The last day of #StarWarYogis is here! And with it the world will see the end of a saga that entertained two generations of Jedi! . "Dark side unnatural abilities" is a wide theme, but to me is very clear, and it can be summarized in one word. Appeal. All great stories must have a great villain, and all villains must have something appealing, to move masses to their side. One of them, indeed, is Kylo: with all his trauma, his parents' expectations, his pull to the light, and all that he's inherited from his grandfather, it was obvious he would be a great villain. And we need to thank Adam Driver, who brilliantly portrayed him. Kylo is easily one of my favorites of the whole saga. Day 2 : low lunge ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #OpenHeartSummer August 26-30 ♥️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Passed out with the sun again but woke up feeling better than yesterday. Low lunge is a pose you’ll find yourself in in almost every yoga class you’ll take. There are so many things to do with it, including just leaning forward and letting your body feel what it can do (swipe). When I’m really tight, I can feel the stretch from the back of my neck all the way to the bottom of my feet.
