Sherlock & Watson are pretty queer, right? They can’t hold a candle to E.W. Hornung’s A.J. Raffles and “Bunny” Manders stories, written roughly contemporaneously to Doyle’s Holmes stories. I’ve been recording the first book, The Amateur Cracksman, the gentleman-thief to Holmes’s gentleman-detective, and it’s just been a hell of a great time.

I have no idea how to reach an audience that is interested in public domain audiobooks (mostly I’m trying to keep to queer authors, and/or queer-coded character features), but, like, tumblr is a mountain better than birdapp, right? Anyway, love these stories, final story of the book (#8, The Gift of the Emperor) will release this next Monday morning, so no time like now to get all read-up on it!
