South of Midnight is in development for Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store). A release date has yet to be announced. It will also be available via Xbox Game Pass.
Overview
From the creators of Contrast and We Happy Few, South of Midnight is a spellbinding third person action-adventure game set in the American Deep South. As Hazel, you will explore the mythos and encounter creatures of Southern folklore in a macabre and fantastical world. When disaster strikes her hometown, Hazel is called to become a Weaver: a magical mender of broken bonds and spirits. Imbued with these new abilities, Hazel will confront and subdue dangerous creatures, untangle the webs of her own family’s shared past and—if she’s lucky—find her way to a place that feels like home.

OD - TGA 2023 Teaser Trailer
Kojima Productions' OD is currently in development. Platforms and a release date were not announced.
Overview
A Hideo Kojima game, OD explores the concept of testing your fear threshold, and what it means to OD on fear – while blurring the boundaries of gaming and film. The new teaser for OD also reveals Sophia Lillis (Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves), Hunter Schaffer (Euphoria) and Udo Kier (Flesh for Frankenstein), who will play the lead roles in the upcoming project.
