Defenseless Soldier
Part 4
Some Mature themes; Dominant LocusxFreelancer Reader. Dub-con, choking, murder, swearing, slapping, rough-housing, A little bit of Stockholm syndrome, manipulation.
.
.
.
After some time from recovering after Felix's attack, I was allowed to go out and do the usual things I was used to do. Unfortunately for me, either Locus had to be right by me or a guard that I wasn't comfortable with, but when am I not at this fucking place?
Total dump.
Just taking strolls with a guy who's bored out of his mind, hearing him complain and him wanting to leave. Just hearing him makes me want to leave, but.. I guess I was kind of in his position. Being stuck with someone and do things you didn't want to do, that's what I'm living with. That's what I have to live with at least.
I pitied him, but I wondered who pitied me when I was forced here. Or, well I guess I came on my own. That was my stupidity. Just like Wash- forget him. I can't remember him right now, not now at least.
It was better to just walk this off then to have someone in your memory and possibly give you some sort of attack. But my mind immediately slipped away when the guy whose name was Don, groaned behind me asking me when we could leave already. I stopped myself in my tracks to which he did too, and heard a deep, frustrating sigh from me.
I turned around and faced him, sounding like I was fed up with him.
"You know what, how about.. you sit over there, or go back to base."
"But I'm not supposed to leave you without sight, ma'am-" Don tried to make reason but was immediately interrupted by me.
"If you don't.. shut the fuck up, I'll leave you on purpose and make it so you're the one at fault. Understood? Now stop complaining and go." I demanded as I got sick of his shit. I pointed my finger over to a direction which I knew would lead him back to base. He looked over at the entrance, then back towards me.
"You promise?"
"Just go!"
Don immediately left, leaving me to be alone in a Canyon that I could easily escape out of. The first step was finding how to.
I looked around my surroundings to see any open spots and found one not too far from me. I started to jog towards it to see how far that entree way would go. I just hope that the stupid guy doesn't say a word, or hopefully won't notice how long I'll be gone for. After all, escaping is the best way of separating from your captor! I just will have to do it a bit more solidly and smoothly.
___
"What do you mean she told you to leave, the fuck were you thinking?!" Felix slammed his fist on the table as he was infuriated with the soldier in front of him. It has been twenty minutes since I had left and the soldier decided to tell his boss about it. Unfortunately for him, this would be his last day.
"You, I put you up for her to watch her.. You failed that, how oblivious do you got to be, to be fooled by the prisoner." Locus roughly spoke as he stood next to Felix who was having a laughing meltdown. Don gulped, his posture became stiff and frozen and both his hands were straight as a stick.
"I- I didn't know what I was thinking.. sirs.." Don admitted to the both of them as he felt guilty about leaving Y/n with no one else to watch her. Locus shook his head lightly as he was disappointed; he should've known better.
Felix came up to Don and glided his combat knife around the soldier's neck, tracing it along his jugular. "What do you say, when you make a big mistake?"
He didn't have any words to say, which only infuriated Felix even more. He completely switched his character around, grabbing his pistol immediately and shot Don at the center of his head, causing a sigh to leave from Locus. "I've had enough of these idiots–" Felix stated.
"And I've had enough of you, now let's get going.." The other mercenary said as he started to trail off outside in search of finding the person he had originally taken. Felix came along as well but he was undoubtedly annoyed, especially with y/n.
___
"That's it... That's the plan?" Grif asked as he was genuinely confused and also dumbfounded, like the lazy bastard he was. Didn't bother to properly listen–though he found the plan to be dumb. Church looked over at Grif and sighed like he's had to deal with this before, but unfortunately he has.
"Yes Grif.. That's the plan."
Sarge intruded in, his rough sounding voice came apparent in the conversation that he already was in. "With the means of those diabolical mercenaries, I'll for surely kick their asses and have them put in solitary confinement! Where they'll have nothing to do but sing lullabies to each other like the crazy men they are.." He said before mumbling things that sounded clinically insane, mumbling gibberish and whatever that no one wouldn't want to listen too.
Caboose chimed in with a random applause, being all too happy with himself; meanwhile for the others they all looked at each other, wondering if this would even work. Carolina looked at Washington for a moment, debating if they'll ever agree to this crazy idea that her, Church and Wash thought of. But, Wash wasn't there. It was like he had just disappeared without a trace.
Carolina looked around but didn't see him in sight, though she wondered where he had run off too. If he didn't show back up sooner or later, then all or just her would go looking for him.
-
Strolling around the dirt path that they landed on, all he could think about was her.
Her.
Her.
Her..
She was just there, stuck in his mind as he failed to realize the outcome of his actions. He became frustrated and distraught with the whole thing, he just wasn't in his head. He was a Freelancer, he knew she couldn't have turned on him. Yet, here she was playing as some toy to Felix and them. Washington was in a state of denial, and that wasn't good for him in a situation like this.
Until a thought hit him.
Did he like her?
No, that wasn't the answer. It isn't the word like, it was something else and he couldn't think of it. What was that wo–
As he was deep in thought, someone came crashing into him and both fell tumbling down onto the ground. Wash fell onto his back whilst the other laid on top of him. It was of course an accident, but it seemed to him that this person was in a hurry. He lifted his head up and looked at who had crashed into him, thinking it may have been Caboose.
Wait–were his eyes deceiving him? Was he imagining things or was this a dream?
Laying on top of him was Agent Alaska, all tired and exhausted like she ran a marathon. Though her armor and everything were a different colour and style, he knew it was her just by the way she breathed. She too was shocked to see Wash in front of her, not expecting a friend of hers to be under her alive and breathing.
"Wash– you're.."
"Y/n– you.. you escaped, how did you–"
Before Wash could say another word, I immediately shushed him and quickly had him stand up. I ushered him over to a pillar and the both of us hid behind there. He was confused and was wanting to ask questions to his friend but wasn't answered right away. I was concentrating on the noise that I had heard not even a moment ago and I knew that I was being followed; I just couldn't figure out who.
Wash became suspicious of my actions but knew that whatever I was doing, was for the right cause. Someone was following her, he thought. He peeked around the corner to see who was following me, but he already had his suspicions from the start. From running with armor, to shushing him and hiding, he suspected that it was both the mercenaries that were traitors to Chorus and the civilians on it.
And on queue, both Felix and Locus came jogging out of the entree way that I originally ran out of. Felix was looking around the deserted Canyon, searching with his eyes to see me. He had his eyes on me earlier and chased me down, but that came to an end once he lost track of me. It was just a game of cat and mouse, as usual where the cat always catches the mouse.
Could it be a twist, or shall I fall under the same fate where I don't have any way out. Who knows.
"Damnit Y/n! Get your fucking ass over here or I'll kill you!" Felix yelled in a temperament, his wild and flaming exterior getting the better of him with raging emotions. He had his rifle up that was fully loaded and ready to shoot whatever and whoever he saw, and he certainly didn't care if he shot the poor little girl's foot. He'd stabbed her once, he wasn't afraid to do it again.
Locus on the other hand, was continuing to look around the area until he spotted something at the corner of his eye. Bringing up his sniper rifle and zooming in the lenses, he was damn sure he could see a figurative shadow by the edge of the pillar. He whistled and caught the attention of Felix.
He flicked his head to look over and saw where Locus was looking at, making Felix grin under his helmet. Both had already begun their move and me and Wash didn't have enough time. I turned over to him and started to whisper to him as fast as I could, trying to bring out every word possible.
"Okay wash, I needyoutoquicklygetbehindtheotherpillarandIwillstaybehindthis one, and this will give one of them an advantage to shoot at you. Once they are distracted I'll go after the other.. don't get hit Wash.." I explained this to him as I was loading my pistol with new ammo. My partner didn't quite understand what the fuck was going on and wanted to ask questions, but he knew there wasn't enough time for that.
"Will you.."
"I'll try, Wash.. tell the team I'm not leaving them." I sternly told him before I nudged him to get going. He didn't quite leave yet and it took a few kicks for him to get moving; he was like a dog but just lost without his owner. He turned around and hastily made his way to the other pillar, easily catching Felix's attention.
Locus was focused on the other too, but with only a glance he could tell it wasn't Agent Alaska. He was confused, looking back and forth from the two spots. Alaska couldn't have changed her armor colour so hastily, and seeing the tint of yellow made him have his suspicions. He knew who it was and without hesitation he pulled the trigger. A loud thunderous bang was heard and with the quick stab to his shoulder, Wash fell down to the side and hid behind the pillar clutching his arm.
This immediately lured Y/n to come out of her hiding spot, but she didn't go running towards Wash. She had her plan and she was damn good at planning it out, so with the next best thing to happen, she leaned her way out and fired her shots at Ortez. He held his sniper rifle steadily and tried to hit me with his bullet, but I easily dodged it and hid behind the pillar once more.
I couldn't hit the damn bastard, he was dodging them like a skilled soldier he was; alongside the fact that he was also hiding behind a rock. He had coverage, and with every shot I used to try and hit him, it ended up just hitting the wall behind him or the one upfront. After minutes of just trying to shoot at each other, he enabled his camouflage. He knew I couldn't get him if he was invisible, so all I had were my institutions and answers. As I continued to fire my pistol that banged loudly in my ears, I eventually ran out of bullets and attempted to put more ammo into my pistol. My hand grabbed at my hip as to where my mags were at, filled and loaded with a deadly lethality, I grabbed one and attempted to reload my gun back up.
Before I could even reload, I was tackled down by Felix once more and landed on my stomach, causing me to groan and hiss in pain. It was where I was cut, and it sure felt like hell when he was sat on top of me and pulling my arms to my back painfully. I thrashed under him, kicking at his back and trying to pull myself together but I couldn't do anything as he had me immobilized.
"Get off me!" I yelled at Felix with a strained voice because of him putting his weight on me. He tilted his head to the side and pulled out his knife, sliding it near my neck but he was careful not to cut. "Orders and Demands, it really doesn't suit you to tell me what to do.. but I love your boldness to run off." He said before getting off of me and forcing me back up on my feet. He let go of my hands for a moment just so I can get steady on my feet, but unfortunately for him that was a bad decision. I whipped my body around and punched him in the helmet, kicking his hips and attempting to grab his knife that he carried like a trophy.
He couldn't dodge the punch, but he happened to block my kick and pulled his knife away just without my reach. I brought my fist up and punched him again harshly and I was using all the strength I had to try to knock him down, but he didn't give up.
He fought hard against me and my weakened self, using whatever he could to lay a hit on me. With a relentless fight between us that was lasting moments on end, from punching to kicking, to swiping himself under my legs and with the usage of his knife and my gun, neither of us could stop until one fell. Bringing up my pistol and aiming it at him, I eventually landed a shot at his foot to which he reacted well to it. Felix fell to his knee and held his foot for a moment as the pain was unbearable. I didn't even realize at this point as I had forgotten all about him, but coming up behind me, Locus entrapped me by head-locking me forcefully in front of Felix who had his only chance with throwing his knife. It only took a second just for it to land on me, and when it sliced through my thigh–Screaming could only be heard. I writhed in agony and all I wanted was to take the damn blade out and hold my leg.
But that couldn't happen because of a certain someone holding me against them tightly.
"Fuck!" I yelled loudly.

Sorry for the poor grammar and writing, had some writer's block and needed to think of something. All this repetition is getting to my head.

Part 3
Part 2
Part 1
Some Mature themes; Dominant LocusxFreelancer Reader. Dub-con, choking, murder, swearing, slapping, rough-housing, A little bit of Stockholm syndrome, manipulation.

.
I walked around the empty parts of the abandoned base we were at, the one we had pretty much raided and destroyed. A pistol in my hand and the mindless thoughts that I carried with me, I couldn't handle this new adaptation. I couldn't handle being controlled or thrown around like a dirty rag–or a toy. I wasn't someone to turn against the people I knew, yet somehow I just couldn't fight back. Carolina did, so did Washington. They had faith, I did too. They had their paths.. but I? Mine was blocked.
I couldn't handle being taken and converted into a being that was meant to destroy someone else's path, nor could I handle–
"Alaska! Y/n.. what's a lady like you wandering alone all by yourself in these parts?" Said Felix who had come up behind me and wrapped an arm around my shoulder. I stopped in the middle of my tracks and glared at Felix who questioned on what he did wrong.
"What, not a big fan of me?"
"Absolutely not.."
"Well get used to it princess.. because not everyone is going to like you either." Felix said as he put his hands to his knees and faced me as if I was some small child. I growled at him and pushed him aside, but he didn't like that and pulled right back to him. "And certainly no one, will like that attitude of yours missy.."
"Okay well who forced me to go onto your fucking team? I didn't want to be here, yet I felt threatened too. I didn't want my idiotic friends dying because they mean something to me, unlike you or your asshole of a mercenary named Locus." I said as I also jabbed my finger at his chest. He whipped out his knife and aimed it at my neck and firmly pressed it there, allowing me to sink the thought that anything I say doesn't matter.
"Lets not get ahead of ourselves, you and I.. I say we could share a lot in common, if you just stop resisting me-"
"I'm nothing like you, you're just a stupid gun for hire who only follows that stupid boss of yours!" I said as I pushed Felix off me. He looked at me for a moment, looked at his knife; and then looked at me again. "Y/n.. you were a freelancer, right? I am too, if you could put it at that.. and.. I was pushed to my limit. I didn't let it defeat me though, and it led me to being stronger. You just.. have to let it go.." Felix said as he came closer until he had me pinned to the metal wall. He brought a hand next to my head and leaned his head down to face me, to see better through my helmet though I knew he couldn't look further into.
"Y/n.. you're stuck with a being that isn't yourself.." He carefully and gently grabbed my chin and lifted my head up and forced me to face him. He tilted his head to the side and I thought he'd kiss me, but knowing we both have helmets on I knew he couldn't.. nor would I allow him too.
"If you just let me–"
"Felix."
Slowly and dramatically did Felix move his head to look at Locus, before he sighed dreadfully and pushed himself off me and away from the wall. He spun the knife that was in his left hand and played tricks with it.
"What did I say about-"
"I already told you.. I wouldn't try that stuff, though I was trying to talk sense into her." The selfish mercenary said to Locus, who was oblivious to Felix's actions. "That, doesn't matter. Stick to your mission, now go to the Republic and tell them what they need to hear."
"Fine, you're so lame.." Felix said before walking off somewhere that would for surely get him to The New Republic Army. Locus didn't watch him leave, but he stared down at Y/n who just stood there and leaned against the wall. He walked up to me, but I immediately stopped him before he could do anything.
"Don't– Just.. leave me alone.."
"Stop this pity crap and come back with me."
I turned to look at him and threw some scrap at him, throwing it at him with all the might I had. "I shouldn't have listened to you, I shouldn't have even associated myself with any of you.. I–"
"Shut, up. Not another word from you."
"But–"
"Not another, word.."
I grumbled in anger and stormed past Locus who grabbed my wrist harshly–but gently. This left flashbacks as to when Washington tried to stop me. From the moment I tried to tell him and the moment I tried to leace, this led me to remember some things I wish I could turn around and fix.
"Let go of me, Wash–" I stopped myself realizing what I had just said. I thought I was in that situation.. at that very memory, with Wash. But instead it was Locus, the guy I hated. I yanked my wrist from him and walked away, leaving Locus stunned.
___
"NOO!" Wash yelled in denial as the bang popped him into an entirely different part of the region. He looked around and had seen that they were somewhere different, somewhere far from where they were all originally at.
"God– what are you screaming for?" Church, the Ai robot said in annoyance. Carolina spoke up, telling Epsilon about Y/n and her being converted to the enemy side.
"Wait why would she do that?" Tucker asked confused
"I'm positive she was forced too, at least from what I heard." Carolina said as she put a hand on her hip. She sighed and shook her head, allowing Church to look around at everyone. Before he could say Anything, tucker started to run towards Church and tried to tackle him. Unfortunately he was met with his face on the ground because he just went through a holographic AI.
"Well with that dealt with, how about we talk about the topic on hand.. One with the enemy, the other with our friend." Carolina spoke up as she looked at the retarded body of Tucker who was on the ground, groaning about his face.
-
It was just an endless field of view. A dry region that barely anyone uncovered and established. A few oil fields were down by a few miles, some dead trees and just dirt. Everywhere. Carolina, the freelancer stood at the ledge of the rock as she pondered herself for moments on end with her AI friend. She wanted to try and uncover everything that happened, especially with Y/n who could just betray her friend like that.
Church hovered over her shoulder and asked the most useless thing ever imaginable that couldn't be answered properly. "Why would she turn.. she's not like that, she never was.."
"I don't know, Church.." She responded with sadness in her tone. She too, wanted to understand why. So did the rest of the group, but we all had to be worried about another thing.
"I mean, didn't Wash have something from her? I'm sure he told us about it." Church said as he still looked at the view in front of him with the dawn of the sun spawning. Caroline looked at him in a dramatic way, wondering if she heard right.
"So you're telling me, that Wash.. the guy we put as leader to the blue team, knows something of her conversion?" She asked that sounded like she was pissed off and annoyed from Church. "Why didn't you tell me?"
"I thought you knew?!"
"Well obviously I didn't!"
Church sighed in defeat and lowered his head. "I'll just sign off.." He said before he disappeared, allowing Carolina to walk over to their current base to speak with Washington.
___
I was locked up in the cell again after I attacked one of my 'teammates.' They provoked me and since I didn't particularly like this team nor this place, I decided I'd do something that would lead me to confinement once more.
The door opened up and I didn't even hear or realize who it was until I saw their helmet. It was Felix, this time he made his appearance with me instead of Locus. Strange, I thought he wasn't allowed to make contact with me unless it was necessary.
Was this necessary since I've been in confinement for too long and too many times? I mean it's better to be here than out there.
"Y/n, you sure are a trouble maker and I certainly do love those types of women that will go all their way just to not be here.. but you, you're admirable for that." Felix said before he leaned himself against the wall his knife in hand, all sharpened and shiny.
I glared at him with my helmet on and crossed my arms in a suspicious manner, wondering as to what he was getting at. "You know you're not allowed to talk to me when Locus isn't around.. nor if it isn't necessary. So what do you want.." I said knowing he wanted to pester me, talk to me about something like he always did. Locus knew this too, and so he made some rules. I wasn't allowed to go near him, neither was he. He was mostly punished for that as he was the one mainly to break the rule, but he didn't care since he too was in the same plan as he. He was leading too, so what gave him the right to start ordering him around?
"Oh you are always such a smart cookie, and a goodie-little-two shoes who doesn't ever get punished from her leader." He said as he continued to sound like a Jackass and a condescending asshole who doesn't know a hint. He pushed himself off the wall and stalked towards me and with one powerful action, he gripped my neck and pushed me onto my bed and pinned me there. I grabbed at his arm and tried to pry him off me, but again there was no use because he was stronger than I was.
He brought a knee up and forcefully spread my legs and kept me trapped in that position. I tried to resist but it was pretty much too late at that point. His knee dug into me and I bit my lip as a weird feeling emerged to my core but I suppressed that feeling.
"Look who I got to actually shut up.."
"Says you, Felix.. all you ever do is yap your ass off like a psycho you are." I said to him which was the truth. He was a yappster who spoke yapanese, something I clearly didn't understand as all he did was yap, yap and yap.
"Of course you'd say that, not that I would deny it, but.." He brought out his knife again and slid it along my neck. He was careful, yet he knew I wasn't fully threatened by it so he decided to glide the blade lower. This brought alarm bells to ring in my head and it concerned me on what he was doing. "What are you-"
"I'm doing something, now shut up.."
The sharp edge slid further and further until it reached my naval. He pushed against it and I yelled at him to stop but he didn't, it was like he was in a trance, something he knew himself he couldn't get out of until he finished his objective. The knife pushed through, causing me to scream out in blood murder as he dug it further and further into me. I pushed him off but he wouldn't get off, in fact he strangled me harder and pushed the knife deeper. Blood started to spew out of me and I actually thought he'd kill me.
But he stopped and pulled the knife out, allowing me to scream more and have some sort of relief. But the painful throbbing feeling didn't just end there. It stung, it hurt.. I couldn't even resist his actions. It was like I was made to deal with this stuff, why couldn't I defend myself?
"You sound so beautiful when you scream.. so sincere too, I absolutely love that.." He went in to go for another strike but was instantly pulled off by Locus. Felix went in for the punch but was kicked at his side and thrown out of the room. He grunted and with various moans and 'ows', the man walked off without his repercussion. For now..
I grunted and held onto my stomach, seeing as blood pooled out of me and this greatly worried Locus. He walked over to me and carried me like a princess, a bride. But I was just some injured project of his that he so badly wanted to keep. I hissed in pain and he looked at me to see if I was comfortable but clearly I wasn't. He didn't ask anyone though but brought me somewhere I knew I'd get fixed.
_
Washington was getting chased by Carolina who started to throw shit at him, like she usually did when something didn't go to plan. Caboose and Donut watched, alongside the others who watched and asked when this would ever end. Wash hid behind a beaten down rock and raised his hands in a surrender, yelling at Caroline to stop.
"I thought I told you! JUST STOP THROWING SHIT AT ME!"
"Get to talking before I rip your arm off.." She threatened which allowed the other Freelancer to start talking. He of course didn't want to get chased down and beaten to a pulp so he'd rather start speaking to her and explain it to the point.
Donut watched and chimed in with his joyful voice, causing Caboose to laugh thinking he had said a joke. "What's so funny, Caboose?"
"Well you said something hilarious! Freckles thinks so too.. and– hey where are we?" He looked around and he was trying to figure out where he was which led Donut to chuckle lightly. "Well I don't know either, but we all ended up in the same place!"
"Woah.. I shall name this country, Funky land!!" He said as he spun around in circles whilst declaring himself as a leader to this land which was clearly abandoned.
"Y/n.. She was just.. me and her had a few chats about leaving that hellhole of a place and we thought we wouldn't make it out there on our own. I left her as to where she was and forty five minutes later, she came to me like she had something to say.. at first, I thought she was pregnant or was on her period-"
"Get to the point.." Carolina threatened.
"Right! Right.. well, she told me she was leaving. I tried to talk to her but she pushed me away, and that's where she gave me this note. I hadn't opened it until both I and the others awoke and were without sight of them. It pretty much told me that she was forced to leave by someone threatening her, though I knew she wasn't the type of person to be easily intimidated by some mere threat.." Wash confessed everything, down to where they were finally able to see she was with the enemy, something that they couldn't see her doing.
Caroline was friends with Agent Alaska, they were so close. But that came to an end when the disaster of Project freelancer started. Everyone split up, and yada yada yada.
Carolina wished she could have taken Y/n, but she knew she'd get hit if she ever went to capture the freelancer back. She lowered her head in shame, in disappointment. Church appeared and tried to cheer her up, but was immediately shut down by her and her depressive mood. "Just.. don't."
"Carolina.. we need to put a stop to them, we don't know what they're doing to her.. and we certainly need to start doing something–"
"You're right, but at the same time we need to figure out what to do with our enemy. They have more people than us, better equipment that is more advanced than what we have. So let's plan something.."

Defenseless Soldier
Part 2
Part 1
Some Mature themes; Dominant LocusxFreelancer Reader. Dub-con, choking, murder, swearing, slapping, rough-housing, A little bit of Stockholm syndrome, manipulation.
.
.
.
I had walked away from Washington a few moments ago and was about to reach the end of the cave I was told to go to. The dark wet gravel crumbled under my boots and my radar was on alert that was sensing for enemies nearby me. I held the rifle tightly in my hands and continued to march my way through this dark cave.
I could see some light which noticeably made me sweat and feel a painstaking dread in my chest. I wish I had just forgotten the whole thing and put myself in a secluded area where no one will find me. But, I was a freelancer.. I couldn't just hide and be a coward. What good will that do?
I also pondered too, why me, and why force me to go on some meaningless pathway just to be made into a slave, bait, or convert me onto their team. I wouldn't want that. Not by a longshot. I should be able to defend myself from these guys, they shouldn't be much of a problem if I just fight them off.
As I started to get closer to the end, the bright light hit my face harshly and intensely, giving me a massive flashbang to my eyes. I didn't hesitate to stop moving and I continued walking forward until I was able to see people in front of me. I was met with a few new soldiers, all in black armor with one of them with both black and green. He had nothing on his helmet except for a big x on the front of it that was highlighted in a dark military green. I assumed he was the leader of this all and the one who threatened me. Suddenly I was pushed down by one of his lackeys and most of my weaponry were pried off me.
"You-!"
"You what, expect us to not be gentle and allow you to have weapons?" He said in a tone I didn't like. I growled at him and struggled to get his men off me, but with a whistle they let go of me and allowed me to stand up on my feet. I couldn't even get a chance to think before his hand was clenching my throat and I struggled against him, wiggling myself around and kicking my feet.
"Let- go.. of me-"
"Locus, that's not how to treat a lady.. now is it? Or well– maybe that's why you can never get a woman.. can you?"
I turned my head slightly to face the guy who decided to put himself in the situation I was in- yet I knew he wasn't my saviour or anything. He was just another guy who I assumed was in business with the man holding me. A scoff escaped his lips before dropping me onto the ground once more.
"And who said you could intrude.."
"Listen.. Buddy, you and I are in the same group, we both don't follow orders from each other so what makes you have the superiority to order me around?" The new man said as he walked closer and closer whilst he played with his knife. He was close enough and faced his attention towards me, a light chuckle escaping his lips as he realized who I was.
"Oh, a pretty lady from the Freelancer program.. how exciting, It's little miss Alaska.." He kneeled down towards me and lifted my head up with the tip of his knife, a condescending hum escaping his lips. "How'd you get her to comply.." Felix turned his gaze to look at Locus who only groaned in an annoyed manner.
"Threatened to take her life.. she came on her own."
"Oh how pitiful.. so weak too, in all honesty I didn't think you'd take his bait.." Felix turned to look at me again and lightly tapped the side of my helmet in a teasing manner. I pushed myself away from him as I didn't like his actions nor the way he talked to me.
"I only complied because I didn't want you taking them.. or even killing my friends.." I said to him before I faced Locus who wasn't shocked or even admired by my actions. "Oh how admirable, such a lady you are!" Felix teasingly said before tapping his knife on my helmet which was slowly infuriating me.
"Stop that.."
"Oh, struck a nerve? Or am I not annoying you enough yet?"
"Felix.. leave her alone.." Felix scoffed at the man before standing straight back up and walking over to Locus. He patted his shoulder and walked away and into the cave where my friends lived. I had watched him leave and this left me to be confused and worried. I was about to say something but was interrupted once more.
"Don't you worry.. he won't hurt your friends, we have a plan.."
"you-"
"Stand up."
"Fuck you.."
Locus wasn't one to play nice, and since I hadn't listened to him he forced me up on my feet and dragged me along with him. The others followed behind and put themselves in a camouflage, which I thought was a coincidence. I struggled and wanted to fight him but was met with futility on the side of grunts and constant yanking. "I'm not a slave, nor am I some toy so let me go, you cunt-"
"I'd advise you watch your mouth around me.. I don't play nor do I act nice and certainly will I go as far as to crack your jaw.. understood?" He stopped to face me, threatening me once again. We both looked at each other in a silencing moment, both he and I hadn't said anything to each other for what felt like moments and before I could say anything, his deep voice interrupted again.
"Understood?" He demanded which I only confirmed with a silent nod. He had let go of my arm which earned an elbow to his side, causing a grunt to leave his lips. Yet he wasn't defeated by that and was visibly fine from the looks of it. He turned over to the other Special Operators and motioned them towards me which brought alarm bells to ring in my helmet.
"Take her to one of the cells, do not let anyone see you.." He commanded which made me question everything.
"Wait–No! You can't –"
I was dragged away with my persistent fighting against them. Locus, who listened to every word I said and swore, could only sigh in annoyance. He walked away from his current position and went the opposite way of I, and descended himself to the outpost where all my friends were at.
___
"We don't even know you–Let alone your name!"
"Oh, well let me introduce myself.. I am Felix, and I am a Freelancer-"
Everyone had pointed their guns at him in a quick–without hesitation motion, causing the mercenary to yelp in surprise. "I'm not that type of freelancer! I'm just a gun for hire! A merc!" Felix explained causing everyone to sigh in relief and put their guns down, except Washington.
"Why did you help us.." Wash asked in a wary tone, though he was still off edge about the battle from earlier. Something wasn't right.. "Listen, I only received word that there were survivors here and I decided to come as soon as I could.. but unfortunately you guys met him first." Felix said sounding upset, like he wished both teams hadn't met Locus, their enemy.
"Who's.. he?"
___
After what felt like hours beyond hours of staying in a room that was empty and slightly cold, I could only count by minutes now. I've been stuck in this room, this cell for what felt like an eternity. I tried every possible way to escape but, you know, no windows. Obviously no to the door because it is a hyper vault door that only unlocks from the outside. And the last option, a vent that I could possibly fit into. Maybe another day, if they aren't those types of guys that consistently move their prisoners.
With my legs tucked into my chest and my arms wrapped around, my head laying against them.. I could only start to fall asleep. But I instantly woke up by heavy footsteps right outside my door and the familiar voice that I had recorded deep inside my brain.
I grabbed the small needle I had found under the bed and hid it in my clenched hand. The loud echoing footsteps stopped right outside my door and then, the door opened. Walking in, it was Locus. The door closed behind him immediately after and all I could do was just stare at the mercenary who had little to say and little to spare.
"What do you know about the reds and blues.." Locus asked in a questioning manner, causing me to perk my head up a bit. "Why do you wanna know.."
"Because.. I'm asking, now answer." Damn, this guy was obviously rude and stern. Serious all the time and has to be professional. Why not ask me how I am, or even about my life. Jackass. Not to sound like an idiot, but is this all that he ever does, stay serious and put up an act of heroism?
"I don't know much besides them being annoying and idiots.. One or two of them are the only logical ones, and I'm not telling you who.." I said before I put my legs down and allowed them to hang on the edge of the bed. I crossed my arms to the front of my chest and looked away from Locus who continued to stare at me.
"Fine.. so I'm assuming it'll be you and Washington." I glared at Locus but didn't say anything, knowing he has the answer already.
"Any others, anyone that you've been in contact with, whether it's outside or inside?" Locus question which made me turned my head to look at him. I was confused, what did he mean by that?
"what-"
"Did you tell anyone, that you were leaving, did you tell anyone that you-"
"No." I said sternly.
Locus looked at me for a moment, and that moment was going on for too long. I didn't know what to say or do, but when he forwarded his helmet to get closer to me, I immediately pushed his shoulder away knowing I needed my bubble. But bubbles didn't exist in this planet, nor this war.
He placed a hand on my shoulder and clenched tightly, causing me to hiss in pain and grabbed his arm instinctively. And then, a knife to my throat. Again with the constant threatening. I tried to shove away his knife but he kept it there firm and still, and even if it was a quick slice. There'd be no way I'd survive that at all.
I cocked my head to the side as I tried to oppose myself from his gaze but his armored gloved hand gripped my face, the one he carried his knife with; he grabbed it and forced me to stare at him. His other hand grabbed the knife and slowly traced the sharp edge at my neck. I didn't flinch, but my hands reacting made him notice my subtle features.
"What a stupid.. defenseless Soldier you are.. weak and under me, how could you get so weak to someone you barely know of.." He said lowly, teasing me and allowing me to get even more frustrated as he tried to stick those words into my head, to get me to think I really was worthless.
"Let.. go.."
"And not have you fight back? I know you have that needle in your right hand.. I know you'd stab me with it when I turned around, I'm not that stupid.." Before I could even react, he quickly opened my clenched fist and grabbed the needle and threw it at the other side of the wall. This action made him clench my throat tighter with the blade he held to almost puncture my neck.
"You're under my command now.. you'll do as I say, or I'll kill those teammates of yours.. understood?" He demanded, giving me a choice that I knew I couldn't deny. He knew my weakness, I told him. I told him something that I knew he wouldn't pity on, and I knew.. I knew he'd take advantage of me like that. I tried to pull my head away from him again but was again, pulled forward and was forced to look at him again.
"Do you understand, or am I speaking to another idiot?" Locus once again asked, insulting me this time which made me bite my lip. "Yes-"
"Call me sir.."
"Yes.. sir.." I said in defeat, closing my eyes and sighing in an upset way. "Good.. now wait here and your new.. team will bring you a new set of armor. You are not to talk to them, nor address them by name. Come find me once you're done." He ordered me before knocking on the door two times. The door opened up for Locus and he left just like that, to which I grunted and kicked the wall next to me. It dented instantly, which meant these walls were thin as cardboard.
"fucking.. SHIT!"
___
"Agent Alaska's been what?!" Sarge asked in a preposterous tone, shocked to hear what Washington was trying to uncover. "I'm not sure.. all I know is she told me she was leaving. I forgot about the note she gave me and it left details about being threatened. I can't tell who it was, maybe it's Felix or another.. but we have to get her back." Wash said as he continued to ponder everything, but Donut chimed in a worrisome manner.
"Oh no! What if she left only to save us, and then had to turn and kill us all!" Donut said as if that would turn out, leaving Lopez The Heavy to say something in spanish.
"Oh Donut, knock that down.. She would never leave us, or even turn! She's strong and could beat those guys down, not even the great Sarge could be beaten!" Said the red armored Sarge who praised himself in his own statement.
"I seriously doubt that." Said Lopez but again, In spanish. Lopez was a robot, and unfortunately with the consistent making of robots from Sarge and the inability to turn the robot to English, Lopez has only spoken Spanish and obviously displeased with the people he has hung around with.
"Guys.. let's just rework ourselves and try to find a way out. We need to just save the others." Wash said as he wanted to save some friends of his, alongside Y/n who he couldn't lose.
"Sounds like a plan!" Donut cheerfully said in his lightish red armor, which was pink.
___
After days and weeks, Somehow Washington, Sarge, Lopez and Donut, were met with their other teammates Grif, Tucker, Caboose and Simmons.
Tucker and the three others were saved from Felix, all four of them all believed they should go to the capital and save their friends from the enemy. The same with Washington and the others, they also believed to save their friends but they somehow coincidentally met at the capital.
Washington and Tucker became confused, and accused Locus–being the enemy. Washington accused Felix of being the enemy as well, alongside the new Republic and The Federal Army.
"Wait.. what the hell is going on?" Tucker asked confusingly, seeing as both teams were met with just enemies on both sides.
Washington thought about the situation for a moment, before an Idea clicked in. But before he could say anything, Simmons, the smart one pointed out that the alarms had stopped and so did the yelling men of the federal army.
Everyone scrammed and looked around the Capital base but was met with nothing, except there was shooting closing in. Everyone went closer and there were a few of the Federal Soldiers shooting at.. nothing in the sky? Evidently all the white soldiers were killed and this left the group to be puzzled.
That was until Locus revealed himself in the day of light, letting Washington to be confused. "Locus, why are you doing this?" Washington questioned.
And then there were more, Special Black Suited Operators that stood up alongside Locus and they all held laser guns. Red and Blue team were confused and most of all, terrified as to what may happen next. One operator, suited with another colour was standing closer to Locus than the others, which left Washington confused as to who it was.
This left him to be inquisitive, but an idea clicked into his mind as he realized who this was. He pointed his gun up at the new Soldier and with a fierce act, he questioned,
"Y/n, why did you turn?!"
Tucker looked at Washington confusingly and had asked him what he was talking about, so did the others as it did not look like Y/n. Just another girl in armor, but Washington wasn't wrong.
The other operators pointed their guns at my teammates, and with an audible grunt from Locus, I already knew what he was going to say.
"I'm glad you know one of your teammates very well, though I wouldn't expect it from the others.." Locus looked at one of the operators and nodded his head, which all of them cocked ready their lasers and were prepared to shoot. They fired, but going to the rescue, Felix stood in front of them with a giant blue shield which saved them from a few shots.
Felix told Tucker to give him a grenade, which he was hiding behind himself from the moment this all started. Tucker tossed it to him and Felix caught it. He gripped the grenade and was about to throw it, but the reds and blues were met with a chuckling man.
Felix had put up an act for Tucker and his friends, essentially insulting them and telling them some pitiful things he thought was hilarious. Locus grew annoyed and wanted him to shut up, but he wasn't having his way either. I though, hadn't said anything but watched in sorrow. I wanted to latch free from this man but I knew the consequences of that.
I looked at Washington from afar and whispered to myself that I was sorry. Locus hadn't heard it, and I'm pretty sure no one did. But someone–The girl who stood next to me, started to speak in a confident tone.
"That's all I needed to hear."
Her armor changed from ink black, to a highlighting blue like Tuckers, which made me surprised to see it was Carolina. My eyes widened in shock and I was about to go follow her, but Locus gripped my arm and pulled me back.
"No!" I tried to pull back and go with Carolina, knowing she knew of my position. I reached my hand forward as if I could just grab one of their hands from afar, but I couldn't. They all disappeared in a bang, leaving me to fall to my knees and slam my fist down in anger.
With Locus still holding my arm, he dropped it and allowed me to kneel down there and sit there angry, mumbling incoherent words. Though he didn't say a word and allowed me to be in a state of denial, with all that hatred beating up inside of me and stabbing me, I wasn't sure what to do or say.
"Stand up Soldier.."
"Fuck.. you.. Locus.. and fuck you all, I hate you.. and everyone else." I stood up from my position and faced Locus face to face. I pushed my finger at his chest and Jabbed it at him after every word I spoke.
"You are a greedy, inconsiderate asshole who does nothing but threaten, order me around... and choke me until I confide in your fucking demands!" I said with a panting breath that was filled with rage. I immediately left his side after that and left him to be alone and process every word I said. Though I left his side, I already knew I'd be watched from his little lackeys.
"Oh.. Did you just get called out by a woman? That's a first!" Felix intruded with a smug-sounding grin.
"Shut it, Felix.."
"Hmmm... As a nice guy myself, I think I'll do the honors of comforting the woman instead of leaving her by herself, after-all you can never leave a woman by herself, alone." Felix stated before walking away from Locus as well just for him to be left in his thoughts, alone.

By the way, more or half of the plot does go along with the storyline of RvB, so this belongs to them. But I did mix it up a little because of the reader input.

Defenseless Soldier
Some Mature themes; Dominant LocusxFreelancer Reader. Dub-con, choking, murder, swearing, slapping, rough-housing, A little bit of Stockholm syndrome, manipulation.
.
.
.
Chorus was hell, ever since me and both the red and blue team came to this planet, all we've done was fight and argue over food. I've had to take walks just to stop myself from strangling Tucker's neck, from kicking Grif in the balls, and slapping Washington on the fucking head.
I was the more reasonable one in the group, so was Wash, but it seemed to me that he was getting dumber by spending time with these lunatics. So was I, especially since we were stuck on this dump of a planet.
I've tried to use my radio but only received a jam. I had a hint that something or someone–whatever it was, decided they didn't want us to communicate. I'm not sure what, but I plan on finding out. Just recently though, Donut and Doc came to us with no help what-so-ever and it became more infuriating than ever imagined.
I was about to knock his teeth out but was yanked back by Wash who too was upset.
"This is getting tiring Wash, why don't we go out?!" I asked in a rude tone–showing my frustration to him which he was aware of. He turned around to face me and sighed heavily, he too being tired of this.
"That's not a bad idea but where the hell do you think we can find an exit?" Wash asked before putting both his hands on his hips. I lowered my head down to just ponder that thought but, my only answer was–there wasn't any. No openings of anything. I've looked but was only met with walls and rocks.
"That's what I thought, both you and I want to get out.. but we can't. Let's just.. try to fix this radio otherwise.. freckles.. *cough* will uhmm.. yeah lets just get on with our 'duties'." He slithered away from me before I could say anything, which made a dreaded sigh leave my lips. I lowered my head again in annoyance and brought one of my hands to my helmet and grab at it–an instinctive motion I would always do to usually grab my hair in frustration. Yet I couldn't grab my hair, seemingly needing to use this helmet to help me from showing others my identity, from breathing the air that I'm not sure if it even has the oxygen we need.
From one moment to another, I waited in that spot trying to think of something, but the radio in my mic clicked which made me freeze. Was someone trying to contact me? I lifted my head up and tried to speak but was immediately interrupted.
"Do not say a word, if you do I will shoot you in that grey helmet of yours.." A deep-rough voice spoke to me, threatening to shoot me. I looked around my surroundings and all around the rocks to see if I could see anyone, but I couldn't see a damn thing. No one. Damnit.
"Good, you follow things well."
"I don't take orders from people like you.. who are you, and where are you?" I demanded as I pointed my gun up, trying to look around my surroundings but again was met with nothing. This guy must be using a camouflage to hide himself from us- wait..
"now that I thought about it.. how long have you been watching us.." I asked again with a stern expression on my face.
"You ask too many questions.. and I would like it if you shut up, if you don't comply.. then you'll get your consequences." The stranger threatened again, forcing me to shut my mouth just for him to tell me his demands. Fucking loser. Men like these were the worst, and complete idiots too. This never stopped me to continue being wary of my surroundings, even if it was from behind or up front, I'll defend myself.
"Come with me.. I will not ask again. There's a cave not far from you, take that way and meet me at the end. Again, if you do not comply then I'll have you dead."
"Fucking asshole.." I said before the radio was cut off from the both of us, which only gave me two choices. Stay and die, or leave and go with a man who I didn't know of. But if I stand here and think too long, he'll more than likely kill me. Or would he?
"Y/n! Get over here!" Tucker yelled from afar as he was in need of some help. He and Caboose-Alongside Freckles were standing there waiting for me to walk over to them like a good little soldier that I was. I sighed in misery–though I wish I could ignore them, I was met with his voice again.
"I'll give you an hour to think about this.." The radio cut off again, and I was met with some relief.
*click*
"And don't tell.. anyone."
*buzz*
Fucking christ.
__
"is that enough for you, Caboose?" I asked after I had piled over.. twenty four boxes full of random things we had just for him that he randomly demanded.
"Yes!.. yes.. I absolutely am so proud of you! As a reward, you get to.. eat nachos with Freckles and I.. wait, it's a tea party!!" Caboose announced to me whilst cheering to himself and Silence from the Military Mantis. Undoubtedly if I even refused, I'd probably be shot dead from this thing. I sighed miserably and dropped my shoulders in defeat, but the loud turning cognitions and the concerning robotic voice rang in my ears, causing me to tense up after what he questioned.
"are you defying your commanding officer?"
"No! No.. am I not allowed to breathe or something?"
"Freckles! What did I say about that!–It's okay Y/n, everyone is allowed to breathe.. unless you're dead."
"That's.. a very interesting input.. Caboose." I said as I was very confused but, also very scared as to what he said. I was trying to back up from the two but the Mantis–Freckles was pointing his gun at me; pretty much threatening me to stay put at this spot.
"Why... Thank you y/n! Now! Go and do stuff with Wash, I think he's lonely.."
"Will do.. Caboose.." I said as I walked away from the two who also walked away in the opposite direction of me.
_____
I walked up to Wash who was standing by a corner all by himself and saw he was trying to analyze something. Both he and I were in the torn apart ship we crashed in and he hadn't noticed me yet until I spoke up, this caused him to get scared and drop whatever he was holding in his hand.
"Wash..?"
"Jesus- Yes y/n? Sorry you scared me.." He said with a slight breathy laugh before picking up the wrench up once more. I was nervous and certainly I wanted to tell him what happened, but I wasn't sure if I even had the will-power too. I rubbed my arm in a nervous and embarrassing manner, and with the deafening silence, Washington turned to look at me and questioned me.
"what is it, do you have something to say?"
"I do.. but I don't know if I can exactly tell you.."
"it's fine, if it's something to do with your- wait, are you pregnant or on your per-"
"No! God– No.. who do you think I would have sex with? I- just no.." I sighed heavily before face palming myself, seeing as to what I would say wouldn't get anywhere. I was also limited on time too–So I'm not sure if I should say anything at all.
"Genuinely I thought it was about that, and don't ask who I thought it was–Anyways.. just tell me." Wash asked in concern. He put down the wrench on the platform next to him and walked up to me in worry. He tried to put a hand on my shoulder but I slapped it away effortlessly.
"Take this and don't say a word... You don't have to open it, but just know I'm leaving.. consider it as a birthday gift from me..." I said, though as to how I spoke to him sounded rude and a stupid act that I had to put up with. I didn't want to leave, but at the same time I couldn't die or even be threatened with having any of my friends killed. I turned around and attempted to walk away but Wash grabbed my wrist.
I yanked my hand back–but again he grabbed it again. "Y/n–"
"Let go of me, Wash.." I said sternly before pulling my hand back and hastily walking away from him, leaving him to stand there alone in disbelief. Moments passed and I hadn't came back to apologize to him, which caused him to kick the crate next to him in frustration. He didn't like this, neither did I, he hadn't known of what happened but he was surely suspicious on what went wrong with me and why I was leaving.
He knew I wanted to leave this hell and so did he, but he doesn't know what to do if he and or the others were to leave this place.
___
Washington came back to the base and was met with Tucker who was visibly disappointed and confused. "Hey Wash, where's Y/n? Isn't she supposed to be at the radio fixing that damn thing?"
Washington looked at Tucker and shook his head in a silent manner. The aquamarine suited Soldier was confused and continued to ask more pointless questions which Washington couldn't answer. This led the Freelancer to being more annoyed by the second till he shouted at him to be quiet.
"She left for Christ's sake! If I don't answer you then you shouldn't persist you god damn idiot!"
"Wait what? To where?"
"I don't know.. nor do I know why she wanted to leave. I'm worried she'll die out there and-"
Before Washington could finish, the red team both Grif and Sarge came to the rescue for their following comrade, Simmons who was taken into the blue team's base just to be a helping soldier. Everyone was outside and was arguing with each other, everyone and everybody were about to fight but were met with a gun shot that silenced everyone.
They faced their eyes on a black and green colour laced soldier, who had a green 'X' marking on his helmet. Washington became wary and squinted his eyes at the stranger who was demanding that everyone go with the said mercenary.
"And why should we go with you.."
