I have started on what I like to call
My Journey to Dorito Body
I want my torso to be giving triangle, giving my oversized shirts start to fit me, giving I get gendered properly from behind, giving twink that could kill you, giving did I start T or is it just a lot of lat pulls.
This is what I'm starting with
Tumblr media
I'm already a bit dorito shaped natural with shoulders wider than my hips so it's not like I'm started off terribly. I'm just so tiny. I am smol and I probably still be smol but the end of this but I'm aiming for smol but scary. I have realitistic goals here.

Baked Zucchini and Chicken Parm
This is one of my go-to high protein/low calorie meals. It's super easy to make. You simply stack the ingredients on top of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Fold the parchment paper over the stack of food and roll it tight to seal it in. Bake it at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes depending on your thickness of chicken.
Here's the ingredients:
4 oz. Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 Large Zucchini chopped
2 Tbsp Marinara Pasta Sauce
2 Tbsp Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp Parmesan Cheese
Add any seasonings you want to your heart's desire. I generally add seasonings that don't add calories or they're negligible. I do a spritz of olive oil as well.
Here's the breakdown:
Calories: 283
Protein: 43.7 g
Carbs: 8.8 g
Fat: 9.8 g

3-6-24 - fitblr weigh in!
I thought for sure that I had gained weight so I was really nervous to weigh in for like at least the last few weeks, but yay! I'm actually down to 302.2!!! I'm that much closer to being under 300 lbs so I'm very happy about that!
I'm also joining a program through the insurance plan under my fiance's work that is designed for people trying to lose weight who are at risk for conditions like type 2 diabetes and folks with high or abnormal cholesterol.
I have my own scale, but one is being provided by the program that is supposed to sync with the app from what I understand. I'm a little nervous about the new scale because there us generally some difference between scales and I'm afraid mine might be off... like what if I actually weigh more than my scale has been telling me? The new scale might be more accurate so I'm a bit anxious about that and what that means... so I might run some kind of adjustment if needed... I guess that will all depend on what actually happens. And I also don't need 2 scales either... I guess I could donate the other one? Maybe? It's a smart scale too but I don't have it hooked up to any apps anymore and I just do the entries manually in the LoseIt app... well these are just rambling thoughts. Everything will work itself out in time.

Dear diary,
I completeled workouts and I was thinking you know it's a shame that stress doesn't burn calories. Ideally having stress burn 250 calories seems reasonable and would certainly be nice. Although realistically in general from observations of how it impacts majority it seems stress often impacts negatively, whether it's lack of sleep, overeating or just causing breakouts etc. ~
I will say while I may not feel completely beautiful I am happy with my weight today. When I am in the range, and yes range because it will fluctuate some which is aggravating at times but just seems to be normal or part of life that one must accept.
Anyways when I am 89-91 I feel better about my weight then if I were more than that. I feel I've been pretty good about staying certain numbers in that range consistently although it's still a work in progress. It's a shame I lack claws by that I mean sharp or long nails given my habit to bite my nails. ~
I suppose it may seem odd but I can't draw at home, just can't seem to relax enough or get into the right headspace for it but at cafes with good coffee or the aroma of it accompanied with some nice music I can draw and usually fairly well however there are times when I find I can't draw well, that nothing I draw turns out as I'd like it too or that I just can't focus well which inevitably leads to my being annoyed and frustrated at myself as I feel I've wasted my time when made the decision to go to cafe for purpose of drawing. ~
I prefer visiting cafes in the mornings or afternoons as I don't like being out later since that's when most people are out is in the afternoon to evening hours as far as for leisure activities.
That being said I do enjoy the occasion evening at cafes, especially when it's quiet there is a certain magic to the pale blue sky with glow from a moon high in sky and the coolness of night air. I suppose I feel some aesthetic familiarity to what it must have been like to be an artist in a bygone era where they worked by candlelight in evening hours creating beautiful masterpieces that would be appreciated later on. ~

I've been experiencing a tightness in my chest that feels quite uncomfortable. It's as if something is squeezing it. Even when I move my arms, I can sense tension building up in that area. Today, I managed to squeeze in a 15-minute workout, but I realize that I need to be more consistent and avoid eating out as much.
My knee has been hurting ever since I tripped a few days ago. After my workout, standing really hurt, so I gave in and ordered some food instead. (Another $30 gone to regrets.) I'm determined to become stronger and more disciplined moving forward, though.
On a positive note, I recently passed my January record of fasting for 400 hours in a month, I did 500 hours in February. My goal for this month is to surpass that once again.
I want to increase the duration of my intermittent fasting and focus on consuming a single, nutritious meal each day. And I want it to be me cooking that meal. It's important to remind myself that exercise alone cannot compensate for an unhealthy diet.

Forgot to post this yesterday but I managed to get out yesterday! We had a cold snap where it was super icy and snowed but it warmed up enough to warrant getting back to running!
I didn't go as far, but I did make it out. I'm slowly running more than power walking and it's showing through my run times! I started out with a whopping 17:00 pace and I'm a little less than 16:00 now!
Maybe by May I could run continuously for 20 minutes! That'd be neat!
Tumblr media
Weighed myself this morning and I'm down roughly a pound, so my hard work is paying off!
Sw: 187.6
Cw: 186.2

Journey to Dorito Body pt 9
3/3/24
(I'm adding the date to these now cuz Tumblr doesn't and my memory's shit so I dont remember when I did the last one)
I took a rest day (I think it was only one) and I planning on taking the weekend off cuz it da weekend. That's for relaxing. But I stricken with anxiety and so I went to workout to make the voices in my head stupid up so maybe I can sleep.
And I gotta say...it worked. I'm still anxious about the thing but now I'm physically too tired to care. How am I supposed to give a single fuck about your concerns, Brain, when my muscles are doing the ow? Checkmate, IDIOT!
Anyway the workout itself was a bit disappointing. I didn't go down in weight (for I refuse) but I didn't do as much or go as long. I'm doing that thing...pacing myself, I think it's called.
Other than that the only thing of note is that I'm trying more leg workouts to continue my trail run of "Maybe exercise will make my joints suck less ass" and I tried active stretching today (stretching while actively holding yourself up) and turns out--and this is wild, hold on to your butts--stretching joints that are naturally too loose...makes them looser!
I know fucking wild idea! Wish I had thought that BEFORE I did it so I wouldn't have to deal with my knees buckling left right and center during my post gym walk. Bout half way thru I just started stilting it (aka walking with my knees mostly locked and just waddling like a penguin).
Muscle check!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeah they're still there and smol but baby steps will climb a mountain and baby steps will get me the Dortio bode I deserve!
Also peep my pump cover
Tumblr media
This made my waddle around the block ironic.

Tracking your progress with a Fitness Journal
Ready to get fit and stay motivated? Then it's time to start tracking your progress with a fitness journal! ✍️
Keeping track of your workouts can be an incredibly helpful tool for staying on track with your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re just starting out or are already a seasoned Fit Girl, having a record of the exercises you complete each day will help keep you accountable and encourage you to reach new heights.
Tumblr media
🎉 Plus, taking the time to document what works (and what doesn't) can also provide valuable insight into how far you've come—which is always worth celebrating!
📔 So grab a pretty notebook (or Notion template, or another sort of digital notebook, note taking app ...) and let’s get started on making this journey easier and more enjoyable than ever before.
How to start fitness journaling
📅 Start by mapping out your plan for the week. Write down which days you’ll work out and what exercises you plan to do. Don’t worry if it doesn't look perfect—this is just a rough draft!
✔️ Next, take some time to log each workout in your notebook as soon as you're done with it. Note what exercises you completed, how long they took, and how you felt during the session.
Set goals for yourself
💪 This is also a great opportunity to set goals for yourself. Think about what areas of your fitness you want to improve upon and write it down as a reminder that you’re striving towards something bigger.
😁 The tracking doesn't stop there though! After each training session, take some time to reflect on how you felt and what you could have done better. This is a great way to stay mindful of your progress and be able to look back at the end of the week with pride.
⚓ Write down any struggles or goals that come up during this process—acknowledging them is an important step in owning your journey and staying motivated.
Conclusion
Tracking your progress with a fitness journal is an easy and effective way to stay on top of your health and fitness goals.
Taking the time to document your journey will help you stay accountable, keep track of your successes, and provide valuable insight into where you can improve. So go ahead—grab that notebook and start writing!
Did you find this post useful? Please reblog it.

Day 1
Weight: 158lbs
Waist: 32in
Hips: 42in
Thigh: 22in
Supplements: 2000mg/50mg of 40:1 ratio Myo and D-Chiro Inositol, Folate, D3 (all one capsule, henceforth referred to as Inositol+), 750mg Berberine
Diet: unchanged
Thoughts: I definitely snacked too much today, but I didn't feel as hungry as I usually do. I think once I'm taking the full dose of my supplements as I'm supposed to, my appetite will be reduced which will benefit me significantly.
Feeling pretty down about myself though. I wish I had more self control to not snack throughout the day.
