea: is to create an app (EmpowHer) that empowers women by providing them with the tools and resources they need to navigate the recruitment process and reach their career aspirations. This includes helping them build confidence, enhance their skills and make informed career decisions, connecting women and their dream career. By creating an app, empowering women and giving them with the opportunity by rating, helping to change your workplace. using these ratings to help women make smarter decisions and help companies better understand how to retain top female talent. This app also helps them find opportunities and companies that best suited to what they are looking for, whether it is flexibility to work, salary satisfaction, mentorship, wellness initiatives and more,

next steps:

I am to rebrand the name to be more inclusive with other genders, rebranding "EmpowHer" to just Empower to make it less gendered. To create an option where people have the choice to add their gender, race/ethnicity, etc. into their profiles to give them their voice. Within the rating and review system - add filters where it can show reviews based on reviews submitted by gender, race, ethnicity, etc. In the app workflow, i wil move the industry question from advance section, then add an option on the advance section whether they would like to change the current industry in and they are ale to select what they would want to change into.

This week I will be focusing on creating my brand, and create concepts of the first iteration of the app workflow and aesthetics using figma and procreate.

Your comics kind of helped me figure out I'm probably trans, something I've apparently been trying to figure out for over a decade now. I know they're mostly fantasy characters, but you can only wish it were you so many times before you have to stop dismissing it as a what if.

During this week, I have made a new design brief catered for my new how might we statement of "How might we create a recruitment process in the corporate industry that empowers and supports women, while mitigating the impacts of age and gender stereotypes, fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce"

I have used the e employee life cycle to narrow down my demographic as creating a solution for my old HWM statement was too broad and complicating. The result of this is that I have found that through the respondents of the demographics in new Zealand, female (73.3%) in between the ages of 18+ and 65+ years of age.

Design Vision: Empowering recruitment in the corporate recruitment.

overview: My design visions centres on revolutionising the recruitment process within the professional industry, with a specific focus on empowering women and dismantle age and gender stereotypes. Creating a transforming experience that not only attracts varied talent but also promotes equality, diversity and equity, through the use of technology and inclusive practices and education.

i love spanish conferences. for the london one the fee is £90 (£45 if you're a student) and i have no idea if as a speaker i also have to pay the fee or not. in this one in spain i'm planning to speak at attendance is free and if you want to be a speaker you have to pay a total of 10€ as fee.

Still unwell about Rilke and PH

I love the dark hours of my being.

My mind deepens into them.

#There's in Rilke and especially in this particular book a lot about the world‚ created in the beholding and loving it‚ #and one existing to love the world. There's so much about the world being created by that loving and knowing the world of one individual #person that loves and knows it. A kind of feedback loop of existing and being by love and knowledge that is all a participation #on the act of creation. The person coming to exist to love and know the world‚ and creating the world by loving and beholding it #This is also present on Juan Ramón Jiménez‚ among others‚ but 5 yo me was obsessed with those poems. ANYWAY #This topic made me think of Lacie a lot but in this particular poem that topic + the 'I'm sorry' scene + the figure of Lacie beyond Lacie‚ #a Lacie that's legend and real‚ a Lacie always sitting under a tree‚ life ending and life expanding so to speak‚... #That kind of knowing it all in a glimpse that is knowing in an instant and eternal (which again reminds me of Kierkegaard‚ #fitting I'd say with Rilke). I'm explaining myself terribly but I don't want to talk too much haha But yeah it all seemed very fitting #There was another poem about spiralling so to speak around god that I also thought was very Lacie but very PH in general #('I live my life in widening circles / that reach out across the world. / I may not complete this last one / but I give myself to it / #I circle around God‚ around the primordial tower. / I've been circling for thousands of years / and I still don't know: am I a falcon‚ / #a storm or a great song?'). The spiralling around god in what is still some sort of emanence or reflection of it while being also #different iterations of the self which all reflect it also reminded me a lot of Cantor's transfinite numbers #Which again is quite fitting and coherent with the other authors and PH imo‚ but I may be biased. Anyway yes. This reminded me of Lacie #I didn't plan on drawing anything at first and now I have to flinch to read the poem #I hope I'll recognise enough of what I've written when I eventually come back to this #I talk too much #I should probably delete this later #mine*

i'm bummed out. it was a volunteer position but it would have been such a good opportunity to gain both clinical and outreach experience in the NHS....IN MENTAL HEALTH

It's a good thing that I was on the debate and forensics team in high school because my final project for my Business Law 1 class is basically writing up a state level debate speech. I never competed at state for that specific section, but I'm at least familiar with the process

Oh and for this I have more than an hour to prepare but I also don't have all my sources and information pre-selected so I'm having to hunt that down in real time
