A few terrible photos of one of my two Taito NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… Spooky Chibi Boy Nier Prize Figure. I got two specifically so I could unbox one, without feeling awful about it. Because I am a weirdo, and don't unbox most things unless I get two of them. DX

He's supper cute! I love him, I wish they made a version of slightly-older-brother NieR as well. I also wished he was a bigger figure. He's under 4-inches tall. I kind of wish all these chibi-fied figures were much larger. I know they would be way more expensive, but I like larger static figures. These are too tiny (IMHO). Although, I still will keep getting more of them, if they release more based on licenses I love. I'm probably going to add some shading to his faux-joints, because I feel like they would pop more if they were shaded. He's a crane prize figure, so his paint apps are not the best, but he's a nice looking figure for what he is, and we rarely get many brother version of NieR figures anyway (I know Automata is the popular NieR game, but I still love the OG NieR, even if I was not a fan of father NieR being the only option we got a century ago this side of the world, when that one released).

I was happy when I saw that we were finally getting to play as brother NieR here in the west and was hoping we would see more figures based on brother version of NieR. I own all of them so far, although it was a pain getting this one. Due to it being cancelled once -- my pre-order of him was cancelled, but the whole release got cancelled once as well (I know Taito and FuRyu love doing that for some reason). So, yes, it was an ordeal getting this version of NieR, let alone two of them. I Love him regardless, he's a precious little figure! (:

For some reason for the longest time i imagined “generic citizens” within perwinke’s story to be beaverz. Not really actual beavers though, but creatures that share many visual and conceptual simularities.

They take the role of the hard workers, doing things from building to carpentry to mechanic work and etc. They even have an underground hometown that’s connected into deep mines where some of them work. They are generally timid and nervous lil fellas but are also quite friendly and willing to lend a hand to most anyone who asks!

I also drew some “sweetified” versions for ‘em. The cuddly n sugary syrupy pancakes are those who can be found around towns just like most other sweet characters. While the maple breads are more secludedly hidden- and as with the beaverz general always compliant nature, they got roped into the tough side -and do out the grunt work for the bread mafia. They are very spookyserious as can be told by thems sunglasses and tie. Serious bussiness.
