I have seen a lot of fics where remaining gray is a death sentence

So what if being gray isn't the main reason why the Pop villagers are weary of Branch, but because he's gray and he hasn't died yet?

If trolls who remain gray usually die within a certain time frame (either withering away or by their own means) then why hasn't he?

They don't think about how he's a stubborn, headstrong troll, or how he may still have hope and dream that keep him going (even if he'd deny having them).

As much As I love TVA Loki, there was so much missed potential to keep Loki alive for Infinity War and Endgame. So much character development we could’ve seen!!

Like what if they’d survived the ship. Thor and Loki fight in Wakanda together, and Thor is the one dusted. Loki is always the one that’s dying. Thor is always the one grieving. Now the tables are turned. Now Loki is the one grieving. Loki is the one having to actually lead Asgard and what’s left of their people. Loki has 5 years of grief and anger directed at Thanos. All of the Avengers are still wary of them as much as Banner tells them that they’ve changed.

Loki going with Rocket back to Asgard to retrieve the Reality Stone. Them being the one to face their mother and have to leave. Them being a force to be reckoned with on the battle field and unleashing all of that anger onto Thanos that they’ve been holding in for five years. And then when everyone comes back and everyone is hugging each other and having their reunions, there’s a tap on their shoulder and there he is. Thor. Everything they’ve worked so hard for has returned and everything feels right. Because they realize that they never wanted the throne in the first place. The reason they didn’t want to lead Asgard was because it wasn’t their’s to rule and they knew that. Because Thor was the only one who actually kept trying and was a constant in Loki’s life. And now they get to be the one to return the favor. To be there for Thor when he really needs it. Everything is right. And then they hug. End scene :D

Anyone ever think about how if Lizzie didn't invite Angel Changretta as her date to Tommy’s wedding, none of the rest of the show would’ve happened? No meeting with the Changrettas, John doesn't kill Angel, no one goes after Tommy but kills Grace instead, Tommy doesn't have to grieve her so he doesn't hallucinate her later on, there's no Vendetta so John's alive. I'm not sure how the end of s3 would go? Tommy doesn't have a reason to kill Alfie for selling him out, Aberama Golde doesn't come into it as protection, not sure if Tommy would still go into politics but I'm thinking he would. Would season 5 go the same? Would Tommy even get involved with Moseley? Season 6 would be radically different, he’s not married to Lizzie, so no Ruby.

Like I'm just staring at my screen, watching as the shiny UR comes into display while "Why Didn't You Stop Me?" was playing.

It didn't help that back in the OG game, I was also listening to music and got a UR card. Which card was it? Solomon's "Spread Our Wings and Fly". Which song was it? "Geyser" by Mitski.

Personally, I believe him to be more of a Teddy Hyde fan but—

So, it's the first time in years that I write something, the first time I do it in English, from DC AND on Tumblr, but this prompt didn't want to leave my head and I'm doing my finals, so I had to get this out somehow. Maybe I will make this into a fanfic later, but for now, my first prompt.

Prompt Idea: DC x Beauty and the Beast

Jason walked back to his house, nodding absentmindedly at their words, as his focus was on the interlocked hands, their fingers intertwined with his clawed ones. The warm feeling from their conversation silencing the anxiety and self-consciousness about his cursed appearance, slowly starting to accept that they really don't mind it. It was not his fault, after years of people reacting with fear and disgust, it was easy to think they were faking it, their reaction so different from the rest, but Jason was tired of hoping. It was easy to just accept, no need to have expectations just to have them broken on his face, and, despite how many times it happened, it didn't stop hurting, no matter how good he became at not showing it.

The other option was not better than the usual reaction, he would even say it was worse. Jason preferred to be looked in fear and disgust by people he couldn't care less a million times than to receive the looks of pity from his family. Reason why he left the Manor so many years ago. Sometimes, he would fake not noticing how Bruce looked at him, seeing the ghost of a kid, of a Robin long gone, too lost in the past to really pay attention to the version in front of him. Jason doesn't blame him. He, too, would sometimes look in the mirror, missing his old reflection, when he was a boy, a person, and not the monster the mirror is showing these days. His clawed and furry hands were full of scars from how many times the beast that looked at him in the mirror received a punch, glass shards showering the ground, piercing his skin. Not that it mattered, the scars were the least of his problems regarding his appearance.

Then they came out of nowhere and stubbornly stayed at his side, insisting on knowing him despite everything, despite all the walls that Jason kept building, despite trying to push them away, there they are, considering him safe and, maybe, Jason was starting to believe it too.

They enter the house, their house, with them going towards the kitchen, talking about their plans for dinner and Jason notices how this became a habit, how it became so easy to interact with them, to share with them. To live with them. Maybe, there was hope. Maybe the curse could be broken. Maybe, they both could learn how to love each other. Maybe, he could be free.

But as he looks at the corner of the living room, he freezes, their voice being tuned out, his hope shattering. Time stops, only the sound of his heartbeat in his ears as he looks at his most hated place of the house. There, almost hidden by a pillar, was a small table, with a glass dome on it. Inside, a beautiful red rose, that Jason was certain was mocking him.

A lonely petal still on the flower, the last one, trembling, about to fall with all the others at the base of the dome.

It was too late.

One of my WIP transports the company to our world shortly before they're supposed to reach Rivendell, and into the apartment of my OFC.

So here is a list of things I think each character would enjoy about the Modern World:

Thorin: Google Maps, Siri (will totally argue with her like she's real), Shows like The Crown, Game of Thrones, but also Bridgerton, Democracy (yes you read that correctly), Rock music

Fili: Birth Control (can finally fuck around without risking the royal lineage), Superhero Movies (has an huuuhe crush on Black Widow), Tinder, Martial Arts, Feminism, Henley shirts to show of his muscles, bars & clubs

Kili : TikTok (LOVES cat videos, Top Content Creator about Archery, 'deep thoughts'/rambling, 'prank my uncle/brother with me', does EVERY challenge, accidental thirsttraps & flustered by the comments), Parkour, Man Buns & (Hipster-) Fashion, LGBTQ+ - Community , karaoke bars, team sports, the zoo

Bofur: modern music (especially pop songs with dirty lyrics), Tumblr (is no. 1 shit-poster), music festivals, arts&crafts blogs, Christopher's Streets Day

Bifur: Google Translate, Modern Medicine, Pain Medication, ASL, RomComs (trust me), helps out in an animal shelter, country music

Bombur: Cooking Shows (has his own Online Show), Kindergarten (he had so many children, the reprieve would be SO appreciated), international foodstuff to try

Dwalin: Guns, MMF, store-bought cookies, sport shows (AGRESSIVE fan for whatever team he randomly picks), Barbecues

Balin: Twitter (the political possibilities!!!), mental healthcare (he's sending the whole line of Durin he had no time for their shit), Spa Days, public schools, classical music

Oin: Modern Medicine (Duh), hearing aids, physiotherapy

Gloin: bitcoins, the stock market, Facebook (posts daily about Gimli)

Dori: hair tutorials, fashion shows, tracking devices (has totally microchipped a drunk Nori at some point)

Nori: hacking, movies with the lovable rogue as the MC (Pirates of the Carribbean, Deadpool etc.), spy movies (duh), the mafia (yes, he becomes a boss within weeks)

Ori: Wikipedia, public libraries, tutorials for EVERYTHING (knitting, cutting your own hair, how to talk to royalty, fancy war cries, you name it), fantasy novels, public schools

Bilbo: Food blogs, the "ignore call"-button, Instagram, university (will mayor in at least three subjects), museums

Gandalf: the Internet as a whole, email/ instant messaging, yard sales, modern weed, museums (has a knack for finding cursed items), adventure movies (after watching Indiana Jones he seriously debated obtaining a whip)
