Mikey craved this domestic scene, a refreshing shift from his work.

Aku tau betul ini cukup berat diterapkan di Indonesia, karena di negara kita, karena sosial budaya kita adalah terkenal dengan orang yang ramah, easy going, orang-orang individualis masih jarang lah yaa kita temuin disini hehe. Eits, tapi aku gamau bahas yang berat berat soal gimana keadaan negara after this covid19 pandemic berakhir ya :D

Introvert more easier to adapt than Extrovert.

Aku paham banget, masing-masing kita ada yang cenderung introvert tapi ada juga yang extrovert. Untuk orang yang cenderung introvert di masa-masa social distancing ini bisa banyak menyimpan banyak energinya karena dia bisa menikmati waktu dimana tidak berinteraksi dengan banyak orang. Tau bagaimana cara menikmati waktu bersama dirinya sendiri.

Sedangkan untuk orang yang cenderung extrovert, keadaan ini pasti cukup membuat shock. Awalnya mungkin, okelah kita sekolah/kuliah/kerja online it’s okay, tapi suatu saat pasti mulai merasakan rasa ketidaknyamanan. Banyak yang teriak ga kuat dirumah aja, bosen bingung mau ngapain.

Aku pribadi sebenernya ada di tengah-tengah alias ambivert. Jadi, aku paham rasanya jadi introvert dan extrovert.

Untuk orang-orang yang introvert mungkin bisa dengan mudah ya untuk beradaptasi. Nah, untuk orang-orang extrovert dan ambivert seperti aku untuk menghadapi social distancing ini butuh effort extra untuk beradaptasi yaa :)

So, i will share some tips about how to survive in this conditions :

1. It’s time to know ur self more

Pernah ngga kita (extrovert) kadang merasa lelah berinteraksi terus menerus dengan banyak orang. Sebaliknya juga, aku yakin seorang introvert juga pernah berkeinginan untuk berinteraksi dengan banyak orang, padahal dia tau itu sulit dan menguras energinya. Yap, kita bisa lelah dengan hal yang membuat kita senang, aneh bukan? tapi bener wkwk gimana tuh :D

Bahkan ada beberapa orang extrovert yang akhirnya terlarut terbawa arus, sampai kadang kehilangan jati dirinya sendiri karena terlalu sering berinteraksi dengan oranglain. Coba manfaatkan waktu social distancing ini untuk muhasabah diri, ngobrol sama hati kecil kita. Diri yang selama ini jarang kita ajak ngobrol, kalau lelah tanya hati kita sebenernya maunya apa dan kemana.

2. Be a good influencers to your society

Manfaatkan media sosial sebagai ruang interaksimu dengan oranglain di saat-saat ini. Contoh, kamu bisa jadi influencer yang baik untuk lingkungan sosialmu, misal kaya ngadain project sosial penggalangan dana untuk korban covid19. Atau membuka ruang diskusi online untuk teman-temanmu atau bahkan untuk masyarakat umum. Atau mengedukasi warga di lingkungan kita terkait gimana pola hidup bersih dan sehat.

3. Keep in touch with your friends and fams

Orang dengan tipe extrovert paling anti sama kesendirian. Kalo kamu ngga bisa sendiri melewati hari-hari, ajak teman-teman atau keluarga untuk menemani aktivitas sehari-harimu lewat voice call atau video call. Misal adain challenge masak bareng, atau mabar game online dsb. Aku yakin kalian lebih kreatif untuk hal-hal kaya gini :D Meskipun terpisahkan ruang, but at least kita masih bisaa keep in touch itu sudah cukup melegakan bukan daripada ga bisa sama sekali?

4. Spread positivity, try to caring each others

Orang dengan tipe extrovert juga paling tidak bisa tanpa perhatian oranglain. Aku selalu percaya dengan hukum newton 3 haha dimana ada aksi pasti ada reaksi. Kalau kamu merasa ingin diperhatikan oranglain, cobalah memulai untuk memberi. Mulai memberi perhatian ke oranglain dan spread positivity supaya kamu juga mendapatkan hal yang sama dari oranglain untuk dirimu, jangan hanya mau menerima saja tapi tidak mau memberi, darimana datangnya reaksi kalo ga ada aksi, ya ngga? hehe

Oke, mungkin sekian sharing- sharingku kali ini. Apapun cara kita untuk melewatinya semoga apa yang kita lakukan tetap dalam ranah kebaikan ya, karena satu kebaikan itu akan menjadi jalan untuk kebaikan-kebaikan lainnya (hikmah QS. Al-Baqarah : 269)

Ada pepatah latin "Mens sana in corpore sano" yang artinya di dalam tubuh yang sehat, terdapat jiwa yang kuat. Itu bener bangeet, mental kita harus kuat dan jangan mudah stress biar imunitas kita tetap bagus buat melawan virusnya. :)
