Excitement and surprise washed over you as you carefully unwrapped the gift. Inside, you discovered a pair of exquisite high heels, the same pair that’s been sitting in your online cart for a few months now.

"Oh my God... Chris, you didn't have to!" you exclaimed, your eyes sparkling with gratitude.

Chris grinned and replied, "Well, now you don't have to tip-toe as much," he teased, alluding to the times he had to adjust his height difference with you.

Bf!Chris noticed you taking his over sized t-shirts from his cupboard, he was used to your thief antics and so he let it slide. But on your figure, they looked like flowy dresses.

You gestured to the cookbook on the shelf. "Could you grab that for me, please?"

His smile widened, and he sauntered over to the shelf, breezily retrieving the cookbook. As he handed it to you, he couldn't hide his sense of fulfillment. "Here, anything else?"

You chuckled, touched by his eagerness to help. "No, that's perfect, thank you."

I AM LITERALLY WRITING A FIC FOR THEM RN HOLY SHIT This is actually so perfectly timed-

Regular HCs:

-Ross was pretty emo for about a year or two but grew out of it pretty quickly

-Robert has tried many times to convince his parents to get a dog, but it doesn't go very well

-In fact, him and Roy once tried to sneak a dog into Robert's room but Radford caught them. He promised to keep quiet if they returned the dog

-Remember how Ross likes bike rides? (If you didn't know this, go read the wiki.) Sometimes Rob skates along with him.

-Ross has no fucking idea how to hold a cat

-The other two would hold a cat like they held the doll in Deadly Smiles

-They have sleepovers REALLY often, but never at Roy's house

-They all have different favorite games (Ross: Mario Kart, Robert: Lego Star Wars, Roy: GTA5)

Tickle HCs:

-Getting the depressing HC out of the way first: Roy's parents never tickle him. Like, never ever. He's just their little legacy, so he never gets affection.

Oh I was gonna talk abt thoughts in discord interests chat but u know what it's ur ocs I'll just drop my inane ramblings in ur ask box. It's like 4 am fyi but I took an accident nap earlier and I have autocoorfect on my side so this probably won't be tooo bad

Anyways I think Thomas and Eliana are an underrated and under utilized duo, idk abt ur canon dynamic for them but I have my headcanons after doing so much of them together in blau. I feel like Thomas is v protective of her but won't admit it, and when he's caught (earlier in their relationship at least) he absolutely denies it and pins it all on how upset shirley would be if anything happened to her cus now it'd be embarrassing to admit he really likes Eliana after being kind of a dick to her, but when Eliana realizes he actually cares a lot she just thinks it's cute because he is cute lol. He also knows full well she is adorable, he can try to deny it as long as possible but it can not be avoided esp once he starts accepting more that shirley can love both of them, since she's easier to like when he's not busy being jealous.

Also shirley loves seeing them become friends but also is a little bit like. As of recent, you hadn’t been feeling as great as usual

Living the way you did was great, all you could ask for even, but that’s not to say it didn’t come with enormous mental and physical strain. You got to help the world, and do so much good at your job, but god was the stress a lot. And eventually it was bound to catch up to you.

And catch up it did.

You were lying on your bed, your room at the tower was on the medium side. Modest compared to Tony’s, but not as small as some of the others who didn’t like a vast space. Bucky being one of them. He liked to keep it simple.

Loki on the other hand preferred the extravagant, as always. To be expected when growing up as Asgardian royalty, really.

anyhow, we’re getting off topic.

There you were, laying there, on your bed, looking out of your window even though you were too far to see much other than the opposing building’s windows and structure.

You’d hit a bit of a slump recently, the weight of the world, almost literally, was on your and your co-workers shoulders, and it was a lot to deal with at times. Sometimes it was easy, others... Others were something more like this.

Usually you would just retreat when you got the chance, rewatching your favorite shows, maybe dig out the ice cream or other favorite foods and just... let it hit you.

Not in a I’m Gonna Stagnate In This Till I’m Depressed sort of way, just a Working Through My Emotions Bit by Bit type of thing.

You’d throw on one of those nice comfy throw blankets and get cozy, and just sit in a reassuring enviornmemt till you felt safe enough to cry it out or face your hard feelings.

And it worked, for the most part. but this go ‘round was just not settling like it should.

You’d already done your usual routine, your favorite multi season netflix binge on the tv, some snacks on your nightstand, your favorite comforter around your shoulders, but something was off this time. You were crying and attempting to let out your emotions, yes, but they just kept coming.

It had been two days you’d been hulled up in your room and Loki was starting to sense something was off. He knew by now he should’ve at least seen you around the kitchen or in the living room or otherwise at least once by now. But he hadn’t, and he was beginning to worry.

By sundown of the second day, he’d decided he should check in on you, maybe ask to sit down for a movie, give you a break from the stress for a couple hours. Not to ignore it, but just to give your mind a rest.

He decided to make some popcorn, he’d noticed it was a popular movie snack, and after some fumbling with the “cursed-mortal-contraption” that was the microwave, he’d finally managed to pop some and bring it down to your quarters where he now stood, knocking at the door.

“It’s open.” You called in that general direction, your voice was a bit hoarse and he could tell. You knew it was him by the sound of the knock. You’d grown accustomed to that sound from the many times you’d accompanied one another. You had become really close friends, so it wasn’t unusual behavior.

“You’ve been in here longer than usual, I figured you need a break from wallowing in your stress here. Come, let us put on a movie, I brought this ‘popcorn’ all you midgardians seem to enjoy.” He smirked at that last sentence, walking in and holding up the bowl. You couldn’t really say no.

“Sure, make yourself comfy.”

You’d decided on one of your favorite disney movies, only after he said he’d never seen it. Of course that had to change, now.

It brightened your mood slightly, being around him, but you were hiding most of it still. You just couldn’t get your worries off of your mind.

Loki noticed this, Loki notices everything. He saw the way your eyes seemed dull, and knew it wasn’t because of the dim, theater style lighting. He saw the weight you were carring behind them, and about halfway through the film, he just had to say something.

“You can talk to me, you know? I am here for you if you need that.” He said, breaking the silence. He glanced over at you with worried eyes, pausing the movie with his magic.

You turned your gaze, looking down, you supposed your facade wasn’t that convincing. You remained silent.

“Go on, love. I know you want to tell me, it’ll make it easier if you just get it out of your system.” he moved his hand to rest on top of yours, leaning a bit towards you to get a better look at your face, almost forcing your eyes to meet.

You hesitated for a moment, wondering if you should. You didn’t want to burden him with your problems, but he seemed to catch on and gave you a look that said it was ok.

You began to tell him everything, all of your worries, and when you began to shed tears he pulled you into his side, trying his best to comfort you.

It didn’t take much longer for your tears to let up, and eventually stop. Still held tight against him. He knew you well enough to know you needed some type of protective embrace when you were like this. The both of you knew it didn’t mean anything more than just simple support between friends, that was all you both needed. There was stigma around platonic affection yes, but neither of you cared. If it were to help the other, neither of you minded cuddling up or a strong embrace.

“Better?” he asked after a while. He showed no intention of letting go yet, he just wanted to check up.

“A little.” you said, a bit too meekly for your liking, but oh well.

“Well we can stay here until it’s a lot. I’ve got you.” He resumed the movie and magically summoned some fresh popcorn and drinks for the both of you. You went on watching and enjoying your best friends company through the night, until you indeed felt a lot better.
