#teachingofjesusoftheday: Matthew 5:10 "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." This is a verse that is hard to fathom if you haven't been persecuted. Can you imagine being hunted down, spit at, murdered and have all other kinds of atrocities happen to you and your loved ones just because of your faith Jesus? If we are to be honest, no. We haven't experience such persecution, so this scripture is nothing more than a theory. However, there will come a time, which I believe will happen soon, when the prophesied anti-Christ will arise and hunt down all true believers in Jesus. It will be the greatest tribulation that ever occurred in all of human history. Some believe that they won't go through this time of tribulation, rather they would be raptured before-hand. However, this is not scriptural. Jesus makes it clear that immediately after the tribulation of those days will we see the sign of the son of man coming in the sky to gather his elect (Matthew 24). So all of us WILL be here to go through this tribulation. That is why it is important to meditate on scriptures like this. Jesus is trying to encourage and remind us that persecution equals God's blessing. Because we love God so much, we are being hunted down and killed for our faith, instead of giving in to the wicked present system. This is more than getting up for Sunday church meetings and Wednesay Bible studies. This is talking about having faith strong enough to literally DIE for it. The same faith that all people suffer when they speak and practice truth in a world or society that has rejected it. Will you stand and die for your faith? Amen?

We only need to look at someones eye to know where their heart is (Matthew 6:20-21). We must keep our eyes fixed heavenly and focused on the only one who can bring peace, love, joy, and salvation. That person being: Jesus Christ

#teachingofjesusoftheday: Matthew 5:9, "Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." Do you want to become a child of God? We must learn to seek peace, not strife. To build one another up, not to tear down. To stand for the truth, and expose the lies. By actively seeking and causing peace will give you the opportunity to be called a child of God. Notice the wording Jesus uses. He says, "they SHALL BE CALLED children of God." Who will be the one calling them children of God. I think God is the right answer, however, I believe it is indicating something else. Those around us will be affected by our desire to seek for peace so much; they will be forced to say, as the roman centurion said bout Jesus on the cross, "He really is/was the son (child) of God". Our very personality will exhibit what people will believe is something only a seed of God will do. This is very inspiring to think and meditate deeply about. Actively seek how you can bring peace in the immediate world around you. As you do this in the immediate world around you, don't stop there; seek to fulfill the great commission by going "into all the world preaching the gospel". Let us bring peace to the world around us. Amen.

#teachingofjesusoftheday 📜Matthew 5:8, "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God."📜 What does it mean to be pure in heart? 🤔 Let us explore this question. 🧐 1. Honest ✊ 2. Child-like faith 👶 3.Open to correction 🗣👨‍🏫 4.Shows love 😍 1) I think a key aspect of being pure is being honest. Honesty is something that only WE truly know about ourselves. We know when we are holding back the truth or are telling a lie to get out of a situation. Some of us have gotten so good at it that we don't even know were doing it! Someone truly pure in heart will seek to be honest before God, themselves, and others. 2) This is another word for trust. But trust in whom? Jesus, of course. It is true that people can lie and hurt us, but Jesus won't do that. If we put all of our trust in Jesus, then we will do WHATEVER he asks us to do with complete faith that he knows what is best. 3) Being open to correction is a key aspect of being a child. Remember, unless we are converted and become like little children, we cannot enter the Kingdom of Heavan. Being flexible in our attitutes as kids are will allow us to grow and change as God commands. He will turn us into a new person; but if we resist, God himself won't override our free will. 4) This almost goes without saying. Genuine love will leave someone pure and clean before the eyes of God and others. Do you agree with my 4 points? If so, drop a comment!👇👇👇 If not, let's talk. .

What is our eye focused on? This needs to be a very important question that we honestly come before God and ask. We are bright if we are focusing on the light. We are in darkness if we are focusing on darkness. What is your eye gazing at today?

Mercy is a lost virtue. We are taught revenge and vengeance is how to handle situations in today's world. But is it really? Do we really feel satisfied when we blow away someone and 'give them what they deserve?' If we are honest with ourselves, the same punishment we are wanting to dish out onto others is ther very same thing WE ourselves are guilty of (if not the same thing, something very similar). We were just lucky enough to not get caught, unlike the unfortunate fella we condemn. Learning to see our own faults as a lifestyle, will help us form compassion, empathy, sympathy, and all other virtues that are needed in today's world. It all start with changing yourself, and #God will help show you how to change the world around you.

The same way we seek for food after not eating for days, we should seek after God. The same way we seek after water after not drinking for a few days, we should seek after God. Like a treasure hunter looking for gold, should our mind be searching and finding true righteousness. God's righteousness. The kind of righteousness that God himself will be happy to say, "I am happy to call you my son." Be still today and listen to God. Open your Bibles and read the teachings of Jesus found in the 4 gospels. There are many teachings that Jesus gave to show us how we can get in touch with our Heavenly Father. God bless your search for the #truth. .

📜1 Corinthian 14:33📜 “For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.” This is a very important scripture to meditate on.  It gives us a reason to be orgnized and self-disciplined. 💪 If your belongins are disorganized, then that is a reflection of what if happening inside you.  Isn’t there a sense of peace you get when everything has a place and everything is in its place?  Remember, Peace is one of the fruit’s of the spirit. Therefore, we must strive to make our lives as peaceful as possible. Organization it a key aspect of acheiving overall peace. Let us therefore crucify our old selves with its old habits (laziness, disorganization, etc) and become a new person having our identity in Christ. Keep enthused about changing, and #God will help you when you fall short.

Full video here: http://bit.ly/Climatechange1o1
The climate change emergency is a major issue at this point in history. Secular and religious climate scientists agree that something needs to be done to protect the state of the planet, and the future of life. Despite all the evidence for global warming, many people believe in a “climate change hoax”, which argues that all of the data collected by climate scientists has been misinterpreted, distorted, or simply fabricated. This video seeks to clarify the truth about manmade climate change in simple terms. It is the first part in a series looking at the effects of climate change and other major world issues, as they relate to Bible prophecy.

#teachingofJesus of the day - This teaching helps us understand the importance on seeking God during our times of struggle. It is easy to have a cloudy mind during these emotional time period (like when you are mourning a loss of a loved one) but Jesus wants us to be assured that God does love us and will comfort us. This scripture should inspire anyone who is currently feeling like all hope is lost. Don’t give up! Stay faithful to God and listen to His voice speaking to your soul. Amen.

#Faithfulness. Literally means ‘full of faith.“ Success and glory doesn’t happen overnight. Even #jesus spent 3 and ½ years preaching until he died a gruesome death. Now is has been raised in glory… and so can you! keep the faith, even in the face of failure.
