i'm lying on the ground looking at the big blue sky and appreciating the clouds of every different shape, this is my home, my world, the place where i belong…i hear footsteps coming towards me

Hell: hey Y/n! how are you?

this is my cousin Inferno, she is a demon, yes, we are not human, we are creatures created by a goddess to serve her and be faithful to her for a lifetime... even if it is short... Hell was a a little taller than me, she had long, straight hair with black coloring and red tips, pointed and sharp teeth, her skin was fair, but her hands were black with claws, they had two hot pink locks, she had a pair of blood-red horns on its head and a long tail of the same color

as long as i remember Hell and i grew up together, we already shared our clothes with each other, she was my first friend.

our species is known for not living very long, we have very short lives being spent just breeding and worshiping our goddess, it may be sad but it's our reality…my father and mother were always kind and sweet people to me, they always took care of everyone like they're family, I think that's why we're so respected

Hell: hey Y/n, it's getting late, I think you better get back home before your parents get worried

Y/n: ho is it, well see you tomorrow?

Hell: sure, see you later Y/n!

I get up and walk away from Hell, I walk home calmly, not much happens around here, there's never been a robbery around here, everyone knows each other, I open the door of my house and I'm welcomed by my parents

D/n: you're two minutes late young lady

Y/n: why are you so worried? i know the way home

m/n: anyway, we care about you, you're our only daughter honey, now come eat before it gets cold

I smile seeing the food on the table, the kitchen is filled with laughter and the comfortable warmth of home, we ate the food and had a good time, I wish this moment could last forever…
