Oh do I have some

-I already made a post about this, but hunters are pretty much the reason the Men in Black urban legends exist, the MIBs are described as usually driving older model cars - something a lot of hunters tend to do. Sam and Dean themselves have probably been mistaken for the MIB more times than we'll ever know

-Hunters have their own sort of specialty regions, the Winchesters predominantly cover the Midwest and upper west coast sometimes (WA and OR were the settings of multiple episodes) but some cover places like the entire east coast, Mid-Atlantic, Carolinas, West coast, southwest, Four corners, and so forth

-National Parks are hotbeds for monsters to actively hunt, Hunters routinely are checking for stories of sightings, disappearances, or deaths

-There's entire religious organizations that totally train hunters in secret, viewing hunting as an obligation or duty to God, Jesus, Allah, what have you

-The MoL expand far beyond US and Britain, likely in places like Mexico, Japan, India, Bangladesh, ect. They're just wrapped up in their own affairs to have intervened in the main plot. Each have their own rituals, practices, and ceremonies

-Not related to hunters, but for every monster species that can blend in there are 2-3 more that are more feral, and unable to do so.

-Hunter culture is not too dissimilar to Biker culture, new hunters get their balls busted by veterans constantly, think how various biker groups are with Prospects

Okay, let’s talk about like…hunter culture headcanons.

Let’s talk about what hunter culture is like. I would assume there’s some pretty disparate subcultures too – between independent hunters like Sam and Dean Winchester, and then more organized ones like the British Men of Letters. I suppose government sponsored ones like the Initiative would be different too, and so would religious organizations like the Order of the Cruciform Sword.

So. Tell me what you think those cultures are like. Any details you can think up, let your imaginations go wild!
