watching all your obianidala content has made me have the biggest idea.
obianidala omegaverse with omega obi and padme and alpha anakin, padme is pregnant and so is obi, the only difference is that padme is several months ahead and no one knows of obi wan's pregnancy except himself.
palpatine causes an accident that causes padme to get hurt but not die and due to a misunderstanding making everyone think that was obi the one that caused the accident.
So obi runs away, pregnant with twin boys ( cal kestis and ezra bridger, i need them as luke and leia's simblings )
Obi Wan and Padme are both probably the biggest obstacles to Palpatine getting and maintaining control over anakinn. And there's really only two ways to deal with them - either infantalise them to the point in Anakin's head where he stops listening to them and effectively cages them n oder to 'protect' them or remove them from the equation through death or turning Anakin against them.
I do think he starts with planning to kill them both annd then falls back on others when that doesn't work.
So Padme was supposed to die and Palpatine probalby planned for Anakin to kill Obi Wan in response to that. So the piecse are already in place for it to look like Obi Wan is the cause.
So when Padme's only severely injured not killed Palpatine goes to Plan B of getting Anakin protective of her past the point of listening to her. He still probably planned on getting Anakin to kill Obi Wan but Obi wan flees before he ets the chance for Anakin to really think of anything other than getting Padme (and the babies in her) safe and stable.
Honestly though two sets of twins born at a very similar time would have been A Lot for them, even with three parents involved. Which, I mean, one set of twins is going to be A Lot for Obi Wan to handle by himself. Especially a set of force-sensative twisn (whcih is the same even in verses where he raises Luke and Leia by himself).
I wonder where Obi Wan would go. They're still Anakin's kids he's carrying so he could go to Tatooine and the Lars. But he also has other connections and honestly I like the idea of the boys getting their surnames because of the people Obi Wan turned to for support (Bridger possibly being a reference to Brigadier - a military rank). So maybe he doesn't go to Tatooine or maybe he does but brings with him some people who don't believe he would harm Padme and are petty sure this is all a frame up.

Hello! I am going to dump on you a new worldbuilding idea I got for the Legend of Zelda!
Remember that thing I wrote where Hylia is actually the goddess of destruction meant to kill Demise?
Okay, so I combined this with the whole "Hylia is the guardian of the Triforce" bit and came to the conclusion: what if Hylia was the perfect being for keeping the Triforce in check?
See, the Triforce is an object that creates. It's the combination of the Light Force/Force of the creation goddesses and it took all three of the goddesses to create life, to create a world before fucking off who knows where, leaving behind the Triforce. Based on the ALBW, the Triforce seems to be what keeps the world alive. My theory here is that while the Triforce is the foundation of the world, it is also something that promotes both stability and change. Take it away, and the world will stagnate and decay into itself like a bear that hibernates in winter...only for the winter to never end and the bear perishes.
The Triforce is a force of creation. It needs something or someone to balance it out, or it will cause something akin to a cancer upon the world. Hylia, as a goddess of destruction, fits the bill. So when Hylia planned to become reborn as Zelda, a Skyloftian, she had also separated the Triforce pieces to ensure that they won't be able to create excessively on their own without her keeping it in check and gave trials for the hero to achieve the requirements to handle having the Triforce and being able to wish upon it should she be unavailable for some reason, for mortals are flawed beings that become victims to things gods do not think of or realize could be dangers like illnesses.
Hylia's role is extremely important for keeping the Triforce together so the world's forces may continue to change than stagnate, like the evolution of various creatures and races, but what will happen if she dies?
That's where the sages and, later, the royal family become important. They take on Hylia's role, and that's what makes it so important for there to be a "Zelda." It's not just to honor their honorable ancestor, it's also to take that role to ensure that the world never continues its march towards another road to destruction. This is why the Sheikah are so adamant about preserving the royal blood because they know while the rest of the world do not, blissfully oblivious to the fact that the fabled Golden Power that is housed and guarded by the Hyrulean royalty is needed to stay in the hands of those who have the power to temper the divine power with a counter that they've inherited.
No matter how many times they'll defeat foes...If Hylia runs out of descendants, then Demise would still win.
*squints at the Calamity Ganon* wait, is that why you tried to kill everyone?!
Ixxbsjdjiwwj this is FANTASTIC I love it!!

Might I suggest putting a spin on hey there Delilah as a revalink song?
OOOH interesting choice anon 👁️👁️ iirc, this song was written when the plain white T's guy met this one girl and fell in love with her right away, so he wrote a song for her??? and i think she hated it because it got so popular LMFAOKFJDH so i'm gonna take a little inspiration from that
thinking about... pre-calamity revalink with revali who has just realized that he has developed romantic feelings for link somehow, and he is trying desperately to Not have them but he can't help it :) he won't admit it out loud, but link is one of the most stunning people he's ever met in the vast entirety of hyrule. as stone-faced as the knight is, link shines bright and warm, bright enough to rival the sun itself. revali thinks someone must have put a curse on him to be so enamored with a hylian, of all people. it's simply... asinine.
and maybe it really is a curse; revali is a rito and link is a hylian. they're two different species and while interracial relationships aren't really looked down upon in hyrule, a relationship between a rito and a hylian is unheard of. biological incompatibilities would make intimacy or even mating difficult... and to add even more to the tragedy of it all, it was no secret that princess zelda and princess mipha held the same romantic feelings for link as well. there's no way that revali could compete for link's hand against two princesses, ones that could offer link the entire world if he so pleased.
so in all his frustrations and lamentations of such a tragic romance (or i suppose a lack thereof), revali goes to the castle gardens with a harp. no one knows that he has one or that he has any musical talent at all, but it's an instrument that's loved dearly by the rito; ancient legends say that a rito sage of the past wielded a harp as well and so the tradition of learning to play the harp has been passed down to honor their ancestors. revali will never tell anyone that he can play, but he's pretty fucking good at it.
anyways. thinking about revali in what he thinks is a secluded corner of the castle gardens, beginning to pluck at the harp at random trying to make a melody to lament his frustrations, and the song he plays is basically Hey There Delilah (except it's about link and obviously the lyrics would be localized to zelda stuff. imagine what a hyrule-ified new york city would be like. also i think revali would not actually use link's name but some sort of pseudonym? goddess forbid someone actually hears him sing about link, he would absolutely die).
revali sings about how far away he feels from link both physically and emotionally, but that he can see right through link's facade and how he wishes that link would let him in. revali singing about how he would give link as much as of the world as he could in comparison to the princesses if link gave him a chance </3 and that even if revali couldn't give link the same riches and power, he hopes his love could rival that. revali lamenting about how link will never return his feelings, but that if he did, the world would never, ever be the same. that link would be to blame. KDFHDKLJFHLSJDKFH
and oh me oh my, guess who decides to drop into the gardens for a nice little afternoon walk just after revali begins to sing his little heart out? :) link loves a little tune so of course he's going to be drawn to the sound of music and singing, but when he realizes the person singing is revali... and that revali is singing about someone who will never love him back...
TEEHEE i'll leave it there for now but i never would have considered Hey there delilah as a revalink song! thank you for suggesting it, anon 🤍

I can’t believe the power Trina has over Spencer. When u think about it, she’s the highest thing, if not the only thing, helping him survive in terms of staying at least semi sane despite his bloodline.
Sorry for the late response to this anon but I actually think it's even more fun to answer this after the gallery scene where Spencer refused to really process what Trina was saying lol.
Trina's influence on Spencer runs deep and always has from the very beginning of their relationship. It is not as simple as Trina tells Spencer to do something, and he does it, and it really shouldn't be considering Spencer's history with emotional abuse. But Trina's approval and support is a type of lifeblood for Spencer.
I've been reading up on hero archetypes and the different stages in the hero's journey because I've never really felt like "bad boy" and "good girl" sufficiently summed up Spencer and Trina's characters and what they represent. And I was thinking about how Spencer is kind of obsessed with this tie to Greek culture that the Cassadines have and how he's constantly referencing Greek myth.
In my eyes, Spencer is an anti-hero (a character in the position of a hero that lacks typical heroic qualities) that really wants to be an epic hero (like Odysseus). I really feel a lot of Spencer's frustrations tie into this dichotomy of wanting to be the classic epic hero but having the inclinations of an anti-hero and falling short as a result.
Like most anti-heroes, Spencer's real journey is internal, but like the heroes from the myths he probably grew up reading, he wants to believe that all his problems will be solved by achieving an external objective. Be it "saving" his father from Ava, "saving" Trina from Little Miss White Privilege or "saving" demon spawn from his father. So following this idea that Spencer sort of perceives himself as the protagonist in an epic (yes while still retaining all his self-loathing, he's complex), Trina basically becomes the "goddess" in his eyes.
One of the steps in the epic hero's journey is meeting with a goddess. This "goddess" is supposed to represent a feminine ideal (beautiful, wise, etc.) and guide and support the hero in both his internal and external journey (the hero's journey concept is very male-centered so bear with me lol).
But before any of this can even occur, the hero has to prove his worthiness and earn her favor. Once the hero does so, the union between the hero and the goddess is called a "sacred marriage" (don't start) because of the complementary nature of their bond. It's also referred to as a union of opposites (opposites attract 👀). I thought that tied pretty neatly to the sort of reverent approach Spencer takes when it comes to loving Trina. It also ties into Trina's protective approach to loving Spencer and her refusal to abandon him.
As you said, she is "the highest thing" that is keeping him remotely balanced through his Cassadine trauma. Spencer himself said she "completed parts of [him] that [he] never knew needed to be completed." But because Spencer is still an anti-hero, he is never going to just follow the guidance of Trina, especially when it's guidance that tells him that the hero's journey he thinks he's on is actually just another path toward self-destruction.
But the role that Trina has come to play in Spencer's life both in reality and in his perception is a powerful one and the idea that he would remotely be okay should he ever lose her, especially after they've solidified their romantic union, is laughable.

I get late for cloudy birthday and i read the remanents calling sephiroth mom lol.
And I was wondering if they just showed up in Shinra's tower, or if Sephiroth woke up with the three of them in a bunch on his bed.
and hojo demanding that the Turks interrogate Cloud and they are impressed that cloud refuses to admit anything so adamantly that it is as if he is not lying.
impressive that he is so determined to maintain the general's privacy... kskssk
and the sephiroth fan base going crazy with the news of the general's maternity.
sephiroth is just there awkwardly rocking these children without understanding anything.
You know I never think we clarified where exactly the remnants showed up in any of the 'remnants time travel' ideas.
I do like them showing up in Shinra tower just generally for the maximum chaos factor of it.
But I also like Sephiroth waking up with them in his bed for the maximum confusion and stress on his part factor (he fully assumes someone has cloned him let's be real).
Poor Cloud. The Turks interrogate hard but he honestly doesn't know anything. And of course they don't believe him because clearly these children know him - that can't be a coincidence.
Sephiroth's fanbase is probably split between those who are really happy about the general's new maternity and those who are pissed as hell that someone else knocked him up. Once again poor Cloud.
Sephiroth is probably handing them over to Hojo/the science department. He doesn't actually have an emotional connection to these random children that have shown up, is half convinced the science department is the reason they exist anyway, and just wants them off his hands. And Hojo is all too happy to take him off his hands for hin.

my brainrot continues. we are reading the odyssey and all I can think is PALLAS???? LIKE PALLAS LAYMEDOWN CREAMANDTEA BLORBO???
no but that is LITERALLY where i got their name bc for the The Longest time i could NOT figure something out!! they were “Goth Bastard” in my notes for way longer than i’d like to admit lol, and that was a problem bc naming characters is a massive part of figuring them out for me and i was getting increasingly distressed about Who The Fuck This Person Was (especially since agnes’s name came to me in like. minus 0.02 seconds).
so, naturally, this spawned hours of googling and browsing baby websites because my brain could not physically continue writing this character until i got them an actual name, and i was looking at stuff related to greek mythology before the little lightbulb appeared above my head and i remembered that particular epithet/how well it fit. however some rejected pallasnames include:
renard
harpy
alden
solomon
cerberus
atlas

hi! i don't know much about hecate but i've started looking into her recently and i was wondering if you think she can take on other names? i have this certain spirit guide who has introduced themselves to me by name a few years ago and her energy is similar to hecate's. i'm not sure if you've ever heard of the term "soul mother" but that's what this spirit guide said she is to me. would love to hear your thoughts on this, thank you so much 💗
Hello, hello! Thank you so much for your question, and for your patience on this answer. I've never had Hecate identify herself to me as a soul mother - that was more Nyx for me. But that doesn't mean that Hecate couldn't be a soul mother to you! She has many different epithets and a spirit mother could definitely be under her umbrella of names.
As far as others that came into my mind when I read your message, deities that I think give off that energy are: Nyx, Ceres, Pysche, Rhea, Gaia, Cybele, Leto, Hathor, Frigg, Mokosh, Lada, and Yemaja.
Has this spirit guide left any other hints? Sent any signs regarding Her your way? You can set out a few different offerings to see if any get accepted. I hope this helps! Lemme know if there's anything else I can do, I'd love to hear any followup adventures!!
