Hello there! No worries, it's not a bother at all ^^ (I hope you don't mind me making this ask public. I've received a lot of similar messages and haven't had time to answer them all one by one ^^;)

I'm afraid Mega had taken the links down without my knowledge, but I am in the middle of editing some of the older subtitles and re-uploading them together with the finished subtitles for "Start of a Giant". It's taking quite a bit of time due to work and IRL things, but I hope to have them up and running again soon. Thank you so much for enjoying my translations and for your patience with me!

It was good that they live-streamed it (for the benefit of those who didn’t have tickets and were living abroad) because there were reports that a super-duper-very long queue developed during the Wonder Festival. I just realised that this is a significant fest for figure and model kit fans.

The VAs answered three questions where Obari would judge who got the correct answer. The first question was Bravern’s 18th song on his karaoke list. Ryota Suzuki (VA of Ao Isami) got the right one with “Intention.” Oh, I realised, after turning on the auto-translate that it was Kenichi Suzumura’s first single, “Intention.”

They had fun with the appearance of Bravern cosplayer onstage that they were talking about their trembling groins and jiggly crotches. 😈

I have to add that when they showed the ED, both MCs talked about their exposed nipples. Moreover, Obari also mentioned that the black part on Bravern’s neck is the speaker, the one behind is where it shows its emblem. Not sure, if he was pulling the VAs’ legs and the public’s.

They also presented new Bravern figures including a Nendroid.

PS: Even the Japan Self-Defense Forces installed their PR booth at the festival. 😼

I was call and inform when it came to removing Ryota in my Re-Write of DR3 and yes, I did remove Ryota for a few reasons aside from brainwash anime (mostly as I wanted Junko to be a character that you could side with) but also because when looking over Future Foundation and seeing what he was a head of and good lord; I can't see this kid reviving Education or Culture given how often he was in his room, I wouldn't trust him at all. So for me - while there are some ideas in DR3 that does work, there are others that I'm not fond of and Ryota was one of them. Mod Poi

Sooooo another day playing Tokyo after-school summoners so i tried looking through the game maps and i saw these special quests archives from special events in the tower of babel map

now i could say why there's a new currency that looks like a rainbow looking ticket

and my monke brain says why not waste one with ryota's special quest from the festival event

you don't know why, but something in you said to slam on the break. unfortunately, that wasn't enough. you blink & when your eyes open, & once adjusted, you're confused as to how you're facing an unfamiliar ceiling when you were just in the car. you hear the muffled sounds of machines beeping & seeing doctors & nurses flood into the room. all you want is to know where your wife is.

you try speaking, but either nothing comes out or they're all ignoring you. you don't know which it is. you try to get up, but are immediately pushed back & your blood instantly boils. nothing anyone is saying sounds like any words you can understand. when they write the question if you can speak english, you nod your head yes. they write that you were in a coma for a week, you're hearing may not come back, & that your wife & the child the two of you were having are both dead.

your wife is dead.

you can't hear it nearly as much as the doctors, nurses, & even others outside the room can, but your screams & sobs fill the room & carry throughout the floors hallways. you try with the little strength you have to get to her. you get held down & they sedate you.

you don't know how long it's been, but when you regain consciousness, you turn your head & see your only friend there. your wife is still dead.

they discharge you once knowing you'll have someone to help you until your fully healed. your sister would have, but she's pregnant & nearing her due date.

you open the door & you're home for the first time in over a week. you're used to being alone in it while kasumi is at work, but it doesn't feel like home anymore.

you stand there for a minute. you know if you take another step, it would mean moving on without your life beside you - without her hand in yours. you start walking anyway. you get to your room & can't help but to fall apart all over again.

you had to make the decision to bury or cremate her. you chose cremate. you keep a small amount of her ashes in a necklace that your friend gifted you so you can have her as close as you possibly can even though she's not physically there nor will she ever be. you've never taken off the necklace.

a year passes & you're back in japan where you've been living with your sister & her husband for the last few months. time continued when you didn't want it to. there's nothing you can do. your wife is dead & you have no one but yourself to blame.

a tiny (obviously rushed) idea of what the sleeping arrangements on the ship started like (eventually they all share everything and there's no rule to it but this is like when everyone was still getting used to it)

This is probably nothing like what a real modern ship might look like and that's okay

Hiyoko & Mahiru: obvious solution

Sonia & Nagito: Sonia is more patient than most but also takes no shit. Nagito needs to be near an exit in case he gets badly sick.

Mikan & Ibuki: Ibuki had to fight a bit to be alone with Mikan, but no one else was really volunteering, and Mikan is happy with her roomie.

Impostor & Ryota: Ryota is both new and also a nervous wreck. Impostor is very on-top of things and can keep him up to speed easily. Also boyfriends.

Akane & Nekomaru: Akane is both easily spooked in the night and also unusually sensitive to Weird Stuff. And she can handle Nekomaru's snoring. Nekomaru says having Kane nearby is good for his heart.

Kazuichi & Teruteru: They don't get along too bad after talking, and to be honest, it was sort of a boys-room-with-boys situation.

Hajime & Gundham: They get along well. Gundham benefits from someone agile to help him out if he's having a bad day, physically. Originally Sonia and Hajime would have switched places, but everyone agreed it might be better to save that arrangement for a later time (which never happened because they stopped keeping track)

Peko & Fuyuhiko: Obvious solution

Ibuki, Hajime and Akane are sort of 'team guard dogs' and they to split themselves evenly around the ship. If Ibuki hears anything spooky, or Akane gets a Bad Feeling, or Hajime notices something just a tiny bit off, they're all at the ready.

If anyone from Team Guard Dog suddenly shows up and says you're having a sleepover now, then you're having a sleepover now.

Honestly they all kind of need walkie-talkies lol. But frequencies can be messed with and it's dangerous to rely on a disembodied voice...

Impostor and Hajime *do* have walkie-talkies though because neither of them would fall for an impersonation.
