1. King of Swords
Sit down and reflect. Trust your mind and logical reasoning. If a man/human with dominating masculine energy that is diplomatic and reasonable reaches out to you don't shy away from taking his advice.
Alternatively you can reach out to someone like this for quidance but I don't feel like it's something you should initiate. Overall depend on your mind eventually take quidance that will come to you if necessary .
2. 8 of Cups and The Star
Eight might be important number, either it's eight day of a month or eight month or even hour. Move away emotionally from this situation/person. Might be hard or you feel bad overall but don't loose your hope. You can look at the night sky at the falling star and do a cliché of wishing for something when it's falling(hope it makes sense). This might actually come true. Some of you might actually stargazing. I feel like it can help you in some way. I feel like some of you are actually looking at the sky wondering wth is happening and why it's happening to you. Remember it's for you. Always.
3. The Emperor(reversed) and The Hanged Man (reversed)
You're not facing something obvious. When I look at the cards I feel like both hanged man and emperor are either turning their heads on smth or the energy of looking at it is blocked. Might be a bit harsh for someone but you're not recognising or not letting to change your perspective on how much power you actually don't have in something like work or in life in general. You might refuse knowing that you're stubborn, egotistical, controlling and stubborn and because of that made a lot of mistakes and hurt a lot of people.

Sorry I haven't posted any art - I haven't really finished any, I've been training so hard. I have my orange belt test in few hours and I am nervously getting ready.
My crush gave me some last minute support. I don't think I got enough out of it, because I felt so light in his presense that I went all boiled noodle, making pattycakes with his warm hards... you don't know how embarrassing you can be untill you've punched the weakest gyakuzuki known to man to a brown belt's rock hard sidechest, and THEN worryingly asking if it was too much.
dID i I hURt YoU boo, I said; he's made out of Roman concrete
Anyway. Pray Eros for me. I dunno if He is gonna help in my karate, but I sure do need quidance.

Hori Mishimidori
Quirk: Mystic Antlers
Born with the features of the American Jackalope, Hori was born with antlers, lion-like paws, and rabbit features, however, he was also born with a rare genetic disorder called Holt-Oran Syndrome, causing him to be born with extreme malformations of his arms and heart.
Hori's quirk Mystic Antlers both made it easier to gain independence as well as harder. If Hori held his antlers against something for and extended period of time, (30 seconds when he was a kid) his antlers gave him a sort of telekinetic ability.
This caused him immense shoulder and neck pain, so he began wearing a supportive brace in his early teens. Hori, after joining UA, became one of the few people to engage with the new professor, Ectoplasm, after learning that the teacher was a quadruple amputee.
With the quidance of Ectoplasm (and lots of help from Recovery Girl) Hori was able to shorten his required touch-time to 10 seconds.
For Hori’s case, I gave him an incredibly rare (1 in every 100,000) diagnosis of Holt-Oran Syndrome, not everyone who has HOS has as extreme symptoms. In fact, it is even more rare for the extreme symptoms to be present.

This evening we went to Centerville to pick out flowers for Georges bench. Nash and regg picked everything out themselves with very little quidance from me.
I almost felt silly for buying flowers, like it could almost make me angry. Angry that our babies now have to pick out flowers every year for memorial day so their daddy's bench will be nice and pretty.
We were checking out and the the person working the self check out came over and stood by our cart. I was scanning everything and getting ready to pay and Regg turns to this lady and says "we just bought flowers for my daddy because he is in heaven" she didn't acknowledge her. I kinda shhhd Reggie because she was just going to keep repeating herself 🥴 Which whatever... it is what it is...I get that it's hard to find the right words, but I really wanted that lady to just say something like.... "oh those are beautiful flowers, your daddy will love them" or "oh that is so sweet" just acknowledge my 4 year old daughter who misses her daddy immensely.
Just say something... she didn't.
I just looked at regg and said in a quiet voice "your daddy is going to love these flowers because you and Bubba picked them out just for him"
She smiled really big and she she was good to go. She wanted this lady to acknowledge her and wanted to share why we bought these flowers.
She wanted to talk about her daddy. 💙
Talking about the death of a loved one to friends or someone you do not know is awkward. It changes how people speak to you or even we as the grieving person speaks to someone.
I can tell you right now, to people I do not know well or am not around alot, more than likely think I'm socially awkward. I'm queit. Kinda on the shy side. Losing George kinda made me shut down a little. I'm doing much better but I have a ways to go.
My family and close friends will probably tell you I can talk their legs off... it's true. But they know my deepest feelings so it makes it easier.
I wish losing someone you love didn't make people awkward and lost for words. I wish they would just acknowledge the lost loved one. Talk about them to us!!! Just saying their name is sometimes enough!!! 💙
I wish it wasn't hard for that lady to acknowledge my 4 year old who simply was wanting to have a short conversation about her daddy. 💔

To psychically see with the sixth chakra we must lose our mind. We must be willing to let go of our programming and allow a new level of learning to take place. Learning how to see in new ways with our eyes closed and our sixth open. At first. eventually we can coordinate the trillions of eyes in the human body. The sixth can be a control center for such viewings.

We are at a CONSTANT NEED for guidance from Allāh
So don't become proud and arrogant because He guided you to do some good deeds. What ever good deeds you have been able to do, they were possible ONLY because Allāh ENABLED you to do them. You don't have the power to harm or benefit yourself except by the Will of Allāh. So deflate that mighty ego of yours and humble yourself before your Lord. Show gratitude that He has guided you and remain constant in asking for guidance; asking for steadfastness on the path of Tawheed.

Quidance for al-Muttaqūn
Tumblr media
Al-Baqarah, verse 2
Interpretation of meaning:
" This is the Book (the Quran), whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaqun [the pious and righteous persons who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)]. "
---
Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr
* Guidance is granted to Those Who have Taqwa
Allah said,
guidance for the Muttaqin.
that it means, "They are the believers."
Hidayah - correct guidance - is only granted to those who have Taqwa - fear of Allah.
Allah said,
Say: It is for those who believe, a guide and a healing. And as for those who disbelieve, there is heaviness (deafness) in their ears, and it (the Qur'an) is blindness for them. They are those who are called from a place far away (so they neither listen nor understand).
(41:44)
and,
And We send down of the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism and act on it), and it increases the Zalimin (wrongdoers) in nothing but loss. (17:82)
This is a sample of the numerous Ayat indicating that the believers, in particular, benefit from the Qur'an. That is because the Qur'an is itself a form of guidance, but the guidance in it is only granted to the righteous, just as Allah said,
O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord (i. e. the Qur'an, enjoining all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences) which is in your breasts, ـ a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things) for the believers.
(10:57)
Ibn Abbas and Ibn Mas`ud and other Companions of the Messenger of Allah said,
(guidance for the Muttaqin (the pious and righteous persons),
means, a light for those who have Taqwa.
* The Meaning of Al-Muttaqin
Ibn Abbas said about,
(guidance for the Muttaqin) that it means,
"They are the believers who avoid Shirk with Allah and who work in His obedience."
Ibn Abbas also said that Al-Muttaqin means,
"Those who fear Allah's punishment, which would result if they abandoned the true guidance that they recognize and know. They also hope in Allah's mercy by believing in what He revealed."
Further, Qatadah said that,
(Al-Muttaqin), are those whom Allah has described in His statement;
(Who believe in the Ghayb and perform the Salah) (2:3), and the following Ayat.
Ibn Jarir stated that the Ayah (2:2) includes all of these meanings that the scholars have mentioned, and this is the correct view.
Also, At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah narrated that Atiyah As-Sa`di said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
" The servant will not acquire the status of the Muttaqin until he abandons what is harmless out of fear of falling into that which is harmful. "
At-Tirmidhi then said "Hasan Gharib."
* There are Two Types of Hidayah (Guidance)
Huda here means;
the faith that resides in the heart, and only Allah is able to create it in the heart of the servants.
Allah said,
Verily, you (O Muhammad) guide not whom you like. (28:56)
Not upon you (Muhammad) is their guidance. (2:272)
Whomsoever Allah sends astray, none can guide him.
(7:186)
and,
He whom Allah guides, he is the rightly guided; but he whom He sends astray, for him you will find no Wali (guiding friend) to lead him (to the right path).
(18:17)
Huda also means to explain the truth, give direction and lead to it.
Allah, the Exalted, said,
And verily, you (O Muhammad) are indeed guiding (mankind) to the straight path (i.e. Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism). (42:52)
You are only a warner, and to every people there is a guide.
(13:7)
and,
And as for Thamud, We showed and made clear to them the path of truth (Islamic Monotheism) through Our Messenger (i.e. showed them the way of success), but they preferred blindness to guidance.
(41:17)
testifying to this meaning.
Also, Allah said,
And shown him the two ways (good and evil).
(90:10)
This is the view of the scholars who said that the two ways refer to the paths of righteousness and evil, which is also the correct explanation. And Allah knows best.
* Meaning of Taqwa
The root meaning of Taqwa is to avoid what one dislikes.
It was reported that;
Umar bin Al-Khattab asked Ubayy bin Ka`b about Taqwa.
Ubayy said, "Have you ever walked on a path that has thorns on it?"
Umar said, "Yes."
Ubayy said, "What did you do then?"
He said, "I rolled up my sleeves and struggled."
Ubayy said, "That is Taqwa.

Father. I was not raised in the Faith, but I find myself curious more and more every day. I am not sure though if I will find what I'm looking for in religion or if I require something... different. Could I ask for your quidance?
Hello there, I’d be happy to offer any help I can. Though, I will say that the religious life does not always call to everyone, but wanting to learn is never discouraged. What exactly do you hope to find?

YiYa the Young (or as I referred to them in a discord chat “YiYa the Yeeted”)
So, a discord chat I mostly bared witness to and scarecly participated in reminded me of some thoughts I have on a very particular UrSkek: YiYa
I actually have an AU where SkekYi and UrYa survive the strangling they get from SkekHak, as UrHom stepped into the line of sight of their Skeksis before the very angry and looking to cause as much hurt to others as soon as possible SkekHak could break poor UrYa’s neck in a death grip. SkekHom immediately pushes their Urru into the Crystal vent like they do in creation myths, and subsequently burns up all the same. This way, Yi and Ya survive, but all the shards still get the impression that what befalls one half so to befalls the other. That whole deal, y’know?
Anyways, UrYa gets dragged off by the other Mystics and they and their Skeksis counterpart suffer long term damage in the way that it renders them both mute for a really long time, due to both the physical and psychological damage. Being young and not nearly as innately weary and worlds-worn as the other Urru, they grow up to be a somewhat naive individual in their early years with the others, at some point beginning to venture off from the others more and more just to learn new things. Considering the perpetually calm aura that permeated the gang of Urru that later became the Valley Mystics—if not a bit smothering in how insensate it was—they were able to recover a wide range of vocal capacity much sooner than their Skeksis counterpart on account of how, well, terrible an environment the poor and equally damaged SkekYi had to put up with. Unfortunately, they never would be able to regain their forever untested capacity for multi-vocal chants and singing, leaving them incapable of affecting the matter around them with the magics the other Mystics could readily, though sparingly, utilize.
UrYa’s true saving grace and inspiration to better themself was born from that naivety that the most of the other Urru low-key judge them for—but in the sort of “I wish you would just listen to us, youngling” kind of way. Like the other vagabonds, they started to leave the nest for short periods of time, getting longer and longer as the trine stretched on, coming to learn from and live with the beings of Thra for trine at a time. The only difference between them and the others? Unlike UrVa or UrSan, at around 500 trine, they stopped coming back to the valley altogether.
SkekYi, poor SkekYi, was rendered similarly damaged as stated previously, but where UrYa was able to branch out from the group of Mystic’s too gentle to punish them and too impassive to stop them from leaving, SkekYi was given no such luxury. The castle was a cage they felt pressured to not leave, and rendered them too scared (and then, eventually, too bitter) to speak much aloud, partially due to resentment towards themself for this sickening fault of theirs that was a voice that wouldn’t come, and partially due to resentment for the elders that mocked a deficit that was beyond their control. They are a recluse, much like SkekShod, but with a subtle unease spread far and wide throughout the court, instead of just focused in on one individual in particular (*cough*SkekSo*cough*). They keep their head low and themself out of the way of others when it comes to petty squabbles, never engaging in any sort of gossip more out of disinterest than anything else.
Yi and Ya are, like I said, young. As in YOUNG, young. when they were split into themselves, they were discernibly younger looking and smaller than all the others by a fairly distinguishable bit. They did both grow, and eventually overtook some of their tinier peers in size, but remained on the small end of the scale even well into full maturity. While the Urru became bowed and hunched over in age, and the Skeksis began to lose more and more feathers and furs inexchange for wrinkles and blemishes, UrYa remained standing up relatively straight, strong, and lithe while SkekYi kept their feathers and took far longer for the detrimental effects of aging to set in.
Basically, YiYa was the equivalent of an UrSkek “Newborn” and while this didn’t really mean that they were a “child” so to speak, considering that I share a headcanon with a couple of others on a Discord chat that Urskeks are made from the get go to be the fully capable equivalent of a being that is cognitively adult, these newborn UrSkeks still require quidance in the form of teachers and/or personal mentors. YiYa was a new UrSkek whose first impression of the universe was that of SoSu’s, which fell along the lines of questioning authority. With this concept to be the first thing imprinted in the young and untaught UrSkek, YiYa was deemed to be unfortunately, irreparably “corrupted” and was sentenced to exile with the rest of the twice-nine. This is why I think they never had a title in the OG verse.
When it came to the sundering, where most all of the other Skeksis and Urru were severed into organic forms that already occupied the equivalent of beings that were just past “middle-aged” Yi and Ya resembled what their new species might look like as young adults.
Anyways, I wrote out my slightly more in-depth take on how things would go for Yi and Ya, but idk if I’ll share the rest unless someone wants to suffer even more of an personal info dump
