Imagine Jake and Amy have a little girl some time in the future and she makes Holt just light up every time she’s around him. She will come running in to the precinct and Holt will smile and become completely soft, dropping everything to make her happy. 

You can just tell he will be laughing and swinging her around and she will be giggling, then he will turn to Jake and Amy saying, “Santiago, Peralta” in his normal emotionless tone. 

Jake will be whining because how is it fair that hes half of his daughter and he doesn’t get the same treatment. AND you just know their children will call Holt something along the lines of ‘Grandpa’.
