Heart or Brain? | Wriothesley x reader
This is sort of a trailer of mine for an AO3 project that I've been working on, albeit I haven't published any chapters yet. Not proofread :)
You were an average girl in Fontaine, living an average life with your family, or at least that's what it looked like on surface level.
What you really were was a member of the House of the Hearth, working as an informant, detective, intelligence manager, you name it. The point is, that you were in a high position and an invaluable member, sitting right by The Knave's side during every meeting.
When you ended up in the Fortress of Meropide, it was also for the sake of an investigation regarding some of its inner workings, and the easiest way to do that was faking a fraud case through your day job, which was a logistics manager at a big Fontainian manufacture company.
Queue fake crying at the trial because of made up reasons that your nonexistent sister living in Mondstadt needed medical attention and had no money for it. Through this, your public image remained almost completely intact as the sweet girl who would help everyone in Fontaine if they ever needed assistance. But more importantly, you were in the prison, serving a three year sentence, which would give you more than enough time to play the slow game and gather as much intel as possible without becoming suspicious.
As a fellow inmate, you became sort of a mentor to fresh inmates, teaching them the know-how about the place, and telling them what and what not to do. You got the reputation of the nice, reliable girl who's totally eager to pull you out of trouble or help you get special perks if you know how to ask her nicely.
But there was one thorn in your side, namely the Duke, Wriothesley. As what you were, a normal inmate, it didn't matter how high of a regard you were held in by others, you had no way of getting close to him and getting your hand on the knowledge that he possessed.
You expressed these concerns to The Knave in a letter, who suggested infiltrating Wriothesley's inner circle through Sigewinne, the melusine girl who worked as the head nurse of the infirmary. As such, you would eagerly ask Sigewinne about any and all questions regarding medicine and healing, meanwhile you learned how to use your Hydro vision to heal wounds and such things.
Sure, it took about six months of your sentence, but you became highly trusted by Sigewinne and 'doctor' also got added to your excessively long list of entries in your job description. From now, it didn't take long before you were actually attending tea parties with Sigewinne and Wriothesley, who was most likely none the wiser about your machinations, as you managed to build a perfect stack of cards for yourself that all played in the favor of your mission and helped you evade suspicion with every move you made.
Tea time with Wriothesley became a common occurrence even when Sigewinne wasn't around, and slowly but surely you managed to get more and more information about him, his past, the fortress, and anything for that matter. In order to keep your friendship with him genuine, you also told him things about your life, albeit from before joining the House of the Hearth, as well as your previous day job as a logistics manager, and pretty much presented him the same persona that you portrayed during the trial, the kindhearted, selfless girl who would risk her life and freedom for those who she cared about.
You truly became his closest confidant when he finally introduced you to his secret project, the ship that he had been constructing under the prison, as well as the strange door that separated Fontaine from disaster.
He arranged for you to work full time as a healer who would treat injuries with her hydro vision, while in your free time, you helped out with your project, and you'd notice that he'd always go out of his way to do things from you, from making sure that you'd eat the best food at the cafeteria to giving you exquisite teas and pastries imported from the surface.
He'd look into your eyes so genuinely that it almost made you cry, knowing that you were nothing more than an undercover spy, a con artist and a fraud. But in terms of the mission, it would be the cherry on top if you managed to get him to fall in love with you, regardless of how bad you felt about it.
Besides, you wouldn't mind having to act like you were madly in love with him, after all he was a smart, strong and incredibly handsome man, and there was something about the way he spoiled you with amazing teas and treats, and the way he would hug you goodbye, or put his arm around your waist when you were together in private that made you question how much longer you could keep everything professional on your end.
When the day arrived that he took your chin in his hand and kissed you softly, you didn't even think of resisting. You kissed him back as if it was your last minute alive, enjoying the way you could still taste the tea in his mouth as he continued stealing your breath.
Being with him felt so genuine and real that whenever he kissed you, you completely forgot about being a liar and a fraud, only to remember it as soon as you looked into his eyes after pulling away.
It wouldn't hurt the mission if you just enjoyed a little bit of spice every now and then, right?
You were utterly torn between two worlds. On one hand, it was your entire life's mission to help prevent the prophecy from coming true and contribute as much to the Fatui as possible, but on the other hand, you had actually developed feelings for Wriothesley, and it was only the matter of days before you could say that you're completely in love with him. Telling 'Father' might damage your reliability and reputation as a Fatuus, while telling Wriothesley would completely ruin your relationship with him. After all, it may have started as you schemes of getting information for the operation, but your feelings for him were real, and you've never felt this way about anyone before.
You'd soon have to choose, but you really didn't want to. Should you let your heart or your brain dictate?

Because you stuck around | Gojo Satoru x reader college au
Summary: you had been Gojo's only die-hard loyal friend in his so far twenty years of life, but it took saving him from a quarter-life crisis for him to finally admit to you just how precious you were to him Not proofread bc we're lazy Decided to switch it up a little from the usual Genshin stuff
You first met the man child when he was only a child, as your parents were great friends of his parents, which meant you two would get a whole lot of play dates as kids.
Whenever he looked into your eyes even back then, you felt like you were frozen in place by those radiant blues. There was also something about the way he looked at you, and only you. For a while you felt as if you weren't the only one who's stomach filled with butterflies when you gazed at one another.
Eventually, he got older and achieved a great amount of fame via all his amazing accomplishments, and also good looks. While he never had a weird phase in puberty regarding looks, he definitely did have a personality change.
All the praise went to his head, so much so that whenever he talked to you, it was always just about how awesome he was. In middle school, he had his own little cult, or gang of devoted followers, who by themselves could be considered the cool kids, but only when Satoru wasn't around.
He turned into one of the most insufferable of egotistical bullies, but he didn't bully you, and you stuck around. You always did.
In high school, you two went to separate high schools that were on the same street, right across from one another. Girls from your school would often sneak into his school during lunch break just to get a glimpse of him in the flesh, while you just rolled your eyes at the whole situation.
Still, you were there if he ever needed to boast about all the love letters he had received that week, or tell someone about all the details of his new girlfriend. You stuck around, even though it was a type of thankless devotion. It was a well known fact that you were his only long time good friend, so while many girls envied you and stared daggers at you in the halls or on the streets, other girls did anything they could to be friends with you, just to get information about Satoru.
You'd be lying if you said you weren't at least a little bit happy with your popularity.
Things changed when you two reached college. Both you and Satoru moved across the country to attend a prestigious college. During the first year, he got to live in his very own three bedroom mansion, while you just shared a dorm with three other girls, which you didn't mind, but it wasn't exactly luxury.
Your friendship was only being held together by the feelings you still had left for him after all this time, as now, he barely even talked to you anymore. He was way too caught up in his lavish lifestyle, blasting mountains of money on girls and partying each week, and steadily failing all his classes at the same time.
Still, you stuck around and watched over him from afar, but you could only roll your eyes and shake your head at what he was doing with his life. That brings you to this summer.
You had the highest grades from your entire year in your college, while it wasn't hard to guess that Satoru's were the lowest. You became quite popular, as many people asked you to help them with things they didn't understand, as well as just taking advice from you in general.
You'd never have expected a depressed looking Gojo Satoru to approach you one day, asking for help with dark circles around his eyes, messed up hair and clothes, and a look in his eyes that indicated a mental breakdown. Still, the way he looked at you was the same as back then.
"Y/n... can you please help me improve my grades? If I continue like this, I'll be kicked out. Please, I'll do anything." He said to you. If it were any other person with his lifestyle begging for help, you may have just laughed in their face and told them to change life paths entirely, but it was Satoru. You could only nod and offer a comforting hug.
You contacted his parents regarding his issues, and while they were furious at him, they couldn't stop thanking you for sticking around and helping him. They arranged for you to stay at his college house from now on, just so you could keep a closer eye on him as you two worked through his quarter life crisis together.
By the time you reached Christmas, his grades had improved majorly, and he was a completely changed person. He had gotten back his cheerful, bubbly personality that you once knew him for, and while he wasn't blatantly rude and egotistical, he continued to play into the act, partially as a joke, and also because old habits die hard. And you were the one to thank for this change for him, because as always, you stuck around.
This was his first time in so many years that he didn't spend Christmas partying, but instead with you, and only you, enjoying all the amazing foods you made, and otherwise curling up on the couch with you as you two binged movies.
You don't even know how many romcoms you two had gone through the past couple days, but while it was entertaining, you couldn't help but envy the people in those movies, always getting their happily ever after with the one they love, while you were just here, raising a man child that you had been in love with since you were two.
Little did you know that when you'd be opening your present from him on Christmas Eve, you'd find amongst all the amazing things he bought you, a hand-written letter, and that he'd be watching you anxiously as you opened and read it, praying to everything both up above and down below that you wouldn't react by ripping it up and tossing it on the floor.
My dear Y/n, This is my 89th attempt at writing this letter, but I'm afraid if I tried to tell you what I want to say in outspoken words, it would be even worse than this. Please don't hate me. I want to confess to you something that I was too scared to say out loud, so here goes. I know I might have never shown it, but I've loved you ever since we were just little kids. I know I was a really bad friend to you growing up, but you always continued to stick around, no matter how insufferable I got. I could never understand it. I was the one who was famous, the one who was deemed perfect by everyone on the outside, but it was you who turned out so amazing, while I just became a wreck, leaving you, the only one who stuck around after all this time, to fix me. I'm eternally grateful for everything you've done for me, and I wish I could repay you. I wish that some day you could find it in you to reciprocate my love for you, but even if you can't, I will always wait for you, just as you did for me, as a way of paying off my debt. Keep in mind that I've never actually confessed to anyone, as I never truly loved anyone that I've been with in the past, though you probably knew that by yourself. With sincere love, Satoru. P.S. I hope you didn't die of cringe by the time you reached the end of this.
You giggled as you read the line on the bottom of the paper, looking up at Satoru afterwards, and he seemed like a lost puppy with a begging look in his eyes. Even the time he came asking for your help, he didn't look like he was so hopeful.
"I didn't die of cringe, as you can see." You said with a smirk on your face, taking all of his constipated facial expression in as you kept eye contact for a long time period.
"...and?" He broke the silence after about fifteen seconds, gulping right after.
"I love you too, you idiot." You said, catching him as he practically flew into your arms. You had been waiting for this moment for way too long.
He leaned down and softly pressed his lips against yours, stealing your breath for a short time before pulling away after a few seconds. His cocky persona had returned.
"Why did I ever have my doubts? I'm awesome!" He said, making you giggle.
"What a man child." You shook your head before kissing him again, just enjoying the romcom moment you had been desiring for so long.

Strictly A Business Relationship | Alhaitham x reader smut and confession
Warning: drinking, drunk sex, no use of protection Summary: It took Alhaitham several months to warm up to you, but it only took him one night of heavy drinking to actually confess. Not proofread :)
Today was a day like any other. Sitting at your desk, receiving papers, filling papers, sending out papers, making several trips from the library to your office, so on and so forth. All within of your job description as... nobody knows.
You were just Y/n. The Sages knew you as Y/n, the students and researchers know you as Y/n, everyone knew you as Y/n. Some people called you the 'Jack of All Trades', as anything from cataloguing new information to taking care of official papers, occasionally supervising experiments, keeping track of certain area's monthly expenses and research funding was your responsibility. It became a motto within the Akademiya: You have a problem? Go to Y/n!
Since you did practically every job that nobody volunteered to do part-time, you had quite the network. Everybody knew and trusted you, and therefore you could get any information you wanted, only dreaming about having the freedom to turn against this accursed institution and destroy it from within with all the information you had.
It's through this can of baked beans that you call a job that you managed to get acquainted with the Akademiya's Scribe, Alhaitham. At first, you found him rather peculiar. He was completely objective towards everything, and it seemed like he didn't have emotions at all. He just stated factual information in the most indifferent manner as possible, and emphasis on factual, since nothing left his mouth that couldn't be backed up with a ton of evidence and research. He was so smart it surprised you.
Upon some sort of miracle, many of the free work spots that you filled in for were taken, as such the Grand Sage offered you a new position that would give you more opportunities to showcase your own genius. Your title was still basically the same 'Ask-Me-To-Solve-Your-Problems Y/n', but now you at least had a job description, and a higher salary.
Your new job was looking through submissions of findings and categorizing them, supervising experiments and making sure they are done according to the submitted thesis and ensuring that the experiment materials were used and not repurposed illegally, and being a witness any time people from the Akademiya got in trouble and were handled by the Mahamatra, making records of the case in the process and maintaining a portfolio of them.
You could also be called 'I-Just-Stand-Here-And-Nod Y/n', but occasionally you did have important things to do. Like the one time you teamed up with Alhaitham. It was unexpected, but not unpleasant. His job as Scribe and your job as... whatever you were happened to intertwine, leading you to to go on an errand or two together and end up back at your place to go over all the findings.
After a while, he grew to respect the extent of your knowledge, eventually seeing you as an equal. Over the years of having a job as chaotic as yours, you also developed his way of reacting to things, the exception being that you acted like you cared. The way he saw you was an absolute genius who could still lower herself down to other people's level, entertain their menial ideas, pretend to be invested in their meaningless eventual turmoil, without ending up as a gossip point.
You were a beacon of trust within a giant web of people, and Alhaitham being so unconventional, you were like his equal opposite in personality. So modest, graceful, kind and trustworthy, and he started getting drawn to that.
Eventually your attitude of not losing your humanity rubbed off on him, but only when he was around you. He claimed he didn't care about anything or anyone, but when it came to you, he cared.
At first, it was small changes in his behavior like smiling occasionally when he was with you, thanking or complimenting you when he felt it was necessary. Then it became a habit of you two to go out to a bar and have a few drinks after a long afternoon brainstorming session.
You were a lightweight compared to him when it came to alcohol, so he'd act disappointed when placing his arm around your shoulder as he walked you home, only to maintain his image.
After some time, he'd find it easier to loosen up around you as opposed to staying as he usually was. Whenever you two were out drinking, he'd place his arm around your waist, and as he was walking you home, he'd give you a piggyback ride or carry you in his arms if he deemed you too drunk or too tired.
Once the project the two of you had been working on was over, you two once again went out drinking, but having drunk way more than the usual, Alhaitham couldn't be bothered to care about Kaveh's future remarks, he just walked you to his house, as yours was too far away.
After wobbling into his house, he noticed that Kaveh was probably out tonight, as such he grabbed a few beers and headed to his room in case his roommate would come back. You two continued popping bottle after bottle, to the point when even Alhaitham was seriously drunk. He wasn't your type of drunk. You were the type of drunk that found everything way too funny, while Alhaitham was just clingy. He sat on his bed, holding your waist as you laid with the back of your head against his stomach.
"Hehee, you look funny upside down." You said, looking up at him.
"What is that supposed to mean?" He raised his eyebrows, leaning closer to you.
"You're still pretty, it's just funny." You said after concluding that upside down Alhaitham was just as pretty as regular Alhaitham. It probably wasn't even the alcohol in your system, after all the angle didn't change the fact that his hair was nice and silky, it didn't change the mesmerizing color of his eyes, or his perfect lips.
"Upside down Y/n isn't bad either." You started giggling after hearing this.
"I'm not upside down, silly, you are. I'm normal." You reached up to tap the tip of his nose with your pointer finger.
"If you say so, normal Y/n." You blinked twice at him after he said this.
"I'm always normal, why do you emphasize?" You raised your eyebrows, and he just shrugged. All the alcohol in his brain added onto the fact that you were there made his natural, arrogant responses turn off.
For a while, you two just sat there silently until you decided that you were bored of your current position, so you sat up beside him, only for him to lean onto your shoulder and hug your torso.
"You're very pretty, Alhaitham." You giggled at him after looking down at his face for a while. Your sudden statement made him look up at you. "You have very pretty eyes, a pretty nose and very nice hair. And you also have pretty lips. 10/10, very kissable looking."
For once, he was blushing. While the look on his face didn't change, the redness in his cheeks was not something you could miss.
"Hehe, you're blushing!" You said before pinching his cheeks.
"Ow... Why did you do that?" His words fell on deaf ears as you just continued to squish different parts of his face with your hand before you just settled on playing with his hair.
"I want to ask you something, Y/n." He said out of the blue, completely seriously.
"What is it?" His tone indicated that it wasn't time for you to start joking.
"What am I... to you?" His question almost made you sober up in a sense as you looked at him in the eyes.
"I mean... you're Alhaitham. We've been working together for a while now, but we also hang out after work. And the way we're just laying here, essentially cuddling isn't quite friend behavior either. I don't know. That's the most concrete answer I can give." He nodded and swallowed. "Why? What am I to you?" You asked.
"When I met you, I was interested to see why you were so popular among everyone despite having a seemingly ordinary job. At first, I didn't think much of you, but as we were working on this case together, I realized that you were insanely smart. You are just like me, you're a genius. But even so you can remain so compassionate. You act so human around other people, despite the fact that even you yourself see their problems as meaningless. Everyone trusts and admires you, and rightfully so. I feel like you've shown me that that the part of me that I've always seen as a weakness, an inconvenience is actually good." He said, and now you were the one with tomato cheeks.
"Aww, I appreciate that." You said.
"Truthfully, I need you, Y/n. You complete me." He said, looking into your eyes with utmost sincerity.
You slowly leaned in, pressing your lips against his, one hand buried in his hair and the other tracing the muscles on his back while he just held you close. The way his lips felt on yours had your head in the sky while your stomach was spinning in circles. He was craving you, evidently so.
His hands wandered to your thighs, easily lifting you onto his lap without even breaking the kiss, then he placed his hands on your hips, pulling you even closer. You hummed against his lips as he squeezed your hips, gripping his hair before finally pulling away, breathing heavily.
"Y/n." He said looking you in the eye. "I have to warn you that if we kiss one more time, I won't be able to stop myself. The decision is yours, Y/n. We either go back to just hanging out or we can give in to our desires. You choose."
You nodded, evaluating whether or not it would be a good idea to sleep with someone in your current state. Then again, it was Alhaitham, not just 'someone'. With that, you crashed your lips against his, wrapping your legs around his waist as you sat in his lap. Suddenly the smell of him was even more intoxicating, along with the fact that he was so close to you.
A few months ago if someone told you that in the near future you'd be sitting in Alhaitham's lap, making out with him in his bed, you would've called them crazy. But now, here you were.
He groaned as you pulled on his hair, squeezing your butt as his other hand wandered up to your breasts, feeling them through the fabric of your dress. Since it was an off the shoulder dress, he could easily just pull the neckline down and expose your breasts. The cool air in his room hitting your exposed nipples made them harden while shivers were sent down your spine as he started fondling them with his hand. In the meantime, you could also feel his erection bulging through the fabric of his pants, and you only wanted more.
You started rocking, rubbing yourself against his crotch, chasing after every bit of friction, almost melting when you heard him groan deeply. The way he had you wrapped around his finger had your mind spinning, and you could only imagine what it would feel like to have him inside you.
He soon break free, but only to strip off his clothes, while you did the same. Lucky for you, you only had your dress and your panties, so you sat back down on the bed, watching him undress. You couldn't tear your eyes away from the way his muscles flexed every time he moved, and you could feel your imagination running free. While you valued your dignity, you totally wouldn't mind being bent over a desk by this man, even if half of the Akademiya saw. And you had him all for yourself.
He finally turned towards you with the last of his clothes discarded, and you felt your eyes being glued to his crotch. It was bigger than any you've seen before. It had to be at least eight inches, thick with veins, and a tip that was oozing with precum.
He just had a grin on his face as he observed the look in your eyes. "Don't worry, I'll be gentle." He said, walking over to the bed. He signaled for you to lay down before opening your legs and getting on his knees.
"You're wet." He said before proceeding to drag his tongue over your slit. He looked you straight in the eyes as he dove in, sucking on your clit while his fingers ghosted over your thighs, making you shiver. It didn't take long before you were moaning at every swirl of his tongue around your clit, and even more so whenever he licked over your opening, teasing to push his tongue in before going back to your clit. You could feel a knot forming in your stomach, but just before you could finally cum, he pulled himself away, once again looking you straight in the eye as he used his thumb to clean his face and lick everything off.
You gulped as he climbed on top of you, nervous because of the size, but also boiling with anticipation because of the climax he robbed you of. He teased your clit by rubbing his tip against it before aligning himself with your entrance and slowly pushing in. He was huge.
He moved very slowly, pushing it in inch by inch and stopping to let you adjust after every inch. The way he stretched you out hurt, causing you to scrunch your eyebrows. Seeing your expression, he leaned down to press a small kiss on your chin before pulling out and slowly pushing you in.
He started moving at a slow and steady pace. It was still a little painful, but the pain was quickly shifting to pleasure as his veins rubbed against your walls. It all felt like a fever dream. He looked insanely attractive as it was, but something about the way his naked body towered on top of you made you want to scream.
"You good?" He asked, looking up at you with a lustful, but patient gaze. You just nodded in response and waited for him to start moving again.
This time his pace was a little faster than before, but it was still overall slow and steady. You were trying to stay quiet which ended as soon as he leaned down to start sucking hickeys onto your neck. He supported himself with one hand while the other kept squishing your breasts and pinching your nipples. This combination was simply too much for your mind and body to handle, as such you quickly turned into a moaning mess as Alhaitham continued rocking his hips against yours.
You barely even realized that he'd moved you when he flipped you on top of him. He was sitting with his back against the bedframe and positioned you on top of him, hands on either side of your butt. You used your hand to direct his dick to your entrance before lowering yourself onto him, releasing a soft moan in the process.
He once again buried his face in your chest, kissing your neck, your breasts, sucking on your nipples all the while guiding your hips with his strong hands. He paired that with the movement of his own hips, and soon you were back to moaning out loud every time your pubes made contact. He was so deep inside you that you could feel his tip kissing your cervix each time. You started craving more, taking control of your hip movements and starting to move a lot quicker, and he soon got the idea, matching his pace to yours.
It was like an itch in inside you that needed to be scratched, but nothing was enough. That was until he held your hips down tightly and started thrusting up into you at an insane speed. Sounds of skin slapping and moaning from both parties filled the room, and you could feel yourself tightening around him as you threw your head back and squeezed your eyes shut.
"You're... so tight." He said, continuing this pace for about ten more seconds before both of you had climaxed. You were seeing stars and your walls were pulsating around him, sucking every bit of his cum out of his dick. The sensation of being filled with cum was something you didn't know how to even describe, but it had you hugging Alhatiham close, still heaving for air.
"That was amazing." You said, resting your chin on top of his head, giving him a face full of boobs.
"Yeah..." He said. "Let's get you cleaned up."
He cleaned you up and gave you one of his t-shirts and a pair of boxers to sleep in before he himself put on a pair of pajama shorts and climbed into bed next to you, covering the both of you with a blanked and holding you close. Your mind wandered back to the conversation that lead to this spectacular experience in the first place.
"Alhaitham, remember what you asked me?"
"Hm? Oh you mean when I asked what I mean to you." He responded, almost half asleep.
"I think I have an answer. To me, you are the one I love." You said, placing your hand on top of his hand that laid on your stomach.
"I love you too, Y/n." He said, then placed a kiss on the back of your head.
"Hehe, I'm no longer single." You giggled once again, but this time it was more because of how tired you were. "I managed to bag Alhaitham! Al-fucking-haitham! Can you believe it, Alhaitham?"
You heard him chuckle quietly, which made you do a little victory dance in your head.
"Sleep, Y/n." He said, and you muttered a 'fine' under your breath before closing your eyes and falling asleep within a few seconds.
Both of you were severely hungover when you woke up in the morning, but Alhaitham went to prepare breakfast for the two of you while you stayed in bed, rubbing the sleepiness out of your eyes. He soon came back to tell you that breakfast is done, and you got out of bed walking out of his room with a big stretch and a yawn.
Unbeknownst to either of you, Kaveh, his roommate was coming out of his room, to the living room just then. Poor man would've never expected seeing Y/n from the Akademiya being there in none other than Alhaitham's clothes. As such, he screeched. "AAAH! Y/n from the Akademiya? What are you doing here?" You knew Kaveh, there have been times when he had to interact with you for certain jobs.
Alhaitham walked to you and hugged you from behind, looking Kaveh in the eyes before saying: "She's my girlfriend."
"What? Is this true? Blink twice if he paid you to act." Kaveh said, looking at you, but you just blankly stared at him without blinking.
"I'm pretty sure I have a higher salary than him, he can't bribe me with money. So yes, it's true." You finally responded, making Kaveh once again turn his attention back to his roommate.
"But how? When?" He was absolutely, positively flabbergasted.
"I'm simply better at talking to women than you are." Alhaitham said with a completely straight face, and you were just entertained to watch this whole drama unfold.
"No. That's not true. Amani from the Spatamad Darshan is going to confess to me any way now!" He crossed his arms in front of his chest.
"You've been saying that for half a year now." Alhaitham responded while you just giggled in his arms.
"You- How dare you?" Kaveh said, storming off, while you and Alhaitham just went to the kitchen to have breakfast.
You were certain that your life will never be boring again.

Mr. Crazy and Mrs. Crazier | Dottore x reader smut
Warning: gore, human experimentation, dismantling of a human heart, psychopathic behavior Not proofread
You were just about the perfect being that he could imagine. In his eyes, you were smart, entertaining and downright gorgeous. Normally, Dottore wouldn't think such things about anything he didn't create himself, but you? You were different. You were perfect.
You were a very successful graduate of the Sumeru Akademiya's Amurta Darshan, some even say that you're the most promising student the Amurta Darshan's ever had. That was arguable. On the other hand, it was an unarguable truth that you were insane. You had about as much regard for human life as Dottore, or maybe even less. They tried to change you for some time, after all your knowledge and talent was definitely in the wrong hands considering your usual projects, which more often than not included human experimentation.
Obviously, they failed. When Dottore joined the Akademiya, he heard news of you, and he was intrigued. He searched for you day and night, week after week until you finally decided to see what his deal was, and once you saw his... creative potential, to speak lightly, you decided to teach him all sort of messed up tips and tricks, from the easiest way to disassemble a human body to reconstructing a human body with mechanical parts.
And that should give anyone the understanding of why and how Dottore was kicked from the Akademiya. When they learned of your cooperation with him, they were all but thrilled. In fact, they were mortified.
Dottore and yourself turned into a wicked pair, eventually ending up serving the Tsaritsa, but while he became a Fatui Harbinger, you just remained in the shadows, but eventually earning the rank number 2.5, as you and him practically came as a package deal. You continued working together for centuries.
Unlike you, he had to resort do different means of achieving a long lifespan, but you were always by his side to give him new ideas and help him out with whatever he needed. As such, you went from his mentor to his lab assistant who would sit atop a countertop in his laboratory and entertain him.
Fatui agents would often hear howling laughter coming up from the lab as you two were working on a new project, and could only imagine which part of cutting young humans up was it that entertained the two of you so much.
In reality, you could turn anything into entertainment.
"Why are you holding the scalpel like that? It looks like you're trying to use it as a chopstick." You raised your eyebrows at one of his most recent techniques.
"Criticize all you want, princess, but it's easier from me to cut at this angle. See?" He maneuvered around the current test subject's ribs, attempting to cut her heart out, having a prototype machine in hand.
"Or you could've just removed the ribs? Why are you so afraid to put the device down, it's not like we didn't sanitize everything a few minutes before starting this experiment." You rolled your eyes.
"But we always take the ribs out, and putting them back is such a pain."
"For you. I thought I gave you a detailed demonstration on how to reattach nerves properly. Also, how do you want to take out the heart with everything still in the way?" You crossed your legs, feeling that you've won the debate.
"By taking it apart, of course. The machine is also attached piece by piece, so the lack of open space won't be a hindrance." He grinned back at you.
"Excuses, excuses." With that, you went back to constructing some random trinket out of spare parts.
After a while, he finally managed to remove the heart, taking all the bits in his hand and raising them in the air victoriously.
"AHA! I've succeeded- oh shit..." He dropped one of them onto the floor. He placed the prototype heart down onto a sterile field, along with the scalpel before walking over to you. "Here, I shall give you my heart." With that, he dropped the dismantled pieces onto your lap, staining your pants with blood.
"Ew, you ruined my pants!" You grabbed a few pieces and launched them at his face as a payback.
"How dare you? I give you my heart and you just throw it away? Why so cruel, Y/n?" Both of you break out laughing like maniacs as you continue throwing bits of the test subject's heart at each other.
"Alright, alright, let's compose ourselves now." You said, gathering the bits before throwing them into a jar.
Dottore installs the prosthetic heart and sews the person back up, and after he was done with that, the two of you transported her to a cell.
"Now we just wait to see if the transplant was successful." You hummed in response, glancing down at your bloodstained pants again.
"Oh come on, those are just pants, Y/n." The blue haired man said with his arms crossed over his chest.
"But I liked these pants." You pouted. They were white shorts tailor made for you, and you knew that you'd never be able to get the blood out of the expensive material.
"Well I prefer you without pants, you don't see me complaining." He stepped closer to you, settling himself between your legs as you sat on the countertop. "And without a shirt too."
You grinned, leaning in to kiss him, and he eagerly kissed back, while his hands were already creeping up on your torso underneath your shirt.
"In that case, remove them, Doc." And he just did that. He grabbed the hem of your shirt and lifted it over your head, attaching his lips to your neck while you pulled your arms out of the shirt, tossing it onto the ground.
You moaned softly as he continued sucking hickeys onto your soft skin, working on removing the belt from around your waist. When that was done, he pulled your pants down, tossing them onto the floor before going for your neck again, meanwhile his hand pulled your panties aside and he started rubbing your clit with two fingers. You threw your head back, moaning when you started feeling a knot forming in your stomach, but then he pulled his hand away.
"Oh come on." You said, scrunching up your eyebrows.
"It's not fair if you get all the fun and I don't get any." He said before stripping himself of his clothes and going back to you. He unclipped your bra, pulling it off of your body and tossing it away before hooking his finger around your panties and ripping them off.
He took a breast in his hand while using the other to rub the tip of his cock over your clit, lubricating it in the process.
"Please just put it in." You whined.
"As you wish, princess." With that, he shoved his cock into your entrance. No matter how many times you've done this, the first few seconds always hurt. His cock was big by all definition, almost too big. The length couldn't even fit all the way in, while the girth was so thick that you felt like your walls were being thorn apart each time. He slowly pulled out before going back in, letting you adjust a little before he started thrusting at a steady pace.
You hummed in pleasure, feeling his veins graze against your walls, and it was like a little spark ignited inside your stomach every time his tip kissed your cervix. He continued thrusting steadily until he started to see signs of impatience on your face. Then he decided to speed up, kissing you hungrily before doing so.
He shoved his tongue into your mouth as he was thrusting inside you, squeezing your breast once in a while as well. You were a moaning mess, gripping his muscular back with your hands.
The way he felt inside you was intoxicating. You were addicted to him. Only he could make you unfold this way. The way he kissed you with such lust and hunger, and he knew all your most sensitive spots. He knew just how to reach that sweet spot that made you scream out loud in pleasure each time, and when he'd do that, he'd speed up and start thrusting into you at an inhuman speed right afterwards. You felt like your insides were being rearranged, while he just grunted into your ear, telling you how nice and tight you were, just for him.
After all, nobody has seen you like this. Not for a very long time, at least. And you were only the happier to know that you were the only one that he fucked like this, and the only one that he'd keep in his lap, cockwarming him as he did paperwork or some other task that would be way too boring other wise.
And just as always, now too he managed to time his release to yours, and he moaned out loud as your walls clenched around them while he shot his cum deep into you.
But he didn't stop after that, he never does. He waits until you get down from your high before thrusting into your overstimulated pussy for three more rounds, until there is cum dripping down from the edge of the countertop and both of you are completely exhausted.
Dottore then grabs you by your thighs, his cock still buried deep inside you, and he sits down on a sofa, where you both take a nap.
At times like this, it's not only the psychopathic hollering of two maniacs that the Fatui Agents hear, but also the way that he makes you completely lose your mind in pleasure.

Take my hand | Kamisato Ayato x reader
●You and Ayato are the future rulers of two neighbouring countries, as such you've known each other for ages. Though you were good friends for a while, your sentiments towards one another eventually change
It was the day of the anual spring festival again, but this time, it was your country hosting it for the other countries in the alliance. Disregarding the weight that was placed upon your shoulder by the fact that you were in charge of both the welcoming speech and organizing a significant part of the event itself.
You've never done anything like this before, but as the king said, if you're going to be the next queen of the land, you have to learn how to be in charge. He also said that he'd announce when he'd be stepping down from the throne during the final night of the festival.
Sometimes even you yourself forgot that you weren't actually his daughter. The royal couple didn't have any children, so when the duke and duchess of the province passed away in an accident, leaving you, their one year old daughter behind, the king decided to take you in and raise you as his own.
But to you, he is still your father the same way the late queen was your mother.
Your mother... she was the true ruler of the country up until she died of old age and sickness three years ago, leaving behind in the will that you are to take the throne when both you, and your father feel that you are ready.
You have been taking on more and more big responsibilities lately, and you felt ready. You've grown a lot since that disastrous speech at the queen's funeral, but you still internally cringe every time you remember it.
You recall how you just spent the next two hours in your garden ranting to Ayato. He'll be here for the festival too, but this time you know it will go well. Still, you are excited to see him.
***
A few days later, it was finally time. Royalty and nobles from the alliance were pouring into your castle's massive garden, and you were just standing on the podium in your fancy dress, the king by your side.
Your eyes were scouting the crowd for a certain blue haired man while in your mind you were going over your speech. Soon enough all the guests had arrived, and it was time for you to start speaking.
The speech went smoothly, and you got a round of applause at the end. As people were leaving to their hotels, Ayato staid and waited for you by the podium, and you practically flew into his arms as you saw him.
"I've missed you too." He said, lifting you into the air and spinning around before placing you down.
"How was the journey on the way here?" You asked him, finally letting go.
"It was a pleasant ride. However Ayaka was sick, so we did have to stop a few times."
"Is she alright? Where is she?" You were very good friends with Ayaka too, naturally, you were concerned.
"She's alright. We had a butler take her to the castle's infirmary as soon as we arrived here." You nodded in response. Ayato's and Ayaka always stay at the castle when they're visiting, and the same way you also stay at their castle when you're in their country.
As the two of you were walking towards the castle, your mind wandered to old memories. You remembered begging your parents to let you stay at the Kamisato siblings' castle the firsr time you met Ayato. That night you and Ayaka snuck into Ayato's room for a sleepless sleepover since you staid up almost all night to talk about everything under the sun.
The next time you met them was when they were visiting you, and this time it took a lot less convincing for your parents to let them stay at the castle, and once again, you staid up almost the whole night just hanging out.
When their parents died, it took a big toll on Ayaka, and she became a lot more closed off even around you, while you and Ayato only got closer. You always made sure to invite Ayaka when you hung out, but even when she didn't come, you two had a lot of fun.
You pretended to run a kingdom together, the subjects being the animals in your castle's stable, and other times you'd just listen to music on a disk and end up dancing in your room. You remembered thinking Ayato was pretty when you were little, but as you both grew up, you had to admit he turned into a truly handsome gentleman.
Sometimes he'd jokingly kiss the back of your hand, other times he'd purposefully torture you with corny pick-up lines that he whispered into your ear while you were dancing. At this point, could you really blame yourself for how you felt? Your stomach filled with butterflies every time you were with him, and even your father teased that you looked like a starry-eyed puppy around him.
"Earth to Y/n?" You heard him say from beside you.
"Huh? Oh, sorry, I was just reminiscing."
"About what?"
"Do you remember the sleepover we had the first time we met?" He smirked at you, and you could already feel that he'll try to tease you with whatever he'll say.
"Thinking about me even when I'm right here beside you? My oh my, Y/n." You rolled your eyes, blushing lightly.
"Oh come on, it's a nice memory. I was thinking how we should have another one." He smiled and patted your head.
"Alright, I'll stop teasing. It's a good idea, by the way, but Ayaka won't be able to be there."
"Right... poor Ayaka. I hope she'll get better soon." You said.
"Don't worry, it wasn't that serious. Just motion sickness, and she needs a rest. She was actually really looking forward to this festival. I haven't told you this, but she met a nice traveller, and she's been visibly a lot happier since." You smiled, happy for her, but at the same time you couldn't resist the urge to tease him back for what he said earlier.
"Oh wow, your little sister actually got bagged before you?"
"Y/n darling, I've had eyes for someone for a long time, but alas, she just doesn't realize." And that shut you up very quickly. On one hand you hoped he was talking about you. On the other hand, Ayato had always been the fliry, teasing kind, so who's to say that any of it was actually genuine. You knew that he was popular with girls back in his country, so maybe he found someone he likes.
"Do you wanna come check up on Ayaka?" You switched the topic, and he nodded.
You two walked to the infirmary in silence, and saw Ayaka sitting in a chair, reading. Hearing someone come in, she looked up and put the book down to run and hug you.
"Y/n! It's so good to see you! I'm sorry I couldn't be there for your opening speech, you'll have to repeat it to me." She said, and thinking back to Ayato's words, she did seem to be doing better mentally.
"It's alright, your wellbeing is more important than some formalities." She pulled away, and nodded with a smile on her face.
"Thank you. I've been really looking forward to this festival. Nothing compared to my brother of course, he wouldn't stop talking about how-" Ayato cleared his throat, interrupting her, while Ayaka just giggled.
"There won't be any important activities until tomorrow, so you'll have time to rest and get better."
You spent the following few hours in the infirmary, catching up with the Kamisato siblings before eventually going to the hotel the rest of the guests were staying at to check up on them.
Ayato's words stuck with you. You truly hoped that he was talking about you when he said he fancied someone, but you couldn't possibly know what kind of girls he talked to back in his own country. After all, everyone is so beautiful there.
Meanwhile the visit at the hotel went smoothly, and talking to all those old acquaintances, you almost managed to get your mind off everything. Of course, there was the usual shenanigan of older people asking you when you plan to get married, or questioning your adoptive father's judgement on letting you rule the kingdom alone, but you are a princess after all. No matter how annoying, you've learned to deal with everything gracefully, even if mentally you are cursing out the individual.
Exhausted, you go back to the castle, and it feels like your bed had never been so comfortable before. You didn't even have the energy to go and check up on Ayaka.
***
The following few days went by with you rushing around the place half of the time, making sure that everything was perfect. You felt accomplished that you could bear the weight of keeping the entire festival running on your back, but this also left you to be unable to spend much time with your friends.
This changed on the fifth day of the festival, the day that the grand ball would be held in your castle. Once again, you had a whole list of things to do, which the king offered to help with, but you refused, feeling determined to actually finish it by yourself.
Eventually it all fell into place. The live music was perfect, the foods were exquisite, the decoration was beautiful, and it wasn't just a pointless ball where people would eat, dance and discuss boring kingdom management topics that belong to an alliance meeting, instead you made sure to include some fun.
The best example was a game where the princes and princesses from each country would randomly team up and come up with a dance that was a merged version of both of their countries' dancing types. They had thirty minutes to do so, and the winner would get gifts, such as expensive beverages unique to your country. It should come as no surprise that you ended up in a pair with Ayato.
The two of you went out into the garden, first discussing which dances you were thinking of until you came up with the perfect combination. You planned out each step and move carefully, and all that remained was practicing it.
"Take my hand." Ayato said at the beginning of the dance, and so you did. Holding his hand you two took two steps forward before facing each other. His hand settled on your waist, while yours was on his shoulder. You suddenly forgot your steps.
"My, my, Y/n. Be more attentive, this is a competition after all." You looked away and nodded.
"Let's start over." You said. This time you managed to get halfway through the dance, up until a moment where Ayato dips you. Your face was simply too close to his, and you wanted nothing more than to just kiss him. But you also couldn't be sure of whether or not it was you that he fancied, and you couldn't risk your friendship over some feelings in the case that it wasn't you.
"Alright, break time." He helped you stand up and lead you to a nearby bench, sitting down before signaling you to do so as well. "There is clearly something on your mind, and it's getting in the way of our performance. So out with it." He looked at you dead in the eye, waiting for you to speak.
"It's not important." You said, avoiding his gaze.
"Y/n. We've been dancing together every time we've met for the last twelve years. Never before have you frozen up or forgotten steps before today. Whatever is on your mind, you can tell me." He placed a hand on your shoulder, taking your chin in the other hand and making you look at him. "Now look me in the eye and say it."
He was giving you a look that indicated he wouldn't go anywhere, or let you go anywhere until you say it, so you took a deep breath, heart pounding, and opened your mouth.
"I've been thinking about what you said earlier. You remember how I teased that Ayaka got into a relationship before you, even though you're the older one?" He just nodded, and waited for you to continue. "You replied that you've had eyes for someone for a while now, but the person doesn't realize. I'll be honest, Ayato, I've fancied you for a really long time now, but I couldn't figure out who you were talking about. I felt crushed, jealous because there are so many beautiful girls back in your country, and I just saw no way that it could be me that you like."
"You're right, Y/n, I don't like you. Liking you is far too big of an understatement of how I feel. I've tried dropping hints before, but you just never realized. I'm sorry I caused you so much emotional trouble." You hugged him tightly with a wide smile on your face.
He eventually pulled away, glancing at your lips before looking you in the eyes. "Can I kiss you?"
"Of course." You said, and with that, he leaned in. You felt like you were in heaven, like your biggest wish finally came true, because it did. You were finally kissing the one you've loved for the longest time. His arms wrapped around your waist, pulling you even closer while your hands settled in his soft, baby blue hair.
Suddenly, you heard the sound of someone clearing his throat. "Uh... sorry to interrupt, but the preparation time is up." It was the king. You two hastily pulled apart, and both of your faces were red as cherries, looking like children who were just caught doing something bad.
"Congratulations, by the way. You two have my blessing." Your father said, turning around and walking away, with you two soon following after him.
The two of you went into the ballroom, holding hands for support. You two were last in the order in which the pairs would be performing, so you had a lot of time to see what you were up against.
The first pair was creative when it came to merging the two cultures' dances, however they had little to no chemistry. A good pair makes it seem like they merge into one for the sake of the dance, however this pair seemed like two separate pieces performing two separate dances with some intertwining moments, which was a shame, since the dance itself was creative.
The second pair were a big step down from the first pair, as they completely failed to merge different dances at all. They just separately performed dances from both countries.
The third pair were something spectacular, as they had very good chemistry and it was evident that both of them were experienced dancers. Everything seemed to be perfect about this dance, up until the moment when the long train on the girl's dress became a liability as she was walking backwards, causing her to fall.
Much like the first pair, the fourth pair had problems with chemistry. The boy was a very experienced dancer, while the girl wasn't advanced enough to keep up with him half the time, while the idea itself was great.
It was finally up to yourself and Ayato to take the stage, which you gladly did.
"Take my hand." He said, you smiled and placed your hand onto his. The dance went flawlessly. You two moved around in perfect harmony, so gracefully as if you'd been preparing for this dance your whole lives.
In the end, you two were rewarded with a massive round of applause, but you only had one idea in mind. You turned towards Ayato, looking him in the eye before glancing at his lips. He got the hint, tilting your chin upwards before pressing his lips against yours, wrapping his other arm around your torso. He pulled away after a few seconds, and you both turned towards the crowd, which was cheering for both your victory, and your new formed relationship.

When it rains in Fontaine
tw death, angst, major character death
(Not proofread, also English isn't my first language, beware of potential spelling or grammar mistakes. I might also upload this to AO3)
It was raining again. Granted, it's only been raining for a few minutes, but before that it was bright and sunny outside. The weather patterns of Fontaine are something you never fully got used to, even after almost a year of living here. You sometimes wished to see Inazuma again, but a new law, the Sakoku decree had been issued since you were gone. Going back would be very difficult.
'Has it really been a year already?' This question crosses your mind quite often. Time seems to just fly by these days, each day passes quicker than the one before. You can feel it too, you are running out of time.
It was almost a year ago when you came to this new nation all the way from Inazuma, all of the hope drained out of your body after miraculously surviving exposure to the Tatarigami, but battling its lasting effects. Healers in Inazuma could do nothing to save you, so they sent you to Sumeru, then to Fontaine, and it seemed that this place could at least ease your suffering even if they couldn't heal you.
One year, they said. In one year, it would be determined whether you will be completely healed, or your body will give up the fight and succumb to this accursed illness. It's still hard to breathe sometimes, although you've realized that it's not because of your illness, rather because of that Chief Justice, who had managed to completely steal your heart in the span of the last over eleven months.
It's still hard to breathe sometimes, but only when he's around.
That reminded you, where exactly is he? You are sitting on a bench in the Court of Fontaine as rain is pouring down upon you, washing away your makeup and your conscience alike, as you realize you'd probably been staring into the distance, just reminiscing for at least half an hour. The clock was ticking, you looked at the watch on your wrist. For you, every second meant getting closer to that critical moment, the fact of which was eating away at your thoughts every day, but now you couldn't help but think about something else.
The clock was ticking for Neuvillette too. After all, he promised to meet you today, and he was running late. It wasn't like him at all, especially not since he knew all too well that he'd be playing with a dying girl's time.
You looked up at the rainy sky, and it all seemed so bittersweet. The rain was somehow different today. On one hand it seemed fresh, youthful, but it also seemed to carry a deep sorrow within.
Nobody else was out on the streets at this time. It was just you in the rain, waiting for the man you love to arrive.
Soon he did. You wanted to question him for making you wait out in the rain for so long, but as soon as you heard his smooth voice greet you, you immediately forgot any grudge you might've harbored against him.
"Greetings, Y/n. I apologize for making you wait so long."
"It's alright. I was enjoying the peace and quiet out here." You smiled at him, not even caring that you probably look like a drenched cat.
"You should've gone inside while you waited. I don't want you to get sick." He said, looking deep into your eyes, and suddenly it was hard to breathe once again.
"But I am already sick. A little cold would make no difference if I'm destined to die." The rain started pouring down heavier after you said that, while the man in front of you took his jacket off and put it over your shoulders. He had a sour expression on his face.
"Don't say that. Your doctor said there is a fifty-fifty chance." His hand lingered on your shoulder as he said that.
"Heh, doesn't feel like it to me..." you looked down at your hand, which was covered in purple spots, some bigger, some smaller, with some of then having wounds in the middle. "These have been spreading increasingly fast in the last few months. My hands are always shaking, I'm loosing my strength, and it's becoming more and more common that I just randomly collapse. I've tried being optimistic, but I see no chance of living."
The rain was pouring down mercilessly at this point. It was as if the skies were crying as you spoke.
"Every day I wake up with less energy than what I had the day before. I know I'm dying, Neuvillette, there is no fifty-fifty." You looked into his eyes to see tears pouring out of them. But he wasn't looking at you, instead he was looking down at the ground, trying to blink them away.
"Sorry. I said I wouldn't elaborately rant about my condition." You muttered.
"You don't need to apologize, Y/n. I just asked you that because I couldn't bear thinking about the fact that I will lose you. There are so many things I wanted to tell you, so many things I wanted to do with you..." He said, and somehow the short distance between the two of you felt like a thousand miles.
"What do you mean?" You stepped closer to him.
"My heart burns for you, Y/n. I am in love with you." He said, and even though you've been waiting to hear this statement for the longest time, you were frozen in place.
"It's alright if you don't reciprocate my feelings, I just had to get that off my chest." He looked away from you, but you reached after his hands, taking them in your own.
"I'm in love with you too, Neuvillette. I have been for a long time." You brushed a strand of hair out of his face before the both of you leaned in. The whole world seemed to pause for a moment when your lips finally touched, and you melted against each other. For a few moments it felt like there were no problems in the world, it was just you and him alone, stranded in your own paradise with no Tatarigami, no sickness and no rain.
When you two eventually pulled apart, Neuvillette just felt the urge to embrace you. He held you close as he buried his face in your neck, whispering into your ear.
"Then for the little time you have left, will you please be mine?" He placed a small kiss on your neck, sending shivers down your spine.
"For you, always." You squeezed him to the best of your abilities in regards to your lack of strength.
***
One week later, everything felt like a dream. In fact, you weren't even sure if anything was real anymore. It all felt like you were out of your body, and the scene you chose to look at was your newly-wed husband standing among a small crowd of familiar faces, and they were all gathered around a casket decorated with flowers.
A few hours later, it was only Neuvillette kneeling at a fresh gravestone, and looking at it, the name written on it was unmistakably yours.
It had never rained so hard before.
