Thinking about how in season 2, everyone managed to just. . . forget about each other, heavy on Five. I'm glad Diego at least acknowledged the fact Five was coming back but that isn't in a comforting way. They all got a break in some way while that poor boy just got a rough 2 weeks and nobody really cared or paid attention to him. And if Diego hadn't gone to that mental asylum, he would've most likely not paid attention to Five's existence either. . . Give my comfort character a break. 💀
Funfact, that little squeak Alastor does when he's first introducing Rosie and she dusted off his sleeve is an actual noise a baby fawn. Z
YEEEESSSSS I've seen people talking about it on twitter this is the cutest little detail about him I'm gonna cry like actually
Find yourself a bestie you're so comfortable with you start making little fawn noises. They are so perfect AAAAHHHH
Also, kind of unrelated but since we're talking about Alastor noises, in the french dub he makes a little "AH" sound when Vaggie interrupts his breakfast it's very subtle but it's so cute as well so I wanted to share it
obedience is so so hot. not even asking subs to do extreme things, just simple commands that they have been trained to follow. reinforced these rules so many times that their body reacts to your words before they even think about it
could you imagine being mid-conversation with a sub, and then randomly interrupting them to tell them to kneel, and immediately they fall to their knees without even hesitation, blinking up at you and ready to follow the next command.
Zoro and Sanji are each other's confidants because despite constantly saying they can't stand each other, they trust the other the most when it comes to stuff they know for sure the rest of the crew won't like. They're each other's "nothing happened" moments. Sanji knows about Thriller Bark. Zoro knows about Wano. Sanji knows about all the burden Zoro has to carry. Zoro literally has Sanji's life on his hands. They trust each other with the things they can't tell their captain. They're his wings so they have to rely on each other to keep the crew from falling. There's just something about the unspoken trust and bond these two have that makes me go insane.
chuuya: forces his own grief down after the other flags died to keep albatross under the impression he saved doc so he died thinking someone survived (while albatross was dying in his arms)
the fandom: how did his acting (how did he) fool fyodor? it's unbelievable! 😡
