sorry about that last rambling post, i didnt mean to sound like its worse than it may be, but i got no ... lense to view it through but my own, and the main reason i wrote it out anyway was bc i needed to get it out (even if posting it might be not the greatest idea) .. and bc it kinda showcases, i think, how my stories kinda write themselves, involuntarily in a way? its not like im not putting in any effort- but its like .. i cant STOP it always keeps going and even the dumbest idea stays in some form, its very hard to get everything in place bc theres so much going on all the while i am very slow at making anything, writing or drawing anything, especially anythign coherent is very hard bc not only do i get constantly distracted, i get distracted by my own thoughts suddendly skipping to a certain scene and me having to go throguh imagining in detail NO MATTER how many times i have done it before for the same scene that i already decided on how it goes, when theres a new idea it can take over my entire day bc i cant let go of it-

not trying to sound either like im the only that has that sort of problem, but i think its a big part as of why i start tso many projects without being able to finish them, or even start them bc i constantly have to fight my own thoughts from derailing into another daydream session, thinking of too much too fast than i can ever draw or even write about and not knowing what is worthwhile and what isnt (im telling you i have no idea what is good and what isnt, idk why but for all i know all things i do could be trash, or they all could be bad, maybe the one i thinnk is decent is actually worse than the things i deem not good enough and once i start to think no this isnt good enough i stop having fun making or thinking it bc im trying to do better

honestly its kind of impressive that i can get anything out at all, not to pat myself on the back there but even if i hate how long it takes me, considering how much im having to work just to start working on something at all, the fact that i could post stuff coherent enough for some people to understand AND LIKE is something i should be a little more proud of

Sexuality Headcanon: Demisexual. Gender doesn't matter to Ingo, but he definitely has to form a connection with someone before any further interest forms.

Gender Headcanon: Demi-guy, though he presents fully masculine in public. In private, he'll lean more androgynous or even femme on rare occasion.

A ship I have with said character: Aside from my oc, Bedlam? Ingo/Burgh all the way. Join me on the Ingburgh train, friends.

A BROTP I have with said character: Zisu! Their friendship is so, so important to me.

A NOTP I have with said character: Tbh, pairing him with Volo ain't my thing. Not to yuck anyone's yum, and I've seen a couple exceptions that aren't too bad! Just not my taste.

A random headcanon: Ingo absolutely owns a record player. He loves to listen to old vinyls, especially when cleaning, but he often gets carried away by singing and dancing along!

General Opinion over said character: A most excellent bean. Always loved his design, but PLA escalated him to a favorite character of mine, and creatinf fanstuff for him (and Emmet!) this past year has done so, so much for me.

CASSANDRA DE VAUX (F) A detective who intercepted the group during an investigation of... well, it's not exactly complete chaos that you're leaving in your wake, is it?

No-nonsense when on the job, but playful during down times, she joined with little convincing or fanfare... but has she truly allied with the cause or is this just another sting operation to her?

And why does she seem so much more... wait what were we talking about again?

GWYNETH REYNARD (F) A vivacious and sweetly cheerful member of the group that pulls off true optimism far better than certain other members... even if she wears that sunny disposition like a suit of armor.

You found her wandering in an abandoned nineteenth-century mental asylum. A perfectly normal place to meet. (After all, you were there too!) And certainly there's a completely sensible explanation for why she doesn't want to head back home as well.

"Oh, are we making claims on who we want to be now? Then I want to be Buttercup from the Princess Bride!"

LORELEI GUERRIER (F) An Olympic archer who is as unflappable as she is coolly distant. She has the rather laudable capability of beating down a lesser hellhound with nothing but a mop for a weapon.

Certainly her joining would be nothing but a boon to the group. Too bad she possesses nothing but cynicism and antipathy for the idea of chivalry and knights in shining armor.

But surely she's a champion of Camelot, right?

"The virtue of a knight? Someone that parades around in self indulgence, all for the glory of their own pride, while better people are left wanting. That's the true face of your so-called *chivalry*."

BRODERICK DOE (M) A grumpy, recalcitrant, and somewhat foulmouthed addition to the group. He really, really doesn't want to be here. He thinks you're all insane. (He may be right in certain instances.)

I know 40 isn’t actually all that many but I made this blog expecting 0 followers so not to be soft but I’m really glad to have made friends through all this stuff and I’m glad there’s an active fandom for my favourite thing and I’m just glad about Widdershins in general :)

the "Frostdad" tag on ao3 gets wrangled to the "Parent Loki (Marvel)" parent tag, so maybe if you want to tag your story as having dad frostbite, perhaps adding the fandom might be a good idea. like instead of just Frostdad, tagging it as "Frostdad (Danny Phantom)"

30. Thoughts on Ryan?

lovely nerd dad. i enjoy his twitch streams whenever i can watch them live. technical difficulties is an absolute banger of a series. it's a highlight of my monday mornings.

33. Thoughts on Jeremy?

absolute delight. jeremy is so fucking talented, and i love the energy he brings to every video he's in. i am soooo happy AH hired him; it was such a good decision.

40. Favorite in the support room?

that's a tough question, since they're all lovely. right now, it's a tie between alec and larry for me.

49. Has AH ever helped you through a hard time in your life?

absolutely. multiple hard times, to be honest. there's been a lot of ups and downs since before i started watching AH in 2014. i rarely talk about my personal life here, but i don't mind doing it for this question.

you see, i haven't had the best time growing up. i've grown to dislike my siblings, and i've been distant with my parents, especially my dad, ever since they divorced. i've had a few great friends in school, but other than that, i've been alone pretty much my entire life. i just isolated myself. it's still like that to this day.

for as long as i can remember, i resorted to youtube (and tumblr, when i was old enough) for some escapism. i enjoyed lots of web cartoons and fan animations of my favorite media. when i was getting more into let's plays, i only knew a few like game grumps and (before i knew how shitty he was) cryaotic. i wanted to follow more people.

the stars aligned when i saw rage quit videos on my dashboard one day. i thought michael was really funny, and wanted to check out more of his stuff. i watched more episodes of rage quit on the rt channel, thanks to that and the AH logo showing up at the beginning of those vids. i watched them in a random order, and had a damn good time.

having some knowledge of rt at that point, i binged the popular AH series like minecraft, versus, and gta iv and v. cloudberry kingdom, mari0, and the rage quit episodes with gavin will forever hold a special place in my heart.

i was a casual fan at that point, but i wanted to do more. i think i was 13 or 14 when i wanted to make fan content. other people's fanstuff on tumblr inspired me to make my own! i got a drawing tablet that i still use to this day. pretty much all of it is in my tumblr archive. gifmaking is a more recent hobby of mine, since mid 2018. without those skills, plus some sheer luck, i never would have met the people that i considered my friends, including you. i am forever grateful.

as depressing as it may sound, rt/ah are one of the few consistently good things in my life. all the fan stuff i make and share is my way of saying "thanks" to them, you know? i hope to keep it up for as long as i can. 💚🖤
