Okay but guys, why do I see no one talking about their new flag from the S2E4 preview??? It’s a golden cat.

A golden.

Cat.

This makes me so optimistic that they are all indeed starting to heal as a group, even if slowly.

I mean… look at them. They are a family 😭

They embrace that they are soft. They aren’t the pirates with the cruel flag of the devil, the blood and the spear anymore, they are what they have always been: a lovely, queer group of people who really care about each other.

It’s not about the piracy. It’s never been about the piracy.

And the fact that even Izzy stands there waiting for the flag to get raised without trying to stop anyone is just beautiful.
