Two years bearing the unforgiving wilderness of Hisui changed your husband in a number of ways. For starters, he’s no longer the lanky man who waited for you at the foot of the alter, but a towering figure filled out with thick muscle. You slide on your trousers. Unfamiliar scars decorate his new physique. Callouses aren’t limited to the writer’s bump on his right hand anymore, leaving both of his gentle hand rough and ragged. You pull your kimono top shut, left over right, as per custom. In the corner of your eyes you can see Ingo is as well, wearing his Pearl Clan Tunic, putting his shoes on in the genkan. He’s no longer flushed when you join him. His eyes are soft when he hands you your haori, “Are you ready to depart, dearest,” he asks as you add on the additional layer of cloth and tie it closed.

Nezuko Kamado

A human once turned demon, kindness lost to the cruel hands of fate.

As a human, the second eldest child was extremely kind and caring; like a parent to her younger siblings, putting their needs before her own. He is also protective of those he cares about, shielding those he cares about from harm with his own body.

However, turning into a demon changed them.

Nezuko, using sleep as a substitute for human meat, has too much brain fog in her mind, clouding the memories of her life when she was human- as well as turning words spoken to the demon into static. Nezuko could translate them, but it takes too much energy and time; so they prefer to speak in gestures and hums.

For more than half of the day, the demon is asleep in the box made for him, strapped onto her brother's back. Nezuko is usually sleeping, regaining energy and healing any wounds he might have gotten from previous missions her demon slayer of a brother was on.

The protective nature they once had as a human is still there as a demon, immediately getting furious at the notion of those close to him getting hurt in any way, shape, or form.

One day, this might go out of hand; a long horn sprouting from their head, muscles becoming too big, vine-like patterns crawling up their skin, and strength equal to an upper moon...

Nezuko's height fluctuates, as she's able to control her size at will - but her default height is 5'2*. Her hair is black, reaching just below her waist; three bows decorating the mass of black. Whenever he changes his size, his bones break in tiny little areas so he can shrink/grow.

Her eyes are pink, fading out just along the rims of her irises, pupils cat-like.

He adorns a light pink kimono with a hemp leaf pattern held by a red and white-checkered hanhaba obi with an orange-threaded obijime and a green obiage. Over this is a simple black haori that reaches her calves, as well as a pair of zöri with pink straps and white tabi socks, wrapped with thick pieces of black material resembling kyahan. On her mouth is a bamboo muzzle.

Nezuko usually uses their legs in a fight, but they do have a blood demon art- However, it makes the demon extremely sleepy, so they only use it for extreme situations.

Blood Demon Art: Exploding Blood. Nezuko's blood combusts into pink-colored flames at will, which have a special property that makes it only harmful to demons and objects of demon origin while being completely harmless to humans.

A/n: First fanfic post in 2022 !!! Man It feels good to get back into writing and putting more detail in the story I hope you enjoy this<3 {In this fanfic you and Aoi have a close bond} - Tsukituke

- It was a rainy day. You,Tanjiro,Zenitsu and inosuke were suppose to go training outside but sadly it was Raining.

- Inosuke was quite pissed with the news and toke all his anger out on Zenitsu as Zenitsu struggled to argue back. Tanjiro decided that he would stay inside the room with Nezuko since he had nothing in plan to do.

- You were quite pissed with the news as well but not as pissed as Inosuke was. So instead of training you decide to clean up the place and help Aoi with the chores.

- After you finished helping Aoi out with the chores you had nothing left to do. So you went inside the room you and Others shared but before you opened the door you heard Zenitsu and Inosuke arguing as you decided you didn’t wanted to be between their mess and walked away.

- While you were walking, you came across the door Tanjiro was in with Nezuko. You always wanted to see Nezuko everyday just check up on her well that was your excuse to see her but you didn’t wanted to bother the two lovely siblings in there.

- You were just about to walk off as Tanjiro opened the door and looked straight at you with a smile as you kept your plain face with with no smile at him. “Hey Y/n! Can you do me a favor and watch Nezuko? I need to go use the bathroom” You looked at him the looked at Door that was blocking you from seeing Nezuko.

-“I guess I can, After all I have nothing else plan to do” you said keeping a monotone voice “Great thanks Y/n! And I won’t take to long so don’t worry” “Okay” with that being said Tanjiro walked to the direction where the Males bathroom was.

- You opened the door seeing Nezuko sitting inside her box as she looked up to you. “Hello Nezuko, Your brother wanted me to look after you as he went to the bathroom” Nezuko just looked at you for ten seconds then Nodded her as she crawled out of her box towards you.

- You as soon as you saw Nezuko growing bigger that’s when you remembered that she was still a demon as Nezuko was wear her light pink kimono with an asanoha pattern, the lining a paler pink, secured by a red and white-checkered hanhaba obi with an orange-threaded obijime and a green obiage.Also wearing a long, dark-brown haori that reaches her calves, as well as a pair of zōri with pink straps and white tabi socks, wrapped with thick pieces of black material resembling kyahan.{ I think I added way to much detail into that Ѷ} 

- As you look up and down at her something you forgot how pretty she is. As Nezuko walk closer to you and stands beside you. As she makes a little Hum noise and looks at you with a closed eye smile as blush rise towards your cheeks as you talk with her even tho she wasn´t able to speak back to you. It sure seem like she understanded everything as you told her about how you wanted to train and wanted to cook new things and pick flowers but tried to not complain that much.

- After 2 hours of talking with Nezuko you felt more light hearted as that plain bored face you had turn into a smile with light to heavgy blush on it, After all it had ¨I´m In love¨ writen all over it. As the door open with Tanjiro as her explain that he had to stop inosuke from hurting Zenitsu and help Aoi cook the food and talked with kanao. As Tanjiro see your dumb looking smile and Light to heavy blush as you pay no attention to Tanjiro as you looked at Nezuko pretty sure Tanjiro understanded you fellen for his sister.

- Tanjiro asks if you were okay as you quickly move your head to his Direction as you retrened to you plain face as a litttle blush was on it from embrassment ¨Ah! Yes Im fine. Since your back I shall leave you back with your sister” You said in a monotone voice as you got up and went to door when Tanjiro moved aside and put his hand on your shoulder before you left ¨Hey Y/n if you want you can stay with me and Nezuko and hang out¨ You looked at Nezuko as you can see in her pure eyes that she wanted you to stay as you looked away and said ¨No thank you. I´ll like to return to my things¨ You said as you walked out of the doorway and walked into to room with Inosuke and Zentisu.

- After a few hours later it was time for dinner as everyone went to the dinner table as you told everyone you were gonna eat in the room as you sat on you bed in front of a table with your food aside as a paper and pen was in front of you. As you wrote into it...12mins later.....After you finshed writting on the paper you ate your food and gave the tray to Aoi and washed your hands as you fold the paper and put it into a envlope as you walked towards the room Nezuko was in as you slide the letter under it as you return into your room. As the letter said:

¨ Dear Nezuko, Your a old soul with beatilful young eyes, As eveytime I look into I see the hope that was waiting to overfill my despair. Your a girl who don´t need a man,Your the girl that a man needs in their life and Tanjiro is so lucky to have such a calm sister like you. As I have feelings for you for quite a while as I tried not to expresse it but now I feel like I should do. And No I´m not Zentisu, I´m someone who tries to keep everyone but Aoi away from me¨ - Unknown

- After Reading the letter, Nezuko put it in her box feeling a little bashful After reading that as Tanjiro came back from eating and played around with his sister as he sent her to bed and left.

- The Letters coutine being sent to Nezuko as more the letters came the more Nezuko fell more for this mysterious writer as The only person you told about your Romantic feelings for Nezuko was to Aoi as you know you could trust her as she saw you as a older sibling.

- That´s until Tanjiro found one the letters in Nezuko´s box when she was asleep and brought to show you,Inosuke and Zenitsu as Tanjiro was quite surprised someone else fell for his sister that wasn´t Zenitsu, As Zenitsu was full of Anger and Jealous But Inosuke didn´t really care and carry on with his life as for you. Your face and Voice showed no care but on the inside you were trying to keep calm as Now you need to plan on confessing your feelings to Nezuko.

- It was a quite a Nice day, you did all you can to help Aoi and spend time with her as she returned the favor as you want to Nezuko´s room as Tanjiro was in there as you asked to have some alone time with Nezuko as Tanjiro didn´t mind as left the room

- You confessed your feeling to her and told her all the letters came from you as Blush didn´t rise on your face but instead rised on hers. As Nezuko hug you showing that she felt the same way as you asked Nezuko to be yours as she agreed with it as Tanjiro heard everything from the other side of the door and smiled.

How does everyone feels about your relationship?:

Tanjiro Really don´t mind he´s glad that Nezuko found a Significant other. Of couse sometimes when he´s hangs around Nezuko and your there He´s kinda is a 3rd wheel but you try your best not to make him feel that way. He´s is also happy about the relationship because You don´t always have that plain face on anymore plus Tanjiro always wanted to get closer to you and now he can! Overall He really happy and Glad of you guys relationship and can´t wait to see it grow bigger when Nezuko returns back to human!

Inosuke: For real don´t see the difference so he don´t really care nor pay attention the only he actally likes and the change in you is that you´ll will train with him which he likes training with you cause your a challenge! Overall don´t care for your little relationship just wanted to train with you more.

Zenitsu: He hates it. He wanted Nezuko to be his but Now you toke her away from him! He started being rude towards you as you didn´t really care and pay him no attention which did annoy him. That´s when he learned he had to accept the fact Nezuko was taken by you and Apologized for being rude towards you as you accepted and told Zenitsu that you´ll help him find a girl cause you knew a lot of wonman after hearing that Zenitsu wanted to be your best friend lmao. Overall At first he hated but now he likes it and thinks you and Nezuko looks cute together!

Aoi: She loves it. She´s glad that she can see you with a happy smile even tho she´s not there cause you used to smile like that when you were only around her but Now you can smile with your New Significant other. Of couse Aoi had to accept the fact you won´t be able to hang out with her as much as you used to but it´s fine.

Bonus:

After when Nezuko turned back into a human she was able to spend more time with you and make flower crowns and you two would sleep and cuddle together and spend time out in the sun! Walk arounf holding hands as you now enjoyed and loved Nezuko even More as she fell in love with you all over again.

I finished my final drawing to finish my art goal for @campdigimonth!! The wip I finished was an old drawing of Sora with some flowers in a gown/dress outfit, so as you can tell, I changed quite a bit in this. I did took from an old Sora drawing I did where she wore a Kimono, so technically you can say this is a redraw too?

The wip I finished was created ‎Tuesday, ‎September ‎22, ‎2020, which was more than a year ago, so I can see a lot on how I've improved! Even though I'm not totally happy with this one, I can say that I finished this better than how I started it.

The look of... I: Osaka-Kitashinchi

Historical context Osaka was once one of the cities (if not THE city) with the biggest Geiko population in whole Japan. In 1935, around 3900 Geiko and Maiko called Osaka their home. However, the second world war, economic recession and lack of interest in traditional culture lead to their decline. In 1973, around 120 Geiko and Maiko were working in Osaka, down to only seven in 2018.

In it's heyday, Osaka had eight Hanamachi: Horie (堀江), Shinmachi (新町), Kitashinchi (北新地), and summarised as the "Nanchi Gokagai", meaning "Southern five Kagai": Kuroemon-cho (久郎右衛門町), Soemon-chô (宗右衛門町), Namba-shinchi (難波新地), Saka-cho (坂町) and Yagura-cho (櫓町). In 2021, only Kitashinchi and Nanchi (as a whole, no longer counting as "Gokagai") remain. I could not find out when Horie and Shinmachi were officially abolished as Hanamachi, but it was likely after 1988.

The highest number of Geiko and Maiko working in Kitashinchi was 500 (1935). The newest and also lowest number is six (2018). These six are, as far as I know, all elderly veteran Geiko. Two Maiko debuted in the late 2000's and became Geiko, but they have retired meanwhile. Time will tell if Kitashinchi recovers and stays active as a small Hanamachi, or if the veterans will all retire one after another, leaving Nanchi to be the last bastion of Geiko in Osaka.

So now that I’ve finally got something up for my girl, guess I have no excuse to not do her attire headcannon.

Anyways! First and foremost are her undergarments, the base of any outfit. It should be noted that Chinatsu is traditional, though with some modern and feminist ideals. Originally fundoshi is reserved for men, but she will wear them more often than any modern underwear while in a shihakusho. In a yukata or kimono, she will opt for the more traditional koshimaki. Her upper undergarments is a modified Chinese dudou; an extra string where the underside of her breast rest, allowing for it to act as some kind of bra without actually binding her chest.

Her most worn outfit is the stanrdard shihakusho. Starting from the bottom layers up, this consist of white shitagi, a pair of white tabi, and a black kosode and hakama. She has add her own personal touch however-- including a wide purple obi rather than the usual white one, and she wears a modified version of okobo in place of waraji. These okobo she wears have a red thong along with red ribbon for her to lace them up her ankle for security.

The next is her everyday yukata, to which she owns two; a dark green one with yellow flowers or a lilac-colored with willow branches. Both are worn with the same dull yellow and jade-colored obi. Outside her home, she pairs them with her signature okobo, or will opt for a more sensible pair of zori. In the colder months, she will layer herself with a thick-woven deep purple haori, which is also worn with her shihakusho sometimes. For extra warmth, she’ll even use a rabbit fur scarf.

She also a fancier kimono, but it’s only ever worn for formal gatherings, as it has an abundance of layers. Starting from the bottom is the white nagajuban with a floral-patterned collar, and a red-stripped datejima. Then next is a red hiyoku that is patterned with sakura-shaped petals and flowers. The actual kimono is a deep, rich purple with an intricate sun pattern of golds and reds. Then finally is the obi, which matches the kimono’s pattern and color. It is tied a subtle knot, symbolic of her age and maturity. Around the obi is often a a bright red obijime. Both the kimono and obi are made of a soft silk.

Her hair style changes, depending upon her outfit. In a shihakusho, it is half-up in a tight bun, sometimes braided if she’s feels up to it. She wears many different accessories in it, including a gold pin and a purple cord tied in a bow. At home, she can be found with her hair completely pulled up, pinned in place with that notable gold pin. Meanwhile, her kimono and formal hairstyle is much more intricately done up. Her whole hair is pinned and arranged up, with multiple accessories including; her gold pin, another gold pin with hanging baubles, a gold comb, and two clips on either side with pink and yellow flowers.

Though it’s often covered by her hair, she does wear a set of dangling gold earrings.

She does wear makeup almost on a daily basis; the only exception being on her days off at home. This includes a black eyeliner and mascara, some kind of subtle blush to her cheeks, red shadow at the corner of her eyes, and a bright red to her lips. In her formal wear, there’s obviously a lot more effort put into her face, including her entire face painted white and her brows lined and thickened.

Harajuku Outfit Ideas 6

It’s been some time since my last styling post, so since the next walk in SG is happening tomorrow, here’s some ideas for how to style a qipao (or cheongsam) in a more tokyo street/harajuku manner.

For those who are unsure, a qipao is a traditional Chinese garment that was popularised in the 1920s by Chinese celebrities and the upper class, but the original garment has its roots in Manchu times. (x) The slim-fitted version with the straight skirt and sometimes a slit on the side that we see today are based on the designs from Shanghai in the 20s and early 30s.

Qipao are getting easier to find nowadays, and can be bought online for an affordable price. So this is mainly for people who have qipao at home already that basically only see the light of day on CNY. The one I used in this set was something I made… for CNY… that hasn’t seen the light of day since…

As always, these are just base suggestions and they require a lot more accessories to really bring the whole thing together. And don’t forget to do your hair and makeup!

♔ Culture Mix

This first look uses a qipao as a base with a yukata layered over it. I tied a yellow obi over it, matching some of the accent colours on the yukata, and added a blue belt to match the qipao, as a more modern, replacement obijime. I also tucked a printed blue scarf into the obi to simulate an obiage.

To finish off this look, I added a pearl bag and a pearl necklace. This could do with more pearl or pearl-coloured accessories, maybe a pair of earrings or a headband. Or alternatively, the accessories could be more chunky and match the accent colours of either the yukata or the qipao.

A nice makeup look could be more classic Chinese movie star type, red lips and thick winged liner with straight brows, and hair could be shorter or curled in a 20s style.

For this look, I decided to go all colourful, and head in a more maximalist direction, but if you want to go more monochrome or with less colours for your coord, that’s perfectly fine too. Just remember to match the hair, makeup and accessories to your look.

♔ Shimmering Sheers

This look has a sheer metallic blouse with bishop sleeves under the qipao with the shirt collar over the mandarin collar of the qipao for more dimension. I also added a sheer skirt over the qipao, which is decorated with stars and constellations.

For accessories, I went with metallic plastic necklaces which can be gotten cheaply from secondhand stores, and 2 belts that help to tie the look together. There’s also a wide-brimmed hat and clear blue shades, as well as a pair of white shoes. If you’re wearing this for the walk, I would suggest something with lower heels or even white sneakers.

Makeup for this look can be more glossy, with sparkly or metallic eyeshadows that give a simulated gloss look without the mess. And hair should be kept simple so it doesn’t distract from the silhouette.

The key point of this look as the sheer layers, so if you use this idea, remember to keep those layers there, but play with colour and length to give different effects.

♔ Rocker Chic

This last look uses the qipao as the main focal point, and it’s done so that it’s the only colourful part of the look. The rest of the look is black and white, with a tulle skirt under the qipao and a faux leather jacket over it for a bit of a rocker/edgy vibe. The bag also has studs on it and it matches the black leather belt.

This look is paired with some black boots, but most other black shoes should work too. This look could use accessories like leather or lace bracelets or chokers, and even fishnet stockings would look really cool.

The makeup and hair should be more edgy, more black, with hints of colour to match the qipao.

Feel free to experiment with different colours and silhouettes of your coords, the qipao typically has a very straight and slim silhouette, so it would be good to try and add more layers to give the outfit more dimension. Alternatively, use a qipao with a flare skirt, that can also provide other options for making coords.

[This is my oc Chisuke. She is Nezuko's older twin sister, they are identical twins with only a few differences. I do not own this image]

-Her full name is Chisuke Kamado. She is the elder twin sister (by 5 minutes) of Nezuko Kamado. She was turned into a demon at 14 years old and is now currently 17 years old, being a demon for the past 3 years.

=Appearance=

-She is a beautiful young woman with fair skin, visibly large, prominent fangs, a slender build, and sharp, stiletto nails with a base color of light purple and ombre fading to a dark purple color at the end where they point. She has a small beauty mark located on the left of her face below her lower lip.

Her hair is long, black, and wavy. It reaches just below her waist, turning a dark purple color as it passes her elbows, and appears to be crimped into large, straight ridges, worn side-swept drastically to her left. She has soft-looking, pale purple eyes that appear a lighter color around the rims of their irises, slanted downward toward the sides of her face and framed by notably long eyelashes, the pupils of which can appear slit as she transforms.

Chisuke can sometimes be shown with more than one bow. She is slightly taller than her sister standing roughly at 5'2. She has a slightly curvier and busty figure compared to her sister (her measurements being Bust 75 cm (30) Waist 54 cm (21) Hips 78 cm (31) Bra Size 30 B Cup).

According to her elder brother Tanjiro Kamado, Chisuke was known as a great beauty in their home town.

She wears a dark purple kimono with an asanoha (hemp leaf) pattern, the lining a pale purple, secured by a red and white-checkered hanhaba obi with an orange-threaded obijime and a green obiage. Over this, she sports a long, dark-brown haori that reaches her calves, as well as a pair of zōri with purple straps and white tabi socks, wrapped with thick pieces of black material resembling kyahan. Chisuke also wears a small purple ribbon on the left side of her head to keep her hair out of her face, along with the bamboo muzzle Giyu Tomioka gave her, which is secured around her jaw with a strip of red cloth.

When Chisuke transforms into her awakened form during her fight with Daki, she has a bigger, taller and even more curvaceous body and has longer hair that reaches to her feet. She loses her bamboo muzzle and footwear, as well as the sleeves of her haori and kimono. She grows a short white horn on the right side of her forehead designed with an irregular crack pattern, along with vein-like patterns in her forehead near her horn. She has a vein-like pattern around her left eye, but her most striking new feature is the red and green vine-like pattern that covers her skin, circling around her arms, legs, and chest.

As a human, she had a very similar appearance, the only differences being her lack of demon-like traits, purple-colored hair, and pale purple eyes. Instead, Chisuke had fully black hair, worn tied back in three low buns, decorated by purple ribbons, and had eyes that were dark purple to light purple. She wore the same kimono, just without her haori and with a white Onbuhimo cloth tied around her, which she used to carry her little brother, Rokuta Kamado, on her back when her sister was either helping out with other chores or grew tired/back hurt. After becoming human again, these features return, with the exception of her hair which seems to retain its dark purple tips, a feature that would be passed down to her descendant, Chiyo.

=Personality=

-Chisuke's original personality as a human was that of a kind and caring girl who thought of others before herself much like her older brother, Tanjiro and twin Nezuko. Additionally, she was a responsible elder sister to her younger siblings and often put their needs first rather than her own. Chisuke is, however, not afraid to get in harm's way, protecting her friends from demons even after being returned to a human state. It is also shown that Chisuke's humane, laid-back demeanor supports this fact after Tanjiro apologized to her. She was also known for being full of wisdom and wit, she was very intelligent, wise, and shrewd being able to come up with solutions and actions within seconds of being in a situation. She was also very compassionate and gentle, but like her mother could be quite stern when taking care of her younger siblings.

While Chisuke initially starts off like any other demon, bloodthirsty and hungry for human flesh, after seeing her brother's desire to protect her from being killed by a Demon Slayer despite her being a demon, she changes completely and becomes fiercely protective of him. Chisuke seems to have forgotten a good portion of her memories as a human, besides those related to her family, and thus doesn't retain the exact personality she had before transformation, instead acting akin of a child (well not entirely a child, she still has her maturity). She is still very caring and protective towards humans who she sees as members of her family, although this is mainly due to the influence Sakonji Urokodaki had on her while she was asleep for two years. Chisuke also retains some of her human emotions, as she has been seen to cry when sad and smile when happy, but in general she appears more detached than her human cohorts, although she is still much calmer and less malicious than most demons. Chisuke also tends to see the images of her siblings in other humans, like Rokuta in Yushiro. However, Chisuke has retained her quick-mind and shrewd nature for she is still able to come up with solutions and actions within seconds of being in a situation, even if they can be extremely reckless and impulsive/emotional.

Since becoming a demon, Chisuke appears to have become rather brazen, and does not seem to fear fighting; she fiercely guards her brother as well as her allies. She has also developed a strong willpower, which can be seen through her refusal to consume human flesh or blood, even in cases of extreme injury or exposure to human blood, which can be seen when she refuses Sanemi Shinazugawa after he attempts to lure her into biting him with his Marechi blood. Her strong willpower remains even when she is no longer a demon, shown when she willingly leaps in front of Inosuke to protect him from her own brother, who had become a demon and was attempting to kill those around him. Though she could have been killed, Chisuke did not hesitate to protect her brother and _______________________.

On the rare occasion that Chisuke attempts speech, she has been seen to stutter a lot, which may be due to her bamboo mouthpiece, which is seldom removed, and the fact that she didn't speak for a number of years after her transformation. However, after developing resistance towards sunlight, which allows her to go outside and interact with others more often, her speech has shown signs of improvement and she is able to fully pronounce words if someone else has just spoken to them or hears them repeated frequently enough.

It was later revealed by Tamayo that her missing memories and underdeveloped personality were due to her being not fully conscious, as she prioritized developing her resistance to sun to regaining her consciousness.

=Abilities=

[Overall abilities]

Despite not being a member of the Twelve Kizuki, Chisuke is a very powerful demon. Her most prominent trait is her extraordinary growth rate, due to the high amount of blood she received from Muzan Kibutsuji when he turned Chisuke into a demon. This was shown across many battles where she could defeat her enemies despite being overwhelmed by them in the beginning. She has been shown to defeat her enemies by increasing her own physical capabilities, enhancing her regeneration, or developing her own Blood Demon Art in dire situations.

Chisuke has displayed great combat proficiency and skill in battle, overpowering the Temple Demon, Swamp Demon, and Susamaru. Later on, her power further augmented to the point where she could fight against the likes of the Upper Ranks of the Twelve Kizuki, such as Daki, whom she easily managed to overpower despite initially being no match for her, and Hantengu's clones, who she could fight on equal grounds with.

[Demon Abilities]

Abnormal Demon Physiology: Chisuke has several unique traits that set her apart from all other demons. Most notably, Chisuke can continuously restore her power without consuming any human blood like any other demon would need to do. Instead, she recovers her strength through sleep alone, though she would have to spend a lot of time sleeping in order to recuperate and regain her power. Moreover, Chisuke has an extraordinary growth rate, as shown multiple times when she grows stronger without any training or consuming humans. This ability is shown to trigger even in the midst of battle and with huge power boosts. Her rapid growth in power was first displayed during her battle against Susamaru; though her foot was initially blown off by the Temari Demon's ball attack, upon regenerating, she was able to take the force of her attack and engage the demon in a back-and-forth skirmish that she was even able to come out of triumph.

Advanced Demon Form: Chisuke has the ability to enter a berserk state where she becomes more demonic in appearance, transforming into an adult version of herself with vine-like tattoos that circle her body, a single horn protruding from her right forehead side. Chisuke's physical capabilities in this state are drastically increased to the point where she could sever Daki's limbs by stomping on them and kick her from extremely far distances, destroying multiple buildings in the process. Her regenerative abilities also become on par with those of the Upper Ranks of the Twelve Kizuki. When she first awakened this ability in her fight with Daki, she became frenzied in battle, lost her usual restraint to human blood, and only reverted back to normal when Tanjiro sung her a lullaby. She eventually became able to transform into her Advanced Demon Form while maintaining her usual composure and keep herself from feeding on or attacking humans.

Sunlight Immunity: Like all demons, Chisuke was initially weak to sunlight, and her body would completely disintegrate should she be exposed to it. As a result, she could only go out during the night or areas with low sunlight. During her battle with Hantengu, she suddenly managed to develop an immunity to sunlight, allowing her to be active regardless of whether she was in the sun or not, and giving her the title of "The Chosen Demon" (選ばれし鬼 Erabareshi Oni?) by Muzan Kibutsuji.

Blood Control: In addition to her Blood Demon Art, Chisuke has shown in her Advanced Demon Form to have control of her own blood's viscosity. When her limbs and head were severed and she was going to be attacked by Daki further, Chisuke managed to control her limbs and head by congealing and solidifying the blood spraying from them before the streams could break apart. She was able to command her limbs to grab and stop Daki's sashes, and, even though it was done with floating, severed limbs connected by blood, she was able to do it with such strength that the sashes were stopped dead in their tracks. She was then able to pull all of her limbs back together through those blood streams, allowing her body to regenerate.

Immense Regeneration: As a demon, Chisuke has enhanced regenerative abilities that allow her to heal in the blink of an eye. When she first became a demon, her regeneration was relatively slow compared to other demons, taking a few moments to heal her wounds. However, once in her awakened state, her regeneration ability evolved to the point it matched the caliber of the Upper Ranks of the Twelve Kizuki, allowing her to reconnect her whole torso and body parts as well as regrow her arms and legs instantaneously. Daki noted that Chisuke's regeneration surpassed her own.

Size Alteration: Upon being transformed into a demon, Chisuke displayed the basic ability to change and alter her body's size and height. She was able to shrink herself into the physical size of a small child in order to fit inside a small box or a basket and could also enlarge herself into a much bigger form.

[Physical Abilities]

Immense Strength: Chisuke possesses naturally enhanced physical strength as a demon. Even after her recent transformation and with little sleep to recover, she was strong enough to decapitate the Temple Demon with a kick. Chisuke punched the Swamp Demon hard enough to cause him to cough blood, and was capable of overwhelming the demon with powerful punches and kicks. As she has no previous combative experience, Chisuke relies on brute strength, using her legs as her main weapon to deliver fast and strong kicks. She has also been shown to increase her strength in battles during dire situations, like strengthening her legs to kick back Susamaru's handballs despite having her legs torn off by them earlier.

In her Advanced Demon Form, she could pierce through Daki's durable body with a single kick and was able to hold down her obi with her bare limbs; these same obi were powerful enough to wreak massive destruction across a city. In her battle against Upper Rank Four Hantengu, Chisuke was capable of attacking the demon's clones on equal grounds, kicking Karaku's mouth and partially severing his head, grappling with Aizetsu, and leap high enough into the air to save Tanjiro Kamado when Zohakuten's giant dragons tried to crush him.

[Fighting style]

Skilled Hand-to-hand Combat: Despite having no known fighting experience prior to becoming a demon, Chisuke is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant. Her fighting style mainly revolves around the use of her powerful legs to deliver devastating blows and her sharp nails. Since transforming into a demon, she has been a major contributor to battles fought by Tanjiro, frequently assisting in the occasion that he is overwhelmed by an opponent.

[Blood Demon Art]

Explosive Blood: Chisuke has two Blood Demon Arts. The first Blood Demon Art is similar to her sisters for allows her to explode and ignite her blood into purple-colored flames at will. Her flames have a special property which makes them only harmful to demons, objects belonging to demons, and Blood Demon Arts while being completely harmless to humans and other objects. These flames can hamper the regeneration of other demons, as shown when Daki's burns took much longer to heal than traditional wounds. Chisuke's Blood Demon Art was also able to neutralize Gyutaro's poison to save Inosuke Hashibira and Tengen Uzui from dying. Her flames also have the ability to temporarily turn Nichirin Swords bright red, increasing the strength of attacks inflicted by them. She can create explosions strong enough to destroy buildings and produce flames hot enough to melt metal such as Nichirin Swords. A drawback to Chisuke's Blood Demon Art is that overuse of it can cause her to fall asleep.

Wisteria Blood: Chisuke's Blood Demon Art allows her to turn her blood into Wisteria Poison and/or liquid wisteria harmful to other demons and can aid humans. Her can extract is from her blood either being already spilled or she can extract the wisteria poison and/or liquid wisteria from any part of her body, and thanks to the additional content of potassium, the poison/liquid wisteria is easily ignited burns/produces purple flames. This demon art will kill, destroy, and harm demons but can protect and heal humans. Just like her Blood Demon Art Explosive Blood, if she overuses this Blood Demon Art, it can cause her to fall asleep.

=Taisho Era Secrets=

-Chisuke, along with her twin sister, is the first demon to ever be a member of the demon slayer corps.

-The first kanji of Chisuke's name means "Blood" (血Chi). Whereas the second kanji means "help" (助 suke) which also means "shell, shellfish" as well as "aid or assistance". The first kanji of her last name translates to a traditional Japanese wood or charcoal-fuelled cookstove/furnace (竈かまkama?), while the second kanji means "door" (門どdo?).

-The fact that her surname translates to the word for a wood-fueled furnace is likely a reference to her family's occupation prior to their demise.

-If she’s not called Chisuke she’s nicknamed/called Suke.

-Chisuke is the only child to inherit her mother's purple eyes and a small beauty mark located on the left of her face below her lower lip like her mother. She also inherited a hard head like her mother and brother. Her head is actually stronger than Tanjiro's for just like her mother, she was able to kill a large boar with a headbutt when she was just a toddler. Don't mess with her or you'll get a worse headbutt than what Tanjiro gave you.

-The reason Chisuke's hair isn't bound up now that she's a demon is because Tanjiro is not that good at doing it for her and she cannot do it herself now. The accessory she has at the front is the one piece Tanjiro can do well for her, and since Nezuko doesn't remove it, it stays on.

-Chisuke gets really happy when her hair is braided like Mitsuri Kanroji's. Tanjiro is shown trying to braid it for her after Chapter 105.

-Chisuke always dreams of her family, Giyu and Inosuke, as well as other people who have been nice to her will make appearances as well. However, she hates Zenitsu so she doesn't dream of him.

-Before becoming a demon, Takeo Kamado once asked Chisuke about her ideal man. She replied by saying "My ideal man is someone who is serious but is also warm and kind. A man who can be shy and awkward, showing his affectionate, soft, and warm side to me" (severe foreshadowing)

-Chisuke is good at hide and seek. When she and her and her siblings play the game and she's hiding, no one can find her to the point where they start to cry and worry and she has to come out of her spot.

-Chisuke loves sweets, her favorite food is Hanami dango (花見団子, Three-Color Dango), Hanami dango are sweet mochi rice dumplings on a skewer, and each of them has a different color – pink is used to symbolize cherry blossoms, white represents the remaining snow of the past winter, and green is used as a herald of spring, representing the color of young grass.

-Chisuke has a stronger resistance to her hunger compared to her sister, when Shinazugawa tries to lure her into feeding him, she was seen to swallow thickly and took off her muzzle and asked, although she stutters and sounds bad since she hasn't spoken for two years at that point, if he was alright and heals his arm. She puts her muzzle back on after. Her sister had to dig her nails into hand drawing blood while drooling and turn her head while Chisuke didn't have too. To put it bluntly, everyone stared at her in awe and bewilderment when she did that.

-Chisuke was able to recognized Giyu when she met him again after not seeing him for two years.

-In Kimetsu Academy, Chisuke is a girl who's known to bite baguettes and keeps it in her mouth, referencing her bamboo muzzle.
