Going insane about a Hermit Knight (Hermitcraft (+Martin) and Hollow Knight) and thinking about it in terms of games too- @kairamuwu hasn’t been helping he’s only been enabling me-

@kairamuwu ‘s design for scar and grian that started this insanity- Grian is just struggling with fighting for Scar, whose a lil crime scam artist.

We got mumbo, who came across the two and started following them around for Scars little light buddy. He’s just a weirdo who feeds of Soul and is tempted to try Grians Shade too.

If Grian dies and mumbo is following, there’s a time limit before mumbo scrans your shade, despawning the Geo earned and forcing Grian to go pay Jiji to retrieve his regrets.

Treebark!! Their Dogwarts is a hive in Greenpath, they’re just proud fathers of hundreds of hivelings. Even though Martin would be a royal guard, I still think Ren could hold his own well, he’s just tiny.

The hive is encased in honey and thorns to stop anything from getting inside, but if Grian bears the Mark of the King, Ren would recognise someone of his own status and allow them in.

A mad scientist who was enthralled by the possibilities of infection. So much so, he infected himself to make him more powerful and efficent. He experiments on other creatures in hopes of replicating the same effect he’s had on himself, but to no avail.

He’s hollowed out the mountains of the howling cliffs and is only expanding out. His lab is filled with spores that would infect anything that approached, so Grian would have to make some fort of vent or destroy the source, but in the process, release some infected beast that would destroy most of his lab, leading to a pissed off Doc.

Trust me I’m so normal about this whole thing
