now that Charlie boy has become king here are some things you may not know about him:
- he publicly humiliated and treated Diana the Princess of Wales like utter garbage countless times while they were married, in particular this situation in 1993
- tampongate (need I say more)
- his poor treatment of Princes William and Harry during their formative years (saw an opera while William was in surgery, A+ dad behaviour)
- in 2013 he accepted a £1m donation from the family of Osama Bin Laden for one of his charities
- continues to meddle in British politics which is a big fat no-no for royals (but he doesn’t care to listen or be reminded of history, i.e, see Charles I of England), he also really wanted helicopters and kept annoying the PM over it back in 2004-2005
- he was allegedly listed in the Paradise Papers back in 2017, but the royal family denies this
- he was allegedly the one who made racist comments about the potential skin colour of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son back in 2017 after his youngest son’s engagement, but he continues to deny this
- he and the Duchess of Cornwall openly LAUGHED at Inuit throat singers during a visit to Iqaluit, Canada in 2017 (it’s so abhorrent, as a Canadian this enrages me)
- in 2021 he allegedly offered “cash for honours” in relation to The Prince’s Foundation, by bribing a Saudi billionaire with knighthood and UK citizenship if he donated to his charity
- he actively supports homeopathy treatments instead of researched and effective treatments, and is often criticized as being “anti-science”
- he has a minimum net worth of $27 billion USD as of 2022 from ONE royal estate (that’s right, just from one of their many properties)

The Great Sword of Dunvegan
Tumblr media
No, it’s not Excalibur but the great Sword of Dunvegan, and it’s over 500 years old. 🗡️
This sword was a weapon of great power, made by the MacLeods of Suardal who were the Blacksmiths to the MacLeods of Dunvegan.
A claymore (Claidheamh Mòr, or “great sword" in Gaelic) such as this would have cost a small fortune and was typically used by Clan Chiefs.
Its real power was in its length and weight.
The blade is three feet (approximately 90cm) in length and, together with its weight, would have been lethal in a double-handed swing.
The sword is difficult to date. Its features suggest the late 15th or early 16th century AD.
A depiction of it on the tombstone of Alasdair Crotach MacLeod (1450 – 1547), the 8th Clan Chief, tells us it cannot be dated after 1528 AD.
What makes this sword even more fascinating is that it is made with Scottish steel instead of German steel.

Scottish Coin Hoard Could be Linked to 1692's Glencoe Massacre
Coins found under a fireplace may have been hidden there by a victim of the infamous Massacre of Glencoe, according to archaeologists.
Almost 40 members of Clan MacDonald of Glencoe were killed in February 1692 after soldiers were ordered to attack them.
A student discovered the money at the site of a house linked to the clan's chief.
Lucy Ankers was on her first dig when she made the find.
The 36 coins were inside a pot which had a small round pebble as a lid and had been placed beneath a hearth stone slab in the fireplace.
The discovery was made in August during an excavation at the site of the ruined house, led by archaeologists from the University of Glasgow.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The property was associated with clan chief Alasdair Ruadh "MacIain" MacDonald of Glencoe.
He was among the estimated 38 people killed in the massacre.
Ms Ankers said: "As a first experience of a dig, Glencoe was amazing.
"The two weeks I spent digging solidified that I want to pursue a career within archaeology."
She added: "I wasn't expecting such an exciting find as one of my firsts, and I don't think I will ever beat the feeling of seeing the coins peeking out of the dirt in the pot."
The MacDonalds were targeted because of their support for the exiled King James VII of Scotland and II of England.
The clan backed the restoration of the Stuart dynasty to the British throne and had taken part in the first Jacobite Rising of 1689.
Historians say they were late delivering an oath of allegiance to the Protestant King William III, and had been branded as rebels by the Secretary of Scotland, Sir John Dalrymple.
In late January 1692, about 120 soldiers from the Earl of Argyll's Regiment of Foot arrived in Glencoe from Invergarry led by Capt Robert Campbell of Glen Lyon.
The troops were billeted with members of the clan, before turning on their hosts on 13 February.
Some people tried to escape in a snow blizzard to nearby glens, including Gleann Leac-na-muidhe, where the coin hoard was found.
The University of Glasgow has suggested a number of reasons why the money could be connected to the massacre.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
None of the coins were minted after the 1680s, which has led archaeologists to suggest they were most likely deposited under the fireplace either just before or during the killings for safekeeping.
The archaeologists also said whoever buried the coins did not return for them, possibly indicating they were among the victims of the massacre.
The coins are dated from the late 1500s through to the 1680s, and include pieces from the reigns of Elizabeth I, James VI and I, Charles I, the Cromwellian Commonwealth, and Charles II.
There were also coins from France and the Spanish Netherlands, as well as one coin which appears to have originated in the Papal States.
Dr Michael Given, a co-director of the archaeological project in Glencoe, said: "These exciting finds give us a rare glimpse of a single, dramatic event.
Tumblr media
"Here's what seems an ordinary rural house, but it has a grand fireplace, impressive floor slabs, and exotic pottery imported from the Netherlands and Germany.
"And they've gathered up an amazing collection of coins in a little pot and buried them under the fireplace.
"It's a real privilege, as archaeologists, to hold in our hands these objects that were so much part of people's lives in the past."
University of Glasgow excavations director Edward Stewart added: "The excavation of MacIain's Summerhouse allows us to better understand the importance of these uplands to local elites.
"The scale of this structure and the wealth of artefacts uncovered within suggest this was a place where the MacDonald chiefs could entertain with feasting, gambling, hunting and libations.
"The discovery of this coin hoard within the structure adds an exciting dimension to this story.
"However, ordinary and everyday finds within this structure such as spindle whorls for making thread, a pitch fork and a dress pin, speak to the everyday lives of those who lived here, worked the land and minded the cattle."

Clan Chief, Donald Cameron of Lochiel died on or around October 28th 1748 in France.
Aye, another one with differing dates, Donald Cameron was born circa 1700 and became hereditary chief of Clan Cameron when he was about 19.
The Cameron clan has roots in the Lochaber area that stretch back to the 1400s, when Donald Dubh was the first clan chief.  The Camerons were staunchly loyal to the crown, supporting Charles II in the Civil War, and later Bonnie Prince Charlie during the Jacobite uprising in 1745.
There are a few theories on the origins of the clan, and how they became a powerful family, the one I like best is that the Camerons fought for Robert the Bruce at Bannockburn and were rewarded by the king’s follower Angus Og, Lord of Islay, with the grant of lands in Lochaber. There is strong evidence for that theory because one of the signatories of the Declaration of Arbroath in 1320 translates from the original Latin as John Cameron.
Lochiel was the grandson of Sir Ewan Cameron of Lochiel, known as The 'Gentle' Lochiel, he was the first clan chief to meet Prince Charles Edward Stuart, the Young Pretender, at Borodale in 1745. He initially advised the prince to return to France but when the prince refused Lochiel raised 700 men, making the '45 Jacobite Rising possible.
After the astonishing victory at Prestonpans, in which the Camerons played a full part, the Jacobites took no reprisals against the redcoat troops or the people in Edinburgh who had supported the Hanoverian government. This was largely due to Lochiel’s insistence.
He was also very strong in insisting to the prince that the Jacobite army should not march south, but that he should stay in Edinburgh and reign over an independent Scotland. Charles had promised that his father’s restoration to the throne would see him end the Union.
After going all the way to Derby, the Jacobites retreated north of the Border and occupied Glasgow. Once again, Lochiel intervened and the Jacobite soldiers were warned not to pillage or loot the city. It is for that and his demand for no reprisals in Edinburgh that he became known as the Gentle Lochiel.
Lochiel was wounded at the battle at Culloden and later escaped to France with the prince where he was knighted, appointed Colonel of the Régiment d'Albanie and Commander of Garde Écossaise by Louis XV. Lochiel was also made a member of Order of Saint Michael.
Achnacarry Castle was burned to the ground by Cumberland’s rampaging redcoats but was subsequently re-built and is still the clan seat today. The Cameron lands were forfeited to the Government, but were restored to Donald Cameron, 22nd chief and grandson of the Gentle Lochiel, in 1787.
Donald Angus Cameron, is the 27th and current chief, “Lochiel”  which all Cameron chiefs are known.

Now that the Parasite in chief has had her platinum Jubilee, i thought id share some fun facts about the monarchy in the UK and the Queen in particular. All of this information is easily found online.
-The Queen negotiated clauses in the equality and Diversity Act so she wouldn't have to hire 'coloured or foreign' staff in the palace. that clause is still there today.
-The Queen tried to use The State Poverty Fund to heat Buckingham Palace even with her own personal fortune.
-She lobbied the Scottish Parliament 67 times to ensure that new wildlife protections laws woudn't apply to her estates there.
-The main throne she sits on is worth an estimated £40,000,000,000. Her jewellery Collection worth circa £5,000,000,000 made with 28, 578 diamonds and gemstones, almost all of which were stolen from countries Britain invaded and enslaved...sorry colonised. She also banned the Police from searching her estates for stolen artifacts.
-Her crown estate is one of the largest property owners in the country. It has over 26 Royal residencies, inc 9 palaces that remain mostly empty and property portfolio that generates £300 million per year. Yet she had a family thrown out during the covid eviction ban for a £32 unpaid bill.
Her son is a nonce ( pedophile) that she protected through a £12 million payout.
-The 'free' book that was sent to every school to tell kids how wonderful the queen is cost the taxpayer £12 million.
-She has £420 million personal wealth, which doesn't include that for-mentioned crown estate or her antique furniture or her jewellery collection or all the stolen gold.
-She and her family cost the tax payer £345 million per year in security and other protections.
-The jubilee cost the tax payer £28 million , set aside by the chancellor for the purpose of funding it. Whilst there are currently 14.5 million people living in poverty here in the UK.
Celebrating the incredibly rich, racist and privileged whilst millions of our own citizens are suffering is disgusting.

Viking!Soap who goes off pillaging, as one does in their free time, and comes back to Price with the squealing, kicking daughter of their (now dead) enemy clan’s chief.
Basically, “Look what I caught,” he says as reader kicks at him to let her go, to no avail, as she calls him a brute. He looks at Price like a dog bringing its master a bird.
god I woke up and hour ago to check my inbox and you guys sent in so many good ass requests i’m so proud of all of you
c/w: basically kidnapping, anal, stripping, dub-con/non-con, mentions of alcohol and pillaging, I can’t write in a scottish accent leave me alone
price had already settled down for the evening, his heavy cloak was slung over the chair in the corner of the room. his long hair had been taken out of the same bun he puts it in everyday, mousse brown hair falling in waves all the way down to his shoulders
he had planned on relaxing in front of the fireplace, nursing a bottle of mead but those plans seem unlikely now judging by the sounds of chaos approaching his tent. loud boisterous footsteps and laughter combined with high-pitched shrieks and cries
john knows that it’s johnny before he even sees him, that scottish brogue is unmistakable. he lets out a deep sigh when he finally sees the warrior burst into his home, a wound-up girl slung over his shoulder. price narrows his eyes as he watches johnny manhandle you, your back to his chest as he holds you down with his arms around your waist
“look what a’ found for ye, chief.” johnny says, a big grin spreading across his face as you kick and thrash in his arms, screaming your head off about what a brute he is, “stop yer whingin’, hen.”
“found?” price grunts out, taking a sip of the honeyed alcohol with a seemingly unfazed look on his face. your aggravated thrashes have calmed down to quiet sobs as you plead for these big, horrible men to let you go
“Anno ye said tae leave that clan alone, chief but ah caught this one bathing in the stream and knew ye would like her.” you can practically hear johnnys tail wagging when the apparent chief stands up and walks over to you, gripping your chin to examine your face before letting out a pleased grunt
“ye like her?” johnny all but whines, dropping you to the floor when the chief jerks his head to signal to out you down. you scramble to your feet, taking a few steps back and backing yourself into a corner
price lets out a small amused huff at your fight, downing the rest of his drink in a few big gulps. he walks over to you, your attempts to push him away are pitiful as his hands grip the hem of your dishevelled dress and tears the fabric in two
you squeal and weakly punch at his chest as he strips you down with what seems like no effort at all. your hands only stopping to cover your completely exposed body. johnny takes this as his cue to leave, turning on his heel with a defeated look on his face
“get over here, boy. I’ll let you have a taste after i’m finished with her.” price says, not even turning to look at johnny. instead keeping his animal gaze on your tits as he gropes them with his rough hand, “need you to tire her out so she doesn’t keep me up all night.”
johnny doesn’t need to be told twice as he takes his spot next to the bed, hand sliding up his kilt to stroke at his cock which had been hard since he snatched you up from your burning home
john grabs your upper arm and manhandles you over to the bed, bending you over the mattress and pinning your wrists to your lower back with just one of his monstrous hands
“please.” you plead, “i’m already promised to someone!”
price lets out a proper laugh at that one, lifting his spare hand and bringing it down on your ass with a thundering crack that echoes throughout the room. you squeal out in bed, pushing back your hips when his hand soothes over sore skin
“then I guess i’ll just have to kill him.” he grunts with a weak shrug of his shoulders as he shamelessly gropes your ass. this does little to soothe you as you soon start up your useless kicking and thrashing again. price only responds to this with another hard slap to your ass, “settle down. I’m not gonna fuck your cunt tonight. I know a lady when I see one. I’ll treat you proper on our wedding night, yeah?”
john uses his grip on your ass to spread your cheeks, spitting a fat glob of salvia at the right rim of muscle above your pussy. two of his thick fingers prodding at your ass before slipping inside. you squirm in his tight hold, let out a loud whine
he lets you adjust for a little while, waiting until your cries had settled down to soft sniffles before beginning to fuck your ass with his fingers. johnny makes himself known with his soft grunts and the slick sounds of his cock being stroked under his kilt
your soft pleads for him to stop are coated with cracked moans as he stretches your ass out. ha scissors his fingers inside, pulling them out when he feels little resistance. he fishes his cock out from his trousers and pressing the tip to the entrance of you
you whine and wiggle your hips slightly, your pathetic attempts at trying to get away do nothing to help as he grabs his cock and pushes himself inside you. his fingers couldn’t compare to this burn of being stretched like this on his cock
johnny lets a choked moan, throwing his head back as precum dribbles from his tip
“quit your whining, mutt. you’ll get your turn.” john grunts, grabbing your legs and putting them over his shoulders as he begins to fuck into your ass relentlessly
his face is inches away from yours, the animalistic glint in his eyes is a sharp contrast to the glossy, subdued look in yours
“he wouldn’t know what to do with a wiley little brat like you, girlie.” he grunts in your ear, one hand coming down to rub your clit with his thumb. he lets out a loud groan when he feels your ass clamp down around his thick cock, “don’t worry, I’ll take all that fight outta ya.”

This should not have taken so long
Trans women who have hurt or threatened women or girls will not be held in female prisons unless there are "exceptional" circumstances, new guidance states.
The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) policy follows a public outcry after a rapist was sent to a women's prison.
Isla Bryson raped two women while known as Adam Graham.
The Scottish Conservatives said the new policy was "subjective" and "unacceptable".
The latest figures show there were 23 trans prisoners in Scotland from January to March this year.
They included 19 trans women, seven of whom were in a women's prison, and four trans men - one of whom was in a male prison.
Under previous guidance drawn up in 2014, the prison service allowed prisoners to be placed in facilities matching their gender identity, rather than their sex at birth, providing accommodation that "best suits the person in custody's needs".
This was reviewed and in February, following the Bryson case, it was updated to say no newly convicted or remanded transgender prisoner with a history of violence against women would be housed in female prison facilities.
Under the new policy - which will come into force in February 2024 - a trans woman would not be allowed to move into the female estate if they had been convicted of, or were on remand awaiting trial for, a crime that harmed a female - unless there was "compelling evidence that they did not present an unacceptable risk of harm to those in the women's prison".
These offences include any that result in suffering to a female, such as sexual offences, murder, assault, abduction and intimidation.
Those who have changed their legal gender can also be housed in accordance with their sex at birth, "if it is considered necessary to support people's safety and wellbeing".
The policy states: "Only when staff have enough information to reach a decision that a trans individual can be safely accommodated will they be placed in an establishment which matches their affirmed gender."
Trans men will be admitted to the female estate, but those who have committed crimes against women may be kept separate from other prisoners if it is "deemed necessary" to "keep women in custody safe".
The new guidelines also allow officers to search inmates regardless of the inmate's "affirmed gender" or sex assigned at birth, "if it is necessary to keep the individual or staff safe".
Risks carefully managed'
Teresa Medhurst, chief executive of the Scottish Prison Service, said if a trans woman's offences were historic and low level, they could be moved to the female estate, but she stressed that would be exceptional.
She said all prisoners were "treated with dignity and respect, with their rights upheld, and any risks carefully managed".
"The position, whilst it is still individualised, will ensure that those that have a history of violence against women and girls and present a risk to women will no longer be placed on admission in the women's estate.
"I am content that everyone who is a transgender individual is located in the prison which best suits their risk and needs profile."
She added that she was confident the new policy would address public concerns surrounding trans prisoners.
Tumblr media
The Scottish government's Justice Secretary Angela Constance said the new policy protected the "safety and welfare" of staff and prisoners, and the "rights of transgender people".
She said: "SPS has considerable expertise, as well as a duty of care for the management of people in their custody, and this policy upholds its responsibilities to deliver safe, secure and suitable services for all."
Scottish Conservative justice spokesman Russell Findlay MSP said the new prison policy was "unacceptable" and put women at "even greater risk by further eroding their fundamental right to single-sex space".
"They say that male prisoners with a history of violence against women or girls should be allowed in the female estate and will only be blocked if they present a risk, which is completely subjective."
Lucy Hunter Blackman, from policy analysts Murray Blackburn Mackenzie, said any new policy in Scotland should not "talk narrowly about the potential risk of a physical or sexual assault".
She added: "It needs to recognise how the presence of someone male might impact upon group of vulnerable traumatised women, held in spaces from which they cannot escape."

This Evening, in UK Politics - What Even is Happening?!
Suella Braverman, somehow an even more vile person than Priti Patel, has resigned because she sent an email from her personal account and also governments should be held accountable for their mistakes. Agreeing with Suella Braverman makes me feel dirty all over. Still, a stopped clock is right twice a day.
The fracking vote is being framed as a confidence vote.
There is a three-line whip. Any Tory MP not voting in line with the party will be removed from the parliamentary party and have to sit as an Independent MP.
The Chief Whip has resigned maybe.
It is no longer a confidence vote.
The deputy Chief Whips have also resigned?!
Jacob Rees Mogg and Thérèse Coffey are manhandling MPs into the lobby to vote?! There's an account of at least one MP crying as they did so.
Liz Truss was too busy arguing with Wendy Morton, the possibly-former Chief Whip to vote. On a vote with a three-line whip.
No Votes were recorded for 40 Tories, including not just the actual Prime Minister but also Boris Johnson (who has more important things to do than represent his constituents in parliament apparently), Nadine Dorries (no doubt wherever Boris is, hoping he notices her or something), David Davis, Greg Clark, Sir Iain Duncan Smith, Kwasi Kwarteng, Theresa May, Wendy Morton, Alok Sharma, Priti Patel, and Ben Wallace (who's actually in Washington D.C. on government business, so he gets a let). These are all party grandees, former Prime Minsters, former leaders of the party, and Nadine Dorries.
I mean, I'm assuming they're not going to withdraw the whip from the Prime Minister and members of her own cabinet (Alok Sharma in this case since Mr Wallace is abroad), although I'm willing to bet there are several Tories darkly hoping that someone will. That's one way to get rid of her!
Wendy Morton apparently has resigned.
Wouldn't it be amazing if she said, "No, I didn't resign and I've withdrawn the whip from Liz Truss!"
According to various sources and polls, if there was an election tomorrow, come Friday the SNP would be the official opposition, because the Tories would have fewer seats than the Scottish National Party and Labour would, obviously, be in power.
If Liz Truss had become Prime Minister and then done nothing whatsoever she would be doing better than she is now.
Let's have a look at some quotes!
“It’s a shambles and a disgrace. I think it is utterly appalling. I am livid,” veteran Tory MP Charles Walker told the BBC. “I hope all those people that put Liz Truss in Number 10, I hope it was worth it. I hope it was worth it for the ministerial red box, I hope it was worth it to sit around the Cabinet table, because the damage they have done to our party is extraordinary.”
Asked if the government can survive the night, one Tory MP replied: “I hope not.”
Labour MP, the shadow Scottish secretary Ian Murray, tweeted that he had "never seen scenes like it" in the voting lobby. He said he'd seen Business Secretary Jacob Rees-Mogg shouting at his colleagues, whips "screaming at Tories", and "dragging people in".
Alexander Stafford tweeted -  "Lots of rumours flying around tonight. This vote was never about fracking but about Labour trying to destabilise the country, and take control of Parliament." This is my favourite, because he's trying to blame the Opposition for this!

2 minute read
JK Rowling is founding and personally funding a new service for women survivors of sexual violence. Launched days before Nicola Sturgeon’s controversial Gender Recognition Reform Bill is expected to pass through the Scottish parliament, the Edinburgh-based centre, Beira’s Place, will be female-only.
The author, who has written about the sexual and domestic abuse she suffered in her twenties, believes there is an “unmet need” for Scottish women who want “women-centred and women-delivered care at such a vulnerable time”. She hopes Beira’s Place, which will employ professional staff to provide free one-to-one and group counselling, “will enable more women to process and recover from their trauma”.
Rowling’s board of directors are all vocal opponents of the Gender Recognition Reform Bill, which will permit anyone to change the legal sex on their birth certificate by making a simple statutory declaration, a process known as self-identification. Feminists, including Reem Alsalem, UN special rapporteur on violence against women and girls, have raised grave concerns it will open up women’s services and private spaces to abuse by male predators.
Beira’s board comprises Rhona Hotchkiss, a former prison governor, who has opposed the Scottish government’s policy of moving trans-identified male sex offenders to women’s jails; Johann Lamont, a former leader of the Scottish Labour Party and a lawyer; Dr Margaret McCartney, an academic, broadcaster and Glasgow GP; and Susan Smith, director of For Women Scotland, a grassroots feminist group founded to fight the gender reform bill. Beira’s chief executive is Isabelle Kerr, a former manager of Glasgow Rape Crisis who received an MBE in 2020 for her work supporting British citizens who had been raped overseas.
The provision of single-sex services has been a key battleground of the gender reform bill. Already in Scotland, most domestic violence refuges and rape support services are “trans inclusive” and accept referrals from both sexes. In recent years councils have removed grants from women-only refuges in favour of generic organisations. Monklands Women’s Aid in North Lanarkshire, which was set up more than 40 years ago, had its council funding withdrawn in favour of a social justice charity which also helps men.
Most controversial is Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre whose chief executive, Mridul Wadhwa, a trans woman, told the Guilty Feminist podcast that women sexual assault victims who request female-only care will be “challenged on your prejudices” and told to “reframe your trauma”.
Yet in her recent book Defending Women’s Spaces, veteran campaigner Karen Ingala Smith, the chief executive of Nia, a domestic abuse charity in London, describes how women traumatised by male violence fare better and feel safer in female therapeutic spaces.
Beira’s Place is legally permitted to exclude males under the exemptions of the 2010 Equality Act, which allows single-sex services if they are “a proportionate means to achieve a legitimate end”.
It is named after Beira, the Scottish goddess of winter. JK Rowling said: “Beira rules over the dark part of the year, handing over to her sister, Bride, when summer comes again. Beira represents female wisdom, power, and regeneration. Hers is a strength that endures during the difficult times, but her myth contains the promise that they will not last for ever.”
The service is not a charity, but privately funded by Rowling, a noted philanthropist. The amount she will donate to set up and run Beira’s Place has not been disclosed.

Part 3
(Part 2) (Part 4) Lore Page Your growl vertebrates off the walls of the med bay, Doc bounces from his seat, quick to take a stand between you and the ‘Captain’
“Captain, stop it, would you? The constant growling is giving me a headache” Doc said near enough barking at the ‘Captain’, forcing him to take a step away from you, “Doc really? ” Doc nods his head “Yes really, out” Doc says pointing out of the room, the ‘Captain’ leaves finally, but not without a warning growl at you, Doc gives one back, telling him to stop.
“Well now wasn’t that fun” Doc says, as he closes the door and slides the lock in place with a click “Why I didn’t do that in the first place I don’t know” he says turning back to you, he sighs walking over to his desk picking up the phone that lay there, “Why are you here?”
“I’m the new recruit from MI5, the specialist in Bioengineering” you say, your fingers grazing over the freshly forming bruises on your skin, Doc’s eyes go wide “Ahhh, you’re the new one for the 141” He says as he presses buttons on the phone, you watch as Doc waits for the phone to ring out to whoever he was calling.
“Saregent come to med-bay I have one of yours” Was all Doc said before he hung up the call, placing the phone on his neat desk, “I thought you weren’t supposed to come till Friday” Doc said, walking over to a tap and filling it a small plastic cup with water walking back to you, handing out the small plastic cup.
You took it with a slight shaky hand, your adrenaline high now leaving you shaky and a little unsteady “I was but my Unit Chief wanted me gone as fast as possible” you said, taking a small sip of water, Doc nods his head, sitting back down in his little rolly stool “ Well seeing as I have you here might as well run the usual Bio-test and get you sorted before they put you in the field” Doc said, as he rolled away to his desk picking up a clipboard before rolling back.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There were three sharp knocks on the door to the med-bay door, your head snapping up from the sound.
“Ahh finally the Sargent” Doc said, getting up and unlocking the door revealing a 6’2 alpha male, you eye him taking him in, from his mohawk to his shaved sides, to the sharp angles of his face all the way down to the dirt that covered his hairy forearms.
Doc welcomed him in, “Welcome Johnny, how was Captain John”
The ‘Johnny’ groaned “God don’t, he’s been pissy all morning him and L.T” ‘Johnny’ said his accent decidedly Scottish you thought, Doc laughed “Oh I know I put him in it and so did they” He said, his head pointing to you, who still sat on the med-bay bed, Johnny turned his head to you.
“And you are?” Johnny asked, his gaze bouncing between you and Doc, “I’m the Bio Engineer Specialist” You say, Johnny nods his head as if pretending like he knew what you have said then he pauses, “Wait, the Specialist?” Johnny asked, you again nod, “You weren’t supposed to be here till Friday,” Johnny said, you sighed “My Unit Chief wanted me gone”.
Johnny lifted his brow as if he didn’t believe you, but he chose to not push any further, he turned his head to Doc “Doc are they all good to go?” Johnny asked, Doc nodded his head “Yeah just make sure that they come back for their Vaccinations” Johnny nodded, before turning his head back to you “Right then, come along Specialist” he said, nodding his head to the door of Medbay.
You climb off the bed, walking with a small limp over to Johnny, Johnny’s eyes narrow at your small limp but he does not ask about it, he just lets his gaze sweep over you checking for any other injuries, before walking out of Med-Bay.
You waved bye to Doc before racing after Johnny and his long legs, “Johnny Slow down!” you shout, as you try and run, the limp forcing you into a weird sort of Jog, you stop when you practically crash into Johnny.
“Call me Sergeant, at least for now” He said, before continuing down the hall, you followed him through the base till he brought you to a barracks.
“I know Omega’s prefer to have company of some sort but, you’re our first Omega on base since the base was first established” Johnny said, as he swung the door open revealing an aisle with beds on either side.
Johnny walked down the aisle down to the bottom showing you two doors he opened one showing you a cupboard filled with extra pillows and blankets, ranging from soft to rough textures, the pillows being plush or ridged.
“We weren’t sure what you would need, so we made sure that you got everything and if anything that you need isn’t there just let me know and I’ll get it” Johnny said, before closing the cupboard door, turning and opening a private communal shower and bathrooms.
“We also couldn’t risk you being around to many alphas without somewhere safe to retreat to, I also know that some omegas are super sensitive to Alphas and their pheromones, so there should be body wash, shampoo and conditioner somewhere” Johnny said, you nod thinking that the team you’ve joined have been super considerate so far, thinking if you were hypersensitive to Alpha Peramoanes.
“I-I have a question” you say your voice coming out a little rough sounding from all the growling you had been doing, Johnny nods to you, signalling for you to ask you a question.
“I was supposed to have a guide in some Ghost mask, what happened to him?” you ask, Johnny tilts his head side to side, as if thinking how he should answer you.
“He is busy dealing with our Captain and is dealing with the Alpha you had a small brawl with earlier, good job by the way, he looks rough '' Johnny says, before closing the bathroom door and walking up to the door of the barracks.
“The rest of your things should arrive soon, so I’ll leave you to settle in” was all Johnny said before closing the door, closing you in your new home.
um. okay this is kind of psychopathic of me but i wanted to make a comic with my formula one ocs but then i was like. well i guess i have to invent the entire grid (didnt want to use real people).
so i came up with the main teams, and spent hours doing research and writing backstories and now i have like a billion characters to work with (team principals, crew chiefs, nascar guys, f2, wags, the whole nine yards) and i’m having so much fun putting these guys in situations.
but i still haven’t filled out the grid (missing alpine, other williams, alphatauri, etc.) so i’m gonna be asking some friends to help me come up with more drivers (wish me luck 💀 i’ve never done a collaborative work before. very very high chance ppl will be like…i’ll pass lol).
if u are interested in this possible comic, good news! i am so so excited to draw more! idk wtf i’m doing tho (never made a full comic beyond the fanart stuff you’ve probably seen).
edit under cut
ALSOOO
a lot of the stuff in the writing might change. for example, logan used to be scottish but i decided to make him french because i felt it was more realistic for him to be Franco-Marocain (french born moroccan) since it’s a more realistic demographic.
also in general, i don’t think comics should be flooded with words, because it defeats the purpose of a visual medium. so likely a lot of the info here will not make it into the story, so it will technically NOT be canon. usually i accept that there’s sort of a venn diagram between what i know and what the character knows, and an even smaller portion of that is included in the actual story.
i’m not gonna jump the gun here and promise anything in case no one is interested and i’ll continue it as a passion project for myself.
thx for reading all this if u did 😭 i’ve been a little insane over this for weeks now
