Age Regressor Thor Headcanons
He never wants to sit still and he doesn't like being cooped up inside. He loves forests, and finding all sorts of creatures, and picks things up and eats things he shouldn’t.
He’s like a fairy tale princess, but only at heart, because he’s so loud that all the animals run away... It makes him sad so he likes to find smaller animals he can catch instead. (Though occasionally, when he’s quiet enough, he loves looking at wild animals like deer and big cats)
He adores animals of all kinds and taking care of them, especially his goats, chickens and rabbits. Thor is always searching for more animals and critters. He sneaks them into his pockets; the snakes, frogs, ducklings, worms and bugs especially.
Sometimes these critters are Loki, and they play a game in which Thor tries to guess which critter is/or if any are really Loki.
He likes to play with wooden swords and his plush toy Mjolnir, because play-fighting and going on quests is his favorite. He loves exploring and going on adventures- he prefers actual exploring to playing pretend because he doesn't like coming up with stories by himself very much (though he still will and has a big imagination. But he prefer having toys or things to do with his hands)
Regressed Thor gives the same seriousness and attention to a quest for sneaking sweets from the kitchen as Thor in adult headspace gives to “serious” quests like hunting or ‘protecting the realms’
Thor is LOUD and loves making noise! Whether that be with obnoxious musical toys, or making his own music with pots and pans, or stomping his feet.
Thor loves to dance. He has fun moving around, not letting his bad rhythm stop him and it’s a bonus if he gets to embarrass Loki while doing it.
Thor has a gentle side as well, and sometimes when he’s outside he will spend time collecting wild flowers, to give to people he cares about.
He asks questions about various things constantly, but only listens to the answers about half the time and WILL ask the same thing again (and again).
He’s made a game of stealing food from his brother, but he only gets away with it if he’s quick enough (though Loki always catches him). He comes to regret it sometimes because even if Loki has a soft spot for him, they are still brothers.
Thor loves to take care of his little brother, regardless if Loki is regressing younger than him or not. He’s got to show off his baby brother to everyone he meets because he’s a PROUD big bro! Loki is resigned to this treatment at this point- he may act irritated sometimes, but only because Thor is far too charming and it’s just not fair to let him get away with everything.
Loki being his favorite person, one thing he will stay (mostly) still for is doing Loki's hair up with braids, pins and clips. But he doesn’t like to sit still long enough for anyone to put his hair up, even if he asks Loki to ‘return the favor’, so Thor’s will always be lopsided unless Loki fixes it with magic.
Sometimes when he’s really tired all he wants is some physical affection, whether that’s hugs or cuddles, and some sweet warm milk. Especially cuddling with his brother, whether in his aesir or jotun form, cat or snake form… etc.

Thor is babysitting Little!Mobius and Little!Sylvie because Loki has to go on a weekend business trip, and he's just the coolest uncle.
Tiny baby Mobius had his reservations at first. He's always a little clingy to Loki, but now he is just head over heels for Thor and just so wants to be held and cuddled, and he loves that Thor lets him wear his big t-shirts to play in because of course all Loki packed was cute but rather frumpy and stiff baby clothes that aren't much suited to play.
And Sylvie? She loves having a big brother who's always happy to play with her.
Well... Loki plays too, but... he's not Thor.
Thor is really good at roughhousing and takes her out to ice cream and buys her (and baby) new toys!
Loki is a little mortified when he comes back to find how much his brother has spoiled his little ones!

Regression Headcanon
Loki was born with other birth defects than just being smaller than the Jotun. He's capable of getting sick like a Midgardian, whereas Thor has never gotten truly sick in his life. When Loki is regressed, sickness is a lot harder to cope with and seems more painful in his little state, so Thor (when regressed as well) will imitate Loki's symptoms in hopes that he won't feel alone. Thor also doesn't like being taken away from Loki and thinks 'being sick' means they can be quarantined together
This also follows when Loki is big + sick while Thor is regressed. Thor will continue to act sick so he can stay with Loki. Loki doesn't seem to mind too much when Thor is a bit rowdy behind closed doors; he's actually able to get Thor to take naps pretty easily or entertain him with magic if he gets too out of hand

It's been awhile since I've done some Headcannons 💚
•Loki Age Regression Headcannons•
•Loki and Thor sometimes regress together, usually around the same age as each other. But when Thor isn't regressed, he's the one who takes care of Loki and makes sure he's happy
•Loki likes his alone time when he's little, doing his best to be as independent as possible. He'll do things as far as denying cuddles because he's "a big kid" but eventually gives in and asks for cuddles anyway.
•His little age is from 2-4, mainly falling around the four range.
•He LOVES to go outside and play around. One thing in particular is he likes to inspect bugs he finds and just play make believe with them. Something about being outside makes him feel so calm.
•He has little gear for when he feels feminine, masculine, or somewhere in the middle. Like different colored onesies, certain decorated pacifiers, and certain blankets too!
•He hates being told what to do, absolutely hates it. If you tell him it's time to eat, he'll keep playing with his toys until he's ready to eat. If you want him to get dressed, he'll wait until the last minute until he's ready. So.. he can be a very stubborn little.
•He's not a fan of cartoons or movies. Instead, he listens to lullabies to help him feel calm while playing with his toys. Or sometimes, he'll just listen to the lullabies and lay down in bed.
•Loki loves having bedtimes stories read to him! That's the only thing that will help him go to bed at a reasonable time. Thor always tells him stories of adventures he's been on or just things he's done on Midgard.
•When Thor can't look over him when Loki's feeling extra little, he'll be watched by Dr. Strange. Surprisingly, that's the only person Thor trusts to watch over Loki when he's little.

Pete, who's been taking care of kids for years, would catch on SO fast.
Alberta pretending to hate every second of it but actually finding it pretty endearing.
THOR. THOR WOULD TRY TO USE IT AS PRACTICE FOR HIS SON LOL.
I don't think Hetty would take it well, specifically if it's Trevor. Maybe she'd warm up to it after a while but..it would be a l o n g while.
Sassapis just goes with it. Trevor's his buddy. He's not gonna be mean about it. (At least not while he's still small)
HEHE FLOWER, she'd take it at face value. Definitely knows what regression is as well! I can imagine some of her friends had experienced it before, or even herself. (wink wonk)
Isaac does NOT know how to act with kids. It really doesn't matter if the kid is physically 3 or 33. Shooing him away with a handkerchief.
Sam would be so, so sweet and understanding about it. If you ask why she has bluey or the old Spiderman cartoons playing on the TV... mind ur business!! She'd pull out all the nostalgia favorites to cook, too. Kid cuisine for dinner, even if Jay sits there with his head in his hands the whole time. (Jk, he'd probably be into it, too)

little loki throws tantrums. a lot of them, even about silly little things. he doesn’t know why he gets so angry and upset, but his family is always patient with him. mobius lets him take a nap in his bed aftwards, sometimes even stays for awhile to run his fingers through his hair. thor gives him one of his big bear hugs and sylvie makes him the bestest, tastiest bottles.

A Canon divergent (obviously) AU where Thor learns what a podcast is and tries desperately hard to start a MBMBAM style one with Hela and Loki and they hate the idea so much, so for the first like 3 episodes it's just Thor and silence and then slowly they begin to cave and enjoy it. Loki first because he NEEDS to correct Thor on a topic he studied, then Hela as she warms up, and they kind of sibling bond over it.
They have guests from the beginning, like Jane Foster and Sif (Thors friends), but gradually its more mainline heroes and villaina from around the galaxy being interviewed. The guests (who don't know Thor and his siblings) mostly seem to be under the impression that this is legit and are caught off guard by questions like "if you had a say, how would you choose to die?" And "do you rollerskate? Would you try it?" Which progressively get more ridiculous as the show goes on.

(I've been debating on making a post like this for a little bit. I didn't originally use diapers at all so I've never mentioned them, but I've come across uses in agere as well as medical as a disabled person that have made me more open to personal use of them. Headcanons have been helping me feel more comfortable but I was afraid I'd be misconstrued for anything k!nk
This is purely an agere and disability headcanon/post, NO K!NK INTERACTION!! And, obvious CW for Diapers 😊)
I've made a previous headcanon/post about Loki likely having more disabilities than just being born a small Jotun. Incontinence/semicontinence (having some level of trouble properly using the bathroom) is one of them. They learned how to mask it by shaming themselves into just holding it and drinking less fluids, like many of us autistics end up doing. When they start age regressing, it opens up the possibilities of diapers for them once again, but embarrassment causes them to heavily avoid it for the longest time
Steve Rogers was hesitant at first, but started use of diapers in agere with the support of Bucky, and Steve ends up learning of their more everyday use. Steve, having grown up chronically ill (and I also headcanon autistic), was in diaps and pull ups for much longer than his peers due to difficulties. He also learned to kinda mask and the serum helped with the physical ailments/setbacks, but he still had minor issues. He ends up sometimes using diaps outside of agere if he feels it more helpful
It's Steve who actually learns and helps with Loki's situation. Completely by accident, Steve discovered it and Loki was so frustrated and embarrassed at the time, but Steve's gentleness and shared experience as someone with the same support need helped ease Loki into their use. Starting with agere, as it was harder for Loki to control when regressed, they work through the shame and eventually confide in Thor about Loki using them in agere, which Thor has no problem with and is very supportive. When Steve offers to help move diap use into Loki's more everyday life, it was much harder to get through. It's when Loki finally decides to spill the whole truth to Thor, which expands Loki's support system, that Loki is finally able to have their realization that it's okay
