Today's smoothie recipe share is something on the fun side. Usually do the green smoothie, but wanted a seasonal flare one. So, here goes: The night before, 馃専take 1/2 cup pumpkin and freeze it. Next morning, mix the following: 馃専 1 Cup Coconut or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 馃巸 1/2 cup frozen pumpkin 馃専1 date 馃専1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds - important to ground just when you need them. Do not buy them already ground up 馃専1 scoop of your favorite vegan vanilla protein powder 馃巸1/4 tsp each pumpkin spice, ground cloves, ground allspice, sprinkle cinnamon 馃崄 3 to 4 ice cubes Blend and then top off with couple toasted whole pecans and sprinkle with cinnamon to make it pretty! #proteinsmoothie #pumpkin #fall #autumn #spice #cloves #nutmeg #cinnamon #seasonal #hippieangels #dawnbergeron #db #pecan #delicious #yummylicious
