→ Creme Brulee is a type of dessert which primarily uses cream!

→ a play on his size but a hint to his love of fishing! (and because he quite the catch himself, we love big in these parts)

• Mareroon ––––––––––

→ since "Rouge" is a color, I decided to pick another color as the alternative name. Maroon not only works for the pun, but is also a color associated with bl*od, which felt appropriate for a bat pony

• Shadow Sparks ––––––––––

→ he's a dark figure, illuminated only by the sparks of his own magic

• Buckles ––––––––––

→ Horses (or Zebras in this case) don't have hands, so they don't have Knuckles, so they can't punch. Horses do however, have hooves, and can kick, this Buckles, Bucks!

• Tenochtitlan ––––––––––

→ Tikal is named after a temple, so I figured her AU name should be named after a temple in Equestria, and I landed on the Tenochtitlan temple, not much is actually known for this temple in universe, so writing will be required.

• Blazing Aster ––––––––––

→ the Kirin have plant/nature related names. Aster is a kind of purple flower so I figured it fit best!

• Mareef ––––––––––

→ "Marine" is in reference to general Ocean life, which is very prominent in Coral Reefs.

• Espionage ––––––––––

→ Dragons usually have short names that list off a specific trait, Espio is short of espionage which refers to spying

• Scorcher ––––––––––

→ A hint at his fire breath (or fire tunes if you'd like)

• Hamuli ––––––––––

→ the changelings tend to have names that reference bug anatomy or topics, "Hamuli" are a structure found on honeybee wings.

• Timber Omega ––––––––––

→ Omega is a term used for wolf rankings in some cases, so perhaps it's used for Timberwolves as well! Omegas design will reflect that aspect as well as what powers him

Aww, thank you :> I figured I’d answer this question second, because it also allows me to establish some stuff

So, for Xefros, I wanted to establish his position as an overworked, lowblood butler. I imagine that, even when he gets back to his hive, he doesn’t have the time and/or effort to get changed out of his uniform, so instead, he just changes and adds some things to look more edgy. I like giving Xefros a more punk-y aesthetic, I think it fits him really well.

For Dammek, I also wanted to imply his position as a butler, but also reflect his personality. He’s frequently out of work because of his own behaviour. We already know in canon that he lives in a cluttered, unhygienic hive by choice. He’s lazy and inattentive, so his clothes are in bad condition. I suspect that lowbloods are encouraged to repair their stuff rather than buy more, because they don’t get paid a lot, but I think Dammek just can’t be bothered to do that. He tries REALLY hard to give the image of a relatable troublemaker, when he’s really just a bit of a an asshole.

Marsti and Chixie are both in mediculler uniforms with only slight differences. Marsti’s is more like a jumpsuit, while Chixie’s is more like a skirt; it reflects how Marsti is the more Poe-faced and practical of the two. Marsti also has a dissolved ear and a few scars from chemical burns after sweeps of dealing with cleaning equipment. I’m a big fan of Chixie’s scrunchie, it’s one of my personal favourite details, I just think it makes her look more cutesy and youthful (and therefore easy to underestimate). You can’t see it here, but Chixie also has a bandage on her left leg. You’ll find out why later.

Fozzer’s design is admittedly more simple than some of my other designs I’ve had for him, but I think it says a lot. He’s still got that humble, approachable, almost fatherly vibe, but the little specks of gold jewellery in there imply that he’s maybe living a more lavish lifestyle these days. He also keeps his gloves on due to the fact that his hands are very battered and rough from manual labour. (I also gave him more piercings and tattoos you can’t see just to make him a little rougher; he got most of these after a certain event)

Skylla’s outfit is mostly reflective of her job as a lusus wrangler. All the darker brown parts are really thick leather to protect her from any fangs, claws or stingers that might be coming at her on the job. She also has a rope around her torso to use whenever she needs it. She’s got a lot of both visible and hidden scars from unfortunate encounters with feral lusii; these include psychological ones, which is reflected in her hair having streaks of grey from stress.

Vikare also has a more uniform design, based on 1940’s aviators. He’s probably got the closest design to his original, just with the colours changed to be more appealing. I also added a harness to make him look more professional and ready for action. The biggest change though is his robotic leg, which he built himself. You can’t see it here, but it’s modelled after a cassowary leg to offer more support and also be used as a weapon if necessary.

The solgaleo stares in awe for a moment, not sure if he can believe his eyes. He quickly turns to his companion, clasps the Giratina's shoulders in his hands, and shakes him with excitement. "WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT?! Another Giratina! HAH! That SO AWESOME MAN! ITS LIKE LOOKING AT TWINS AHAHAHA!" The Giratina did not look amused at his companies comment. But did not react negatively. He just sighed as the solgaleo continued, energy not wavering.

"I knew coming was a good idea! OH MAN. I wonder if there are more of your kind here... OR WHAT IF THERE ARE OTHER SOLGALEOS? I wonder if I can find my twin here?!" Abruptly stopping his train of thought the solgaleo looked at Galadriel.

"My bad. You asked my name right?" Seemingly out of character, he took her hand in his and placed a small peck on the back of it. "Name's Leo, pleasure to meet ya Galadriel." Again turning to his companion, Leo gave him a nudge. "How was that? Bet ya didn't know I could be such a gentleman."

The satisfied look on his face resulted in the Giratina letting out another sigh. It was obvious he had no control over Leo's behavior and just being around him was exhausting.

"I do apologize for his behavior miss. He is a... unique one to say the least."

Does sonic know the mane 6?

This is a great question!

Sonic ofc knows about the mane 6; I mean, doesn't everypony? But he's really only a friendly acquaintance of most the girls.

since he doesn't live in ponyvill due to constantly traveling (and has his own rocking set of friends) he doesn't find much time to hang with them. Especially when both sets of ponies are usually busy with adventures.

He does like to stop by in ponyvill every once and awhile, and has even bumped into the girls during his travels.

for instance, during a trip in Canterlot he offered to deliver some dresses for Rarity in exchange for fixing a hole in his scarf free of charge (that pony does not keep bits on him.) I think Rarity would have fixed it regardless, she is very generous like that, but sonic loves to take any opportunity to test his speed.

However, out of all the mane 6 I'd say he's closest with Rainbow dash! They meant during an event in cloudsdale and ended up having a blast racing each other, and often make time to race again if they're in the same area. After all, It's not often dash meets another pony who can really keep up with her.
